Our shower drain was clogged on a Sunday evening. I sent a message through Yelp link requesting an appointment for the next day. Received a text back within an hour and was given a 11:00am appointment for the following day. Broc was here at 11:00am as promised. He was polite and professional. He was able to remove a drain cover that another plumber had said was permanently rusted closed. Broc snaked the drain and was out of here in less than 30 minutes. This is exactly how a small business should be run! Provide excellent service with speed and integrity.

Paul came to fix our garbage disposal. He fixed it in under 10 minutes. He was so competent and kind. The receptionist who helped me schedule was friendly and efficient. It was a pleasure to work with both of them!

Wow!! Finally found a great Plumbing Company with an even greater technician.

Our main sewer line was clogged with roots and so we needed someone with the Rooter machine. Was recommended Red Lilly via the Next Door App and made an appt for the next day.

Cesar arrived and we are so thankful. Not only did we discover that the main line needed to be cleared but also that the guest bedroom toilet line was completely clogged - and I mean bad!!!

Cesar was awesome!!! He diagnosed the problem, drew a sketch of how all the pipes intersected and then got to work. And he worked really really hard. It was a super tough job and he used every trick in the plumbers book to FINALLY clear the roots and the water is now running fast and clean again.

We totally appreciated his expertise and don't give up spirit. Hard to find these days.

John and his team are phenomenal. As a rental property owner, I need someone dependable and fast; someone I can trust, someone willing to come out at a moment's notice, and great at communicating with myself and the tenants. And most of all, someone who knows exactly what he's doing. He has saved my butt several times over, and I highly recommend him especially for the most complicated jobs.

Take for example two weeks ago. On a Friday evening, I received a text from a tenant saying there was raw sewage coming out from one of the clean-outs. I called John and described the situation. It looked really bad ... sewage everywhere on the driveway. He gave me a prognosis of best and worst case scenarios, and told me that everything would be ok ... nothing that he's not done before. Within an hour, John was at the property doing an inspection even though it was already dark out. From the initial inspection, he said he'd need to return the next day to do a hydrojet and sewer cam to see where the back-up was, and then he could tell me what needed to be done. The next day, bright and early, he hydrojetted the sewer line and discovered that it was broken in several place and sent me several photos. The sewer cam photos looked really bad, and there was now even more sewage everywhere on the driveway from the hydrojetting. I wasn't sure how I'd clean up the mess. What should I wear? However, I was extremely grateful that John's team cleaned up the sewage after doing the inspection and leaving for the day.

John recommended underground sewer replacement, which would save us from from tearing up landscaping including most of the driveway, a deck and new privacy fence. It also saved on manual labor, and enabled him to complete the job in 1 day. John arrived with his crew on a Sunday, with 7 or 8 people and two vans! I was a bit shocked by the manpower. The crew spent most of the day digging through concrete to make 3 huge trenches to access and replace the old ceramic sewer line. They then pulled through modern plastic pipe underground. By early evening, I had a new sewer line, and I was relieved to see the team busy patching up the trenches with new concrete. I was really impressed by their quality of work, the fact I didn't have to deal with any BS, and how quickly they could get things done.

John will always be the first guy I call if I have another plumbing problem. I've used other plumbers before: what has often been the case is that they give you a prognosis of the situation, they start to do work, and then the problem quickly escalates into something much bigger than what was anticipated. John will tell you how it is in the beginning so you know what you're getting into, and if a hiccup does come along, he will take care of it. I feel extremely grateful that I found him.

David is just wonderful. He is professional and honest. He worked really hard on a problem that I'm sure most would have said was a lost cause. He was able to come by really quickly- only an hour and half after I called him! He explained the problem as he found it and again once he fixed it. Definitely call David when you have any plumbing issues!!!

Scotty was excellent. Prior to the pandemic, our pipes were clogged and figure out that our clean out was installed incorrectly. Scotty diagnosed the problem, and next day came to replace our clean out that would go to the street and back to the house with enable him to hydro-snake and keep everything running.
He was professional, gave good advice and definitely worked hard to give us top notch service. Cleanup was great.

I'm from out of town visiting my retired father in Long Beach.  At his home, a swarm of fruit flies floated around the kitchen and the upstairs master bathroom, and it finally dawned on me that perhaps the garbage disposal was the issue.  I looked up a plumber on Yelp, and I called Prodigy Plumbing at 9 am.  Roy answered and told me he could have a plumber stop by between 12 pm - 2 pm that same day.  Matt Down arrived ~12:15 pm.  Matt explained that since my father wasn't running the upstairs faucets regularly, fruit flies were hatching in the pipes instead of being flushed away by regular running water.  Additionally, since my father wasn't running the upstairs faucets regularly, the pipe above the kitchen ceiling had dried out and had a ~4 ft. long crack in it, causing a leak.  Matt cut through the drywall in the kitchen ceiling and found the leak and replaced the old pipe with a new one.  He made sure to clean up the kitchen from all the drywall falling from the ceiling.  He also showed my father how to make the garbage disposal run again since it was stuck.  My father and I very much appreciate the amount of time and care Matt took to promptly correct the issues.  Additionally, my father asked Matt to examine the upstairs master bath toilet, and Matt pointed out the hairline fracture on the toilet.  He explained the toilet had to be replaced.  Ozzie came out the very next day to remove the old toilet and replace it with a new one.  Finally, Matt recommended a drywall expert, Lazer, who did a beautiful job repairing the drywall in the kitchen ceiling - he also cleaned up the kitchen after he completed his work.   Lazer also fixed all of our broken electrical outlets and broken light switches on a later return visit.  Matt, Ozzie, and Lazer were all very nice, efficient, and did great quality work!  Prodigy Plumbing is a one stop shop for your plumbing needs and more at affordable prices!!

We had been using the same plumbers over a decade and over the years the prices got so high it was shocking and became unaffordable to use them not to mention the workers got sloppy and some came in reeking of beer. EW!!! Last straw. We got quotes to do new piping under the house and the old company quoted several thousand dollars more than Non Stop Plumbing so we went with Non Stop Plumbing obviously.

These guys are super professional and 100% amazing at what they do. We have found our new team in these guys, last time they came for a plugged up toilet and he didn't want to charge because he fixed it in a few minutes. He said no I don't feel right to charge. Wow, Thank you!

The other company as with any other company would have happily billed us. Five reasons to use these guys although i could name many more reasons to put them on speed dial.

The BEST of the BEST! The most professional and honest plumber I have ever come across.

Called around and had a few plumbers come in and asssess the leakeage issues with a shower faucet. Quotes went anywhere from ridiculous to outrageous without much explanation.

David knew exactly what the issue was, explained to me in detail what was needed and needs to be done. Advised me to order the parts from delta as they provide life time warranty. No other plumbers went out of they way to explain this and wanted me to change out the whole system because they dont have the parts. Parts came in and David came to the rescue,  fixed it quickly and efficiently.

Would highly recommend for anyone who is looking for a professional and honest plumber.
