Wonderful work at reasonable price. For the guy who complained about Broc not getting his joking and thinking him rude, Broc is super focused and definitely doesn't come to socialize. Comes in, does an amazing job and then, gets out. So nice to have someone so efficient and focused. We had a terrible clog, that another big named company couldn't fix yesterday, after spending an hour and a half in our home. Other company told us we should consider hydro jetting the pipes another time to correct the issue and prevent future problems. Broc did the job and in less than an hour for way less than hydro jetting the pipes. Nice family guy who is fast, clean, efficient and reasonably priced. Thanks Broc.

1:30pm, kitchen sink clogged, called other plumbers, either too expensive or no response.

2:00pm, called city plumbing, the coordinator immediately assigned me one technician, and told me he would arrive between 3-6pm.

4:30pm, Andy arrived, solved all problem from outside of the kitchen.

5:30pm he finished up and offered us free camera diagnosis and scheduled on Thursday (this is holiday season)

My water heater stopped working on Sunday and Thomas came out quickly. He was very detail oriented, friendly, and professional when he installed a new water heater. High quality workmanship, I highly recommend!

My garbage disposal wasn't working and BH called me within five minutes and -- before coming out -- asked me to try a quick fix that instantly fixed my garbage disposal free of charge. That sort of honest and integrity is rare, and made my entire day. Will definitely be using them in the future for more substantial problems.

Dave recently helped us with a drainage issue with our dishwasher. Similar to others experience, he is EXCELLENT.  Here are the reasons why:

- He knows his stuff and explains what he is doing/trying so I was able to understand.

My hot water heater suddenly went out.  I called after hours and was walked through over the phone how to reignite the pilot light.  There was no charge and my hot water heater's back in action.  I'm truly grateful and would hire Ford for any future plumbing needs.

Would like to start off by saying, I am very pleased with the service Prodigy Plumbing offered. From the time I spoke with Mark to set the appointment. To Kory (technician) who came and fixed my grandmother's bathroom tub valve.

They also have a 90 day warranty if anything is wrong with what they worked on, they'll come back and check it out but don't quote me. Every job is different.

To say the least, they are professional and I would definitely recommend!

Paxton is a lifesaver! A broken pipe resulted in us having no water at our house and we called him in a panic at the end of the day, just as it was getting dark out. The prospect of being without water overnight was so worrisome, but Paxton set our minds at ease. Even though it was last minute, he was understanding and told us he'd be there as soon as he finished the job he was on. Not only was he quick and responsive, but he also called again right before he arrived to give us a heads up, which I also appreciated. Once he arrived, he was able to diagnose the problem and offer a solution immediately, and then set about working on the pipes, even though it was already dark outside. In no time at all, it was fixed and we had our water restored. So thankful that we called him and so pleased with his work, kindness, and professionalism.

Where do I start? I had an absolute disaster at home with all my toilets backing up and flooding the house. I went through my ins company and the company they sent out spent 5 hours with no resolution. I called again the next day when the flooding continued and was told to wait until Monday to see what can be done. Then I had to take matters into my own hand and call someone on my own. Ruben was a godsend!!! Within 5 min he was able to diagnose the problem and solve it in a very reasonable time to save my daughter's 2nd birthday party. Ruben is the definite 1st call next time. I always preface my reviews with the fact that I am a tradesman of 30 years and worked at my father's shop that has been in business for 85 years.I know the difference between good companies and ones that are not knowledgible or want to rip you off. Mainline is a quality plumbing company with reasonable rates and you can't go wrong with that.

Great service and the prices are very reasonable. Tony was very reliable and arrived right on time.

Our sewage sump pump started making a lot of noise recently and so we called D&D to come take a look. Dave showed up the next morning, and got to work. We discovered that the pump we had was not designed for sewage, which was easy for me to see also, so he had to run to a supply store and get a suitable replacement at his recommendation

While the replacement was pricier, the difference in quality was like night and day. The new unit is clearly well made, and the product gets raving 5-star reviews online. Dave told me he sticks with these units due to their quality and reliability.

Dave explained every step that he took, why he was making the decisions he made. He also took the time to show me how best to access the sump and pump for any future maintenance.

As a newer homeowner, his experience, expertise, and patience really helped put my mind at ease. This was an easy 5-star rating for D&D Plumbing.

For those of you that might be worrying about your own sewage pumps: the unit that failed was a Simer 2975 with plastic everything and grates covering up the intake. So the toilet paper and other stuff gets stuck to it and doesn't allow fluid to flow, causing it to overheat and fail. The replacement pump is a Zoeller with an uncovered inlet with an impeller. Think of a super heavy duty kitchen sink garbage disposer turned upside down!

Dave didn't upcharge for the new pump nor the other required parts. D&D will be getting a call next time we need a plumber.

Showed up as expected, resolved the issue timely.  Easy to do business with.

Alex and Antonio were great at installing 2 toilets! One of them wasn't the right size and Alex was able to return it and get a new one for me. They work really hard, are fast and reliable. Great people to work with and would recommend them for any plumbing needs! Thank you so much!

Excellent service. Showed up when promised even though it was Christmas weekend. Did a great job and fixed a broken toilet. We really appreciated the work on short notice. Thomas was our plumber and he was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely use them again.
