Had another problem, this time some roots in the main line, (old house sigh).  Called Broc at 9pm on the Monday before Christmas and he called right back and made an appointment for the next morning.  he was right on time and called ahead to let me know he was coming, just like the first time.  I showed him the problem and he was in and out in less than an hour.  Roots and a feminine hygiene product cleared.  Again no up-sell, no B.S. just a good dependable honest rooter guy.  Can recommend him highly enough.

The thing I like best about these guys is their transparency; they're really good about photographing the problem, so you know exactly what's going on.

They do great work, they're always considerate enough to wear surgical shoe cover booties in your house, they're courteous, and competent-- but their transparency gives you the confidence to make informed decisions and not second guess yourself, wondering if you're being treated honestly.  They're just great!

Carlos And his crew were absolutely awesome to work with. I can't recommend him enough! The company as a whole from Nicole in the office to ownership were all extremely helpful and accommodating. We had a huge job replacing plumbing lines and pipe bursting and needed it done really soon. We got many bids for the job. Not only did Carlos seem the most knowledgeable, but he also took the most time to identify our issues, was the most patient, gave us a reasonable quote, and was able to start the soonest. And he's such a nice guy. When the work started, the top priority was to get things done right and solve our issues. They worked really hard to make it happen. We couldn't be happier now and can't recommend them enough.

So called 30 year expert misdiagnosed a leak ,somehow  blamed me for that .replaced my metal pipe with a rubber hose without notifying me in advance ,over charged me.$450 for a miner easy access leak.from the beginning your held hostage with the $100 minimum policy .

Just had Shahar come back for a second visit... to fix my bathtub this time. He did an excellent job again. My tub was not working for years and is now perfect! I couldn't be happier!!

I usually don't write reviews but John's work was so impressive I couldn't resist. I had an on going problem that no one could figure out the solution to. John was not only able to solve the problem but he did it for a fair price. I definitely recommend John.

I called Ford's to come out and give me a second opinion on having my sewer line worked on - again. Ford's technician came out and really worked hard to analyze the problem: I was told it was roots, it was really a split in the line farther down than the other guy had looked.

Ford's fixed up the problem and got the job done right this time, and really worked with our difficult schedule. They were very good with communication and I was always able to get them on the line with someone who knew about my job.

Prodigy Plumbing is awesome. Super professional, the owner Mark is hands on and you can tell he has a great company culture. I had an emergency repair on my main water line bc a tree root broke my line and Mario and his team came out and completed the job today. I got an email invoice immediately with pictures attached of the work they did. They were in constant communication with me as to what needed to be done and I highly recommend Prodigy for any plumbing needs.

Paxton was friendly and professional and sent a quality crew member to come and quickly solve my kitchen sink dilemma.  Great guys, would go with them again.

I woke up to my tub filled with water. They resolved my tub issue the same day. Very friendly.

I've hired Mainline a few times over the last 10 years and they've always been very upfront and honest.  I moved into my current house in 2013 and right away the water heater failed.  I found Mainline and they came out.  My water heater was nasty looking and old so they recommended replacing which is made sense so we went forward with that.  

Now in 2022, that hot water heater from 2013 started to have issues. The pilot light was weak and it kept going out. I called Mainline and Ranelle laid out options for me. There was a repair kid that would replace the timer and pilot light which would be 1/4 the cost of a new & installed water heater.  The current water heater was probably on its last leg so spending some more to get a new system is what I chose.  

They were able to fit me in on the same day I called them back to tell them I was ready.  A couple of hours later I had hot water again!  I will be calling and hiring Mainline again without any hesitation. Highly recommend.

D&D's Plumbing is terrific.  My whole system was clogged...it was bad.  What was worse, the access point to snake it out is on my roof.  Dave came out in the time he promised and we discussed the problem and relocating the access point.  I had spoken to someone a couple of years before about the same issue with the access point.  Dave came in a much more reasonable price and his team had the job done in just a few hours the following morning.

I highly recommend them and would call them again.  Hopefully I don't need to, though!

Our 75 gallon water heater began to leak a couple weeks ago so I started calling around to get estimates for a replacement.  I got about 5 estimates and a couple were similarly priced including RJ's and the others were way over priced (30-40% over).  I went with John at RJ because he was responsive, knowledgeable and came across honest.  He came on time and completed the job quickly and neatly.  He helped me subsequently troubleshoot a small problem with the hot water faucet and was super responsive.  John at RJ is definitely at the top of my list for plumbers to call when I have any issues.

My shower drain was clogged. Very efficient, professional, and friendly service. I highly recommend it.

I just moved here not too long ago and had leak under the house. I had a plumber back at my old place that I absolutely loved and trusted but since I was new to the area I had to start fresh and ended up calling Sal's Plumbing off a recommendation from my new neighbor. From the fist call to after the job was done Joe and his guys were absolutely polite, honest and the cost was fair. I was impressed all around. I would definitely recommend these guys.

These guys are awesome! I was attempting to do some routine maintenance to our hot water heater when I hit a roadblock. I reached out to a couple plumbers and Rodrigo was first to respond. He was super communicative over the Yelp messaging app, updating me on his arrival after a previous appointment ran long. Once here we discussed the issue and he advised we sit tight (instead of pushing unnecessary service on us). He was very honest, friendly, and gracious with his time. Recommended!
