Yet again, Broc swooped in and saved the day!  He came as soon as he was available, and got started working on my main line even before I realized he had shown up early in front of my house.  Such service.  He snaked my main line again, this time with a more serious blade, and was able to dislodge and remove a significant amount of tree roots blocking the pipe.  His prices are exceptional, and his reliability and determination make him indispensable.  I will continue to recommend him, and am grateful for his continued service.

Chad Is the nicest and most amazing person I have ever met . He unclogged my toilet and was super nice to my two dogs . I highly recommend him to be anyone's plumber . Again the most nicest person ever ! Thank you so much Chad !!!

Five stars to this plumbing service. They responded quick to a leaky pipe problem happening  in my bathroom. The repair man showed me exactly where the problem was fixed it within the hour and cleaned up after himself. Thank you!

Red Lilly has been great to work with over the past four years. They are friendly and I find them to be trustworthy. We first learned about Red Lilly from our Real Estate Agent when we were purchasing the house and had to have an inspection of the plumbing in 2015. They told us that the plumbing was ok, but that down the line it would need some work and they gave us an estimate. Fast forward four years and they were right! This past week they fixed our sewer line. We're fortunate that our home insurance (i.e. Mercury) covers the main line. Charles has been great to work with. He has ensured that videos and detailed information is being gathered for the insurance company. Did I mention that Charles honored the estimate from the 2015 inspection?!! They are amazing and I highly recommend them. We've used them to replace the main water line in 2016, replace our water heater with a tankless water heater 2019, and to fix the sewer line in 2019. These are big jobs. Two of those required interacting with Mercury Insurance.

I've used Sal's Plumbing before and was very pleased, as I am this time also.  They arrived just as they said, assessed the situation quickly, gave me what I felt was a fair price before starting the work - listing each task.  It became apparent that he had to get a special part, so he went to the store and returned to finish the job quickly.  Very friendly, helpful and I liked that he asked about my prior experience with them - seems like they are a great team. I would definitely recommend them!

Best plumber! Super fast and responsive. Fixed everything and were very safe as well. Couldn't recommend them anymore!

David was very conciliatory about the charges and made a point to call me about it to discuss. He gave me a partial refund and sent me a check with an amount we both agreed upon. I give him credit for following up with me on the issue and his private message to me was very professional. I am modifying my score to reflect the resolution.

***IMPORTANT NOTES***

Folks, you should be aware that you're not going to get a cost discount if your job does not fill his whole hour. I had a simple job to properly fasten a drain stop that took less than 15 minutes and I was charged the full hourly rate. That's not the way you keep customers.

Also important to note, he has a way of sneaking in up-charges on items without telling you the cost. He offered to cap some bolts on my toilet to give it a better appearance, but did not tell me that doing so came at a price, nor what the price was.

I give high marks for punctuality, speed of work, friendliness and knowledge. Low marks for overcharging and lack of price clarity.

We used them once in an emergency and they were really great to work with and they solved our problem, charged us reasonably and told us if optional preventative measures we could take. I needed them a second time a few months later and a different plumber came out and he was honest and straight-forward about my issue and I really appreciated that and I like this company and am happy to recommend them. Plumbing costs money. There are choices of various plumbers out there- but these guys are really together and nice and they get it done. I would call them again in a heartbeat.

Our plumber of choice. Well organized & punctual. Worth the money they charge. We have used them for about a decade - no issues.

Paxton is my go-to plumber. I live in a condo where there is heavy drama between vendors and hoa and the management company and Paxton has helped me sort out the drama on more than one occasion.

This is not really his job as a plumber, but he is level-headed and calm and those qualities go a long way to revealing his mature professionalism and integrity. He's not really a hand holder, he just tells it like he sees it and that's that. Credible.

He and Ryan get the job done with a minimum of muss or fuss, prices are absolutely fair and I feel confident I'm not being upsold or scammed because I'm a stupid woman who knows nothing about plumbing.

Ruben and his team were great! I had a dripping tub faucet but couldn't stop it even if I turned off the main shutoff valve so you can forget about DIY work. So, I contacted Non stop Plumbing to help fix both issues. They offered a fair price and quick scheduling. On the day of the appointment, Ruben had a gap and offered to arrive hours earlier than my scheduled time so I took his offer. He was professional, efficient, and even wore shoe covers around the home, which is underappreciated. When he fixed both issues, I asked him about a stuck bathtub drain stopper. He resolved that one too! I highly recommend Non stop Plumbing and will use again!

We had a burst water pipe in our wall. We did not initially know it was in the wall. D&D's responded quickly and the plumber David came out to inspect and assess with very little wait time. Our issue was resolved quickly by the next day and effectively. David was friendly and very knowledgeable. Not to mention the pricing was reasonable. 100% highly recommend!

RJ Plumbing is amazing.  I'm a 'handyman' but not enough to hook up a waterline in my new apartment.  I had emailed them based upon a google search and called and left a voice mail as well.  Both were responded very quickly.  The communication between Karen and myself and John and myself left me completely secure in knowing I'd get a quality result.  I had also contacted another vendor for a quote (RRooter) and it was literally 3x the amount John quoted.  John showed up today and was a totally professional and did the work quickly, quietly and fastidiously. I also had another guy (working on the cable) in at the same time and wasn't bothered at all.  I would HIGHLY recommend John and his crew.

We called at 4:30pm on a Sunday and the company answered (not a contracted answering service) and they sent someone by 5:30. He noticed water coming up the clean-out drain outside and went to work. He was very patient to explain the problem to us with the video feed from the camera in the pipes - when our hoa president came home, he went though the explanation again with the camera for him. He was very nice to work with and very reasonably priced for a weekend emergency.
