Ramiro came out to my condo to clear two clogged drains, in a shower and a bathtub. First off, he was able to arrive 2 hours earlier than originally expected (they called me in advance to make sure it was okay for him to arrive early). Once he arrived, had the shower drain cleared in less than 10 minutes. And then he determined that the bathtub clog wasn't a clog at all. The drain was being blocked by a broken drain stopper which I can replace myself. In the end, he only charged me for one drain clearing. I'll definitely call City Plumbing and Rooter the next time I have a problem with a drain.

Prior to assessing, he gathered information on my situation and walked me through all possible solutions. This was all before he came out to the property. They offered a free estimate, which was great! I felt confident I had all available options to make a well informed decision. I had a major water main leak from a compromised PVC pipe on the outside of the property that we have only been occupying for a year (ah, the joys of owning a home) . Armando gave me a few options as well as recommendations based on each option. Not only did Fix-It-Quick Plumbing Inc provide excellent service, but they exceeded my expectations on the work they performed for our home. I ultimately went with replacing the main water line from PVC to copper, which for my area and long term maintenance was a no-brainer. Additionally, they went above and beyond with regards to the timeliness of work. They worked with cleanliness in mind, and did not create a mess. They even tidied-up, and refilled the trench that was dug up due to the water main leak. The entire transaction was paperless, including the quote and my acknowledgment/approval to render services. They worked safe, are licensed, and practice social distancing & CDC guidelines while working on my property. I would recommend them, and would definitely use them in the future should I require their services (hopefully for future projects and no emergencies). They will be coming back to help with an irrigation project. Their pricing was fair based on the amount of work and installation/replacement performed. It was Friday late afternoon and my drain was clogged... I called every plumber in the yellow pages until I came across Red Lilly. They were responsive and sent Carlos the next day (Saturday). Carlos was extremely knowledgeable and worked tirelessly to clear the blockage which unfortunately required hydro jetting. Carlos returned on the following Monday and alleviated the blockage. He and Red Lilly charged reasonable prices and were reliable. They treated me with respect which was greatly appreciated.

Honest, dependable so pleasant to do business with in our home.   An issue that may have been a bigger issue was fixed quickly and safely.   I highly recommend this team!

Wow! A+ Shahar did an amazing job with our broken showers and was able to fix it very quickly.

Our showers were not using the normal water pressure and my biggest nightmare was a lot of work had to be done. However Shahar was able to fix it very quickly and without replacing a lot of parts.

Had a tub spigot that wouldn't shut off. Called Ford's and a plumber came on an emergency basis, immediately diagnosed what turned out to be a very minor issue, and told me how to fix it myself. He left and ten minutes later, I had fixed it -- no charge. Very grateful and will certainly call Ford's when I have an actual plumbing issue.

On a Saturday a few weeks ago my home had a blockage in the sewer line and backed up into the tub and toilet.  Mark was on the job within an hour after calling to clear the blockage and camera the pipes.  He was friendly and professional and was able to remedy the issue cleanly and quickly.

Raw sewage in the tub sure put a damper on our Saturday plans but after Mark left, my wife and I were so happy to have met such a nice guy willing to help.

My elderly Mom's LADWP bill flagged us there there was either high water usage or a leak.  Paxton arrived on time, found a large pond of water under her house and located the leak was from the hot water side of the washer.  He efficiently replaced the old galvanized pipe with PEX.  His quick actions got the issue resolved quickly.  Yes, I would recommend him.0

Honestly, it's been a while since I wrote a Yelp review, but this one is well-deserved.

To set up the story, my tub faucet started to drip and after trying to DIY the problem, I couldn't get a bolt off and did not want to risk making something that should be an easy fix a more complex one. I messaged Non Stop Plumbing at night via Yelp and got a response pretty quickly, saying that they were free the following day, and given that it was pretty local (Eagle Rock/Highland Park), I felt comfortable having someone close by instead of trying to chase someone who may be further out for a better price.

Ruben and his assistant came pretty quickly after the initial phone call. He provided the same diagnosis I found online and a quote with parts. I mentioned I have the main part with me, just because I tried to do it myself but couldn't get the bolt out. He said it wasn't a problem and knocked down the quote because the part was already available.

Long story short, removing the handle looked easy on YouTube, but actually doing it without technical knowledge is a different story. Ruben said that it's due to the calcium build-up from all those years (maybe 10 years or so) and hard water around the area that caused the bolt to be difficult to take out. He said he had to use brute force to remove the handle and said he'll get a new handle to replace the broken one.

Overall, the job took less than an hour (including the trip to get the new handle), both Ruben and his assistant were professional from start to finish,  and the price was VERY reasonable (if you compare it to the cost of still trying to do it myself, breaking something that I shouldn't AND THE LADWP WATER BILL..)

Would highly recommend Non Stop Plumbing again! Also, I noticed they did rooter work, which is probably well-needed.

Called different plumber first to clear a mainline block. First plumber wasn't able to clear it and quoted me $1800 to $2400 to install a cleanout in the backyard do some hydro jet thingy and god knows what else. Called Mainline for a second opinion. They responded right away on a Saturday and cleared the line in like 20 minutes!!! I was amazed. Thanks so much Caesar and Ranelle. You guys are amazing and just won a customer for life!!!

Above and beyond.  No wonder they have 100% five  rating!  I needed a gas line repaired and John was the only plumber to analyze the root cause to come up with the most efficient solution. The repair was completed in less time, with less cost than any other plumber could have done. He even found away to move around certain cabinets and a difficult lazy Susan so I didn't have to replace them AND after he was done the lazy Susan worked better than it had in years.

Recently purchased a home and was constantly having plumbing issues with our drains. I asked my realtor for any recommendations on a plumber and he did not hesitate to refer Alex from Plumbing Works. I have had previous experiences with drain cleaning and hydrojetting our last property. Alex did a full sewer drain inspection and showed us the roots and broken parts of our mainline sewer. He offered us a few options was very knowledgeable and honest. They also replaced our ancient Water heater with a brand new tankless water heater and upgraded our gas line. Also helped us with the rebate. Somehow the plumbing in this home has every type of piping and is all a mishmash. Plumbing works came a few months later did a full Pex Repipe, since Alex is also a licensed General contractor and plumber he exactly knew how to minimize opening walls for the Repipe. He installed a few facuets and changed our shower valve for free. Best plumber I have meet, thank you Plumbing works.

Very happy with the service we got from Thomas. He arrived within the scheduled timeframe to unclog our kitchen sink drain, and was very pleasant and professional. While addressing the clogged pipes, Thomas identified the root cause of our constant clogging issue as well as a pipe leak we had no idea about. He took video of it for us to see since the location of these issues required him to crawl underneath the house. The cost of the work came in as expected and there was no pushy sales effort by Thomas to get us to do more work with Sal's. I'm a happy customer.
