This is not a lie and not a bogus review. Here's 3 calls from one of my phones right here. Posted an honest review because he didn't call back. He said my review was fake and a lie, so here's a screenshot of the 3 times I did call. Now he's mad because I was honest and he wasn't. So he's resorted now to name calling and lying. I guess I just made this screenshot up for him within seconds. My original review gave him 3 stars for being average, but his attitude, immaturity and response should be zero stars. So sad...

His responses just get sadder and sadder. Good thing for screenshots. Now he claims he blocked me somehow. He had no way of blocking me because he wouldn't have known my phone number. But remember, he first claimed I never called him that my review was fake and bogus till I posted the screenshot. Now he's calling me a coward, I must have triggered him... He's posting up phone numbers and addresses in an attempt to dox me, sending this to the police and yelp. I have captured the screenshots.

Thomas and Angel were true professional. They came to fix a simple sink  clog at my office and they were in and out within 10 minutes. Very kind, intelligent, and caring professional plumbers. Will use again in the future!!

I am so impressed with this company! I contacted them for quote to fix my garbage disposal and a leaky faucet at 9pm on Thursday. At 9:15 on Thursday a very nice technician Armando called me to set up a free consultation. At 8 am the next day Armando was at my house for a free estimate. By 9:40 am both my leaky faucet and my garbage disposal were fixed for a total of $260. That is just great service. Thank you. I hope I do not have any future plumbing issues, however if I do I will be calling you! Highly recommend this company they are AMAZEBALLZ!

They've been very solid and reliable. Especially appreciate the follow-up on jobs when had a few minor issues on parts that were installed. Came back and fixed right up. Have definitely earned my trust.

This is the second time I have used Sal's plumbing and I couldn't be happier.  They came out on a windy cold Saturday night to snake my kitchen line.  Unfortunately after several attempts it still had a partial blockage.   Thomas came back on Sunday with a bigger snake and fixed the problem and he only charged me for one visit.  He also advised me on a long term solution to the problem and provided a very reasonable quote.  Overall I have found Sal's people very honest and focused on excellent customer service.

What an awesome service this little gem is! So glad I came across it on Yelp! The management coordinated an absolute perfect delivery that I ordered from another company with an installation, right on time!

The tech was quite professional as well, of course so much credit must go to the man who did the incredible job! He came in, worked fast, clearly has a bit of OCD because he left the bathroom SPOTLESS. In, out, done. I literally didn't even know he was here he worked so efficiently!

Customer service was excellent. Cali Rooter followed up on the misunderstanding and took care of the problem immediately. They came back to our home and completed the work. The plumber did a very thorough job and tied in the new pipe connection to the main water line. I could tell it was a laborious job and required a couple of hours to finish. We now have water to our roof and a permanent fixture to support it! They did this without any complaint or extra charge so I'm happy to give them a 5 star review because of it.

I had an issue with a sink backing up.  The level of this back-up was beyond DYI, so I called him to save the day.  He dropped what he was doing just to come by and diagnose the problem.  He arrived within 20 minutes of my call!  He looked at the situation, gave me a quote and we set an appointment for him to come back in 2 days.  Unfortunately, that evening and the next day, the issue got worse and I called and asked if he'd come back ASAP.  He came back within a few hours and fixed the problem.  He came in on budget, was nice, funny, and accommodating.  He truly made me feel like a priority, made an extra effort to be timely, and was extremely helpful.  An added bonus: it's always a pleasure to work with someone who seems to truly love what they do.

I have had Fords Plumbing work in multiple condos I own in the Marina Del Rey area.  There are several reasons I will continue to use their services in the future: 1) the office staff is excellent- whether you talk to Sandy or Carrie - both are very helpful in appointments, calling after services to make sure things went well, and keeping me informed on information regarding work being done. 2) whether you have Joe, Ryan, or Robert work on your project it is always done right the first time - they are prompt, clean, and understand plumbing!  These guys are pros.  And here is also an important part - the pricing is fair.  Good plumbers are really hard to come by and bad plumbers that are over priced- well I have been there/done that.   This is not the case with Fords.  My work always has an estimate first and then clear written information / quote on the services.  I find the prices very reasonable - especially since it is done right the first time.  I highly recommend them - and soon we will be doing a bathroom remodel!

We called Prodigy plumbing on the weekend to replace our water heater. They responded almost immediately, gave us a competitive thorough quote and came out the following day and completed the work. Quick, thorough, friendly, reliable, and delivered exactly what they promised! Will definitely refer all our friends and family to Prodigy Plumbing!

Wow! Fantastic! I had a pipe blockage somewhere really deep and scary that no one could figure out. Some other folks wanted to break down my walls and start ripping the house apart. Cesar and his team came in, were super diligent locating the problem, fixed it completely and quickly, and no walls or anything broken. The only guys who could figure this out!  He also suggested some water and power-saving solutions to increase pressure and hot water through my house. Just great, highly recommended.

Great service and the prices are very reasonable. Tony was very reliable and arrived right on time.

I called them to set up an appt. after indication of a leak in my home. They came out after 3 days. They explained that it would take this long initially, so I was aware and agreed to the timeline. They came out at time as agreed, the person that fixed the leak asked me questions to thoroughly assess the situation and physically reviewed places in my home that can have leaks. Once found (under home), they fixed on day of within 1.5 hours of arriving. Thank you.

We found out about John and R.J. Plumbing from his wife Karen who happened to be my wonderful nurse after surgery at LCM. Lucky for us, as we just had a water heater liner develop a large leak (of course it happened while we were gone). John was able to fit us it the very day we called, replaced the water heater (which was still under warranty!) and it was done so quickly. He is just a kind as his sweet wife, John is now our go-to plumber!

I got an immediate response in my initial inquiry.  Was right on time for the appointment, maybe a little early. Alex came out to evaluate my pressure regulator.  Together we decided I needed a new one. He got the part and job was done in less than an hour.  Very friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable.

Sals sent someone out here quickly and fixed the issue but the customer service was lackluster.  Our tech was rude, sarcastic, and had a bad attitude.  When I offered to clear our items under the sink for him, he made a sarcastic comment and throughout the fix he was lecturing us on our maintenance.  He fixed the issue at hand but made us feel as if we wouldn't be protected for the 30 day warranty window if it was our fault.  I won't be contacting sal's again since they did not make us feel like they wanted to be here to help.

Rodrigo is the best! Knowledgeable, honest, forthright and reasonable. Hire him and his team and you will be very happy with results from basic to complex plumbing issues. Moreover, my wife trust him and his expertise!
