Broc came out quickly, was courteous and great at explaining what he was doing. Asked good questions to get a sense for what was going on. He diagnosed and fixed my clogged lines fast! Would definitely call and use them again.

Did an awesome job - when we had a leaky sink they were out the next day! They even worked with our warranty company to get a claim approved!

Thomas came out to my house on sunday.He returned to my house on Monday with the proper equipment. Thomas replaced both of my shower valves on both sides of my shower.

I found myself in a bind with the kitchen sink sprayer not working. Shahar worked a miracle and found me some time in his busy schedule. There was a cancellation and he was able to move my appointment up send Rudolph to take care of my problem.

Rudolph was polite, professional, and took all precautions with regards to the virus situation. He was masked the whole time. He wore special booties to protect my floors. He was most efficient and speedy get in and get out. He checked and double checked his work to make sure my new faucet was installed correctly and that there were no drips, leaks, or any other problems. I had to have the work performed, it was the kitchen sink. How can you live without a kitchen sink. t was great to know that there are people that take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure the work is perfect and that you are completely satisfied.

I contacted them about an issue at 10 pm. They arrived at 8 am the next morning. Responsive and solid work.

Absolute gem of a guy. He arrived within 3 hours of my initial call. He texted me updates of his arrival and showed up on time. He quickly fixed my issue and pointed out some other potential problems I may want to take care of. Normally I'd raise my eyebrow at that, but not with David. He pointed out the issue with absolutely no pressure to have him fix it. I even stored his number because I'm certain I'll use him with any plumbing issue

We had a plumber from Ford's come and give us an estimate on a toilet and shower repair. I was told I had to replace both fixtures which would cost $1,894.00 Our second opinion from Drains Unlimited said we didn't need to replace either, that he could repair both. We paid them them $405. Always get a second estimate!

My husband and I are are beyond happy that we went with Prodigy for our plumbing needs! We had been putting off getting our home re-plumbed, when we discovered a leak under our home. Prodigy was there within the day to assess and assist. Steven was our project manager -- he was prompt, professional and super personable! Juan and his brother Gerardo spent two days at our home and you would never know anyone was working in our place... they were fast yet thorough! Laser worked on our dry wall and the electric end and he was a wizard. We would highly recommend this company 10/10

My son moved into a townhome and upon replacing the kitchen sink discovered the shutoff valves were leaking and needed to be replaced. I called in the morning and by 2 pm Paxton came to  the home and replaces all of the valves. He was extremely busy with other clients but communicated with me throughout the day to let me know he would come to fix the problem. He did a great job, and was very helpful.

The last thing I imagined having to do after a long day at the hospital was come home and try to unclog a toilet.. not glamorous or relaxing, after an hour of unsuccessful attempts Ruben arrives to the rescue with an impressive ETA that he beat by about 15 minutes. He was professional and fast! It was so nice not to have waited for an extended period of time due to the after hours call and to have the work done so efficiently. I didn't have a plumber I could count on but I do now!

Somewhere along the way, human beings were convinced there wasn't enough. As a result people operate on a do it to them before they do it to you mentality. It's an incredibly dishonest world. As we all know plumbing can be the WORST example of an industry that takes advantage of naivete. I had a plumbing problem where of course I was given obscenely expensive bids. My wife is pregnant with twins about to pop, I have a full throttle 3 year girl and ZERO ZERO ZERO expendable income. Renelle and Mainline plumbing may as well have been wearing superhero capes as they came in with a completely different take on the situation and were able to fix the problem for a fraction of what the other companies quoted. I literally have a little more faith in humanity and wish the rest of the world operated on a frequency of MORE THAN ENOUGH FOR EVERYONE. Mainline may have made a fraction of what others would have made for this job but guess what, I will refer them business for the rest of my life and use them probably until I die; so who wins? The guys who tried to take advantage that I will give a horrible review for or the company that has a client for life and a referral funnel forever! #honestypays. Thank you guys. Thank you.

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

Our shower clogged up seemingly overnight. Nothing would drain. D&D was amazing! David came out the next day and fixed it all in 10 minutes. So quick and professional! Really great service. Will be using them in the future when we finally get around to re-piping our house!

We recently needed to do drain cleaning since we started noticing drain issues. We called a few plumbers and Alex from plumbing works came for the drain cleaning. We had a lot of roots after a sewer inspection and Alex recommended hydro-jetting. They were very honest and the price was good. I need a new water heater installation and will definitely call Plumbing works. My go to plumbers from now.
