Had another problem, this time some roots in the main line, (old house sigh).  Called Broc at 9pm on the Monday before Christmas and he called right back and made an appointment for the next morning.  he was right on time and called ahead to let me know he was coming, just like the first time.  I showed him the problem and he was in and out in less than an hour.  Roots and a feminine hygiene product cleared.  Again no up-sell, no B.S. just a good dependable honest rooter guy.  Can recommend him highly enough.

We had the best experience with City Plumbing and Rooter. George came right away and helped us with our plumbing emergency. He worked quickly and repaired the issue in no time. We'll definitely be working with City Plumbing and Rooter again. Could not recommend more highly.

Armando came bye today, originally had an appointment for tomorrow, but he was able to fit me in, as all I needed was a swap out of a water pressure regulator- unfortunately they don't give estimates up front, but I did my homework so I had a good idea what the job should cost. The job took no more than 30 minutes, while I'm sure I was charged for an hour of labor - anyway the job was completed correctly and I would certainly call them again - but as a consumer it's important to know your prices, get estimates from multiple places - then call Armando to do the job!

Danny and Ernie were great- fixed my numerous issues in only an hour and they were cool and polite. Easy to book, and easy to get a quote- would recommend

Turning on the water heater is not hard to do (youtube) but I couldn't get the gas going so I called Sal's. I just moved into the house, so I guess there was a earthquake trigger that needed to be reset.

Although the prices was a bit high to start, Joe (the owner) reached out and made it right and I'm more than happy with the rate, the service, and the ability Sal's has to come at such last minute hours.

To have the owner contact me to make sure I was happy really made the difference with my experience with Sal's.

Shahar responded quickly and courteously to an emergency plumbing request on a Sunday afternoon. He unclogged our toilet expeditiously. I definitely plan on using Shahar in the future for our plumbing needs.

I requested a quote on Yelp to fix my kitchen sink from leaking.  Cali Rooter Plumbing was very quick to respond and very helpful in letting me know what needed to be done all with a very reasonable quote.  A few others that I had spoken to were closed for the holiday weekend or too expensive.  Cali Rooter Plumbing & Plumbing not only showed up much earlier than the expected time frame but ended up costing less than what I already thought was reasonable.  Highly recommend them!

Dave was able to come help solve my urgent plumbing issues.  He unclogged my bathtub drain, bathroom sink drain, and fixed my leaking toilet (water leaking from the tank into the toilet bowl).  He was very friendly and professional and knowledgeable about all the plumbing issues I had.  My drains are flowing freely now and the toilet works perfectly.  I can recommend him to anybody for plumbing issues.

I found Ford Plumbing online.   Called yesterday re leaking gas heaters  Riley showed up 45 minutes later and gave me a free estimate.  He was a real take charge guy and arranged for two plumbers to be here this morning at 8:30AM.  Santiago and Dino.   They spent 7 hours putting in the heater and hauling out the leaky heaters.  I only needed one apparently.  They cleaned up best they could.  If I'd known they'd be here for that many hours, I'd have made them lunch!    They only asked for water.

Several days ago, my aging GE Smart Water filtration system began to act up.  After googling for several hours and watching way too many YouTube videos and not getting any answers, I decided to call for an expert's help before the long Labor Day weekend.
 Yelp is my go to site for local experts and the first listing was Prodigy Plumbing.  I love the name! Prodigy's hundreds of 5 Star Reviews just blew me away and I was compelled to also check out their website.  It was very impressive, so I made the call to request a quote.
 Prodigy's dispatcher was very courteous and professional, and he said I'd hear from a technician in 10-15 minutes.  Sure enough, within minutes, Shane (just like the great, classic western movie) called and said he'd be at my door in 30 minutes.  Shane arrived on time and immediately gave me 3 options on how to fix my filtration system.  He obviously has a working knowledge concerning water softener equipment and talking through all my questions was really helpful and a relief to get answers.
 I will definitely call Prodigy again and Shane said I can request him specifically when I'm ready to do future home improvement tasks like installing new faucet fixtures.

Paxton took care of a clogged sewage pipe. He arrived in under an hour and took care of the issue. Nice guy, very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Our tankless water heater stopped giving hot water to the house. Ruben called me back very quickly (5 min) and scheduled to come out a few hours later, same day. He saw the old tankless was leaking in different places and needed to be replaced. The price was fair for a similar replacement so I said yes, and he said he could come back later in the day and have the job done by night time.

Ruben and one of his crew came, installed the new tankless water heater, redid some of the piping and now we have hot water again. Quick and painless, well except the cost of the unit. But I think you get the idea that I am a very happy customer. As a nice bonus he gave us a slightly upgraded unit as the cost difference was very tiny for something that will work better for the entire house.

We are also scheduled now for yearly maintenance service through Non Stop Plumbing. Our previous plumber/installer did not offer a service, and this is really easy to forget to do yearly.  Which is most likely why our original unit ended up breaking.

One thing that stuck out a lot to me, was he didn't bad mouth the previous work, and I think this says quite a bit about a person and their companies work ethics.

Anything else in this old house breaks, I know who I am calling again.

At midnight here in Studio City, a water sprinkler in our backyard is gushing, never mind the drought, and four of us are incapable of finding the shut off valve to the sprinkling system's water supply. I search online for a local plumber and fortunately came up with Mainline. Despite being woken in the middle of the night, Renal was pleasant and helpful. Her husband arrives within a few minutes, finds the shut off valve just as quickly, and the emergency is over. They are definitely our go-to plumber going forward.

Great service and the prices are very reasonable. Tony was very reliable and arrived right on time.

We had some plumbing problems and we called our usual plumber.  But he sent someone we didn't know and couldn't fix the problem.  It was just snaking the clean out.  I was desperate so I found D & D Plumbing on Yelp.
They were wonderful. They came out the following day.  His wife called early in the morning like she said, to make sure I still needed their services.
Dave arrived in the time frame she gave me and fixed it quickly.  He also advised me I should install a better clean out in the front yard.
A few months later we finally scheduled an appointment and he installed the clean out quickly and left no mess behind.
He also was very kind and took his time explaining my next step in redoing my 1955 pipes.  
I will be having him take care of that in the near future.
I definitely recommend this D & D plumbing.

I wanted to descale my water heater and reached out to 3 different companies for a quote. R.J. Plumbing offered the best rate. Due to a scheduling mix-up I went with a different company, but John was incredibly understanding and professional about the situation. When I need work done in the future I will contact R.J. Plumbing. John is straightforward and does not try to fleece you.

Alex is a great plumber and a super nice guy! He shows up when he says he will, and has the tools and expertise to get the job done right and at a great price. We've been through a couple other plumbers since moving to Woodland Hills last year, but now we've found the company that we'll always reach out to going forward. Highly recommend.

Sal's Plumbing is great!  They came and were quickly able to diagnosis the problem and fix our clogged kitchen sink.  Will definitely use them again when in need!

Rodrigo is incredible and we cannot recommend home enough. You've found your plumber!! He answered the phone, came when he said, told me what he was going to do and what it would cost, and then expertly fixed our shower. He's kind, professional, reliable and we're so pleased we followed other reviews here and hired him.
