Broc of ANYTIME ROOTER came to the rescue again in Playa Vista!  He is our go-to guy! Shower good as new; brand new garbage disposal after 10 year's time.
Broc is professional, courteous and charming.  He explains everything and will show you as he's fixing the problem. I concur with Daniel M's comments.  Does anyone else think Broc looks like actor Denzel Washington's twin?!

Our water heater needed to get replaced. After shopping around and a few ridiculous estimates, Technician Aram came to conduct an estimate and we accepted this company to do the job. He was on time & professional. He explained everything in details our problem and stated he can complete everything same day. He told us he'll go get everything and will be back by a certain time, which he did and he got right to it. He was done with the entire job in 2 hours! To us, that was fast and efficient. My mom and I was very pleased with this company's service and Aram was great! We'd highly recommend them for any plumbing problems :)

Shower Clog:  I called and spoke to Nicole (very nice lady) and she quickly added me to their schedule. Miguel was prompt, courteous, and professional. He was also very knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable and overall I had an outstanding service. They have definitely gained my business and I recommend them 100%! Thank you Miguel and Nicole!

I have used Red Lilly on this old house through the years - from fixing leaks to replacing pipes and they have never disappointed. Feels like a small company with personal service, talented no nonsense plumbers competitive pricing and willing to work with. I would note they don't really clean up after themselves but I don't mind that so much because I'd be doing it again anyway and they're not cleaning on my dime like some other companies. I'd much rather have good work by good guys. Hire some female plumbers and maybe get 5 stars  update: Charlie was our most recent plumber from Red Lilly and got us taken care of  - thank you!!

Well, Joe...the very next plumber I called had no problem coming out and performing work on my condo. So not really sure how to answer your non-responsive response to my answer to you, other than to reiterate I think you are in the wrong kind of business. Perhaps you should open a steakhouse.

Water poured out of my kitchen sink cabinet while I was running the dishwasher, so I took a chance based on other Yelp reviews and contacted Shahar. He showed up within the hour I contacted him, fixed the problem, and didn't try to upcharge me. Responsive and honest, can't ask for more than that!

Alex came the same day as my inquiry, quickly diagnosed my issues and repaired them.  Easy, quick - he also gave me great advice for when we do renovations to make more permanent improvements.  Thank you!  We'll definitely use them again!

We highly recommend Wallace Plumbing. David is friendly, professional, punctual and very reasonably priced. We needed a pipe replaced under our bathroom sink. The job ended up being more involved than we had described, but David performed the repair perfectly. He even cleared a slow drainage problem we had been experiencing for years.  And being a true perfectionist, David reconsidered a part he had used and asked to come back the next day (Saturday) and replaced the part 100% free of charge. Who does that?

I have used Ford's Plumbing on many occasions including replacing all the original plumbing in my older home.The customer service has always been excellent. I called this company because of the great reviews, so I gave it a shot. Hubby told me to call another company, but I took a chance to try Prodigy. It didn't disappoint. Big shoutout to LUIS for not rushing to get the work done because it was late in the afternoon. He fixed our clogged drain, explained what the problem was, & now our sink is working good! He cleaned up the work area & I appreciate that.

3 star for price gauging. Hired them because of the reviews but feel ripped off. Came for an hour or two to troubleshoot a few basic plumbing issues (running toilets and a leaking sink). Simple basic stuff. They charged me a service fee PLUS a absurdly high per fixture repair fee instead of at an hourly flat rate like all my other plumbers.  Each repair tool maybe 10 minutes. Had I known I would have replaced the flapper valve myself. My fault for not asking  big assumed since they were already there the price would be cheaper to do several minor r repairs at once. Nope. They slap me with a $700 bill!!!??? My jaw dropped. I've worked with plumbers for 40 years. Never been so over charged.  I was able to negotiate $100 off. Wahoo. But the overall feeling was they are just trying to gauge you for as much money as they can. It doesn't feel ethical or fair. I told him I could never use him again and he didn't seem to care one bit.

AAAAA+++++ rating!   I called 4 plumbers (including Ruben) bc my 8-year-old tankless water heater stopped working.  All of them except Ruben told me that I had to replace my unit at an estimate of several thousand dollars.  Ruben was the only one that told me I only needed to replace a small part that ended up costing me less than $500 with labor).  He also said that my unit should last many more years and showed me how to maintain it.  I appreciated Ruben and his team's honesty and professionalism.  They even brought their own shoe covers to keep my floors clean!  Thanks Ruben!!!!!

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

Our water heater stopped working so I reached out to D&D and they were great.

Deanne asked me questions on the phone which sped up the process and even let me shop around without feeling pressured. After shopping around they were the best option so I called back and confirmed.

They quickly gave me water heater options ranging from cheapest to top of line and were very honest.

Dave was very prompt on arrival time the next day and installed the water heater really quickly. I chatted with him while he installed the water heater and had a few laughs and a good conversation. Very friendly.

After everything was installed and good to go, Dave showed me how to drain the water heater for annual maintenance, and start the pilot light if it ever went out. I really appreciated the walkthrough.

I'd recommend D&D to anyone who needed water hear and plumbing repairs and will definitely keep them in mind if I need repairs again.

John was on time, fast, friendly and efficient.  We called John to replace a round toilet with an elongated one.  I originally told him we would purchase the toilet through him without realizing my husband had already bought one on sale at Home Depot.  I was just about to call him to let him know when he rang me to confirm our appointment.  He had just left the supplier with the toilet I had told him to get and I felt terrible.  He was very professional and told me no worries, he would just keep the toilet in his inventory.  When he arrived, he went the extra mile by unloading the toilet we had purchased out of our vehicle and carrying it to our unit.  He was in and out in less than an hour which we were thrilled about.  The toilet looks great and my husband is finally happy to have an elongated toilet!  I guess it's a guy thing! :). I would definitely recommend John to anyone looking to get work completed.  His prices were very fair and he just seems like a real down to earth guy.  He is the owner/operator and we like to support small businesses.

I was remodeling and needed a plumber to give us a bid. I got a few estimates but Anthonio from Plumbing Works gave us the best quote and really knew plumbing. I needed to do all the sewer drains, take out the old water heater and do a new tankless water heater installation, repipe the whole house I wanted to use PEX repipe for certain areas. The did an amazing job in the plumbing for the kitchen and new bathroom.
The crew from Plumbing works did do drain cleaning a first, but after a camera sewer inspection we saw that we needed to do new sewer drains and they did the trenchless sewer system installation. The toilets and vanities were installed professionally.
I definitely recommend Plumbing Works for any plumbing or rooter service you might need. Thanks to the whole crew.

Rodrigo and Juan were great to work with, I'll call them back for any other plumbing issues in the future. From the initial phone call to wrapping up the job, everything was quick, pleasant and professional.

They were honest and upfront about pricing and answered all of my questions. The quote I got at the beginning is what I paid at the end.

Had issues with my hot water tank and they had me back up and running with hot water right away. They came to inspect the old leaking tank with the intention to repair it if that was an option. It wasn't and it needed to be replaced, but I appreciated their initial inspection, that made me feel like there wasn't any upselling going on.

Would definitely recommend these guys for your plumbing needs.
