Broc at Anytime Rooter is my new plumber.  I had a very unhappy experience with my previous plumber.  Broc was awesome.  Showed up on time, swiftly diagnosed my problem, and fixed it for a fair price.  How refreshing to find a honest, high quality plumber who gives great value.  I found him on Yelp, read the positive reviews, and can confirm that he's da man!

Osman came and assessed the issue quickly but thoroughly.   Ended up being a clogged shower drain vs main line.  Was affordable , reliable and Osman the technician was great.

Armando and Waldo came in today to fix my old water heater from 2003. They fixed it and did not push me to buy a new one. But I decided to do it as it's old and I asked them for recommendation! They replaced new water heater with all parts and labor included with no hidden fees. Great people, highly recommended!!!!!!

The best for sewage work!

We called Red Lilly in on an emergency regarding our sewer line.  This was an older house, and the problem we had kept scaling up due to deeper problems being discovered.  All along the way they kept us in the loop on what they were doing, why it was necessary, and how much it would cost.  They even showed us the damage with a snake camera, and were very patient with explaining their methods.  Giovanni, the company's owner, is a boisterous and friendly fellow and was very willing to negotiate pricing and billing to fit our budget.

Now, these other reviews are rather harsh, and probably unfair and/or written by egotistical yupsters, but I noticed that they are mostly for small stuff like replacing dishwashers or sprinkler heads.  Maybe they're true, maybe not, but trust me, THESE GUYS KNOW THEIR STUFF when it comes to sewers, and were certainly more honest than the other companies we got estimates from.

Super helpful, reasonable and professional. Called and they happened to be close by and available more quickly than I expected. Would highly recommend!

I like feeling that someone is going the extra mile for my business..I had a clogged drain in my bathroom..I called Shahar. He came over the same day and gave a free inspection. He went as far as putting on his crawl-suit and went under the house to inspect and take pictures of the piping underneath...also sending the pics to my phone so I could see things for myself. Since I have an older modeled house, he also notified me that I would need a Gas-shutoff valve in case of an earthquake; which nobody has said to me. He came over 2 days later, per my request, fixed everything with his 3-man team, in less than 90mins, and the repairs have been clean and flawless.

I messaged them on Yelp and was able to easily setup a time for them to stop by and take care of a water heater issue. They answered all my questions beforehand and gave me options, the whole conversation seemed very organic, even the suggestions that were made on their end felt like just that suggestions and not felt like they were forcing anything on me. Fortunately for my wallet, the issue was the pilot light went out due to some blockage of vents by a critter. They moved the little critter and re lit the pilot free of charge, and after seeing the unit suggested when it does fail which to go with. Because of their candor, I will be using them to work on the unit when it does fail.

I love how business owners always think negative reviews must somehow have been written in error.

No error here. I'll give a few additional details about my experience:

I work as an assistant in the Beverly Hills area. My boss had several plumbing issues that needed to be addressed, so I called Wallace Plumbing based on the great Yelp reviews. David said he was too busy to handle the job, and gave me the names of two other plumbing companies he recommended. I looked those companies up on Yelp, and their reviews were mixed.

A few weeks later, we had an additional plumbing problem, and I thought I'd try David one more time in case his schedule had opened up. Again he said he was too busy to take the job (we weren't on a strict time schedule, so I thought it was really odd that he didn't even offer to come on a future date). He didn't ask for any photos or mention anything about his service area. Having this happen twice left a bad taste in my mouth.

Awesome in a word.  I called for a heater check up and the installation of a safety switch. Ginger was able to schedule an inspection the next day at 8am for me.  After the inspection, I was quoted the price, and they fixed it the next morning.  Ryan, the technician was running a little late and the office called me twice to let me know that he was on his way.  Great customer service, great repair.

I am a General Building Contractor and have been working with plumbers for 30 years. As is customary in the industry, I supply my own materials.  So I called Prodigy after they had been highly recommended. I spoke with Mark. He informed me that since I was supplying the toilet, I would have to go to Home Depot and purchase the wax ring and the hoses, etc. and  they would supply labor only for $185.00.  I asked  if they could do that and he very rudely answered that of course, we do it every day but since I am supplying the toilet I would have to do it myself.  I have never had a plumber who didn't supply his own installation materials.  They have these things on their trucks.  Same with electricians, tike setters, etc. Mark obviously didn't want my business.

Our shower was liking and dripping downstairs. Called Non Stop Plumbing after 10pm and they were at my house in less than 30 minutes. Very nice and knowledgeable guy that offered to be back first thing in the morning and fix the issue. Sure enough he was at our house 8am in the morning.  Very satisfied with their service. Thank you Rupen! I strongly recommend them.

You really can trust the reviews on these guys, fixed my area drain.  The other people I called wanted to rip up my driveway, they found a simpler and much less expensive way of doing it, thanks!

Found John/RJ Plumbing on yelp! Got an appointment with him within 48 hours and he did a great job installing some new bathroom faucets and fixing one of our annoying running toilets. He was super polite, professional, and extremely reasonable on price. I will definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone needing plumbing services.

Alex and Antonio were great at installing 2 toilets! One of them wasn't the right size and Alex was able to return it and get a new one for me. They work really hard, are fast and reliable. Great people to work with and would recommend them for any plumbing needs! Thank you so much!
