Had an emergency tonight and called about 10 people. No one could come, most never returned our call. Thank Gd Brock did! He was a pleasure to work with, very knowledgeable, super nice to my son and did the job he said he would do and for a fair price. He just earned our business forever and we will be hiring him for our business needs, too! Yet another home run referral from my Yelp community-thank you!

Armando is a savior. The Friday before Christmas my water heater stopped working.  I had a house full of relatives with no hot water.  Armando came over on an hour. He was patient and calm and took his time to explain and show me everything. Even though most of the plumbing supply stores had closed he drove until he found a place that was open and worked into the night putting in a new heater and connecting the pipes correctly and putting in a fail safe to prevent any future spills.  I highly recommend him.

Mike and his assistant from Red Lily Plumbing did a great job repairing our shower and under sink plumbing in the kitchen.  They were prompt for scheduled appointment and carefully set up and cleaned up the work areas.  Both repairs are working perfectly.  Their positive attitude and sense of humor made the dreaded plumber's visit to our 1919 home a pleasure.  Thank you.  Highly recommend.

Very unprofessional.

Had to have my house re-piped and had a slew of things not go right. Weird things, like having a supposed supervisor show up, sit in front of my house, then leave for no apparent reason. Uh, okay, now what? Not only did the SUPERVISOR blow me off, but no one ever called to say that they suddenly needed to reschedule. It took ME calling THEM to see what is going on.

Then, a different supervisor shows up on a different day to do the work (apparently everyone who works there is a supervisor).  He did not finish the job in one day, as had been promised, so I had to take an extra day to stay on premises and be there for the next day's work.  

The previous day, I pointed out that the hole that the supervisor cut in the housing for my hot water tank had messy, jagged edges, and the supervisor told me that he would clean it up the next day. Nope.

The  gas company comes out to evaluate the safety of the piping before turning the gas back on. He points out that the jagged cut in the hot water tank housing needs to be repaired, plus now there is suddenly something wrong with the bypass valve on my wall heater, when it had been fine before.  

I call to get these repairs done, and am promised that they will come out between 11 - 1 two days hence. I call AFTER 1PM to see what is going on, and the supervisor' sounds surprised, then I am told that they can arrive at 2PM.  I inquire why no one called me to tell me that  they would be running late, since I have a tenant who works nights and waiting around all day for service is disrupting their sleep. The supervisor blames the front office, and the front office blames the supervisor.  

It's just one thing after another with this unprofessional company. When I complained, they told me with attitude that I could take my business elsewhere. I told them that if they would be willing to refund the over $4,000 I paid them, I would be happy to.

Since absolutely no one here cares about the customer, I asked to speak with the owner. The front office refused to let me speak with him/her, saying that s/he was not in the office (does he or she not own a phone?). They supposedly had no idea when the owner would be available. Perhaps the owner is on the lam. After prodding, they eventually agreed to have this unavailable  owner call me back tomorrow.

So...terrible customer service, they do not show up when they say they will, do not call to let you know they're running late, when the DO show up, they just drive away again without even ringing the bell, they shift blame to each other and do sloppy and incomplete work, they damaged my wall heater, were rude on the phone, and they have an owner who is unavailable.  At this rate, I wouldn't trust them to snake a hairball out of my drain.

P.S. BTW, The supervisor who did the re-piping cut holes in my wall, but was not wiling to repair the holes. He told me he could do it for me on the side for $360.  When I said that I thought the price was steep, he dropped the price to $240. I told him I'd have my handyman do it, and the price dropped again to $80.  So apparently, you could do the job for $80, but you preferred to first try gouging me by quoting a price 450% higher than what you ultimately offered. Such a gentleman!

Meh. I used my handyman instead. And got a reasonable quote the first go-around.

So thankful we found him because we were in a very bad/vulnerable situation and he made it as easy as possible. He also showed us pictures and footage of what had happened in our system. It was helpful to work in full transparency.

Wow!  Called John utterly panicked, we had a huge leak coming from under the house.  Very calmly, he talked me through shutting off the water to the house and the sprinklers to stop the gush.  He had a technician on the way before I could even say thank you.  If you have a plumbing emergency, call John!!  He will take care of you!

David was great. He came out on a Sunday to help us with an emergency clog in our sink. He works quick and was a ton cheaper than the other guys we called.

Scotty came and provided a quote promptly in the appointment time window. I let him know I had taken the day off from work and asked if the work could be completed same day. He consulted with his team at the office and they made it all work out. I also asked Scotty a bunch of plumbing questions and he graciously answered all of them. I called back after he left when I noticed a possible leak and he returned promptly. Turns out we also need to replace some other parts unrelated to his work. Thank you Scotty and Ford's for making this first experience great.

Prodigy Plumbing's technician Matt, was friendly and efficient.

I am in the middle of escrow and I have requested an camera inspection/plumbing expertise of a home that was built in the 1950's. We discussed the initial inspection and areas of concern. Upon camera inspection he did a run through of the property's piping: front to back then front to the end of the sidewalk. Matt was kind and patient, answering all of the questions I had regarding future maintenance, type of plumbing, duration of the pipes, city vs homeowner maintenance, etc.

I recommend Prodigy Plumbing for inspection and further work on homes in Long Beach and surrounding areas. The inspection fee is reasonable, especially for peace of mind.

I called on Thanksgiving and I thought I would leave a message but he answered! He came over but the power had just gone out. When it came back on an hour later he came back and fixed my clogged sink. Amazing experience and Carrera's Plumbing will be my first and only call from now on! Thank you for saving the day:))))

Our kitchen sink and laundry machine have connected pipes and the laundry machine was draining water and backing up dirty water into the kitchen sink. It was a disaster! Non-stop Plumbing responded quickly to my email and replaced the pipes under the house and properly strapped the pipes so this problem won't occur again for a LONG time! They did all this work for a very reasonable price! I was very appreciative and will use them again in the future.

just had a re pipe completed on my home.  Ranelle was very efficient with setting up appointments and always called back in a timely manner.  The job was completed on time and my questions were always answered as to the process taking place.  The clean up was incredible.  For plumbing needs you can count on Mainline for an awesome experience.

What a great experience! (hard to believe I'm saying this about a clogged tub). We live in a older beach house (renting) and needed to desperately address a clogged tub. John came out and assessed that before he could do that, he needed to reseat the tub drain pipe. He gave me an estimate and said he'd be back on Monday as he needed to get the appropriate parts.

Sure enough, he showed up on time and ready to go. Within 45 min, it was all done and he even cleaned up after fixing things. He also fixed another part of the tub (diverter?) absorbing the cost into the quote. We didn't pay a cent more than was quoted. He was polite, professional and did an excellent job. And was incredibly patient with all my questions.

I would have no problem recommending him to friends, family and complete strangers. Reasonably priced and worth the time.

We're keeping his business card handy because we might need him again for this old house. :)

I came home to a puddle around my water heater. I remember seeing the Sal's Plumbing Van when I drive to work. I called, Pedro arrived promptly at 8am. He quickly installed a new water heater. I asked him he could also install a kitchen faucet, shower head, fix my garbage disposal & recaulk both my master & guest bath. With a smile, he said, Yes, I can do it all He promptly did it all! He was very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them very highly!

Rodrigo became our go-to plumber this week--he's extremely smart and knowledgeable, and a great communicator, who identified our problem quickly and was able to start work on fixing it straight away, finishing the same day. His rates are excellent, and he's a super-nice, friendly, honest person. Hire him--you won't regret it!
