I had a clogged drain for my washer that flooded my place. I called Sunday evening, with the expectation to leave a message and hear back from someone on Monday. However, I got a call back within a few minutes and spoke to Broc. He had no issues coming by early Monday morning to fix the problem. Broc arrived on time, was easy to work with, and very transparent and fair with the costs. I highly recommend giving Broc a call for your plumbing needs. Great experience! 5 stars for Broc!

I cannot say enough positive things about this experience from the dispatcher who took my call, to the technician Oscar, and the final price to unclog my kitchen sink! After another company missed their appt. I was left scrambling last minute midday. They got Oscar out to our house within about 4 hours. Oscar was the ultimate professional. Very clean personally and his work area, a no give up attitude, super nice in general, and very consultative for future possible issues. When some plumbers quoted $2-400+ for this service, after all Oscar's hard work, we were left with a $69 bill. What an amazing experience top to bottom! You have a customer for life!

Cesar was fantastic. A very knowledgable plumber who got the job done right. Our bathroom sink was backed up with no sign of unclogging. I tried everything on it to get the clog out with no luck. Cesar was quick and effective. He got under the house, cut and replaced only the section that was backed up, and showed me the old pipe and years of build-up that caused the clog. Safe, courteous, and fast during this COVID pandemic. Couldn't ask for more.

Sewer line backed up.  The company we normally use was not able to get to our house for several days. Researched and saw that Sal's was local, family owned, and the majority of reviews were high.  Called and they committed to and were able to get to our house within 4 hours.  There was some difficulty clearing the line but Thomas and his assistant were determined and after several attempts got it done. He also made recommendations to eliminate the issue moving forward. They were both very courteous, their work was thorough, and will definitely be asking for Thomas on future visits.

Our water heater went out, and Gary Sarkisyan from Cali Rooter & Plumbing, Inc. came out right away.  We had never used them before and so we were quite nervous.  My husband watched as Gary went to work.  As he worked, he explained what he was doing the entire time. Well, it turned out to be something way more complicated than we had anticipated.  If we had another less experienced plumber, my husband is sure that he would have quit or tried to sell us another water heater.  Rather than having to replace the entire water heater, Gary worked for at least an hour, and came up with a creative way to get our older water heater working.  He also gave my husband a great suggestion about how to make sure the leak, (from rain), doesn't occur again.  I am so thrilled with the job he did that as soon as he left, I went straight to yelp to leave a review.

David was honest, hard working, showed up on time and was fairly priced.  He fixed my calcified faucets also provided useful maintenance tips.  I also like that not only is he the owner of the business, he is also the guy who came out and did the work (not some subcontracted no-name).  Highly recommended!!

We have used Ford's Plumbing multiple times since moving into our current home 4+ years ago. Being that it's an older home, we've had a range of issues, from the serious (replacing all waste lines) to the mundane (replacing a leaky kitchen faucet, our most recent job). They have always been responsive and professional. They're not the cheapest solution out there, but we've always been happy with the quality of their work and are comfortable paying a small premium for peace of mind.

My new plumbing company for any future problems. I scheduled them for a 9-11am appointment and Michael showed up right before 9am. He cleared out some roots that were clogging up our clean out line in the front of our house and cleaned up the mess when his work was done. He was very professional and even gave us an estimate on the spot if we want to replace our clay line that has cracks and roots are getting in through. Thanks Michael!

Came home from vacation to a ruptured water service line. Got a quick response from Ruben and he was able to come out the next day to quickly determine the scope of work necessary. Estimate was less than expected, and he completed the work first thing the next morning. He showed me all his work before he closed the driveway back up and pointed out potential future issues I might have. I'll definitely call him again when the time comes.

Such a great company! I called them to solve the mainline issue. (Roots grew a lot inside the pipe)
They were incredibly fast, responsive and solved the issue! They deep a very deep clean out, checked with camera all the potential issues that could arise and definitely did not try to benefit from our situation. (The other company tried to convince us to do the main line replacement for about $9000)

We called D & D to replace a broken water heater at our home in El Sereno. Dave not only came and did it the same day (he was literally here within 3 hours) but was quick, professional and his prices were very reasonable also. We found him on Yelp and he absolutely lived up to his 5 star rating. My wife and I will happily use them again for any future plumbing needs. Highly recommended!

Our hot water heater burst today and John fro RJ Plumbing saved the day.  He was on time, courteous and charged a fair price.  He also discovered that our main shutoff valve was broken and repaired that for us too.  It was a pleasure doing business with him.

My bathroom sink has been slow to drain for weeks. Plumbing Works did such a great job with my kitchen, I texted them and they responded right away and were at my home within 10min!!! The job was done under 30min and the price was reasonable. They are always so helpful and professional. Seriously, this business is a dime a dozen.

Very fast response and straight forward pricing.  We had to pay after hours fee but it was worth it.  Had a leak from pipe in the ceiling and needed work ASAP.  Definitely will use these guys again in the future.  Mike was our guy.

Rodrigo is amazing!! I was given Rodrigo's number by my neighbor who had recently had some work done. First, my hot water tank was on it's last leg and Rodrigo came out to re-light the pilot that I couldn't manage to figure out. He was so fast, caring, knowledgable, and he listened.

Because I knew the time had come to replace the hot water tank, Rodrigo really listened to my concerns and worked with me to quote the best tankless and filter system for the house. I was so impressed with how fast he and his team worked - and they were so pleasant and professional. AND the system looks great, quality work, and works amazing. No more waiting for 5 minutes for the hot water to get to my bathroom.

BONUS: I had recently broken my arm and my mobility was severely limited - Rodrigo really stood out as he helped me check my dryer gas connection.
