Aric and Broc did an amazing job unclogging our main pipeline which was blocked by stubborn, overgrown roots.  They were patient answering all of my questions and happy to explain the process. Thanks to their hard work and having all of the right tools, the job was a huge success.

Luis was super helpful fixing a crappy toilet, no pun intended. My toilet was poorly installed by someone unqualified and wouldn't properly flush. Luis, one of the technicians, came and helped me, totally fixing my problem and being friendly and funny in the process! Great experience

We were really happy with this company. Armando was professional and responsive in setting up the appointment and recognizing the urgency of our situation early morning on a Saturday and holiday. Dominic, the plumber who can on-site, was fast, friendly, communicative, thoughtful to minimize mess, and charged a very reasonable price.

Very quick, same hour service! We had issues with the sink and toilet in our main bathroom. Thomas came and snaked the sink twice, and completely cleared our toilet. Great service, up front pricing, and quick!

I found myself in a bind with the kitchen sink sprayer not working. Shahar worked a miracle and found me some time in his busy schedule. There was a cancellation and he was able to move my appointment up send Rudolph to take care of my problem.

Rudolph was polite, professional, and took all precautions with regards to the virus situation. He was masked the whole time. He wore special booties to protect my floors. He was most efficient and speedy get in and get out. He checked and double checked his work to make sure my new faucet was installed correctly and that there were no drips, leaks, or any other problems. I had to have the work performed, it was the kitchen sink. How can you live without a kitchen sink. t was great to know that there are people that take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure the work is perfect and that you are completely satisfied.

third time i hired this company. Plumber showed up on time and did job quik on a new years eve. this time im adding this company to my contact phone book.

Our DWP water bills had skyrocketed across two of our office buildings and so we looked for a plumber on Yelp to help investigate, thinking it was possibly a water leak somewhere. The first company we called from Yelp (with high ratings) came out and found a leak in one of our toilets. They only had time to look at one of the offices that day and gave us an estimate for close to $1,500 to fix the one toilet or $2,000 to replace. That seemed outrageous and so we decided to get a second opinion and called Wallace. David came out the next day. He confirmed the one toilet was indeed leaking and actually found a leak in another toilet in our other building. Long story short, he fixed both and only charged us $350 total. He is incredibly knowledgable and professional, and just an all around good person. It was clear we were being hosed by the other company, no pun intended, likely seeing our office spaces and assuming we could afford to be upcharged (unfortunately, not an uncommon practice). In an industry where it's very easy to take advantage of people who don't know any better, David's honesty and integrity were very much appreciated, and that will be rewarded in the future. I would not consider calling anyone else.

Scotty was super helpful when he came out to help me with my pipes.  He replace all of my galvanized pipes to copper and poof, no more rusty water.  He explained the whole process and did everything with a smile.  Thank you Scotty!!!

Had Prodigy come out again after they came last year...This was a scheduled camera check to see if we had any more problems. Luis, the plumber, took great care of us and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Prodigy Plumbing, ask for Luis.

The team did a wonderful job in repairing out toilet and checking the other to make sure it is running well. I found the team to be prompt and professional.  this is the 3rd time I have used Ruben and his team and I have always been satisfied with their services. We have used Mainline twice within a month after they were referred to us by a friend and we were pleased both times. The first repair was a water heater replacement. We were able to get a same day appointment and the replacement was done promptly once they arrived. A few weeks later, on a Sunday morning, we thought we were having an issue with the new water heater as it was squealing like a siren and leaking from above. We called Mainline and they were able to squeeze us in within two hours of the call. It turns out that a pressure regulator outside our house that limits the water pressure coming in from the street had failed, causing extremely high water pressure to our home. The leak above the water heater was not from the water heater itself, but instead from an old water meter that was still mounted above it. They found that the pressure was more than double what it should have been. It turns out that replacing that pressure regulator has resolved several other issues we were having in the house for months prior (squealing toilets, dripping faucets etc.). Both of these visits were scheduled quickly, the jobs were done efficiently, and everyone from Mainline has been pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend.

Our kitchen sink got clogged the day before Thanksgiving. I called about half a dozen plumbers, most of whom had no one available. D & D arrived quickly, fixed the sink and a couple other issues, and left the place clean. The price was reasonable.

John is awesome. He's provided excellent service multiple times over the last 8 years. We have shared his contact to all our neighbors and friends in need and they have agreed with our confidence in the quality of the work.

When my washing machine was running, it made a very loud vibration sound in the pipes. I called Sal's plumbing and they sent over a plumber quickly. Thomas diagnosed the issue and fixed it within a few hours. Now my laundry doesn't rattle the whole house. He had to cut into the drywall, but he carefully did it to expose just what he needed to fix things.

I will use Sal's plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs!
