I was referred to Broc by another reputable plumber who wasn't available. The referral occurred while I was in the midst of an up-sale hustle from a plumbing company I had to ask to leave my home, uncertain if they had fixed the problem or not. Broc, though out of town at the time I called, asked me questions, helped me trouble shoot before scheduling an appointment. Yes, he helped me without a fee and wasn't rushing to schedule an appointment if I could determine the problem was resolved. Imagine this, he helped me, sight unseen, never met before and didn't ask to be paid. When I was unsure if the problem was solved he scheduled an appointment. He was punctual, focused on the solution, took the time to explain everything he was evaluating; once the initial problem was resolved he looked at the concerns the other plumbing co said was in play, which wasn't true; all the while explaining and showing me what was going on.
I was reminded today that one Apple doesn't spoil the whole bunch. Moreover, I met an exceptional person and professional. Thank you Broc!

City Plumbing & Rooter is our absolute go-to for any plumbing related issue!! Our first experience with them was when they responded to our emergency request THE DAY AFTER THANKSGIVING when we couldn't get a hold of ANYONE else and there was a pipe spraying sewage water all over our garage! They ended up repairing work by a previous company that totally messed up our entire building's plumber and we wouldn't have trusted anyone else with what ended up be around 40k in whole building repairs.
Today, George came and replaced our garbage disposal and was an absolute hero. They saved us from a disastrous experience with our home warranty company and delivered a perfectly installed, beautifully working garbage disposal! We've been dealing with a broken and leaking one since we moved in a YEAR ago, I'm so grateful to George and City Plumbing and Rooter, they're professional, reliable, and always get us a great result we can feel confident in.
Also, we had to reschedule a few times and I've always had the most lovely experience with their administrative/customer service team. Last year Johana was great and this year Jose has been awesome too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND 10/10.

I had the best experience with Fix it Quick Plumbing!! What was a gas leak nightmare ended up being addressed and fixed in no time. Of all the plumbers I called they were the quickest to respond and had the best pricing. They were prompt, efficient, and very thorough. We had the pleasure of working with Miguel, Luis, and Armando who were all very nice and communicative. I'm so glad I found them and will definitely refer to friends and family!

WOW - Anthony Andrade and Chavarilla went DOWN!!! They were able to get my toilet unclogged and fixed within 30 minutes. My main line was backed up and I had a previous plumber get his snake stuck in my toilet and couldn't fix it... Needless to say, they were able to get my toilet working in no time. I couldn't have asked for better service!!!

Tony H. from Sal's Plumbing Company fixed a broken connection on my front sprinkler system. He was great! Very generous with his time ... he even fixed a handle on the shower as a free bonus. And in general Sal's Plumbing is very responsive because I didn't have to wait a long time for them to send a technician.

We have had trouble finding a helpful, honest plumber, but we are so happy to have found Shahar! He is responsive, professional, capable, and we don't feel like he's trying to take advantage of us (like we have with others in the past). He installed a water filter system, a new shower head, and unclogged our sinks efficiently and at a very reasonable price that we agreed upon via phone in advance. Would definitely call him again and recommend.

I will definitely use Cali rooter next time. I called Cali when I thought I had water leak due to the sunken floor. They showed up on time & Advised me that I should look into the floor issue because there was no leak. I was happy with their honesty and professionalism.

Dave is great. He responded quickly to my request, was able to squeeze me into his day, and was gracious regarding a non-working elevator at my building. He fixed both of my problems -- bathroom sink and master bath toilet -- quickly and did spot checks on other wonky plumbing issues in my apartment. He was friendly and left the work area nice and clean. :-) I want to upgrade my faucets and he guided me through what specifications I need for the bathrooms and kitchen. I'll be calling him again when I'm ready to upgrade my faucets!

Reilly from Ford's arrived within 30 minutes of my urgent call about a broken copper water line to my refrigerator, causing water to flood my wood floor and leak into the crawl space below. And of course, this happened on a Friday night. Reilly quickly assessed the situation which was made more difficult due to the age of my house and the lack of a shut off valve for the water line. He checked for a connection to pipes in the crawl space, checked the water pressure, and then repaired the line. Reilly is without a doubt the fastest and most efficient plumber I have ever seen. Best of all, the cost was extremely reasonable and fair, especially so because this was an after hours call. And Reilly was personable, patient, and answered all my dumb questions. I highly recommend Reilly and Ford's!

Today was my second time using Prodigy Plumbing and I have decided that I will no longer call any other plumber again!

Mark is one of the nicest people I have met, and it is truly reassuring to know that I can feel comfortable in my own home when a stranger is there fixing something! He came within 2 hours of my phone call today, and fixed my clogged bathtub within 15-20 minutes.

I rarely write reviews but I'm writing one because I want to thank Non Stop Plumbing and Ruben for coming to our house to check out the clogged storm drain.

Due to the recent heavy rain, our side yard was starting to form puddles where the drains were. We we're worried that this will start to flood the side of our house.

Ruben arrived within 15 minutes of my call.  He inspected the pipes with his camera and ran water through it.  He suggested hydro-jetting it to clear it up. He also mentioned that if we hydro-jet it, the pipes should remain clear for another 4-5 years. However, we would have to maintain it by running water through it now and then so dirt won't build up in the pipes.

Well, hydro-jetting wasn't really something we had planned for so I'm glad that Ruben tried a few more times to clear the drain and run water thorough it. He then told me that it is clear now and draining (although slow) so if I wanted to observe it first when it rains again, I can do that too. If I'm happy with how it is draining he said that I may not  even need to hydro-jet it.

When I asked him how much he would charge, he told me he didn't really do any work so he wasn't charging anything. It's rare to find a plumber/rooter who knows what they're doing and someone who is honest and won't pressure you to do work just so they can get the job.

I will definitely be keeping Ruben's contact info so I can call him if I need any plumbing work. I would also recommend him to my neighbors who may need any plumbing work done.

I bought a 70 year old house.  It has been a nightmare of plumbing needs.  If you are like the other 99% of the world, like me, you can't afford to just retrofit an entire house at once.

Ranelle and Mainline have come out here in waves taking on portions at a time over the past year, giving me deals I can afford and knocking out the house plumbing needs in sections so I can eventually finish the whole place.  They are very busy but always make time for my special plumbing needs.

If you work with them they are wonderful in working with you and the most important part is the actual plumbing work is beyond exceptional.  Hard to find vendors of any nature like them

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

Dave does quality work with quality parts, communicates clearly, and provides excellent follow up. Very hard to find these days. Glad to have found him.

What a great experience! (hard to believe I'm saying this about a clogged tub). We live in a older beach house (renting) and needed to desperately address a clogged tub. John came out and assessed that before he could do that, he needed to reseat the tub drain pipe. He gave me an estimate and said he'd be back on Monday as he needed to get the appropriate parts.

Sure enough, he showed up on time and ready to go. Within 45 min, it was all done and he even cleaned up after fixing things. He also fixed another part of the tub (diverter?) absorbing the cost into the quote. We didn't pay a cent more than was quoted. He was polite, professional and did an excellent job. And was incredibly patient with all my questions.

I would have no problem recommending him to friends, family and complete strangers. Reasonably priced and worth the time.

We're keeping his business card handy because we might need him again for this old house. :)

Alex was so incredibly helpful in diagnosing with the problem was with my toilet. He even showed me how to do some of the replacement so that I didn't have to spend a ton of money. I appreciate his expertise, his explanation, and his kindness. I would hire him immediately!

The owner kindly contacted myself and my mother immediately after hearing of this. He gave us a full refund for the visit and apologized for the misunderstanding. He also asked permission to personally call my mother to hear exactly what happened between her and the plumber, and explain why they pushed for the full unit replacement. I have adjusted the review and rating because I appreciate how quickly the issue was handled and how honest and professional the owner was with my mother.

The reason I have adjusted Sal's a 4star instead of 5 is because I appreciate the legitimate concern for the customer from the owner, but the plumber never left his name with my mother.

The pilot light on our water heater in our house went out suddenly on January 20, 2018 (Saturday morning). My mother called every plumber in the area and most could not come out until Monday. Sal's was nice enough to send a guy over around 5pm for a $98 fee. The fee is reasonable for a Saturday visit and short notice, but that's not the reason they get 1 star.

The plumber arrives and takes a look at the heater. He tells my mother that the thermocouple is broken and it is a special part that cannot be purchased in stores. He then tells my mother that if we wanted hot water today we needed to replace the entire unit and it would cost $1800. My brother and I stopped her on the spot, went to google, and found this special part on Home Depot's website for $12.

So the plumber leaves and we shower with cold water for a day. In the morning, my brother goes to Home Depot, buys the $12 part, watches some youtube videos, and fixes the thermocouple himself. Granted, my brother is an Engineer, so he knows his way around a tool box and simple electrical fixes. The pilot light stays on and the heater works again. A different plumber from another company was already coming to our house on Monday January 22, 2018 to fix a draining issue in our washing machine. He took a quick look at the repair my brother performed on the heater and praised him for being both smart and lucky.
