Broc is great! He is very responsive and was able to get us in the next day for a kitchen sink leak. He went out and got the part to replace and worked very fast and efficiently. I have also used him before for a major pipe clogging issue and was very happy with the results.

Finally, an honest plumber!   Under $99 to clear the drain and they didn't try to sell me a bigger repair job!

I had a pipe that was leaking and soaking into my rooms. Armando showed up within two hours of my call and fixed the pipe. Price was fair and work was excellent. I will be using Armando for all my future plumbing needs.

I have to say that I was very impressed with their customer service.  The operator was kind and transferred me over to the plumber on site, Giovanni.  He was so knowledgeable and gave me a lot of information about installing a sub meter, which will be a lot less expensive that what we were looking into.  HE WAS GREAT!!!  I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking into doing plumbing work!

Thomas from Sal's Plumbing came within the hour during the evening to fix a clogged pipe, toilet was backing up! He had all of the equipment including a sea-snake (camera), found the root of the problem, roots! His 100 ft. snake cut up the roots growing inside the pipes and cleared the pathway. Price was reasonable especially for coming out on short notice at night, otherwise our toilets would've been inoperable overnight. Thank you!

Beware! Had them come out to inspect a gas line connection (6') at our home in Beverly Hills. Basic work that would take less than three hours for any capable plumber. Had another quote from Moe Plumbing in my back pocket and they were almost double the price! $2300 VS $1300. Also, during the inspection, the #2 guy took the liberty of sitting down in one of our chairs during the pricing inspection. Not a great sign of work ethic. Probably thought I hadn't done my research. Pretty sketchy. Ending on a positive note, they were polite at the time of their visit.

I had an emergency a few months ago and my regular plumber was not available that day.  After calling many other plumbing companies I found Cali Rooter on yelp and will never even bother contacting another company even for a quote.  

John and his staff are not only the best at what they do but they also make sure that no one beats their prices.  So far I had to use them 3 times and I was completely satisfied with their services each time.

Installing kitchen faucetss isn't always an easy job, and unfortunately I learned the hard way.

Last Thursday I embarked on a handyman project and sprinted out to Loew's to pick up an easy-to-install American Standard faucet for my kitchen. I also picked up a basin wrench and plumbers putty and figured I would be done by the evening.

Boy was I wrong. After an evening of a flooded kitchen and having to reattach the BROKEN faucet UNDERNEATH the sink (don't ask, it still pains me to think about it) I was phoning David for immediate assistance.

David penciled me in the for the following morning and within 30 mins my leaking, broken faucet was gone and the brand-spanking-new American Standard was installed and ready to go. As I manage an income property, he also offered to take a look at all the other faucets and valves outside for leaks, free of charge, even tightening loose valve's no problem.

I figured I was going to save a buck doing the project myself. Well I should have called David in the first place. Quick, efficient & affordable!

Will 100% recommend him to anyone with plumbing problems!

I used Ford's Plumbing on 2 separate occasions; once for my sewer main line and most recently for my gas line from the street to my house. On both occasions they were prompt to help and showed up the same day. Reilly knows his stuff and provides immediate, practical solutions.

My husband and I needed a dedicated gas pipeline installed for a new gas dryer we purchased for our tenant. We called 3 different companies to come out for estimates on the job and Prodigy Plumbing had the best price.

We had a Prodigy Plumbing technician come out to give us a free of charge estimate for the job on 7/20/17. The appointment was from 1:00-3:00pm. Matt called ahead of time to say he was on his way and arrived at 1:30pm. He was very courteous and pleasant; he complimented our property and used booties inside house! Matt checked where the dryer was placed and where the existing gas pipes ran. He gave us options after assessing the situation and advised us to go with the most cost-effective option. He used an iPad to write the estimate and sent the quote immediately to my email address. Matt's quote was reasonable compared to the two from the other plumbers that came out for an estimate. Matt said it was a one-man job and would take about an hour to complete the job. Also, that there was a one year warranty for the parts and labor. He had us call to office for the next available appointment.

I called to schedule the appointment for today (7/25/17) from 8:30 to 10:30am. Matt called at 8:15 to say he was at the warehouse in Long Beach and then would head over (I live in San Pedro). He arrived a little past 9 and finished the job around 11am. He had us check the work, then pay. I was able to pay with my card through his iPad and he sent me the invoice immediately.

My husband and I are completely satisfied with the customer service, the work and the price - WE'RE DOWN WITH MATT DOWN'S PRICES!!

We will definitely call Prodigy Plumbing again for future work at our house or our tenant's unit.

3 star for price gauging. Hired them because of the reviews but feel ripped off. Came for an hour or two to troubleshoot a few basic plumbing issues (running toilets and a leaking sink). Simple basic stuff. They charged me a service fee PLUS a absurdly high per fixture repair fee instead of at an hourly flat rate like all my other plumbers.  Each repair tool maybe 10 minutes. Had I known I would have replaced the flapper valve myself. My fault for not asking  big assumed since they were already there the price would be cheaper to do several minor r repairs at once. Nope. They slap me with a $700 bill!!!??? My jaw dropped. I've worked with plumbers for 40 years. Never been so over charged.  I was able to negotiate $100 off. Wahoo. But the overall feeling was they are just trying to gauge you for as much money as they can. It doesn't feel ethical or fair. I told him I could never use him again and he didn't seem to care one bit.

Prompt, professional and treated my home as if it were their own - wearing booties and being as efficient as possible. They went above and beyond on three different projects that needed emergency attention (toilet and faucets in kitchen and bathroom). Nice to know you can count on someone coming into your home without fear of getting scammed or corners being cut!

This review is late, but I still had to post! Back in Feb., I had a bathtub backing up with foul-smelling black stuff. After contacting several companies, D&D's was the only one who responded to my service call and on a SUNDAY! After spending some time trying to unclog the pipe, Dave informed me that his snake kept hitting something. Not satisfied, he asked if he could come back with his camera equipment to confirm the problem. I agreed and when I asked the fee for the service call, he said NONE! I was floored! Dave could have easily said the job was done, collected his money and left, BUT instead he chose resolve the problem. Needless to say, the issue ended up being OLD broken clay pipes outside of the house. Dave was very honest and offered me options. His quote was so reasonable that I hired him. His staff was absolutely the best! They were very friendly and professional. They explained every step of the process and showed me the work as it progressed. Dave showed me the pipes and roots once they excavated the area and before they filled it back up. The grass on my parkway was removed in squares and replanted. Dave and his staff kept me in the loop every step of the way! I would be remiss if I didn't mention Diane! She was so nice and attentive! She listened to my concern and made me feel at ease right away. Overall, great company, great staff, excellent service, and 100% HONEST! Highly recommend!

R.J. Plumbing is a one man shop. John is honest, personable, on time, prices are reasonable, and last but not least, he's a really good plumber.  We plan to use his services in the future.  He gets booked up so plan ahead. He doesn't do emergency calls.

This morning our water heater had given up and we need it to replace it. Ronald was the plumber who came and gave us different options including upgrading to a tank less water heater. For a new tankless water heater we had to also upgrade the gas line to a 1 inch. I was not sure if i wanted to deal with a complete upgrade but after talking to them i really felt that they are a very honest plumbing company. They finished up within the same day to get us to our new water heater running. Best plumber will be calling them for my sewer and drain cleaning.

Mo' s plumbing replaced my garbage disposal and was very quick and efficient.  They did exactly what I needed them to do at an okay price.

Came by and gave us a very fair price on a pressure regulator install compared to the other plumber we had come in. Completed the job very efficiently and will be calling him first next time!
