This place is the best. Broc is the best. I have had at least 4 immediate plumbing needs and Broc always comes through.

I'm highly recommend this place. Normally I'm not prefer to writing review,but I have decided to writing this time because this company was great job! At first when I was talking with operator to reques plumber, she was very kind.(so sorry I forgot her name)
when plumber came my home, Kavin was putting on face mask, glove and new shoe covers...everything looks perfect! also He is really friendly and he did professional job even though my requesting was kind funny. I'll definetely would like to ask Kavin next time too if I could.

We were referred to Sal's plumbing by friends. I called because I needed cartridges changed on a bar faucet. When I asked on the phone about pricing, I was told the technician would provide a free estimate.  

When the technician arrived, he began work which basically entailed turning water off to the house, popping out old cartridges and popping in new cartridges ( which we provided). He was here less than an hour.  He never told me an estimate and ended up charging me $325.00.  

We later called to debate the charge and were offered $50 credit or refund.  We told them that we would not have hired him if he would have given us an estimate of $325 to begin with, per their policy.  They said there is nothing further they could do.

Needless to say, we won't be using this company again.

My client needed immediate help at his condo with a leaky pipe and I was frantic to find good help. I reached out to yelp and found this company. Within seconds I was getting a response and immediate availability from the owner and he was able to go and fix the problem for my client within two days. My client called me to also let me know how professional and wonderful his services are. I am so grateful that I found this company and will absolutely be using them again in the future. Customer service goes a long way and they definitely know what they're doing. If I could give them a 10 out of 10 I would!

BEST SERVICES EVER. WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM FOREVER!  Wow, if I could give more stars I would. John and Simon were incredible. We had an emergency situation with a pipe burst, flooding our bedroom all during a storm. John assured us on the phone and sent his brother Simon to us right away. Simon was so kind and informative as we had just dealt with another scammer plumber and he was the only one during that long night to finally stop the leak. They told us all the numbers to call and the steps to take and walked us through it all as we had never dealt with this kind of situation before. Simon came back the next day for the permanent fix and even checked in on us a day after it all was finished to ensure we were okay. After this experience I learned how important it is to have a trusting plumber service because people take advantage of you, but John and Simon are truly stand up guys with expertise knowledge. Thank you for saving our bedroom!

David helped me out a few years ago and again this month. I am very pleased with his honesty, straightforward pricing and willingness to help. Years ago when he helped me he explained everything and showed me how to fix the problem myself. This month, he returned my emergency phone call very late at night and spent quite a bit of time trying to diagnose the problem. He ended up referring me to someone who was better equipped to help with my particular problem even though he would earn nothing for his help. IF you are looking for an honest plumber give him a call.

We had an emergency in our place after the new tenant moved in above us. She used her washer and the drain line (unbeknownst to us) was corroded. It completely flooded our kitchen. Riley showed up in under 2 hours to assess the situation and had 2 guys scheduled to work the next morning.

Santi and Dino came back and did a great job. Over the 2 days of work, they always came on time, they took time to explain what they would do, and update me as they worked. They were also very thorough; making sure the job was done right. Upon removing the pipe they found more debris clogging it downstream and made sure it was all clear before calling the job done. Once done, they cleaned up any dust/debris created in the process, taped up the holes in the wall/ceiling, and made sure I was satisfied with the work. Santi even pointed out a place where our cabinet had been damaged during the repair and said Dino volunteered to repair it before they leave. That's real integrity!

All around, great customer service. They were responsive, professional, and knew what they were doing.

Called prodigy plumbing to have my mother in laws sink look at because it was not draining properly and within 30 min Steven from prodigy pluming was at the front door. He was very professional, he put a protective cover on his shoe before entering the house to protect the floor from dirt and wearing a mask to protect us from COVID 19, thank you for that. We are very happy with the work he did, he gave instructions to how keep pipes from clogging. Much appreciated. We will be using them again in the future.

Paxton was the best and I would highly recommend Carrera's plumbing for all plumbing needs! They were able to service my location immediately and resolve the problem. Great customer service and very friendly! They will be my go to plumbing seed ice for all future needs.

My experience with Non Stop Plumbing & Rooter was AWESOME!! I contacted Ruben via Yelp and he responded right away and answered all of my questions! AJ came to my home to install new toilets plus take the old ones and a new bathroom faucet! One of my pipes to the toilet had to be replaced and they communicated with me about all of the details and options I had to replace a very old pipe. I will be using them as my preferred Plummer for my home that I am about to put up for rent! Communication, timeliness, service was all EXCELLENT! 5 Stars and Highly Recommend!

Been meaning to write this for 2 months... We had a backed up toilet in the middle of the night.  Plunging and bailing it repeatedly didn't work. Called Mainline the next day.  They responded within minutes, got someone out to us in less than a couple hours and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes.  This was also at the beginning of the Covid pandemic (April) and they were fantastic about gloves, masks, booties, etc...

Will definitely use again.   They're great!

John at RJ Plumbing was just fantastic! Cleaned up a mess that was in our pipes under our kitchen sink that another plumber was unable to fix and did it quickly and professionally. Even fixed a toilet... no fuss, no muss! Will never call anyone else for our plumbing needs. Great work!

I was so lucky to find him on Yelp. His quote was much more affordable than others  and yet his work was impeccable and his service was 5 stars.  If you want top notch service at a very reasonable price you won't find better. I highly recommend him.
