Shahar and his team came to see what was wrong with the signs of leaking, visible from the ceiling of the first floor of my house. They diagnosed that the leak came from the shower, which was right above the area with the leaking damage. They also gave me a quote, whose price turned out to be quite reasonable. The diagnosis turned out to be quite accurate!

Best Plumber in Los Angeles area, called a different plumbing company and gave me a quote $350 for an easy job. After talking to John and he said that he will help me on the same day service. John gave me a quote by the phone after telling him about the problem between $140-$160. But after John finished the job for less than 20mins, John charged me for just a $100. Its really hard to find a person thats really honest and fair.

David was great. He came out on a Sunday to help us with an emergency clog in our sink. He works quick and was a ton cheaper than the other guys we called.

Burst pipe on Friday night on a holiday weekend.  He got here within an hour and fixed it.  Excellent service.

I'm not one to write reviews but, after the last call I made to prodigy, I have no choice. This is the third time I have called and every time I have been blown away. My house unfortunately, is blessed with old drain pipes. So all three calls were to clear blockages. Every time, they were clean, organized, knowledgeable and up front about everything that was going on. This last time, Mark personally came out. He came in, cleared the pipe and offered a free camera inspection! Turns out I have major root problems :/ My prior experience with plumbers has been a burden to say the least, so I immediately expected a huge estimate to fix the pipe...not! Not only was his price reasonable but, it was well within my price range. I can now sleep easy knowing my pipes are flowing and I'm not broke! Thank you Mark and team! You have a customer for life!

Non Stop Plumbing & Rooter lived up to the hundreds of 5 star reviews. Ruben responded promptly via yelp messages and provided a free onsite estimate. Ruben determined that the tankless water heater needed to be replaced and broke down the price by parts & labor to help me  understand the cost. Ruben was not pushy and encouraged me to purse a second opinion before making a final decision. I wasted the rest of my day and scheduled 2 additional estimates and the quotes were no where near Ruben's; one company quoted me $3000 and the other $3600 and none offered to break down the cost. Ruben and AJ completed the installation the following day in the pouring rain. Ruben, thank you for your patience, promptness, and transparency.

I read all the reviews before deciding on Mainline, but unfortunately was extremely disappointed. I think they are really busy, due to their Yelp reviews, but cannot handle the amount of business they get, so be REAL careful if you book them for an emergency, they just may not show up!!  I booked them for some major work in my house. Cesar showed up on time, and toured my problems. He was then supposed to followup with a quote prior to leaving on vacation. Quote never came. I waited 2 weeks for him and Renelle, his wife, and co-owner and then quote still never came, even though they had been back from their 2 week vacation for over a week! So, I called, as I gave them another shot. Renelle said she would check with Cesar and get back to me 1-2 days later, and would call me that Thursday night. Well...guess what? No call Thursday night! I gave them ANOTHER chance, again, due to their reviews here. She answered the phone, and said she talked to Cesar, he has been working 14 hour days, and is behind, but forgot about the quote, and didn't remember what I needed done. She said he could come out on Saturday, which was yesterday, and would call me on Saturday morning to let me know. Well...guess what? NO CALL SATURDAY morning. I texted her yesterday (Saturday) afternoon at 2pm and told her I never got a call. She said she had texted me, which she didn't. I then took a photo of my text messages to/from her, to show her text never came, and sent it to her. She then replied that he could come over then, if you could believe it. Well, folks, by that time, I had already given up, after 4 tries to get them to do the work for me. By the way, it was not a small job, and Cesar knew it. He had verbally quoted me about $3200 but I told him I needed it in writing. If they are too busy, and can walk away from my $3200 job, you may want to think about calling them for your sink being clogged, toilet problem, or anything minor. You may just have to wait DAYS or even WEEKS for them to show up or even get back to you. Don't plan on it, unless you want to beg, plead, and then get down on your knees begging them to come back.
Oh, one last thing, Renelle is real nice, She was to me too! She even told me they don't live too far from me, and we are almost neighbors. Got along with her great!
Unfortunately, I wasn't looking for a new friend or neighbor. I needed work done, and ASAP. They are unreliable.....plain and simple!

I had the best experience with John and R.J. plumbing. John is incredibly genuine, honest, and reliable. This was evident in every single one of my interactions with him. He is knowledgeable, patient, and he knows what he is doing, and most importantly, he is fair. John is now my go-to for any plumbing matter. If i could give 10 stars I would!

Y'all this company is awesome! Everyone that works for Sal's is a pleasure to work with and is incredibly kind. I called the company, and they offered same-day availability, although I didn't accept the offer. I ended up having them come out the following day. They gave me a two-hour window for which they could arrive. I received a call 30 minutes prior to their arrival. I worked with two different plumbers from the business. One of them was David, unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the other man. I had an issue with my dryer duct collecting water. I called Sal's and they brought out a camera to take a look. They identified the issue quickly and then were on their way. Thankfully, it turns out I had an extreme amount of compacted lint in the duct, so there was no need to bust open the wall or make any costly repairs. The guys that work for this company are very professional and do not want to price gouge you. They generally care about their customers and are not in the business to try and push unnecessary costly repairs onto customers. I would HIGHLY recommend calling Sal's.

Loved the service! I needed a heater to be replaced asap and, not only was it done quickly, it didn't hurt my wallet too much. Rodrigo kept in contact with me every step of the way and got everything done shortly after I initially contacted him. Would definitely use Major League Plumbing in the future.
