Broc was a lifesaver.  I came home sick from work to find that my kitchen sink had leaked all over the counter and on to the floor.  I couldn't find a plumber that could come right away, but Broc said he could be there the same afternoon.  He was very patient and professional in how he explained what was wrong and gave me suggestions on what brands to use to replace the faucet.  He was also very courteous and polite.  The sink works great now, and Broc would be the first person I call the next time I need a plumber.

Paul came to fix our garbage disposal. He fixed it in under 10 minutes. He was so competent and kind. The receptionist who helped me schedule was friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure to work with both of them!

We're having some trouble with our 100 yr old house's sewer line. It was suggested to us that we have the entire line sleeved.

We just had Giovanni out to take a look.  He sent the camera down to inspect, then looked up the property plans on the LA City website, and came back with some questions as to whether or not our line joined up with another house's, and whether or not we have a legal easement.

He's going to the Dept. of Public Works on Monday to pull the plans for our property and really suss out what the situation is before giving us a quote.

We've had other companies come who didn't even bother to send a camera down and quoted us $$$$ to sleeve the entire line.

Giovanni has gone above and beyond the call so far - I'm very impressed with both his diligence and business ethics.

If we end up using Red Lilly for the actual work I will revise this review to reflect that as well.

We noticed pipes banging after another plumbing company came for a completely different reason and decided not to have the same company come back. So, we called Sal's and explained the issue and were happy to meet Marvin who not only helped secure loose pipes in our crawlspace but fixed another minor issue at no charge as it only took a literal minute. Marvin was very friendly, helpful and thorough. He made an extra effort while securing loose pipes to take pictures and make us aware of the overall condition of both our water lines as well as our sewage pipes so we can plan for future repairs and avoid a potential disaster. Thank you Marvin for your wonderful service and professionalism!

It was late in the day (4pm) and the two other plumbers I contacted that were more local to my location did not have availability until the following day. I called Cali Rooter and described the work I needed - install a new water pressure regulator. I was given an immediate, fair, and reasonable quote over the phone. Cali Rooter arrived promptly and completed the work even quicker. Awesome! They are now my go to plumbers. Period.

These guys are the best. We have used then for several jobs. They are really honest. Their plumbers have given us sone tips here and there to spare us expense over the last couple of years.  We have a house built in the 50s and a LOT of our plumbing needed to be replaced. Most of the pipes in the house started dripping this year, and apparently that was true for the pipes under the house. Everything they did they tried to support with as much evidence as possible so we didn't feel like they were being dishonest. We really have never felt like they were dishonest with us. All the plumbers are super nice too. We will continue using them and I highly recommend Ford's to all my friends.

You guys are incredibly amazing in the way you generally conduct your business.  Equally amazing are the uncompromising promptness in which you schedule and send out your plumbers.

First, I'd like to introduce Felix who came out to fix a very slow leak from toilet tank to toilet.  The toilet was a single unit with poorly installed after-market components for lifting the stopper.  Felix replaced the intake valve unit and it looked like that would take care of the leak.  Unbeknown to him and myself, the leak persisted as I discovered later due to the fact that the now properly functioning intake valve opened audibly about every 20 minutes or so for a short burst to replace lost water that had leaked from tank to toilet.  My initial anger was mollified almost immediately once I called Long Beach Prodigy Plumbers back to voice my dissatisfaction.  Their response was immediate in sending out another plumber by the name of George because I was blaming Felix for the continued leaking.  In discussions and observations of his work, I came to realize that Felix had done an excellent job replacing the intake valve which was really needed.  George, after replacing the flapper with another much better flapper left without charging any money.  I'm truly awed by the conscientious service and honesty that I had the pleasure of witnessing in both plumbers as well as the business itself!

My garbage disposal stopped working and was backing up into my dishwasher. I called up Carrera's and Paxton answered the phone. He was over in 10 minutes and had the problem figured out. He was extremely helpful and friendly. I would recommend them to everyone.

Got to say, I have worked with a lot of plumbers over the years and never seen such great response from a plumbing company. It was a commercial back up request in the middle of the night and Ruben was on it.

Fast service and even when he couldn't get a clean out cover open because it was so old, he spent 1/2 hour cutting it open to gain access to the issue.

Above and beyond, definitely recommended for commercial needs!

Mainline Plumbing is the best!!  Called with an emergency in Laurel Canyon at night and Ranelle was able to first calm me down and then tell me they yes, we definitely needed a plumber for our leaky downstair ceiling.  Cesar arrived only 15 minutes later and was able to find our very well hidden house.  He fixed the problem quickly and left everything very clean.  The price was absolutely reasonable. A+++++++++

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

What a pro! We had been having a gnarly smell from the bathroom for weeks, and haven't been mustering up the courage to call anyone for help.  We finally decided to ask for help so we could sleep peacefully with no stinky sewage smell and Dave to the rescue.  He showed up the same day we called, took a look, quickly analyzed the situation and provided a solution.  He had everything he needed to fix it and was in and out in 2 hours.  Amazing! We will be calling D&D for all future plumbing issues.  Thank you Dave!

Our water heater was acting up and I found John from RJ Plumbing here on Yelp.  He was able to set up an appointment for a couple days later and came to take a look (no charge).  Our water heater unfortunately could only take their specific manufacturer part so the universal one John had could not be installed.  John had us call the manufacturer to see the cost of the part and let us know what price would be worth fixing vs. installing a new heater (since our water heater was out of warranty - last company we hired to install a new heater in 2012 gave us a heater from 2009 - jerks!!).  Turned out it was better to just install in a new water heater and we happily used John who was professional, timely and affordable.  I would recommend him to anyone!

Wow!!! HIGHLY recommend this business!!! My kitchen pipe began hissing and my kitchen was flooded at midnight. I called Rodrigo the next morning and he came out and fixed it. He was upfront and honest when he gave me the free quote.  I had him look at other issues I had around the house and his prices are more than reasonable compared to the work he does. But let me tell you that not only will he get the job done, but he is the most humble and kind person in the business. He's such a remarkable human being! Call Rodrigo for all your plumbing needs!!!
