I had a mystery leak and Simon came out within an hour to do an estimate. Fortunately, we don't have a plumbing issue, but at least we've narrowed down the probable cause. If I ever do have one though, I know who to call! Highly recommend their service!

David was very conciliatory about the charges and made a point to call me about it to discuss. He gave me a partial refund and sent me a check with an amount we both agreed upon. I give him credit for following up with me on the issue and his private message to me was very professional. I am modifying my score to reflect the resolution.

***IMPORTANT NOTES***

Folks, you should be aware that you're not going to get a cost discount if your job does not fill his whole hour. I had a simple job to properly fasten a drain stop that took less than 15 minutes and I was charged the full hourly rate. That's not the way you keep customers.

Also important to note, he has a way of sneaking in up-charges on items without telling you the cost. He offered to cap some bolts on my toilet to give it a better appearance, but did not tell me that doing so came at a price, nor what the price was.

I give high marks for punctuality, speed of work, friendliness and knowledge. Low marks for overcharging and lack of price clarity.

Scotty helped with numerous jobs ranging from installing a steam shower to fixing a sump pump and replacing check valves. He has years of experince/knowledge and has been great at coming up with solutions to complex problems. Above all Scotty has been very courteous and always on time, even when we needed emergncy service.  Thanks again Scotty.

I thought I had a gas leak and contacted Mainline via the Yelp app and Ranelle responded promptly and was able to get her guys out to my house within an hour to check it out. Turned out there was no leak but I appreciated the promptness in their response and their knowledge. Will be keeping them in mind for any future plumbing needs!

Called T-Max to locate a leak in my garage. Tony was responsive and reliable.  He located the leak and fixed it quickly and provided exceptional service.  I would recommend this business!

I called and text this business on a Monday and didn't get a response till 2 or 3 days later. The owner told me that he was out of town and couldn't get back to me.

I might be wrong but I think you can update your business status on Yelp. Not too sure but I didn't get a response till a few days after texting/calling.

John at RJ Plumbing was just fantastic! Cleaned up a mess that was in our pipes under our kitchen sink that another plumber was unable to fix and did it quickly and professionally. Even fixed a toilet... no fuss, no muss! Will never call anyone else for our plumbing needs. Great work!

Had a leaky hose bib, Alex was fast, friendly, and did great work. Very helpful and will be calling again.

I was traveling for 10 days and returned home to a clogged drain.  Sal's responded quickly to my call for help and arrived within the 2 hour window they quoted.  Leo got right to work assessing the problem and using the snake.  However, the clog was very stubborn and after crawling under the house and trying the snake again they told me it was a serious problem they couldn't resolve without cutting into the main sewer line and replacing an old section of pipe.  Yikes.  Called another plumber and it turned out to be just a stubborn clog.

They appear to be a reputable plumbing service and their price for unclogging the drain was reasonable.  I'm giving them 3 stars because the owner reached out to me directly and promised to refund the full amount of the service call.  I think that shows a good faith effort.

Hello everyone. Tonight I had a problem with my main drain. The drain became clogged after 9:30 pm. Called many plumbers. You know at this time of night, not too many plumbers answer their calls. Thanks to Rodrigo Melgoza of Major League Plumbing, he responded to my request within 20 mins through Yelp. We chatted for a moment and he was willing to come out and snake my drain in the middle of the night. He showed up in a timely manner, he wore a mask, and shoe covers when he entered my house. Very professional and courteous. He knew exactly what to do. He worked on this project for about 20 mins. He then went to verify that the drain was cleared and the water was flowing out to the main drain with no issues. For my emergency call in the middle of the night, he charged a fair price for awesome work. I will definitely recommend Rodrigo Melgoza to everyone who needs a plumber. Thanks again to Rodrigo Melgoza for saving the night.
