After 2 different companies came to do work on my kitchen sink and did terrible jobs, I asked family and friends for recommendations for a more reliable company. This one came highly recommended for their quick response, friendly staff members & technicians, & great work. I contacted them through the Yelp app & Johana replied within 5 minutes of my post. (I even sent the job post to 4 other companies. Johana replied first.) She was able to schedule a technician to come out the very next day. I received a time window for the expected arrival, & when the technician was running late, she called me with an update. Pablo arrived and within 10 minutes, assessed the 2 issues I had under the sink, figured out the best solutions, & quoted me a reasonable price. He wore a mask & foot booties, & was in & out in under an hour. Super professional, friendly, & knowledgable. HIGHLY recommend this company!

My son discovered that our water heater had begun leaking around 9PM. After shutting off the water supply and the gas. I looked for help on Yelp. I received several messages and a calls immediately. After taking a few minutes to read the reviews on several companies, I spoke with Armando from Fix it Quick Plumbing. He came to my house at 10:30PM, gave us a fair estimate and said he would be at my house at 7:30AM. At 7:30AM, as promised, Anthony cheerfully arrived and immediately started working with Armando joining him shortly after. By 10AM, I had hot water again. They were very knowledgeable, professional, even replaced a vent cap that was missing and only charged me for the part! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!! Good people!!

They solved a problem two other plumbers couldn't. Red Lily will be our first call next time.

Shahar took a Facetime call within 10 minutes of my inquiry to diagnose and solve my problems right away! In fact, he walked me through how to fix a small problem myself. I was so moved by his authenticity, I went around the house looking for other problems for him to come fix while he stayed on the phone. In turn, he went through and helped me problem solve each issue I had. My biggest regret is not giving him more business!

I know it can be so challenging to find a trustworthy plumber. After this experience, I'll be using Shahar and BH Plumbing and referring him to friends in the area for any plumbing needs in the future.

We have used David for various plumbing issues for over five years and would highly recommend his services. He is very responsive and even for minor issues, he comes out in a day or two. He is extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We appreciate how he never tried to sell us on services that are not needed and is very reasonably priced for his expertise. He cares about doing a great job and is very detailed and conscientious. Highly recommend!

I have always hated having to deal with plumbers.
Until my first experience with Ford's.  Literally.
First, it's a family-owned and operated business, and that goes a LONG way.
A year ago, things got backed up in our new (old) house in Culver City.  I called Ford's because the previous owner had used them.
Ryan Ford came out IMMEDIATELY and took care of everything, showing me the issue on the snake camera, quoting me exactly what I ended up paying, and giving me a warranty on the work.
Recently, things backed up again (but for a different reason). Robert Ford (and Ryan) came out IMMEDIATELY and showed me the problem on the camera, took care of it, and honored the warranty.  I have NEVER had plumbing service like this before...and I am a tough customer.
Highly recommend. Very satisfied.

I only have great things to say about Prodigy Plumbing!

I have a rental property in Long Beach, and there was an issue with a toilet.  I contacted a handyman I've worked with before, but he wasn't available for the next four days.

I figured I'd reach out to Prodigy Plumbing, and they were able to find someone to go out to the property the very next day.  I spoke to Mark (or Mike?) on the phone, and he was very nice and informative.  He gave me different possible causes for the issue, and gave me approx price quotes for the different scenarios.

Next day, Matt was the gentleman that came out to fix the problem, and since it was a rental, I wasn't physically there, but he called me as soon as he got to the property (which was right on time), and he called me again once he figured out what the problem was.  He took a picture, sent it to me via text, and he told me the more expensive solution wasn't necessary.  How nice is that!  The price came out to exactly what was quoted the day before, but it was the cheapest out of all the scenarios.

Once he fixed it, he sent me the picture to confirm and called to tell me that he will email me the invoice (which he did, not even 5 minutes later).  He also told me there is 1 year warranty (nice!).  The amount came out to be less than the amount quoted by the handyman, which is another bonus.

I can honestly say that this has been one of the best plumber/contractor/handyman experiences ever.  Everyone was super professional and efficient.  Calling a plumber has always been a bit stressful for me, (plumbers and dentists!) but not anymore.  I'll definitely call Prodigy Plumbing for all my issues from now on.  Highly recommend!

my mom's house seemed to have a leak coming from a pipe that was connected to a sump pump under the house. i called non stop plumbing based on their great reviews and they did not disappoint! ruben came by and couldn't find anything wrong except that the ground was wet where the pipe entered the cement floor. he said the pipe was broken and glued it back together and didn't charge her anything. i was shocked that in addition to not charging her, we got a free estimate as well!  the problem was eventually solved when we found out the next door neighbor had a copper pipe pinhole leak for weeks in her crawlspace that saturated the ground and eventually made it downhill to mom's house. thank you ruben for your kindness and honesty! we will definitely call you for future plumbing needs and would highly recommend your company!

Service and quality of work is exceptional, truly a local business with customer service and referrals driving culture.  My house was built in 1962 and appears to have suffered from many DYI upgrades here and there over the decades.  As I upgrade or install something new, the team goes beyond doing the job and repairs the ills of the past, along with eying potential issues.  If you truly care about the quality and appearance of the work behind the walls you must call Ranelle and Cesar, the husband and wife team running this family business in Studio City.  Carlos is amazing and a tradesman that is truly proud of is work, of all the guys in and out of the house over the years his is a standout.
