Broc is amazing!  He is a total professional, knowledgeable, super fast to respond to an initial request, an excellent communicator and his prices are reasonable!  I hope I never have another plumbing problem, but I wouldn't consider calling anyone else.  He has my very highest recommendation!

Had a disposal/sink emergency. Pipes backed up. Grease and waste. Service tech Brandon Owens handled it like a pro - barely knew he was here. Super thorough and quick. Pipes are like new. Obstruction gone. Learned a lot about how to keep everything running smooth.

First time I called and use Red Lilly Plumbing and Heating. Gio and Edwin are very polite, honest and very professionals. They immediately diagnosed my plumbing problem. They dont mess around and  easily fixed my problem. Thank you Gio and Edwin.

Water was leaking in my garage and flooding my neighbors condo garage and bathroom. They sent 2 technicians out. No one could detect the leak and they forgot to bring equipment with them to the job site so I had to wait an additional hour.  Then they suggested I tear apart all of my kitchen and the walls connecting to my neighbors unit to hopefully find the leak but they weren't sure if that would even work. I was then told I would maybe be given a report within the week even though I had a plumber coming the next day. Unbelievably horrible service.

Shahar and his team did a great job at installing a tankless water heater on my exterior wall to replace my older water heater in the garage.  They did a great job, very professional and great at following up after the job to ensure satisfaction.  I would certainly use BH Plumbing again and highly recommend them.

Cali Rooter & Plumbing gave me the most reasonable quote for installing washing machine hookups and were available to do the work quickly.  They showed up late, but did not even attempt to ask for more money when the job got more complicated because there was an old metal box within the wall where the plumbing needed to go (an old electrical box maybe?) and its removal was difficult.  I was pleased with their politeness and their work, and would use them again!

Highly recommend Wallace Plumbing for a quick, clean and effective job. We've had him over to repair a couple things on our rental unit, and he's always quick to respond and very knowledgable. Our garbage disposal had a crack in it, which I was sure was going to cost a fortune for a new install. David talked us through which best disposal to purchase, and the entire install was super affordable and he was done quickly!

I've changed my rating for this company, but not by much. My updated review is below this one regarding their inconvenient service times.

My water heater needed to be replaced so I searched Yelp to read plumber reviews. They were spot on about Prodigy Plumbing. Mark actually answered my call and was at my house within 20 minutes. He was very honest and upfront about the costs for replacing it and getting everything up to code. They were very clean, quick and conscientious. He and his crew are awesome.

Updated review: 5/30/16: The exit line that they'd installed from the new water heater was leaking. They came and replaced the line for free. I called again for a leaky faucet recently. If you work, their hours of 8-5pm M-F are very inconvenient. I still use them because of their great service.

I called at 6am and Paxton answered my call, arrived within the hour and fixed my bathtub in even less time.  Price was fair too.  Definitely recommend!

Our second review for them, and they always do an outstanding job! My wife messaged them on yelp because my bathtub this time had a stubborn clog that I've tried removing with Drano and manually. They came and unclogged the bath tub so easily, and didn't even charge a dime, just a review! They are truly excellent, especially during this difficult time, they responded so quickly and came the next day I messaged them. Thank you again for giving us your best service!

My first negative review of a company on Yelp. Three times in one week they cancelled their appointment. Each time they promised they would be out the next day to take care of a damaged faucet part. Finally, after a week, he came out, looked at the part and said that it was indeed damaged. Ok, thanks. When asked if they had a replacement he tells me he would try to find one. When I sent him links to the parts, he tells me it's impossible to tell if it is the right part.

Bottom line, if you like the run around with nothing getting done, this is the company for you. If you want the job done, better to look elsewhere.
