Just bought our first home and this was our very first experience with a plumber. We found out our water valve had a leak and couldn't get our new washer installed. My husband tried to replace the valve himself and ended up breaking the pipe. We messaged a few companies on yelp and they were one of the quickest to reply on a Sunday night and arrived a couple hours later and fixed the problem in 5 minutes. We will definitely be using them again in the future and will probably ask them to give us an estimate to change our plumbing in the future.

Had a gas line that needed to be moved for a range installation.  

Had mark and Steven come out to help. Steven has come out to our house before and Steven is a great guy, super helpful and knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile. Mark was helping him out this week and both of them did a stand up job.

They realized we didn't even need to cut into our wall and we're able to do the job in a more efficient way. Super happy with them and the experience. Will use again.

Also I've texted with Steven he's super responsive and really cares.

The lady was super unhelpful over the phone.  They say it's free estimate but they will charge you a service fee of $125. I told her whats the issue was and why I need a plumber for cause I have a leak on my kitchen ceiling but instead of sending a plumber out for a free estimate she told me that she will charge us the service fee of $125. That's not how free estimate works. You need to come check out the problem 1st and do your own due diligence then give an estimate & it's upto the customer if they going to go with it or not.

I called a different company and told them the exact same thing over the phone what I told her and got a free estimate. Moral of the story don't do false advertisement & don't try to con your customers. Smh!

Our sump pump in the basement went out and although we were out of town Red Lilly came over and assessed the situation. We needed a new pump so the supplied an estimate and cost for a new one to be installed on Monday. Guillermo and his partner did an excellent job of installing and cleaning up. It took about an hour and a half.
I've used red Lilly in the past for a major plumbing job and they have done terrific work. These guys are great. Thanks so much

Our shower stopped draining so we called David. He had to try a few different methods to get it unclogged but he didn't give up and got the job done. He was professional, talked us through each thing he was going to try before doing it, and cleaned up afterwards. This is the second time we have used David and will be calling him next time we have a plumbing issue.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I called around 11:00 p.m. The plumber was here within an hour and a half! Matt was so nice, personable, and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me in detail and patiently answered my questions.

Matt was able to solve our plumbing problems AND generously offered to clean up the mess that the issue had created in the bathroom (before he even arrived!).

I am super impressed with this company (and Matt, in particular). Their services are a little pricey, but I wouldn't hesitate to call them again!

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

I recently bought a new place and I unfortunately inherited some plumbing issues. The bathroom faucet was leaking and I needed to find somebody to fix it. I called a few places and what I learned is most these businesses are either too busy or just won't call you back. I called D&D and Dave was eager to help. Dave told me that the type of faucet in my shower has a warranty for life and that I should call their 1-800 number to get a replacement part shipped to me for free and he'd swing by right after it came and swap it for me. I appreciated that Dave knew to do that as opposed to some other place that would show up and upcharge me for a part I could have gotten for free. The part came a week later and Dave came by very promptly to do the swap. Dave even respected my Asian house rules of No Shoes Inside.! He was respectful, on time, and affordable. The faucet has stopped leaking and the work was great.

I could end my review there but I'll tell you another quick story to confirm how great Dave is. I got a washer/dryer delivered to my house today and the guys said I had the wrong type of gas line connector installed. I had a 5/8ths and needed a 3/8ths part. They said they weren't allowed to change it due to company policy and I needed to hire a plumber. A plumber... where do I know of a good plumber? Dave! I called Dave and he came by an hour later to swap the piece. I've never seen that type of turn around for these types of businesses which is why I'm going out of my way to tell everyone about it! Dave is great and honest which can feel like it's hard to find in the age where every corporation is out to get you and only cares about their bottom line. Give Dave a call, I think you'll be happy!

All of the other reviews are right on the money.  It was partially lucky timing, because he just happened to be in my area, but he arrived in about 15 minutes.  I had a problem with my Rheem water heater and he was on their list of referrals.  I normally use another plumbing  company and have been very happy with them.  Now I am going to torn about who to call first.
John even took the extra time to order the warranty part for me from Rheem.  He could have just left that for me to do.  
Small business owners, like John, are the kind of people that you want to give your money to.

Alex was amazingly responsive. He came out on a Saturday morning to help us figure out a leak we had. From the time I first messaged him on yelp until he was in our home was only 90 minutes. He offered to come assess the damage free of charge and provide an estimate. Alex was through and tested all possible avenues for leak. Rather than providing a costly solution he suggested how I could remedy the problem on my own. His honesty made me feel at ease and I will not hesitate to contact him the next time we have any plumbing related issue. He also wore shoe covers and cleaned up after himself. I also appreciate that it wasn't a massive corporation and communication was easy, no dispatchers or intermediaries. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had a drain blockage in my kitchen sink. The the phone quote from Sal's to unplug it was the standard $98.  When the plumber arrived he immediately raised the charge to $125 to disassemble the drain trap and snake the pipe.  I agreed but he then failed to run the snake in far enough, approximately 30 ft., to unblock the drain.  All my exposed drain pipe is PVC including the main drain under the house.  However, plumber told me that I had cast iron pipes in the walls (not PVC) that was probably corroded and needed to be replaced.  (Per the plumber, cast iron is a fire prevention building code requirement.)  I'm not sure that this is true and felt that Sal's wanted me to agree to work that was not necessary.  I paid the original $98, the plummer left and I unplugged the blockage myself with a plunger.  Client beware.

My toilet was clogged and we haven't been able to use it for a week.   We think our baby threw a small toy in and then not knowing what he did we went ahead and flush the toilet.  When we saw the water came back up and the flash is very weak.  We knew at the moment that toilet needed a professional plumber.   I requested quotes from several plumbers.  The only one that actually got back to me right away was Major League Plumbing and his quote was decent.  Roridgo was professional and provided me an estimate right away.  He offered to come the same day which is a Saturday at no additional charge.  He showed up at the time of the appointment and was very polite.    Within 15 minutes of his arrival, he was able to unclogged my toilet and it is working again.  I was impressed.  I am super happy with his service and would use Rodrigo again for future plumbing issues and definitely refer him to my friends and family.
