Mark and a colleague cleaned and repaired the grout in our bathroom, including tiled tub and floor. They did a great job and were very easy to work with!

A friend gave me Daniel's number, although he actually didn't use him. Why not? Because Daniel wouldn't get back to him or respond to calls/emails for days, and when he finally did stop by, he wouldn't give him an estimate.  Told my friend to write it up himself? So, he went with another guy, more expensive but at least he communicated.  

I thought I'd give Daniel a try, and emailed, and he came right over the next day, signed a contract for the following month to start work installing a complete new bathroom.  Seemed like my friend was wrong about him.  So, now, it's a week before he's supposed to start, so I call him, and email him, every day for a week and no response.  What?  So I'm back to square one, and calling other plumbers for estimates.  Got one who actually was $250 less than Daniel....

So, Daniel finally calls back, and says he was out of town in LA (no answering service, I suppose, or telephones in LA?)  He says he'll call me back, as he has a conference call.  I say great, I wanted to talk to him, since I had found someone a slightly bit less expensive, but wanted to talk to him and go with Daniel, because (1) I have a signed contract with him, and (2) Daniel's yelp comments were better, and he seemed nicer.

Well, Daniel never calls back, so I call him and leave another message, saying I'd like him to call so we can discuss starting work in 2 days.  He texts me back and says: Go for it  ???? what??? go for what? Where is he?  He then continues to text me back and forth like we're in high school, even though my response is please call me, I'd like to talk with you...  I tried flattery: I'd prefer to go with you, since we've signed a contract and you're so nice... but nothing but snide remarks back hope it isn't angel's plumbing...

So, IF he'll respond, and IF he'll show up after signing a contract for over a thousand dollars of work, and IF he'll talk to you, maybe he's good.  Never had the opportunity to find out.  So immature and unprofessional, I'd rather pay more for someone who can act right.

Wow, what an excellent experience from start to finish! From the first phone call, I got a direct quote, followed by speedy and responsive communication, and best of all, my plumbing problem was solved. Even better, Igor diagnosed the problem over the phone and the plumber, Arthur, showed up at my door with the right parts and ready to go cutting down the need from two visits to one. Moreover, Arthur was knowledgeable, polite, and honest. Very grateful to have found this business and highly recommend!

Our problem- finding a plumber who can diagnose and repair someone else's mistakes after the SoCal Gas Company shut us down. Then, find a reputable company that can come out quickly since it was 4 days since I've had a nice shower and by now I stinketh like Lazarus in the tomb.

From the moment I placed the call, NexGen was all over the problem. An appointment was set and they sent out a young man named Will. When Will showed up, he had his game on and went right to work. Extremely polite, professional, and a wonderful sense of humor. We enjoyed sharing a few laughs. As he was working, he explained to us how water heaters work from A to Z. Not only that, he repaired the problem in a way that the water heater has never worked before and did a final safety check.

I've been in the electrical trade for over 30 years. I've seen the difference between guys who take pride in their work, and honor their trade versus those who don't. Will is a true craftsman.

Will, I don't know if you're going to read this or not, but my family cannot thank you enough! I am beyond disappointed in my experience with Local Service Pro Plumbing. I really wanted to like them, and I even gave them a second chance after the first suspicious incident I had with them, and they still pulled some  bull on me the second time.

First, I get a quote for $79 to snake a house. I have it in writing. Make the appointment, the technician comes over. Suddenly get quoted $220 on site because of a very specific plumbing reason that no regular civilian would know to look for. I wasn't even told while I got the initial quote that there would be any chance that the price would go up.

Technician is already there, so I paid it. Technician tells me that I have 90 days to call them back for them to come for free to fix it.

Turns out a month later we still need to fix it. My husband calls the company and asks if the warranty thing is true, and they say yes and that they'd send someone the next day. Same technician comes. After he arrives, CHARGES 150!

I feel like I got lied to twice? Why even mention a warranty if that's not true?There's so much fine print that you would not be aware of.... The lack of transparency is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. Don't make the same mistake I did :(

Thousand Oaks Plumbing has always come through for me. They always answer their phone, show up when they say they will, their plumbers are knowledgeable and polite, and their pricing is straightforward. So glad I found them.

Great service!  Marco came within a few hours of me calling and was in and out quickly.  We'll definitely be using them again (although I hope I don't need them too often!)

I had three major leaks underneath my house . I met with 3 different plumbers and decided to go with Jurgen and I'm very glad I did. He was on time every day, and he was very respectful to my wife and baby's sleep schedule. His work was so neat and professional that I hired him for another job at a rental unit. Again, he did an excellent job there too. One thing of note was how proud he was of the work he performed. I actually went under the house with him and he was more than happy to show me everything he did.  Marvelous job, good man,  great pride and fair prices. He is my go to plumber now

From start to finish awesome job. Contacted Rueben asked for a bid on a complete home repipe and new additional plumbing being added to the home. He came by we went over what needed to be done when he was at the home you can feel that he really knew exactly what he was doing small details that others don't think about Rueben does. Couple days later he gave us a full detailed quote which was acceptable and we scheduled the job. The crew he has is awesome they are so nice and take care of your home like it's theirs. The job was all done in 2 weeks and passed city inspection with flying colors actually the inspector said that it was one of the best jobs he had seen in awhile.

One thing that sets Rueben apart from the others is that when you hire Repipe Experts you don't just hire employees you actually hire the boss, Reuben was at our house every single day wrench in hand working hand in hand with all his crew which I think that's what sets him apart from the other companies.
