Broc was quick to answer the phone and quick to respond to our blocked sewer line.  Very professional and helpful.  Problem fixed in less than 30 minutes.  Will keep his number handy!

I really like the customer service city plumbing and rooted provides. They respond fast and are pretty helpful. Jaime is the plumber that helps me fix my clogged kitchen sink and bathroom toilet. He did a great job!

I needed to get a quote to what I thought would be a replacement water heater and I came across this business. I messaged them through Yelp to get one and got a response within 10 minutes and Armando let's me know he could come that same day. He was here within the hour of me making contact with him, which I am beyond grateful for. He called to let me know when he was on his way, and he got here when he said he'd be here. He was quick with what we needed, thankfully I didn't need an immediate replacement. But he answered all my questions and gave me the information I needed. He even followed up the next day to make sure our water heater was still working. Beyond pleased with the service Armando provided and I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call for any future needs.

Thank you Joe (co-owner) for sending out Bryan and Mark to fix my poorly installed diverted valve in my shower. They were able to contact the fixture company and with little assistance they had it put back together and working correctly within 20 minutes!  Thank you for your honesty and your persistence in doing everything possible before going the drastic route (cutting into the wall). Wallace Plumbing is a fantastic company that's run and owned by Dave Wallace. I had 4 older toilets that had parts that were getting old.  The toilets were running and doing other odd things.  Dave recommended that I change out the flappers, fill valves, and replace the waterlines going from the toilets to the wall. He called it a three for one.  As long as he was already working on the toilets replacing one part he wanted to be EXTRA sure nothing could leak and changed out 2 other parts.  From my experience this is absolutely a wise idea give that 3 of the toilets were on second story and should any part fail it could cause massive water damage between multiple levels. Recommending to also change out a $10 part is brilliant as most plumbers don't take this type of precaution.  He had me email him photos of all of the toilets so he could see exactly what type they were and what parts I needed.   He provided me with an exact list of parts and I picked them up at Home Depot.  Dave then came over an efficiently fixed all four toilets. He did so in a very clean, pleasant and professional manner. He vacuumed up any mess and left the job as clean as when he arrived.  Also, he noticed one of the tanks had the potential to slowly leak so he had us put a small up under this area to check whether it was dry or wet in the next morning. He wanted to be 100% sure nothing was missed which is truly professional and gave me peace of mind.

Dave is a consummate professional.  He is a straight shooter.  I did read some complaints about him being difficult to get estimates from.  He is a one man company.  He does not drive around giving free estimates all day long.  If you have a plumbing problem he is usually hired right off the bat or he requests that customers send a few photos to him through text message so he can see the scope of the issue.   He's very straightforward, honest, efficient, and hardworking! He did 4 other jobs in my neighborhood and all 4 other people were very satisfied and continue to recommend.  There's a reason why this master plumber has about 175 FIVE STAR ratings!

Our toilet got backed up (we'd had this issue multiple times)
Ryan Ford came on the same day/ within the time frame (on the early side) and was extremely nice & helpful!  He snaked the main line to clear the blockage and the original quote is how much I actually paid.  I'd had many, many plumbers come (2 being beyond horrible) but Ford's Plumbing & Heating was definitely one of the BEST!  THANK YOU RYAN!!!!

Called twice, both times they were at our house within a couple of hours and cleared our drains quickly. They are friendly, polite, answer all your questions and helpful with suggestions. Will use them again.

If i could give zero stars i would. I don't understand all the good reviews. Our condo had a block in the main line and someone came out to fix it. When it occured again the next week, we called them out again to either snake the main line again or diagnosis if we needed a more serious procedure dobe. The guy first tried to say that it wasnt covered under a warranty (not true) and after some arguing he finally came out and grumbled his way through another snaking which took care of the issue. He was rude to everyone and the funny thing was, he kept talking about all the residents as if we wrnt going to discuss and find out that he was talking about everyone! Worst service and dishonest.

Our shower started leaking from one day to the next. After a few days we realized we needed to get a plumber in. Based on the excellent Yelp reviews I reached out to these guys Friday before Memorial Day weekend and got an immediate response. The plumber showed up within a few hours, diagnosed the problem and said a part needed to be ordered. He said it should arrive by Wednesday-thurs the following week. Unfortunately the tech we were texting with had a family emergency and stopped responding to us but after reaching out to the owner, he was so apologetic and had the part and the repair done within 24 hours. I can't give these guys less than 5 stars bc they were that good.

Over the years, I have called Mainline Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs.  They are always AMAZING.  Years ago when we bought our first house, our warranty company sent out a plumber who gave us a very high estimate for a problem we were having with the main line.  Suspicious, we contacted Cesar at Mainline (recommended through a friend) and he came and took care of it for a FRACTION of the price. We were able to get the warranty company to pay for it even though he was not a contracted plumber because there was so much of a price difference (they quoted us $5,000 and Cesar did it for $700!).  The people at Mainline are  honest, efficient and always incredibly polite.  I have recommended them to so many people over the years, and everyone I have sent to them has also just sent back glowing reviews. If you are looking for a GREAT plumber who is also incredibly HONEST, call them!!

Great service and the prices are very reasonable. Tony was very reliable and arrived right on time.

We had a burst water pipe in our wall. We did not initially know it was in the wall. D&D's responded quickly and the plumber David came out to inspect and assess with very little wait time. Our issue was resolved quickly by the next day and effectively. David was friendly and very knowledgeable. Not to mention the pricing was reasonable. 100% highly recommend!

Once again I had a problem-this time it was the kitchen sink.  I called the office on Thursday asking for Monday appointment after 2pm.  I had to leave a message, but I got a return call and Monday late appointment.  Every part of John's business works like a charm.  It still has a wonderful small business feel with A++ service.  I even talked with John about the posibility of some future remodel work.  John is GREAT.  I would rather wait for John to be available then call any other plumber. Thanks again John!

This company helped us out on a weekend and gave us an amazing price.  Antonio, was efficient, knowledgeable and extremely helpful.  He made sure to explain the problems and cleaned up when the job was finished.  Will call these guys for plumbing issues everytime from here on.  Thank you so much!!!

Our downstairs bathroom tub and toilet both were clogged. We needed service as soon as possible as it's the only handicap accessible bathroom. I called a few people and was told they couldn't come until next week. I called Sal's and they came the same day. They gave an assessment and came back the next morning and finished the job. They were on time and very nice. They explained what happened so that it wouldn't happen again.

These guys came late on a Saturday night - communication was good and efficient.
