I had 2 different plumbers come and tell me they couldn't clear my kitchen sink drain (one didn't charge, the other charged me for nothing and wanted to install a cleanout for $1200).  My daughter came for my sister's funeral and insisted on getting it fixed.  She found him on yelp.  He came on a Friday night, spent hours (including a trip to Home Depot for a part) and didn't leave until the water was running down the drain!!  Nice, polite and fair.  Couldn't be happier.

I have hired them 2 years ago for shower issue. Their job had 5 yrs warranty. I called them couple weeks ago since my shower was leaking again. They arrange it quickly and sent Steve to investigate the problem. Steve went above and beyond and explain everything not to me but also the community maintenance person. His patient and knowledge was spectacular. Thank you Steve!

Armando fixed the pipes under my sink and he did such a good job I went ahead and had him do my bathroom. You know how you just KNOW if someone knows their stuff? He does. Very personable, talks about his family. I highly recommend.

Recently our toilets and shower was backing up and flooding the house. I contacted Red Lilly. Charles was nice enough to come to my house within few days and with use of his camera he properly diagnosed the sewer problem and provide us with a written estimate/contract. Charles sent a crew of specialist and over 2 days, they dug and removed clay piping and replaced it with 4 ABS. Basically they rehabilitated the existing sewer line. They backfilled the excavated area and patched the concrete. Overall the job was done right, without hassle and professionally. I am very happy that I hired Red Lilly Plumbing. I live in El Segundo and already had a bad experience with another plumbing company.   I  called Sal's after reading reviews and always seeing their vans everywhere in this area.   David and Fernando came over, right on time.  They were awesome. Polite, courteous and hardworking.  Both jobs they did were finished the same day, our bill matched the estimate.   1 week later, everything is working perfectly.  Sal's plumbing is now our go to plumbing service. I had a repair needed on my shower faucet that was above my pay grade. Definitely not something that was simple enough for me to do on my own (I soon realized as I observed the work being done). Not only were they quick to respond to my request for a quote, but I found their rates to be fair without overpricing while completing the job quickly and excellently. They were on time and did an overall great job. I would definitely recommend this business. Will call on them again next time I need this kind of work done.

Ford's was the only company out of the 5 I called actually called me back and they provided same day service. The technician (Reilly) who they send over was amazing, my unit did not actually need service and Reilly did not try to sell me on a repair that was not needed. He was courteous, provided guidance and super friendly. I even tried to tip him for his troubles and he would not take the money. When I do need plumbing/heating help, Ford's will be the first place I call.

Ranelle and Cesar are the power couple of plumbing! From my first panicked phone call Ranelle was attentive, prompt & professional. She and Cesar worked with my irregular schedule and came by for a diagnosis (on a Sunday!), guided me on which fixtures I needed, where to get them & installed the new sink and faucet all within a couple days. This is my first plumbing issue I would describe as pleasant, thanks to Ranelle & Cesar! I recommend Mainline as a first-call Company.

Both Dave and Diane are great. Diane who books the appointments and does the follow through is professional,  courteous, and very pleasant.

I called Diane to schedule the installation of a new gas water heater since the old one ended up being beyond repair. Save showed up on 8/18/20 on time and started to work immediately. In less than 2 hrs Dave had the new water heater  installed and functioning! Dave is thorough, pleasant and honest. His quotes for the work to be performed are very reasonable. Based on my experience with other plumbers and my interactions with Dave and Diane would highly recommend  their services to anyone needing a plumber.

If you want on time reliability, then you definitely should hire them. Called same day they arrived within the hour. The guy was nice friendly and got the job done. Even cleaned up after himself.  I owe a small business and without my plumbing my salon can not run. Definitely will hire for future jobs.

Rodrigo is the best! Very personable, efficient and honest... unlike all the other plumbers our business has used in the past. Job was not that intensive, but was completed quickly and at a fair price. Communication was also very good, as he really seems to care about his customers and their concerns, even to the point of walking us through the whole job after completion and asking if we had any questions.

Nice to know we have a reputable and dependable plumber in our back pocket!
