Broc at Anytime Rooter is my new plumber.  I had a very unhappy experience with my previous plumber.  Broc was awesome.  Showed up on time, swiftly diagnosed my problem, and fixed it for a fair price.  How refreshing to find a honest, high quality plumber who gives great value.  I found him on Yelp, read the positive reviews, and can confirm that he's da man!

I had a plumbing issue on Sunday morning and by 1:00 p.m. that same day City Plumbing and Rooter resolved the problem. The company responded quickly and the serviceman, Manny, was fast and efficient. Awesome customer service! Thank you!!!

I rarely write any reviews but this company deserves one. Juan Carlos Gomez came to my house for a clogged sewer line. Arrived promptly on time and was done in less than 30 minutes to unclog problem and even checked my main line using state of the art camera. Was very knowledgeable and friendly, explained everything that is needed and not needed. Very highly recommend this company. Deserves A+ review!

We had a huge underground leak under our slab that was driving up our water bill so we contacted a few highly rated plumbers to give us estimates. The supervisor took the time to explain every part of the process of his proposed plan to partially repipe our home. Although he didn't give us the lowest quote, we went with him because he was knowledgable and thorough.

He told us the project would take 2 days. However, once the project started, the supervisor sometimes didn't even show up and the plumbers who did show up would sometimes only show up for half a day or not at all. What was an estimated 2 day project became a 2.5 week ordeal with a lot of guess-work about when and if plumbers would come to work. To be fair, I really appreciated the work that Marvin and Tony, the two plumbers who worked with us the most, put into the project. While the supervisor was trying to fix our bathroom sink that had diminished water flow after the repipe, he accidentally broke the faucet. We asked that Red Lilly cover the cost of the broken faucet since an employee of the company was responsible for its damage. I spoke with the owner, Giovanni, and he said he would stop by and take a look at the faucet himself that afternoon to see what could be done but he never showed up. Giovanni said he would not cover the cost because the supervisor's miscalculation of the project timeline had already cost the company so much money.

Two days ago, the supervisor came to work on our project and then left our home without saying goodbye, without communicating a status update, and without telling us whether or not he would return the next day. I texted him asking him to let us know when he was leaving our home so we could lock and safely secure our house but he didn't respond. Yesterday morning he did not show up so I called Red Lilly HQ to ask if he was going to come back to work today. The secretary informed me that the supervisor has closed the books on our project without informing us of the project's conclusion. It's understandable that projects take longer than expected. We never rushed Red Lilly on their timeline. But the level of unprofessional behavior that the supervisor and the owner, Giovanni, have demonstrated toward the end of the project is not acceptable. I've never left a bad review before but I don't want this to happen to anyone else.

Hours after I posted my review, I received a call from Giovanni who said that he wanted to make things right by replacing the faucet free of charge. He came to my house within an hour and said he'd take care of it in two days. He said he'd send me pictures of faucets and I could decide which one I would like installed, but he never sent the pictures. After one day, his office called and left a voicemail saying he wanted to send someone to take care of it today. However, I was at work and couldn't get home in time. He sent one of his employees to my house anyway without confirming whether I was home. Luckily, someone was at the house and able to let his employee in to replace the faucet. I am grateful that Giovanni was reasonable in fixing this for us. He clearly wants his business to do well and have a good reputation. And while the quality of the work is good, the inadequate professional communication at the top tiers of command caps my rating at 4 stars.

Replaced old cast iron drain pipes under the house. Had a cleanout installed. Concrete and stucco work. good communication from Gaspar and completed in a reasonable time frame.

Very nice people, went above and beyond the extra mile to make sure my bathroom would be ready in time for my guests, thank you, will always use BH plumbing going forward.

Originally hired to fix a sagging sewer line. They started quickly and at an ok price. It cost more than expected because extra distance had to be dug to get a good angle. In the process, a good bit of old or broken work from previous installations was discovered, including a PVC main water line that wasn't up to code and a broken pressure regulator. They handled all the repairs perfectly, even with the unexpected discoveries. Unfortunately I was out of state for the majority of the process which threw a wrench into communication, but in the end that was all cleared up.

Prodigy Plumbing was referred to me.  I was very pleased with how fast the plumber was sent to my home from the time I called.  Eddie was the plumber that came within 30 minutes of my call.  Eddie was very professional and took the time to follow up with me and even answered my questions.  Thank you Prodigy!

Stopped up kitchen sink the day after thanksgiving - I thought we were going to be sinkless till Monday! I called Carrera Plumbing and he arrived in just about 2 hours.

He worked fast and cleaned up after himself quite nicely and I was really pleased with what he charged.

Ranelle and her plumbing crew are awesome! During our family preparing to move out of state, we experienced a few unexpected plumbing issues that needed repair before we moved. Every single time I called Mainline, Ranelle answered and was always courteous and helpful over the phone and/or via text. Ranelle also has a fantastic drywall and painter contact that we used. If we were not moving, Ranelle/Mainline Plumbing would be our plumbing go to company. Ranelle - Thank you for everything and keep up the awesome work!

This man save our lives, I would recommend him for any plumbing job. He's honest and he will go the extra mile to fix what needs work.  I am so grateful until I'm at a lost for words, I would give him 10 stars if I could.

Too make a long story short I called another plumber who gave me some astronomical price and was going to put holes in the walls and not repair them.  I sent out some request on yelp for other plumbers that may be able to do the job without all that and David answered my call and I will forever be grateful to him for it.

If you ever need a repair take my advice call this man he's the best and he brought me lunch.

My bathroom sink has been slow to drain for weeks. Plumbing Works did such a great job with my kitchen, I texted them and they responded right away and were at my home within 10min!!! The job was done under 30min and the price was reasonable. They are always so helpful and professional. Seriously, this business is a dime a dozen.
