Amazing service! We had a clogged shower drain that no amount of drano or other types of quick fixes could fix.  I found this company online and they were able to come over in 30 minutes. The plumber was punctual, professional, and gave a first time service discount. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

Giovanni and his guys did a fantastic job repairing our mainline. I had noticed that our retaining wall leading to the street was wet, and called to find out what the problem was. Red Lilly was accommodating of my schedule, and quick to come out and investigate the problem, and give me options for the solution, without pressuring me. It turned out that roots had encroached on our mainline, causing it to leak, and the entire line had to be cleaned out (this required two access points to be installed, one of which was nine feet down behind the retaining wall, as it is a long and winding way to the street) and an 8-foot section of pipe lined. Giovanni gave me a competitive price, and he and his team kept me informed and reassured throughout the process. Had it fixed by the end of the week, glad I used Red Lilly! I think the negative reviews may be from when the company was under different management, because I have nothing but good things to say about them.

My water heater stopped working on Sunday and Thomas came out quickly. He was very detail oriented, friendly, and professional when he installed a new water heater. High quality workmanship, I highly recommend!

Did very good work for us, we had two faucets that weren't draining properly and both are now good as new. One necessitated getting new parts and was difficult to fix but it's working great now.

We had a clogged toilet after one of our customers accidentally put paper towel in the toilet.  Water was starting to come back up when we try to flush so we called Cali rooter.  
Within 30 minutes Gary showed up, introduced himself and started fixing the issue.  He was easy to work with, really friendly and professional, he took his time to explain what happens and how he would fix the problem.  
After an hour, everything is back to normal.  I'm so thankful that I called this company and get to meet Gary.  5 stars for the service.  Definitely recommend.  Thanks Gary and the team.

Dave was incredible and was able to fix all our plumbing needs  after moving in to a new house. He was able to fix a leak in our toilet, install a new water filter, connect our refrigerator, install new pipes for our sinks, and ensure that every thing was working properly before we moved in. He was incredibly responsive and walked us through each issue so we knew what problems to look for in the future. We will definitely be hiring Dave in the future for our our plumbing needs.

We asked them to come out to price replacing our furnace.  Two technicians came out on a Tuesday, looked everything over and told us they would get back to us with a quote by the end of the week.  On Friday, we gave them a call and were promised someone would get back to us.  The following Monday was drawing to a close, so we called again and were told we would get a call back in 20 minutes.  It's three days later and no call.  I don't understand why they came out at all if it's this hard for them to tell us how much money we can give them.  We've moved on.

We have used Mainline twice within a month after they were referred to us by a friend and we were pleased both times. The first repair was a water heater replacement. We were able to get a same day appointment and the replacement was done promptly once they arrived. A few weeks later, on a Sunday morning, we thought we were having an issue with the new water heater as it was squealing like a siren and leaking from above. We called Mainline and they were able to squeeze us in within two hours of the call. It turns out that a pressure regulator outside our house that limits the water pressure coming in from the street had failed, causing extremely high water pressure to our home. The leak above the water heater was not from the water heater itself, but instead from an old water meter that was still mounted above it. They found that the pressure was more than double what it should have been. It turns out that replacing that pressure regulator has resolved several other issues we were having in the house for months prior (squealing toilets, dripping faucets etc.). Both of these visits were scheduled quickly, the jobs were done efficiently, and everyone from Mainline has been pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend.

I cannot even Fully express how happy I am with David and his company! We found him through Yelp after getting a few quotes from other plumbers who wanted to charge us a ridiculous amount of money to hook up my shower pipes. I bought a fixer upper and a older house so there were quite a few issues. Since we were so happy with David's work on my shower, we asked him to also replace our water heater to a brand new one and help to do plumbing work under the house because our original inspection report included issues that needed immediate fixing. We also asked him to come another time because we discovered a leak in one of our other pipes, so we had to shut off the water and he literally came over to us the same day before he went home because he knew it was an emergency. He also recommended a handy man to us who helped us do some other work on our house. So, the best parts??? He is SO reasonable with his pricing, he is a great guy who works hard and fast and will explain everything to you first, his assistant who handles his appointments is so sweet and helpful and his work is AMAZING! I have finally found my forever plumber and recommended David's company to everyone! You will not regret it!

Left a voicemail for RJ Plumbing around 4:00 PM on a Friday (also a Holiday for most!) - John provided a super quick call-back response, very professional.  Ended up remedying issue on my own and did not use John's services, but was very impressed with his polite, prompt response to my last minute request!

Our water heater recently died and we no longer had hot water. We called Sal's plumbing and they arrived within 30 minutes of our call. They confirmed we needed a new water heater as the one we had was over 15 years old and I knew it was time. Sal's gave us a very competitive quote to replace the water heater and we went ahead and had them replace it.

Sal's plumber, Dominic was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing the water heater and completed the job in a timely manner. We will be calling Sal's Plumbing for any of our future plumbing needs and highly recommend them.

Rodrigo is the man! Had him come out to change a natural gas valve that hooks to my oven. Very quick and efficient with fair prices. Highly recommended
