We had a sewer pipe overflow that came through our garage ceiling on Christmas Day ... ughhh... we had Anytime Rooter come out today and their subcontractor Broc did an amazing job. We couldn't be more pleased with the time and effort he spent on getting our house back to operational state. He answered every question patiently and with great detail. He made sure we understood each step of the process. Rest assured if we have any future plumbing issues there's only one plumber we are contacting. Thanks Anytime Rooter

The bathroom (shower, toilet and sink) and wash room furthest from the street had a clogged drain.  We contacted City Plumbing early this (Mon) morning, and their first available appointment was for tomorrow (Tues).  However Ashley from City Plumbing called me a little later to let me know they had a cancellation so we took it.  Kevin was our plumber.  One of the nicest, most pleasant plumbers I have ever met, and being a homeowner for 30 years, I've met a lot of plumbers.  He was courteous, effective and quick.  Within 1/2 hour of arriving, our drain was unclogged.  And they had a special promo of $40 to clear clogs, so that made the experience all the better.  I tipped Kevin $20 for doing such a great job.

My experience with Fix It Quick Plumbing was fabulous.  Our kitchen sink was backed up due to years of grease build up. Called Fix it Quick and Armando responded immediately, scheduling me in next morning.  He snaked under sink and clean out access near kitchen. The entire issue was resolved in 30 minutes.

I've worked with other plumbers before and I can tell he's very knowledgeable. Overall great experience and reasonable pricing. I will definitely call them again for other plumbing related issues.

Excellent service and fast response. Needed to change the very old pipes because it was clogging up. They went underground and restructured the pipes. Added a new pipe that help clean out when clogged. They were fast and done in 2 days.

Did very good work for us, we had two faucets that weren't draining properly and both are now good as new. One necessitated getting new parts and was difficult to fix but it's working great now.

Carlos is a miracle worker! He was very knowledgable, answered all my questions and finished the work quickly and  thoroughly. Also had a great attitude the whole time, was really nice and thoughtful. I had a flight I had to get to later in the day, so the fact he was able to handle this emergency leak in time was frankly incredible!

I have used David Wallace for a variety of plumbing jobs. Most recently, he installed two direct-vent gas heaters in my home. He responded immediately to my call, was polite, friendly, accommodating, and really smart! He is a natural with his hands, and most important, he uses his head too! I will continue to use him and recommend him to all my friends.

We had a plumber from Ford's come and give us an estimate on a toilet and shower repair. I was told I had to replace both fixtures which would cost $1,894.00 Our second opinion from Drains Unlimited said we didn't need to replace either, that he could repair both. We paid them them $405. Always get a second estimate!

I read all the reviews before deciding on Mainline, but unfortunately was extremely disappointed. I think they are really busy, due to their Yelp reviews, but cannot handle the amount of business they get, so be REAL careful if you book them for an emergency, they just may not show up!!  I booked them for some major work in my house. Cesar showed up on time, and toured my problems. He was then supposed to followup with a quote prior to leaving on vacation. Quote never came. I waited 2 weeks for him and Renelle, his wife, and co-owner and then quote still never came, even though they had been back from their 2 week vacation for over a week! So, I called, as I gave them another shot. Renelle said she would check with Cesar and get back to me 1-2 days later, and would call me that Thursday night. Well...guess what? No call Thursday night! I gave them ANOTHER chance, again, due to their reviews here. She answered the phone, and said she talked to Cesar, he has been working 14 hour days, and is behind, but forgot about the quote, and didn't remember what I needed done. She said he could come out on Saturday, which was yesterday, and would call me on Saturday morning to let me know. Well...guess what? NO CALL SATURDAY morning. I texted her yesterday (Saturday) afternoon at 2pm and told her I never got a call. She said she had texted me, which she didn't. I then took a photo of my text messages to/from her, to show her text never came, and sent it to her. She then replied that he could come over then, if you could believe it. Well, folks, by that time, I had already given up, after 4 tries to get them to do the work for me. By the way, it was not a small job, and Cesar knew it. He had verbally quoted me about $3200 but I told him I needed it in writing. If they are too busy, and can walk away from my $3200 job, you may want to think about calling them for your sink being clogged, toilet problem, or anything minor. You may just have to wait DAYS or even WEEKS for them to show up or even get back to you. Don't plan on it, unless you want to beg, plead, and then get down on your knees begging them to come back.
Oh, one last thing, Renelle is real nice, She was to me too! She even told me they don't live too far from me, and we are almost neighbors. Got along with her great!
Unfortunately, I wasn't looking for a new friend or neighbor. I needed work done, and ASAP. They are unreliable.....plain and simple!

Dave at D&D is my go-to plumber. I've been using him for the past several years, for both big jobs and small jobs. Very reasonable, reliable, and straight-forward about what you need versus don't need. He is licensed and bonded. He is knowledgeable and experienced in what he does. He and his front desk are good people.

What a great experience! (hard to believe I'm saying this about a clogged tub). We live in a older beach house (renting) and needed to desperately address a clogged tub. John came out and assessed that before he could do that, he needed to reseat the tub drain pipe. He gave me an estimate and said he'd be back on Monday as he needed to get the appropriate parts.

Sure enough, he showed up on time and ready to go. Within 45 min, it was all done and he even cleaned up after fixing things. He also fixed another part of the tub (diverter?) absorbing the cost into the quote. We didn't pay a cent more than was quoted. He was polite, professional and did an excellent job. And was incredibly patient with all my questions.

I would have no problem recommending him to friends, family and complete strangers. Reasonably priced and worth the time.

We're keeping his business card handy because we might need him again for this old house. :)

Alex was amazingly responsive. He came out on a Saturday morning to help us figure out a leak we had. From the time I first messaged him on yelp until he was in our home was only 90 minutes. He offered to come assess the damage free of charge and provide an estimate. Alex was through and tested all possible avenues for leak. Rather than providing a costly solution he suggested how I could remedy the problem on my own. His honesty made me feel at ease and I will not hesitate to contact him the next time we have any plumbing related issue. He also wore shoe covers and cleaned up after himself. I also appreciate that it wasn't a massive corporation and communication was easy, no dispatchers or intermediaries. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

I had an issue under the sink in the master bathroom that needed to be addressed immediately. I called Sal's and the receptionist was kind, friendly and informative. This was actually the only business that answered my call directly and didn't forward me to an answering machine. She scheduled a crew and they arrived at my house in under an hour. The crew was great. They solved the issue and gave me a fair price. They also provided recommendations for preventative future measures. Highly recommend!

Rodrigo is very professional and friendly, we requested a toilet install after normal hour but still get the best service with normal price. Highly recommend!!!!!!
