Called Sal's plumbing due to water pipe leak causing damage to kitchen ceiling.  They are very prompt in replies. The issue was solved by replacing the portion of the leaking pipe with copper pipe. There was leak from the repair the next day.
Again, there was prompt response and same plumber was sent to fix. Unfortunately, I noticed the leak was coming from soldering repair from the day before. The plumber decided to use PEX pipe to repair, which I did not want, especially since I was told by the plumber he didn't prefer it as it may cause cancer the day before. Moreover, the PEX pipe blew and leaked when the water was turned back on. I asked him to put in copper as he originally did for the first repair. He came back another day (the third visit) to put in copper pipe, but I was charged again for labor which was not clearly stated when he came back the 3rd time to fix. It's kind of hard to dispute a charge when the plumber finished his work.
The job should have been done correctly the first time around and not have been charged additional labor for the pipe that was not repaired correctly. I was told the repair has a 30 day warranty. I was charged total of $430 for a relatively straightforward pinpoint leak in a straight piece of copper pipe. I don't think I'll be using Sal's plumbing again.

My garbage disposal wasn't working and BH called me within five minutes and -- before coming out -- asked me to try a quick fix that instantly fixed my garbage disposal free of charge. That sort of honest and integrity is rare, and made my entire day. Will definitely be using them in the future for more substantial problems.

I come home tired and late from work and found my kitchen sink filled with water. I tried calling couple other places but John was the only one who immediately picked up and sent Armond to help me out.
Even though it was late(9:30pm), Armond came on time, analyzed the problem, took his time to explain the situation. He was very professional, had good atitude and sense of humor.

Excellent service from David. He was able to provided a diagnosis of my problem over the phone and was able to solve my issue with ease. Keep in mind that my extensive research online indicated that this was not going to be an easy fix, but David was able to get me back up & running rather quickly. Fairly priced and most importantly, very skilled.

We had a plumber from Ford's come and give us an estimate on a toilet and shower repair. I was told I had to replace both fixtures which would cost $1,894.00 Our second opinion from Drains Unlimited said we didn't need to replace either, that he could repair both. We paid them them $405. Always get a second estimate!

Upon further inspection of this installation by a new plumber, the hot and cold hoses were installed by Ozzy backwards- hot went to cold and cold went to hot. All this time we were washing clothes with the wrong water temps!

Professional guys! Fixed an issue easily that another company was making very difficult.  Would call them again!

Let's be honest, We all get a little anxiety with plumbers... It's like a mechanic for your house. You have one problem and then they show up and allllllll of a sudden they disclose that your house is on the verge some catastrophic disaster... (I'm sure you can relate)

First, he was super respectful and removed his shoes before entering (we don't wear shoes in our house). So, super big thumbs up for that!

John was so personable, prompt, and courteous. He took his time to explain the deets before the service and recommended other options to save money.

I called Sal's early this afternoon and was so amazed at the response time.  They were over to my house about an hour later.  Thomas, the technician, was very respectful of my house - made sure he wore his shoe coverings when he went in and out of my house and cleaned up and was very tidy before he left.  He unclogged my washer that had backed up and was very knowledgeable.  He gave me some recommendations (I'm in a rental house) so said if problem continues, I would contact our landlord.  Services rendered was very reasonable too.  Will use them if I need future plumbing needs.  Thank you Sal's Plumbing, I'm so glad I called you.  Had originally made an appointment with another plumbing company but they couldn't come out  for 4 days.

Hire Major League Plumbing! Hire Rodrigo! He is a kind person and with that comes honesty. Something that is a valuable trait when hiring a plumber. So many of us don't know the talk and that puts us in a vulnerable place. He will not take advantage of that.

We had termite fumigation done and when the gas company came out to turn the gas on it was a HARD no because we failed the pressurized test. Meaning gas leak. Happy Saturday to us. Rodrigo was quick to respond but better than that he was fair and competitive.

Our work has only been completed since Saturday but I have no doubt that he stands behind his work and he is officially our plumber. Though we hope not to see him too soon for obvious reasons. Ha!

Just so you know how honest he is...I paid him electronically and it went through twice. He called us to let us know about the mistake and then he corrected it. Okay...so do with that information what you will but don't do the absurd thing and hire a different plumber. Don't do that.
