We had a sewer pipe overflow that came through our garage ceiling on Christmas Day ... ughhh... we had Anytime Rooter come out today and their subcontractor Broc did an amazing job. We couldn't be more pleased with the time and effort he spent on getting our house back to operational state. He answered every question patiently and with great detail. He made sure we understood each step of the process. Rest assured if we have any future plumbing issues there's only one plumber we are contacting. Thanks Anytime Rooter

I'm highly recommend this place. Normally I'm not prefer to writing review,but I have decided to writing this time because this company was great job! At first when I was talking with operator to reques plumber, she was very kind.(so sorry I forgot her name)
when plumber came my home, Kavin was putting on face mask, glove and new shoe covers...everything looks perfect! also He is really friendly and he did professional job even though my requesting was kind funny. I'll definetely would like to ask Kavin next time too if I could.

I will give  because they came to my house in a hour nd the price was negociable also I got a adapter I didn't had for my new faucet the piece was brand new I was lucky for that ,Armando was very fast with the job he also fix the water temperature I paid 120 dollars for the installation nd new adapter . The faucet I bought it out of my packet . I will recommend armando he was very fast he did a great job , pluming is very expensive but this company can negóciate the installation price . They also offer free estimate they will come to ur house nd tell you the issue . He tried to go higher but I told him 120 was all I had first he said 160 after I negotiate the price I end up saving 40 dollars from the original estimate . This company takes their customers seriously in an hour he was at my house nd took him 10 min to fix the faucet .

Came to help us with a gas line and grill that weren't working and fixed it so quickly! We are so thankful for how quickly they showed up and got the job done. We will use them for all our heating and plumbing needs from now on!

I had a mystery leak and Simon came out within an hour to do an estimate. Fortunately, we don't have a plumbing issue, but at least we've narrowed down the probable cause. If I ever do have one though, I know who to call! Highly recommend their service!

This is the second time we've used Wallace Plumbing and both times the service has been exceptional. He was on time and efficient. He was very clear in advance about what he would be able to do and what he couldn't do to remedy the situation I had described to him over the phone. He was upfront about the costs. The exact nature of our plumbing issue this time wasn't clear cut and Dave correctly diagnosed the problem after spending a bit of time working through various possibilities. And when he was done, everything was cleaned up, so we didn't have to. We've had marginal experiences in the past with both large plumbing companies we saw advertised on television, as well as small to medium size plumbing services local to our area. Wallace Plumbing beats them all for reliability, honesty and results.

A great plumbing company seems hard to find. We found Ford after being referred by a friend. We had a leaking kitchen faucet, called them, and they came out the same day. Santiago was showed up during the promised time and was professional & pleasant! We will be sure to use them again!

Our bathtub and kitchen drains were slow to drain. I found Prodigy on Yelp and easily booked an appointment. Someone from their office even called to let me know when the plumber was on the way. She was super nice!

Our plumber Jerry arrived on time and was friendly and professional. First he checked out the kitchen and gave me three options, explained the pros/cons for each one and patiently answered every question.  Then he took a look the main drainage pipe connecting to the street and found the issue with the bathtub drains. Again he gave me three options.  I appreciated him sharing what he saw on the video screens as he was diagnosing the problems.

We ended up going with the cheapest/short term options because of our budget. Jerry was very understanding and still gave us excellent service. First he took care of the main pipe by clearing out all of the roots.  There was a huge difference between the before/after videos. He also snapped some photos of the offset pipe connections so I could share them with the city.

At some point, a second plumber named Jerry came out to help and he was also super chill. They cleared the kitchen pipes of all the gunk and even ran the hydro jet twice just to be sure.

I would recommend Prodigy and will use them in the future. I really appreciated how thorough they were for both jobs. I was super satisfied and pleased after our interaction!

Called back quickly, came out when they said they would.  Friendly, snaked the floor drain, poured a lot of water down to prove it was really clear.  We'll call them again!

We had a leak on one of our faucets, our home is a little older and these guys not only fixed/replaced the leaky faucet they also fixed the leak underneath our sink while they were here. They worked quickly and professionally, can't recommend them enough.

Called again this morning with a water heater emergency and they helped us out quickly.  Could not have asked for better service.  Thanks so much for saving the day!

Thomas was great.  He was timely and thorough.  Even crawled under my house without complaint! LOL.  I need to replace my garbage disposal and will be using Sal's again for the installation.

Rodrigo was super professional, efficient, on time and was great to fix my gas leak. He explained very well everything he did and will definitely hire him again. One thing I appreciate he had shoe covers to get inside the premises and was wearing his mask at all time.
