Before setting up an appointment, Broc gave me a suggestion to try. After this didn't work on my own, I called back to set up a visit, which was very easy. Broc showed up on time and was very professional and friendly. Had the clog in our tug fixed in less than 15 min. Will definitely call again in the future for any plumbing problems. Thank you!

We had a great experience with City Plumbing and Rooter. Louis (Louie? not sure how to spell his name) was professional, clean, efficient, and kept his mask on at all times. He came with booties to put over his shoes, which we really appreciated. He installed a new garbage disposal for us, and the price felt very fair. He did a great job. Armando you are a rockstar.  So glad to have found you on Yelp.  You responded immediately to my text even though it was after hours.  You arrived a few days later, right on time and your were as professional as could be.  Your fee was more than reasonable and you didn't pressure me into anything I didn't need.  Such a relief to have a reliable and trustworthy plumber in my Rolodex.

In all my life I have never called a plumbing company and spoke with a customer service representative that knew as much they did, the ladies in the office are very educated when it came to diagnosing my issue even over the phone  , they provided an estimated cost and placed me on the schedule right away, the price was fair and I  had an excellent experience with the entire team! We had a leak under our sink and could not figure out where it was coming from.  Sal's had good reviews and it says that they've been in business for 40 years so we gave them a call.

David showed up - on time - major plus already and immediately got to work figuring out what was causing the leak.  He figured it out in seconds (seriously -- I barely got out the sentence, I'll be over here if you need me).  It turns out that the contractor who remodeled our kitchen knew nothing about plumbing and put the T in the wrong place, ran the dishwasher hose directly from the garbage disposal and used the wrong washers!  

He gave us a very fair price for coming out and the quick fix (to stop leaking now) and a very reasonable estimate to come back to redo all of the pipes/hoses under the sink when/if we want.

Also, as a woman and I also REALLY appreciated that he wasn't patronizing -- he explained everything to me as a fellow human being and showed me so that I could see exactly what he meant.  Thanks!

I like feeling that someone is going the extra mile for my business..I had a clogged drain in my bathroom..I called Shahar. He came over the same day and gave a free inspection. He went as far as putting on his crawl-suit and went under the house to inspect and take pictures of the piping underneath...also sending the pics to my phone so I could see things for myself. Since I have an older modeled house, he also notified me that I would need a Gas-shutoff valve in case of an earthquake; which nobody has said to me. He came over 2 days later, per my request, fixed everything with his 3-man team, in less than 90mins, and the repairs have been clean and flawless.

John bailed us out of a tough situation. When we smelled a leak, the Gas Co. came over, found it, and, per law, immediately shut off our gas, resulting in no hot water, no heat, no stove, etc. John came over the following morning, diagnosed the problem and did a partial fix; two days later (which was fine with us), he and his brother, Simon, returned and worked until after 9:00 p.m. to get everything back to normal -- and at a very reasonable price. These guys are honest and reliable (John kept us constantly informed of his schedule), two commodities that are in very short supply these days. We recommend them without hesitation.

I love how business owners always think negative reviews must somehow have been written in error.

No error here. I'll give a few additional details about my experience:

I work as an assistant in the Beverly Hills area. My boss had several plumbing issues that needed to be addressed, so I called Wallace Plumbing based on the great Yelp reviews. David said he was too busy to handle the job, and gave me the names of two other plumbing companies he recommended. I looked those companies up on Yelp, and their reviews were mixed.

A few weeks later, we had an additional plumbing problem, and I thought I'd try David one more time in case his schedule had opened up. Again he said he was too busy to take the job (we weren't on a strict time schedule, so I thought it was really odd that he didn't even offer to come on a future date). He didn't ask for any photos or mention anything about his service area. Having this happen twice left a bad taste in my mouth.

Had a stoppage on the top floor bathroom.  Called Ford's and they sent Scotty the plumber out ASAP.  He was incredibly thorough, not only fixing the problem but taking the time to explain the situation and the reasons for his approach to the fix.  He even adjusted my water volume for the toilet, which went above and beyond what was absolutely required to fix it.  They also honored my Angie's List coupon.  Thanks for a great job!

Very professional company,  I am extremely happy with everything they did for us. Starting from initial phone conversation with dispatcher and ending with Matt and his crew- this guy's are 100% dedicated professionals. I am contractor my self, during one of projects in Long Beach we had sewer back up problem and could not figure out what was the cause.  Prodigy quoted us for camera inspection and drain clean-up - and offered to apply camera inspection and sewer clean up charge towards more complex solution if it would be required.  Long story short - they found drain cover that my guys dropped by mistake in to the drain approximately 5 feet underground in main sewer line. They excavated,  removed the clog and put everything back to original like nothing ever happened in one day, in addition installing emergency clean up access for more then reasonable fee, much lower then other plumbers wanted to charge us. But honestly - I am happy not just about good deal we got from them -it is really the people and customer service that amazed me, working my self in service industry,  I am really admire real people that love what they do and do it with all their heart. Thank you very much - all guys at Prodigy, you are definitely on top of my list for any future plumbing work that we might need.

My toilet was leaking and after making it worse when I tried to fix it, I desperately called plumbers to come ASAP. Carrera's was the only business that could offer same day service. Paxton said he would arrive in 1 hour, and sure enough, he was true to his word. He was able to fix my toilet, replace the necessary parts, which he already had with him, and was out the door in 30 minutes. Cost was $110 total. I am very pleased and will definitely be a repeat customer.

It was Monday night and after a busy weekend and hectic start to the week I wanted a nice hot bath. I drew a bath, lit some candles, grabbed a book and was ready for some R&R.

I got in the bath and just before it was full turned off the water... or at least I tried to. I turned the knob off but water continued to pour out of the socket. My relaxing bath soon turned very stressful.

I called the plumbers I know but they were unavailable so I turned to Yelp. This company was probably my 5th call but they answered the phone at 8pm on a Monday evening and agreed to come first thing the next morning.

The men that arrived were very professional. It was difficult because at first we could not find the access but they were diligent and eventually found it. It turns out a pipe needed replaced and they needed to order it.

They were easy to communicate with via text and phone. The job was able to be completed in three days. Prices were very fair. Then men were very clean, which I really appreciated.

I'd definitely use them again and strongly recommend them!

Highly recommend R.J. Plumbing. We have a tankless water heater that occasionally needs repair. John is great. I texted him pics of the tank - and he came with all the repair supplies for that specific unit. He also checks on warranties to make sure we aren't paying for something that is covered by the manufacturer. He's responsive, friendly, highly skilled and cares about your budget. You can't go wrong with RJ Plumbing.
