I had a leaking pipe and asked city plumbing to visit for a quote. I should thank George, Andy and Paul for giving a correct diagnosis that it is not a regular pipe and it's a fire sprinkler pipe. They called the company that was on charge on my behalf and arrange they come and fix the pipe. All with no charge! Great quick work by this team, thank you

I was also given a 10% discount for being a new customer.

Our water heater went out, and Gary Sarkisyan from Cali Rooter & Plumbing, Inc. came out right away.  We had never used them before and so we were quite nervous.  My husband watched as Gary went to work.  As he worked, he explained what he was doing the entire time. Well, it turned out to be something way more complicated than we had anticipated.  If we had another less experienced plumber, my husband is sure that he would have quit or tried to sell us another water heater.  Rather than having to replace the entire water heater, Gary worked for at least an hour, and came up with a creative way to get our older water heater working.  He also gave my husband a great suggestion about how to make sure the leak, (from rain), doesn't occur again.  I am so thrilled with the job he did that as soon as he left, I went straight to yelp to leave a review.

I called David with a bathroom plumbing problem, yesterday.  David came out to fix it, today.  He did a great job and he's a nice fellow!

Great service and they offer super competitive pricing. Reilly always shows up on time, with a great attitude and is always willing to explain exactly what he's doing to a laymen like myself so that I can avoid the problem in the future.

They ended up replacing all the pipes below the floor of my old house.  They were quick, efficient and made sure to not dirty the place up while they did it. They're also always available and have even come back to do some small jobs free of charge because we've got a long standing relationship.

Couldn't recommend them enough. They really make you feel like they're not just trying to nickel and dime you. I've even had the owner of the company come out to inspect the work and introduce himself. 5 stars was a no brainer. They'd get 6 if yelp would allow it!

Excellent, on time, and fast service!  

I called at 8:45 AM, was advised a plumber would come out between 9:30 AM and 11:00 AM that day, but the plumber, Matt, was there by 9:20 AM.  Better yet, he snaked the upstairs sink line, got the sink running, showed me the problem/clog, and was done and out the door by 9:45 AM.  Matt even gave me some advice on running a drill snake in the future when I told him I was unsuccessful in removing the clog.   He was also courtesy and immediately offered to put booties on before entering the house.

The only thing that kept this from being a 5 Star review were the phone representative's inability to give me an hourly rate for service (although he did tell me there was a $90 service visit charge and that the technician would have a better idea of the entire bill after commencing work), and finding out after the work was completed that the $90 total charge (reduced from $110) required a Yelp review.  Frankly, I would have given a positive review regardless of being asked or obtaining a discount.  The $90 is competitively priced, but I have also paid almost half to two/thirds that amount for a quick and easy drain snake.  

Bottom line: I would definitely recommend and use their services in the future.

I had a toilet back up last night at 5:00, the night before 4th of July weekend.  The worst.  I called a couple plumbers in the area but Paxton was the only one to be understanding and come after hours as soon as he was free.  He was up on the roof, snaking out the sewer pipe all the way to the street in a matter of minutes.  He's just the kind of plumber you would like to have in your area.  Friendly, honest, no pressure, and the price was reasonable.  Thanks Paxton.

I've got a drain main pipe clot, They came in pretty quickly on the same day, shoes off and got it done in 5 mins. Very good experience and problem solved. Definitely recommend!

Service and quality of work is exceptional, truly a local business with customer service and referrals driving culture.  My house was built in 1962 and appears to have suffered from many DYI upgrades here and there over the decades.  As I upgrade or install something new, the team goes beyond doing the job and repairs the ills of the past, along with eying potential issues.  If you truly care about the quality and appearance of the work behind the walls you must call Ranelle and Cesar, the husband and wife team running this family business in Studio City.  Carlos is amazing and a tradesman that is truly proud of is work, of all the guys in and out of the house over the years his is a standout.

I met the kindest, friendliest, most knowledgeable, efficient, compassionate people today. Can you believe I'm talking about a plumbing company?! I called D&D yesterday just based on a Google search and spoke with Deanne. I mostly just had a question and was nervous. I was immediately at ease as she was ready to help with any question I had (she was even willing to help me find the water shut off over the phone!) The hot water in my tub was barely coming out and I was trying to figure out how to fix it myself because I really couldn't afford a plumber. Anyway, I sent her some pictures and we couldn't figure it out so she said her husband (David) would come out just to look at it. Long story short, I took my first hot shower ever today! This is an affordable family company that knows what they are doing and who understands times are tough!!! I'm in tears at how fast and amazing my problem was fixed. I will for sure go to this company for any of my plumbing needs. I am forever grateful and would recommend them to anyone!!!!! (I would give more stars if I could)

I sadly write this review due to the repeated non-response of John and RJ Plumbing, both this year and last.  Most recently I left a message describing services needed early yesterday morning via both his preferred text and the listed office phone to address.  I had three plumbing issues at my home: drain stoppers, a leaky faucet base, and replacing a kitchen faucet.  He has not responded via text or phone.  The same thing happened about a year ago or so; I chalked it up to Covid, but maybe not.

To be fair, I'd used John in the past; he was excellent, fair-priced, and efficient, even answering questions about what I'd need to do to maintain his new repairs.  I'm sorry that he has become non-responsive.

Alireza was very kind and helpful. Came in to unclogged my bath tub drain that's been giving me problems for awhile now . Did the job quick and even gave me a few great tips . Will highly recommend him for any plumbing needs and will use again in the future . Thanks again!

Amazing service by Sal's Plumbing!

I had a bathroom sink drainage issue, and the sewage was flowing back all over the place so it was a kind of emergency for me. I contacted Sals, one of their dispatchers listened to the issue I am having and understood that I am in urgent need. Afterward, their plumbers came to my home in less than 30 minutes. They did a preliminary root-cause inspection, and later full inspection to resolve the issue from the root. Then they walked me through the problem I have in my plumbing and gave me a different option with reasonable quotes. I was very happy with their approach to issue resolution; thus I immediately went with one of the options. Since they figured out the root cause it was then a piece of cake to fix the issue. Their plumbers were fully equipped and skilled to perform their job. Once they finished their work, they cleared the area and I checked it, of course, it was working very fine. In the end, I was very content with the way they handled the urgent situation. They were very respectful towards me and my property. As a small business owner and a woman, I would definitely recommend their service to anyone.
