Broc was a lifesaver. I came home sick from work to find that my kitchen sink had leaked all over the counter and on to the floor. I couldn't find a plumber that could come right away, but Broc said he could be there the same afternoon. He was very patient and professional in how he explained what was wrong and gave me suggestions on what brands to use to replace the faucet. He was also very courteous and polite. The sink works great now, and Broc would be the first person I call the next time I need a plumber.

We had our water go out. Of course on the weekend. Luis came and took care of what needed to be done. Came on Sunday fixed everything. Clean and super good guy. Dealt with our landlord. A rare good experience in dealing with a house issue. Thanks Luis. Highly recommend them!

Armando arrived to our house promptly after we called for an emergency plumber when our main water line burst. He was very professional as well as friendly. He also explained to us with detail what needed to be done to fix our pipes.

EMPLOYEES ARE SHADY AF! Went with RLP because of their reviews on Yelp. 2 technicians were dispatched to fix a clogged shower. When they arrived outside, one technician was getting their tools from the truck while the other started wandering around the house and let himself into the backyard, without even knocking on the front door to let me know they were here. My gut instantly went on alert. One technician went straight to the bathroom, while I found the other one wandering around in the living room and kitchen. I showed him where the bathroom was and he kept wandering off saying he needed to know where the pipes are around the house. Shouldn't that be outside and not in the living room or bedrooms? He then proceeded to ask a bunch of inappropriate and personal questions. The technician in the bathroom seemed to be doing all the work while Mr. Wanderer dilly dallied around, making personal calls on his cell phone. A bunch of gunk came out from the tub and said they would have to come back out with the hydro jet and camera. They didn't bother to wash out the tub or the mess they left on the bathroom floor. While the technician was moving their equipment back out to the truck, Mr. Wanderer said he can have his friend come out and fix the clog at half the price what RLP would charge. I said I'll wait to see the outcome since they already started working. He seemed miffed and they left. I started getting blocked numbers that night and continued to get them for a good week at all hours. Did he take my information and give it to his friend? Wouldn't doubt it. RLP never returned my calls or followed up with me for a good 2 weeks. They finally dispatched 2 different technicians that were supposed to come out between 12-3 and didn't show up til almost 5. Never called beforehand to let me know they were on their way, didn't apologize for being late, went to the bathroom for 5 minutes and said they didn't have the tools to work on the tub and they would have to have someone else come out. WTF!? My gut was on alert the very first time and continued to be on alert every appointment. I will NEVER EVER use RLP and HIGHLY recommend single ladies, older adults and anyone that lives alone to use another company.

Shahar responded quickly and courteously to an emergency plumbing request on a Sunday afternoon. He unclogged our toilet expeditiously. I definitely plan on using Shahar in the future for our plumbing needs.

The best and the most professional assistance I could have gotten on a last-minute call on a late Saturday evening.
Some background: I am in a 50+ unit condo in Los Angeles, and my unit was showing some discoloration in the porous kitchen tiles on one night. An emergency water mitigation team was brought in to demo the kitchen in order to expose the wall and flooring to locate the source of the leak the next morning. In order for the demo team that had arrived earlier that next day (and subsequently had to leave) to continue their work to locate the cause, most likely in the shared/common walls, I needed to replace a bad angle stop valve in the hot water supply line in my kitchen so that the water could be shut off in my unit. Because it services hot water, frequently the rubber gasket inside corrodes and needs to be replaced.
Unfortunately, the condo operates on a master water heater system, and the entire building's water supply needed to be shut off and drained for this small repair of the valve to be done.
John had just finished another emergency call before mine and after a bit of phone conversation on whether it could wait until the following morning (this was at 8:30pm on Saturday), he said it would be best to do it ASAP, and he arrived about 20 minutes later.
After shutting off the water to the building, turning off the complicated boiler system, waiting around 1.5 hours for all the water to drain from the building, he finished the 10-minute repair (and what would normally have been a 20-minute job in a single family residence) around 11:00 pm, all because of the way the condo was designed and constructed - which he knew how to navigate through.
Not only professional, courteous, and calm the entire time, he never showed any sign of irritation at having such a long waiting/dead time in between the actual arrival and the repair time and the lateness of the hour. He was one of the very few companies that I contacted that called back quickly and was able to come that same day instead of the following day.
His work will allow me to continue my demo work to locate my original problem, the hidden leak.
I could not recommend John enough. He was patient and knowledgeable, pointing out what he was doing and why and explained why he was doing some things he was doing, transparent all the time. As long as he is available, I will continue to call on him for any future plumbing issues I have, and John and his team have my highest respect and recommendation.

We have used David twice now for issues around our Condo and he is always on time, efficient and informative. In both cases he was able to not only fix our issues but also made sure that we understood what the problem was, what could have caused it and how to avoid it repeating again in the future. He is our go to plumber from now on. Could not recommend him enough! His prices are beyond fair for the level of service, punctuality and professionalism he provides.

When you find out that your house's gas line is so old that to update it, it goes from a 3k job to a 10k (ahhhh), but you don't get mad because FP&H was able to update it within two days.
Culver City implemented a new law that before you sell your house, you have to make sure you have an up to date emergency shut-off. Ok, that makes sense. What we and FP&H didn't expect was to discover that half of the pipes were copper the other galvanized: a huge no-no. Since we were under a deadline to get this replaced/repaired to not derail the sale, we and FP&H were full-steam ahead.
My mother was walking by while the work was being done and she said there were five guys working like crazy digging the trench and making the repairs. They completed the work in two days. I know FP&H does quality work because they replaced my eternally leaky shower (which is why I called them for this gig). A gas line is nothing to joke about. Had I known about the copper pipes, I would have encouraged my family to have to work done years ago. If you live in Culver City, call Santiago, the project manager I met with, and have them come out. He's great and will treat you right. He's an old Culver, you couldn't be in better hands.

It was a Saturday and I needed to have my kitchen faucet replaced. I came up from Orange County since this job was for a tenant occupied residence. Two plumbers cancelled on me that day. One cancelled at 10:45am and the other around 2:30pm. I was hoping to get it done Saturday so I would not have to come back but it was looking like I might have wasted my day. I contacted Paxton as well as several other plumbers (using yelp) to see if anyone could come out the same day. He came through and came within the hour window he gave me. He ran into an issue and stayed later into the evening than he had to planned to to make sure he finished the job and did it correctly. His price was very fair. He gave me a rough estimate but was also clear he likes to look at the job for an actual quote. Final price was in the ballpark and very reasonable for the amount of time he spent. He was professional and courteous.

I never thought I'd be writing a review for a plumbing company, but they are really great! I can see why other people wrote so many stellar reviews about them. They did a plumbing inspection for my husband and I and we are satisfied with their diagnosis and recommendation. We were going to go with another plumber we used on the past but they do this thing where they try to scare you into doing unnecessary things to the house. I really don't think that's okay. However when I met Rueben and his team I got a good sense about them. They were efficient and professional and honest. Can't wait to get a clean out installed. Again ...I never thought I'd be excited about clean outs.

Ranelle was really great about making the appointment. My situation wasn't an emergency but Caesar came analyzed the problem and got my line cleared up within 45 minutes. No BS or tryin to sell me extra work like the Roto Rooter crooks. I'll always call them.

Woke up this morning to find my drive way with a stream of water coming from the air vent under the house. Right away I went on yelp looking for a descent and honest plumber. While my mom crawled under the house to asses the issue to better describe our leak.
After reading reviews my mom called D&D's Plumbing. I believe she spoke with Dave or David. He told her he had 3 jobs today but would stop by in the afternoon to look at our leak.
Needless to say, he arrived exactly at noon and crawled under the house to see our leak. We thought he would just quote us and come back another day. But he let us know what the issue was and said he could fix it if we would like.
We agreed and are happy to say that we have running water again and there is no more leak!!! I definitely recommend this place if you are look for someone honest. He was very polite and professional. This company will be my go to company with any plumbing issue we may encounter. Thank you Dave or David!!! (My mom forgot the name)

Sal's is great. It's been a fun day when I woke up to find an old sediment filter had blown off the side of my house to unleash a river down my driveway to the street. Call Sal's first to get me in the queue...Given I had to shut off water, I called around to a few places.
Other company came first and quoted me a VERY large number after commenting that my backyard was bigger than he thought. A couple calls later and Luis from Sal's was here (despite me maybe canceling them). Luis took one look and quoted me 2 prices:
1 very low for a temporary fix if I just wanted to put back in a sediment filter.
1 quote for 1/2 the price (maybe even lower) of the other guy to permanently replace the ineffective filter with permanent solution.
I took option 2, and he was done in under and hour.
Can't rave enough about how professional Luis was and how he advised me on ways to not waste money. Additionally, the work is very clean and well done.
Fantastic job all around with Luis and even the schedulers! I'll be calling them up to replace my water heater when it kicks the bucket...

Rodrigo is the best! We had a broken valve that another plumber could not fix and Rodrigo came out and saved the day. He's reliable, did the job in 30 minutes. He saved us thousands of dollars by not having to break open the shower wall. I'm so happy we found him and now have an amazing to plumber to call!
