We had a pretty big leak on the bottom floor of our home from a break in the drain. Rufus came out to assess the whole thing and did a fantastic job. He was masked up properly and I had no anxiety about social distancing. He explained everything wonderfully and showed me where the broken drain was through the scope.

It was going to be kind of a big job since they had to dig down to get to the broken drain. Rufus explained that we could break concrete or just dig through the flower beds, which he recommended since it would be the cheaper route. He managed everything perfectly and made sure we could go back to our normal lives as soon as possible. Giovanni came out to make sure everything was in order too, which was nice to have multiple eyes on this project.

Manny and Perez came out to fix everything. They did an amazing job and were so quick about it. They were very respectful of the roses we had and made sure to make our garden look similar to before. I was impressed at how fast and efficient they were! They made sure to add in a release so there won't be a drainage back up into the house again.

Overall, Rufus, Giovanni, Manny, and Perez were a wonderful team. I couldn't have asked for a better group to fix our drain problem! Thank you guys so much!!

They showed up on time, checked the problem and fixed it in a timely manner. They also checked a little further to be sure that it was nothing more serious. They came in the evening and the price charged was very reasonable for after normal work hours. I will use them again when needed, and I recommend them over other companies I have used in the past.

Nothing beats the professionalism of John and his crew.  As brand new homeowners we got lucky and landed him as our plumber and we already know he's the guy we will call for all future plumbing needs.  He responds quickly and is a great texter which is HUGE since my husband and I both have busy full time jobs.  He was on time, his estimates for the work were accurate and professional and there was NO upsell once he got there.  He was even able to help hook up our dryer which we hadn't even realized was an issue until after our movers left. We asked and he was able to find the parts and it was a simple add on to our bill rather than any additional call out charge.   His crew is professional and did the most amazing clean up job after they had finished.  More than anything John is straightforward, honest and you really feel you are in safe hands.   Couldn't recommend him more,

Forgot to Yelp this guy when he was here last year, but just got a call from a neighbor with a plumbing emergency so here goes: David is a great guy and a great plumber. He is a pro at diagnosing what is wrong and in our experience what he fixes stays fixed. The work he did for us is as solid as ever, cannot recommend him more highly.

Honestly this review is for selfish reasons, so I can find him in a flash next time we need him.

Luis and Paul did a great job fixing a leak under the sink. They showed up on time and got everything done in less that the time they estimated. Luis was very professional and explained to me carefully what was going on and he didn't push for any unnecessary repairs. Additionally, while they were working Luis also told me interesting stories about his childhood and Paul told me about new archeological findings in the Amazon jungle!

I have a rental property in Rancho Palos Verdes and I live an hour away.  My renters do not speak much English and they have children. When all the toilets  backed up it became a serious problem that had to be solved right now. A plumbing company that I had used in the past came out and told me that the sewer line was completely blocked by a root ball and that they would need to breakup the concrete to get down to the problem at a cost of $5,500.  This seemed odd to me as I just had the same company come out 2 months ago to do a preventive maintenance clean out. I was certain I wasn't getting the truth.  So I contacted Jordan at Prodigy and he sent out technician Ozzy to take a look at the situation. This was a Friday afternoon where traffic is terrible getting to this property and back again. Anyway Ozzy's camera showed no significant blockage after all and the toilets flushed. So the other plumbing company was deceptive & dishonest with me.  Ozzy gave me a free estimate to make some future repairs as the line is 65 years old.  I am a real estate broker and I will be referring Prodigy Plumbing to all my clients from now on.  I want to thank them again for expediting my problematic situation on a very busy day.  Bill B

I highly recommend Carrera's! Paxton returned my phone call within 10 minutes on a Saturday night and was able to make time on Sunday to help us out. He was professional, courteous, and transparent while we were troubleshooting the issue.  I would not hesitate in calling him again!

I found a deal for another company on Living Social, but there was something fishy about when I called them.  I decided to go to Yelp to see who others had used and I am so glad I listened to the other reviewers for Mainline.  They are honest, and quick.  They are a little family owned company and they came quickly, did the job, diagnosed the problem and didn't try to upsell me more services.  

I will be calling them again if I have any problems.  If you have a sewer problem for sure gives these people a call.  Thank you so much Mainline for helping us out today.

We needed a garbage disposal put in and new hardware in our bathroom. Dave was super friendly and did a great job! Reasonable pricing too. Will be calling in the future for any plumbing needs

Owner is nice and even refunded us for the original diagnosis cost ($98); however, it was a mis-diagnosis that resulted in thousand more of costs (incurred by us).  If the dishwasher problem was diagnosed correctly the first time, we would have saved ourselves substantial time and money.

I called this company at 10:30 am and Alex was able to come within 3 hours
changed the outdoor Leaking Faucet, took care of a gas leak in the Barbecue, and also a leaking bathroom Faucet in a short time at a very reasonable price.
