I wish I could give six stars!!!  Emailed at 3 pm on Saturday regarding back flooding into our bathtub. Got a reply within minutes profusely apologizing they were fully booked for the day, but could be there at 8 am on Sunday morning. Broc was 5 minutes early and totally efficient.  He asked a number of questions, diagnosed the real problem (which was actually our kitchen sink), and got to work solving it.  Less than 45 minutes later, the drain was cleared and everything was working great.  He was professional, courteous, and the price was totally fair.  Absolutely holding onto his card!

I have no idea where to start.  From the minute I called and made an appointment for an emergency water heater repair... they were on top of it.  Family run business that is amazing!  Every detail is gone over with you by professionals and very friendly and knowledgeable ones.  Every step of the way was amazing. They covered everything from calling me they said they would call... always on time.... and honestly one of the best service providers I have ever worked with.   DO NOT USE ANYONE ELSE!!!   Thank you Johanna and Louis!!!!

Red Lilly is great!  We had a blocked kitchen sink.... called them and talked to Katrina, a very gracious lady... and she sent us Rufus in 1&1/2 hours.. Rufus was excellent, efficient, skilled, got the job done.. and
was copasetic with our 4 rather noisy dogs.... and all is taken care of in
the course of a couple of hours.  Will call them next time, and will ask for
Rufus again..

It's 8pm on a Monday night and nastiness starts bubbling up the tub drain.  Who you gonna call?

Well I called a bunch of plumbers and Sal's was the most accommodating and fastest to respond.  They sent over Nick who quickly diagnosed the problem and squeezed me into their work schedule the very next day.  He was so honest in laying out my options and what to expect that I felt very comfortable with hiring Sal's Plumbing for a major job.

I ended up replacing the entire sewer drain line and main to the city line (ouch!).  But Nick gave me constant updates and there were no surprise fees along the way.

Sal's Plumbing does A+ work at a very fair price.  They are reliable, CLEAN, work fast and they back everything up with updates and photos.  I HIGHLY recommend them and make sure you ask for Nick

I had a mystery leak and Simon came out within an hour to do an estimate. Fortunately, we don't have a plumbing issue, but at least we've narrowed down the probable cause. If I ever do have one though, I know who to call! Highly recommend their service!

David is a great plumber!  We've use him twice so far to fix our water heater and kitchen sink leak - not only is he reasonably priced, his knowledge surpasses past plumbers we've used - he diagnoses the problem right away and does a perfect fix.  He also gave us some invaluable tips.  No need to search for another plumber.

Friendly advice: don't call these people.  Worst customer service ever.   Here's my story:  having moved to the Westside, I saved the marketing post card from Ford's Plumbing (based in Culver City...seemed convenient) and used it this week when my toilet sealing ring and my whole house water filter system failed.  

Booked an appointment for 2 days out, 9am.  On the appointed day, Ford's plumber (a guy named Jeremy) was a no show at 9am or 10am or 11am.  I finally called them.  Was told the crew was on an emergency (which I assume means hey, we get paid the emergency call hourly rate, so...too bad for you!).  

Was told the crew would be at my place by 1:30pm. So I waited and--again--no show.  At 2:30pm I called Ford's AGAIN.  Was told the crew would call me 30 minutes out but the receptionist had no idea when that appointment would actually happen.  (Apparently having an appointment means nothing to these people OR they don't have enough crew to actually service customers OR they don't communicate well as a team.)  

At this point--having lost a day of pay myself sitting around waiting for my Ford's plumber appointment, with a broken toilet and a broken filter system--I said no thanks.   And was left wondering, why the heck would these guys send out a promotional card if they can't bother to actually make the service appointments they themselves committed to?   Grrrrr...

We can't speak highly enough of Prodigy. From our first call in 2015 when Mark came within hours to our most recent call today everyone has been amazing. We had a rather urgent event today. Water leaking very badly in our shower. Matt showed up even earlier than he thought he would be able to. He assisted us in getting an emergency shut off as we live in a condo and best of all had everything fixed and water back on in less than an hour.
As long as we live within Prodigy's service range we will never need another company. Everyone we have dealt with is courteous, professional and honest. All we have to say is Thank you, Matt!! And thank you Mark for running a great company!!

Highly recommend!!!  I had a backed up sewer line today and Paxton visited immediately to fix the problem, and he made the extra effort to remove the debris clogging the drain.  Fast, efficient, and I learned a great deal about sewer lines and the necessity for clean out taps.

The plumbing hair is incredible, they were able to fix my sink in a two hour timeframe that they were here. This team save me a lot of money and was very pleasant having them over. They followed all the Covid rules with safety and precaution!  It was a blessing working with this and Ruben was definitely a good technician that helped me the whole way through!

CALL MAINLINE BEFORE ANY OTHER PLUMBER!  I called with a water heater that wouldn't heat.  They were at my home 3 hours later. The problem with the heater?  The rain had flooded the basin causing the heater to shut off. Not only that, they Macgyvered the water heater cabinet that had a hole allowing water to enter the water heater cabinet!  I have hope in human kind once again.  Julie in North Hollywood.

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

Dave does quality work with quality parts, communicates clearly, and provides excellent follow up. Very hard to find these days. Glad to have found him.

Called RJ Plumbing as a small leak was discovered on a saddle tap for my fridge.  I don't like taking chances with plumbing, so I looked for an experienced professional rather than making things worse or ignoring something that needs to be taken care of right away.  John came by right at the start of the 2 hr window he gave me.  He was friendly and professional.  He diagnosed the problem and explained to be the situation and my options.  I agreed with his advice to try and take the easier (and certainly less costly) route and he was able to do a bit of work to stabilize the saddle and take off a cap and attach a water line expertly without worsening the issue.  Everything was completed in about 20 minutes and I was charged only for the service call.  All in all, I was very satisfied with the service provided.  Recommend.

Had no idea who to call to help with my water heater and my hot water issues. I was not getting hot water in my back two restrooms and wasn't sure if it was the low water pressure of if there was something wrong with my plumbing.

After giving them a call, they were able to figure out the issue and installed a secondary pump that helped get the hot water to my restrooms a lot faster. Definitely an improvement and made my life a lot more easier being able to have hot water in the morning.

Overall these guys are great and I will be keeping them in mind when it comes to anything plumbing related for my new house.

Sal's plumbing was easy to make an appointment with. They gave me a time frame to expect the plumber (3-5 pm). At 3:10, The plumber called me to tell me he was running a little bit behind and gave me an ETA, which was highly appreciated.

Pricing is upfront but the parts are marked up very high, maybe due to my location of Redondo Beach. However, they won't overcharge you for unnecessary things and are not pushy with their recommendations. I'd use them again!

Rodrigo installed a kitchen drain from the outside of my home. It was done efficiently and neatly. I've use him before underneath my home for a broken pipe and the price was under the three other quotes. I will always call him with my plumbing problems.
