New year started RIGHT with a clogged sink drain! I called few people around before I found Broc from anytime plumbing. Not only he was able to come over in 1hr vs. tomorrow between 1 and 5 that was quoted by other companies, but his fee was 1/2 of what others quoted!

Anthony came same day, fixed the problem quickly. His approach and handling of the situation was professional and clean. He was very knowledgeable. I would hire him again.

The first team was super quick to respond and were able to quickly diagnose the problem as a broken line out to the sewer. They worked out all the details with our landlord and the second team came the next day to replace the pipe and put in a new clean out to make future access easier.  They were quick, efficient, friendly and you'd never know they were there, other than our new clean out access point.  Highly recommended.

Very fast response and honest. Ended up not even charging me for a house call, with their consultation it became the property owners responsibility in which the actual plumbing service were not needed. But if ever needed Sal's would be my first call

What an awesome service this little gem is! So glad I came across it on Yelp! The management coordinated an absolute perfect delivery that I ordered from another company with an installation, right on time!

The tech was quite professional as well, of course so much credit must go to the man who did the incredible job! He came in, worked fast, clearly has a bit of OCD because he left the bathroom SPOTLESS. In, out, done. I literally didn't even know he was here he worked so efficiently!

Cali Rooter & Plumbing gave me the most reasonable quote for installing washing machine hookups and were available to do the work quickly.  They showed up late, but did not even attempt to ask for more money when the job got more complicated because there was an old metal box within the wall where the plumbing needed to go (an old electrical box maybe?) and its removal was difficult.  I was pleased with their politeness and their work, and would use them again!

Called David to replace two of my toilet tank fill valves.  Not only did he do an excellent and thorough job, but he actually stuck around and helped me troubleshoot some additional plumbing questions I had.

Highly professional and very good demeanor.  I will be calling him again if I ever have a need for a plumber.

Had a tub spigot that wouldn't shut off. Called Ford's and a plumber came on an emergency basis, immediately diagnosed what turned out to be a very minor issue, and told me how to fix it myself. He left and ten minutes later, I had fixed it -- no charge. Very grateful and will certainly call Ford's when I have an actual plumbing issue.

Today was my second time using Prodigy Plumbing and I have decided that I will no longer call any other plumber again!

Mark is one of the nicest people I have met, and it is truly reassuring to know that I can feel comfortable in my own home when a stranger is there fixing something! He came within 2 hours of my phone call today, and fixed my clogged bathtub within 15-20 minutes.

The first time I used Prodigy (over 6 months ago), I had the same pleasant experience.

We had a leak under concrete and Paxton referred a leak detection specialist who was great. Then Paxton came out and replaced the broken pipe. All around great experience!

Ruben returned our call promptly and removed and replaced a faulty sump pump within a few days.  Expert service, friendly, and affordable.  Gave us great tips on keeping the sewer line clean.  I think we have our new family plumber.  Great guy, hard worker, and dependable.  if you need a local plumber you can trust, Ruben's your guy.

Had Mainline come out due to a broken irrigation/sprinkler pipe. Came out the morning I called and the job was done by mid day. Very courteous and explained the situation. We ended up replacing the plastic broken pipes with better quality and longer lasting copper pipes and the entire job was $325

I had read the reviews about mainline prior to calling and I can say that the reviews live up to the service. Will use them in the future and they are now in my address book

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

Our water heater stopped working so I reached out to D&D and they were great.

Deanne asked me questions on the phone which sped up the process and even let me shop around without feeling pressured. After shopping around they were the best option so I called back and confirmed.

They quickly gave me water heater options ranging from cheapest to top of line and were very honest.

Dave was very prompt on arrival time the next day and installed the water heater really quickly. I chatted with him while he installed the water heater and had a few laughs and a good conversation. Very friendly.

After everything was installed and good to go, Dave showed me how to drain the water heater for annual maintenance, and start the pilot light if it ever went out. I really appreciated the walkthrough.

I'd recommend D&D to anyone who needed water hear and plumbing repairs and will definitely keep them in mind if I need repairs again.

I called RJ Plumbing for a plumbing emergency first thing on a Monday morning.  It took a couple of hours for Karen to call me back, but she was very helpful, understanding & pleasant to deal with.  She scheduled two sub-contractors to come out that day - one from Eagle Eye Detections, a leak detection specialist, and the other from TFM mold & water damage.
This review deals mainly with these two gentlemen, since RJ didn't actually perform the work.  

Anthony from Eagle Eye Detections showed up earlier than expected and spent a LOT of time isolating a slow leak in a pipe feeding the kitchen faucet.  He was very professional, and not only found the leak, but was able to fix it on the spot for an extra charge.  The only issue I have is that he hooked up an air line to the pipes to force the water out, but didn't stick around long enough to ensure that all of the air was bled out correctly.  If I didn't have a basic understanding of plumbing, I would've had to have him come out a second time to figure out why the supply lines inside the toilet tanks blew off of their connections and leak onto the bathroom floors.  

Thomas from TFM water damage started the cleanup immediately.  Actually both of these gentlemen were done well before my insurance could send someone out to estimate the damage.  Thomas is probably a little too pushy - I had to rein him in, so my agent could get a mold specialist out to assess that damage.  It's apparent that he doesn't like to wait.

Judging by the previous reviews of RJ Plumbing, I'd probably call them again when another issue arises.  I'm dismayed that they're only available M-F, since practically every plumbing emergency I've ever encountered seems to happen after hours and on weekends.

I will always use Plumbing Works because of Alex's honesty. Another plumbing company said my home and family were in danger if I did not make a repair costing $1,600. I asked Alex for a second opinion and he demonstrated to me why the repair was completely unnecessary. Think about that. He had a chance to undercut the other guys and make himself a few hundred dollars and he chose to do the right thing. That's why I will always go with this company.

Did such great work, installed new 50 gap water heater on 2nd floor.  Cleaned up the entire closet, fixed all the venting and pipes.  So nice to have work done this well.  Plumbing is hard work and these guys came at the end of what I'm sure was a long day and didn't cut any corners, stayed well after dark, and were very courteous and professional.  Worth the premium and so glad I didn't cut corners to save a few bucks

If I'm ever in need of plumbing services again I will definitely be contacting Rodrigo. He was very professional and accommodating. Thankfully, he had the part in stock and was able to have me squared away within an hour. Thank you so much again Rodrigo you're awesome!
