I called at 5:30pm hoping to leave a message and get him to come out the next day. Broc called me back within 10 minutes and said he'd be (and he was!) at my house by 7:00pm. He was professional, thorough and got the problem fixed in less than an hour. And he cleaned up carefully afterwards! All for what I thought was a very reasonable price. I can't imagine a better service experience. Highly recommend!

The Red Lilly Plumbing Company was professional from the time I called to make an appointment to when the plumber showed up to complete the job at my property.  I had an appointment for 11 AM.  After confirming my appointment via text message at 9 AM, the plumber showed up at 9:45 AM to begin the work.  The plumber was punctual and performed great work on replacing my old kitchen faucet.

Fernando did a great job unclogging our kitchen sink and bathroom sink! He was polite, professional and efficient. He quickly assessed the situation and got to work. Before I knew it, I had 2 working sinks again.
I rarely write reviews and have not had the greatest experience with plumbers in the past but Sal's Plumbing was excellent with the entire process. The lady that answered the phone and set up the appointment was also pleasant and polite.
If I do need a plumber again I would definitely call Sal's Plumbing first!

Wow! A+ Shahar did an amazing job with our broken showers and was able to fix it very quickly.

Our showers were not using the normal water pressure and my biggest nightmare was a lot of work had to be done. However Shahar was able to fix it very quickly and without replacing a lot of parts.

He was extremely thorough and honest about the situation. I have never had such a great experience with work on our house and I highly recommend BH Plumbing and Rooter!

I was on vacation when one of my tenants called and said the water heater was out and could not light it. They contacted John (CALI) to come out and fix the problem, he come out and charged $135 by installing a thermocouple that did NOT solve the problem. The next suggestion by CALI fix was to replace the entire Temp system for $530 that might solve the problem. I did not like that solution because it was like stabbing in the dark. Seeing that the water heater was going on 8 years the best solution was to replace it. I received e-mails from my tenant on what CALI was going to replace the water heater with the brand  name. They wanted 1K to do this, being on vacation I was locked in to getting the tenant hot water. I agreed and the work started that afternoon.
CALI did not install the water heater as stated on the original e-mail and after many requests for a copy of the  invoice I finally got it, ONE week later. I did not get reimbursed for the thermocouple that did not work either. I am assuming that when the old water heater was removed that item was taken out and used on another job.
MY biggest gripe was that not being there and requesting a breakdown of labor costs, not knowing their labor rate /hr. was something I am used to getting from all other contractors that I have dealt with in the past. I have personally installed many water heaters in the past and I am leery to the time it took them to install it, based on not knowing their labor rate undisclosed.
The installation was clean and acceptable.

David is solid. When I first found him on Yelp, I couldn't understand how he could have five stars. But after he replaced my water heater, I understand.

From the very first phone call, he was unique among the places I called. Another plumber promised to call back to schedule something; I left a message on the voicemail of another. David answered the call himself. He was pretty busy over the next few days and suggested another plumber might get to it sooner, but then he said, Well, tell me what's going on. Maybe I can point you in the right direction.

He gave me some advice on what to look for in a water heater, and then could do it in the next day or two depending on when I could get the replacement water heater delivered. David even quoted me over the phone. He was up-front with his pricing and I could tell he knew what he was talking about.

I called him a couple of times to ask about water waters--if I should get a different size, if the brand mattered, etc.--and he patiently discussed my options with me each time.

We scheduled the service for today, and he showed up when he said he would. He answered other questions I had about tank vs. tankless water heaters. He did the work in the amount of time he said it would take, and even fixed the top of my water heater enclosure to ensure water doesn't get in.

He did a good job and--more importantly--put my mind at ease from the very beginning. He did solid work and he was patient. You really can't find a better plumber.

We have used Ford's Plumbing multiple times since moving into our current home 4+ years ago. Being that it's an older home, we've had a range of issues, from the serious (replacing all waste lines) to the mundane (replacing a leaky kitchen faucet, our most recent job). They have always been responsive and professional. They're not the cheapest solution out there, but we've always been happy with the quality of their work and are comfortable paying a small premium for peace of mind.

If you're looking for a plumber, I would strongly recommend Prodigy.  They are very professional, competent, and very courteous in all my interactions with them.  Last week, Vince came out to unclog a sewer back up at our rental property.  I knew it wouldn't be a quick roto-rooting job b/c  plumbers who came in previous years told us we have lots of tree roots creating blockages.  So of course, the dreaded news was that we need a major job-the sewer line needed to be cleared of tree roots and lined to prevent complete blockage.  We are talking thousands of dollars.  We had another plumber come out for a 2nd opinion and they suggested re-piping... strangely this came out a little cheaper even though there seemed to be more labor involved.  Of course we wanted to go with someone cheaper but what Prodigy was suggesting was the cleaner and more efficient way to go.  They are gave us a 20-yr warranty on the job which the other guy couldn't and everyone I talked to at Prodigy is extremely warm and friendly.  Vince was especially patient in explaining the details to me which I really appreciate.  We are so relieved and glad we had Prodigy take care of our property.

Wow! 4:00 am and I have a plumbing emergency! Well to me it's one ! My diamond earring that my partner got me fell down the bathroom sink ! I was scared and mortified but I got on Yelp and searched for plumbers because my building maintenance was unable to come until the morning! They answered quickly and were able to get out super fast! We recovered my diamond earrings and all is well! Highly recommend

just had a re pipe completed on my home.  Ranelle was very efficient with setting up appointments and always called back in a timely manner.  The job was completed on time and my questions were always answered as to the process taking place.  The clean up was incredible.  For plumbing needs you can count on Mainline for an awesome experience.

I rarely write a review but the experience with Dave was so good that I want everyone to know a plumbing problem does not have to be a disaster and not necessary cost a huge. Dave installed a new shower flange and drain pipe with a very reasonable price (I compared with a couple of estimates from other contractors). He also helped me clean the mess in the drain. Very fast response, clean and professional work!!

As a homeowner and a landlord, any time I have plumbing issues, my first call is to Sal's Plumbing. So far, I've used them three times and it's always a great experience. Same day service with a professional who is polite and explains everything to me so I can understand the problem. It feels great to know that the problem will be solved quickly and that the repair person is honest and friendly. Sal's is the best in the South Bay!
