I reached out to Marc via yelp, and he prompted responded and came to survey the work that needed to be done and gave an estimate. He was very professional, and in good communication leading up to the service work. He is patient, kind, and takes his time to ensure the job is done well. I would recommend Marc and use him again for future tile service.

From the first phone call, I got a direct quote, followed by speedy and responsive communication, and best of all, my plumbing problem was solved. Even better, Igor diagnosed the problem over the phone and the plumber, Arthur, showed up at my door with the right parts and ready to go cutting down the need from two visits to one. I called from Austin, TX for my dad who had just been released from the hospital in LA and his bathroom pipe broke and was leaking all over. Avi came out in an hour and not only replaced all of the corroded pipes in that bathroom but noticed they were really bad in the other bathroom as well and also replaced those. He sent me a video of what they looked like and I already trusted him, but I thought that was a step above and I appreciated seeing how bad they actually were. He gave us a great deal, he saved the day and did awesome work!

We recently redid the shower and needed help installing the shower faucet and fixtures. Edwin gave me a fair price and we scheduled a time and date. Life happened and I had to reschedule, Edwin was good with it and rolled with the punches. Edwin is great at communicating, that is hard to find in a plumber. The job got done in a timely manner and looks awesome (of course it works great, too.) We will be calling ENK Plumbing for all out future needs.

Hand's down, the best plumber we have ever used. We called in other plumbers to snake a blocked line and were told they could not do it.  The reasons given included not having a long enough snake and the pipes being bent.  Willy's not only had a 25 foot snake, but cut the pipes, did the unblocking and installed a clean-out for easy future access.  Oh, and they also moved a socket under our kitchen sink higher so it was not dangerous.  Call Willy's before you call anyone else.

Best plumbers I've had to my home.  Jessie V. arrived on time.  He called before and told me exactly when he would arrive.  He did a fantastic job and cleared all the clogs in my pipes.  He went over above and was extremely honest.  He didn't try to upsell any service.  He was helpful and extremely knowledgable.  I highly recommend NexGen plumbing and I will be referring family and friends!  Thank you Jessie V. for EXCELLENT service!

Thank u Jose and his son. They are quick and punctual. They answered call right away and got to house within an hour. They fixed the main water valve and my bathroom faucet in 2 hrs. They kept it clean during the fix and both of them are professional and respectful. Will use them again and definitely recommend.

I have had issues since we got our air conditioning unit almost 2 years ago and today we had to have someone come out yet again because the condenser stopped working. For the price you pay for a new unit. This should not be happening. I had to pay $413 for a condenser saver and I am very unhappy. I truly feel like the people who did the initial install did not install it correctly and it will never work as it should. When the unit froze over after a couple days of install it probably should have been replaced, but now it seems like I'll have to deal with this lemon. If I could go back in time. I would reconsider the other companies.

I searched in google for a Plumber near me . This was the 1st company to come up . I explained the problem and they schedule someone to come the same day within  2 hrs . Alex Alfaro came to my house and he was Great . He explained to me what the problem was and he fixed it . He provided excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend.

I have used their services twice now.  The first time was good so I contacted them again over the weekend via Chat with Julio.  He was very responsive and helpful.  I scheduled an appointment for today (4/27/2020).  Steve arrived on time and had a pleasant disposition from the get go.  He had to get a part and went back to the store same day and fixed everything.  Steve was awesome!

We recently added an automatic earthquake shut off valve (I know), and Marco gave me a quote over the phone from pics I sent.  He was the only plumber who did.  His crew also came out twice, no charge, to check the situation and explain how they could do the work.  I chose them based on their trustworthiness and friendly manner.  Manny and Rudy did the work and they did an amazing job.  They're hard working and very professional.  I will always use SM Plumbing whenever I need work, which is often given the house is 97 yrs old.

Tim arrived on time. Very polite and friendly. Explained everything and answered my annoying questions. Everything cleared from the sinks at a very reasonable price.

I had a great experience with these guys. I called in for a 40ft gas line for a BBQ grill that was a bit complicated. They quickly came over and assessed the work. I received 3 bids on this project and only theirs was reasonable on the first try. Their work was clean, professional and they went over and beyond to fix a few other issues that were unrelated to their work. Highly  recommended!

Almost two years after my first experience I needed to relocate a gas line. I called them up and hey came right away and in three hours I was good as new. I made the cardinal mistake of not asking for a price before they started. After the work they gave me a very fair and reasonable price for the job. It's such a pleasure to deal with good honest peoHighly recommended!

Used them again for a whirlpool filter Under sink. Reasonable price, no mess, and came the same day!

I had three major leaks underneath my house . I met with 3 different plumbers and decided to go with Jurgen and I'm very glad I did. He was on time every day, and he was very respectful to my wife and baby's sleep schedule. His work was so neat and professional that I hired him for another job at a rental unit. Again, he did an excellent job there too. One thing of note was how proud he was of the work he performed. I actually went under the house with him and he was more than happy to show me everything he did.  Marvelous job, good man,  great pride and fair prices. He is my go to plumber now

Bought a fixer upper that needed a lot of work.  Ruben and his team did a timely and excellent job repiping the house.  Very good at communicating what they were doing. Very happy with his work and his team.
