I always have an iffy experience with plumbers. We had a clogged sink and i've used a local plumber in the past in santa monica. I forgot that that place is a ripp-off. I quickly recalled when they quoted me prices. So i passed on them.

Then i called Anytime Rooter. He was super nice on the phone. He showed up pretty quick. Smartly, he sent me a video of the repair (since i was out but our nanny was home to oversee the work) and the video showed it was working. Smart move. The price was very resonable.

Had a leak in our toilet when trying to install a bidet, and also had an issue where a previous plumber had left our dishwasher unsecured and prone to hanging out from under our countertop after working on it.

Thomas was extremely helpful and friendly. He tried to reinstall the bidet with the parts I had, but encountered the same issue and identified a necessary replacement part for a plug in our toilet whose threads had been stripped. The price was reasonable and he even secured the dishwasher the other plumber had left at no charge.

A+ experience, would definitely recommend!

Today was my second time hiring Red Lilly for my bathroom fixes; changing toilet wax rings, unclogging drains, checking shower pressure and flushes. Cesar was right on time with his shoe covers and face mask even though he was recently vaccinated. Very friendly and professional, Cesar took great care of everything. I would definitely book Red Lilly/Cesar again.

So I was searching Yelp and seen a lot of great reviews about Sals Plumbing so I decided to try them out. So Happy that I found them. Anthony was our service technician and he was awesome! Very nice and respectful and cleaned out the piping of our clogged bathtub. Definitely going to do future business with them. Thank you Anthony for a fabulous service!!!

We had a clogged toilet after one of our customers accidentally put paper towel in the toilet.  Water was starting to come back up when we try to flush so we called Cali rooter.  
Within 30 minutes Gary showed up, introduced himself and started fixing the issue.  He was easy to work with, really friendly and professional, he took his time to explain what happens and how he would fix the problem.  
After an hour, everything is back to normal.  I'm so thankful that I called this company and get to meet Gary.  5 stars for the service.  Definitely recommend.  Thanks Gary and the team.

I've used Prodigy a couple times, and they have always been professional, friendly, on time, and completed the work efficiently. They seem to go above and beyond to accommodate your needs, and try to find the best sollution within your budget. I never felt that they were trying to upsell anything. Awesome service! They came out right away to replace a broken tub spout. Also replace the valve for the gas line for the dryer. Fast, friendly and polite guys. Really appreciate all they did. Will be using again and recommending.

One of the quickest and professional services I've received from a contractor. We needed a water heater replaced, and within hours of contact David arrived and the job was done under 3 hours (including the retrieval of the new water heater). All at a very reasonable price. John was fantastic - got to us within a couple of days which I was not expecting (it was not an emergency).  Fixed our toilet flush, snaked our kitchen sink and, in a return visit, bought and replaced the garbage disposal.  Lovely to deal with, super straightforward and happy to explain things and give options. Rodrigo is my go-to plumber.  He's always so professional and easy to communicate with on text.  I appreciate his responsiveness.  I needed someone to fix the plumbing under my sink and he was prompt and knowledgable and got the job done quickly.  Whenever I have a plumbing problem, I know I can call him and he will take care of it.  He once had trouble finding a part and drove all over 2 counties to try and find it!  I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!
