Broc got my shower drain unclogged quickly after draino didn't work.  His pricing was reasonable and he was very prompt- I called him in the afternoon from my office and was able to meet him at my home that evening.

Both Thomas and Doug were fastidious, very professional and quick! I added some very reasonable extra to have my drain inspected with the camera and  guys' supervisor Paul arrived 20 min later and we could get to the core of the issue.  The job was done nicely and very quickly and with no traces of any plumbing issues afterwards. No mess anywhere in the house!

Now that we've moved to a new part of Los Angeles we needed a new 5 star plumber.   Spent significant time on Yelp in search of a quality plumber.  I liked the reviews folks wrote for these guys.

Called them a few days ago.  Was VERY easy to make an appointment.  Love that they answered the phone quick, were able to take care of my needs.

Cesar showed up early today.  He came to install a new kitchen faucet.  The faucet supplied by the builder was a disaster as we required one with a longer yet adjustable reach.

Cesar did a solid 5 star installation.  I could not be more pleased.  Price was about what I expected as plumbers in Los Angeles are never cheap.

Beyond pleased I found these guys.  They are now our go to plumber.

We had a pretty big blockage in our sewage pipes and our clean outs even were overflowing. Thomas came out and cleared all the pipes, took his time, cleaned the clean out that overflowed (it was DISGUSTING..) and answered any questions we had. We've used Sal's a couple times now and are happy with the work they have done for us! Thank you, Sal's!

Our kitchen sink drain was clogged on a Saturday afternoon. David replied to my message in about 15 mins and was over to fix it within an hour of my initial call. While here he also fixed a slow leak in our toilet which two other plumbers were unable to fix over the past couple years. On top of all that he was a pleasure to work with!

Sarah is a great communicator over the phone - got everything scheduled, coordinated, and answered many questions.  Reilly arrived on time, provided a heads up on more precise timing, and most importantly thought of more than one solution to my problem and let me choose the best option for me. Maybe I got lucky, but they were able to complete the work on the same day.

I had the best experience today with this company. I contacted them this morning about my clogged and leaking bathroom sink. They sent Ozzy out in less than two hours. I was worried on how this process would go during COVID but was very happy that he followed the safety guidelines by wearing a mask, keeping distance and even putting shoe covers on before stepping in to my Apt. He was very professional and explained everything in detail. The cost was very reasonable. He fixed the issue and now my sink works perfectly. I will definitely be recommending this company to whoever needs a plumber. Thanks Ozzy, great job!

They messaged me back about my faucet project very quickly. We have been due for a new faucet and explained to them what I needed. He was super informative and was able to send me pictures of what I wanted. Super transparent about prices as well, which I loved. We wanted a basic kitchen faucet and told me the price differences for a basic sink vs the pull out faucet. We ended up choosing the pull out faucet, since he said they have warranties on it anyways. We were able to get scheduled that same week & he worked quick and efficiently. I would definitely recommend him! Great service!

My husband and I bought a pretty run down townhouse from the 1970s.  The owners didn't maintain anything, so it didn't come as a big surprise that the kitchen sink and bathrooms ended up BACKING UP with in a couple months of moving in.  First the toilet got clogged and then when we ran the shower, the water wouldnt drain.  I called Mainline early in the morning and they were there by the evening.  They had a big job to do so I understood they couldn't come right away.  The guys were really nice and didn't try to up sell me on more services then i needed.  They snaked my toilet, shower and kitchen sink. Everything is working fine now and the bill seemed reasonable, but I don't really have a good gauge on what these things are suppose to cost.  I'd call them again in a heartbeat.

Great service and the prices are very reasonable. Tony was very reliable and arrived right on time.

Dave is an honest and hardworking plumber. He helped me repair a water leak in my main water shut-off valve, displaced toilet, kitchen sink leak, and added a discharge pipe to my water heater. He is really knowledgeable and gave me good advice with my water heater as well. His prices are fair, and the work he does is great quality. Highly recommend!!

It's funny, today I saw Mattucci Plumbing's truck drive by, and I was reminded of my experience with them and R.J. Plumbing last year, and I said to myself, I need to share this on Yelp.

I bought my house last year and discovered the water heater's pilot light igniter was failing.  If I was able to get the pilot to light, it would go out after half an hour.  The heater was about 7 years old.

I first called Mattucci and they sent someone over.  The guy stood there, looked at the heater from afar, and told me it was a piece of junk.  Without even trying to diagnose the problem or to see what might be wrong, he was pushing me to buy a brand new heater from him at an outrageously inflated price.  I showed him the door.

Then I called RJ Plumbing.  John, the owner, came by and immediately I could tell I made the right decision.  John tried his best to fix the issue.  He took apart the igniter unit, cleaned out various things, and tried for about an hour to get it to work.  And it looked like he finally did.  I gladly paid him for his work and he left.

A couple of hours later, the pilot went out again.  I called John up and he came by again.  He tried to fix it again, but he figured the igniter was beyond saving.  He helped me call the manufacturer for replacement parts, but between the cost of the replacement parts and the time it would take for the parts to arrive, I decided to just buy a new one from John.

He not only gave me a great deal on a brand new water heater (cheaper than if I were to buy it myself and lug it home from Home Depot), he applied the labor fees that I paid him earlier that day towards the installation!  It was a gesture that was very much appreciated.

John installed my new water heater quickly and professionally, and it has been working great.

John is very knowledgeable, very friendly, stands by his work, and very honest.  Thankfully I have not had any other plumbing issues since then, but if I ever do, I would not hesitate to call him up again.  Highly recommended!

By the way, as I stepped outside my door the other day, I saw his truck drive by, and John waved hello.  How very nice that he remembered me!

Alireza was very kind and helpful. Came in to unclogged my bath tub drain that's been giving me problems for awhile now . Did the job quick and even gave me a few great tips . Will highly recommend him for any plumbing needs and will use again in the future . Thanks again!

Our sink water at the restaurant was not hot enough according to the health inspector. Rodrigo came first thing next morning, fixed it in minutes and didn't even charge us. We found our new plumber!
