I called Mark for a quote on a relatively small shower tile/pan repair job. His estimate was favorable in comparison to other contractors, and his explanation of things that could possibly incur extra work/cost was very thorough and reasonable. He and his crew did the work within the time estimated, and I'm very pleased with the result. Mark was polite, patient and pleasant throughout - I would be very happy to use MC Tile & Shower Pan again.

Obviously it depends on who actually does the work, but the man who worked on my  home wasn't qualified. His copper work was shoddy and he manners horrendous. He was unreliable. I had to fire him and hire someone else to tear out his work and start over.

I was adding a sink to a WC and a toilet to a half bath. I also needed a new valve for a shower.The job was fairly routine and Gateway was actually recommended by my carpenter. Three men showed up and the one who seemed to know what he was doing turned out to be a sub-contracter who was kicking in during a busy time. I wish he had stuck with the job, but after the first day, which went fairly smoothly, he never came back.

After the second day of work he didn't even show up, and when he did come to do a few hours of work here and there I was very nervous. The shower was crooked and off center, the pipes in the basement were spagetti, and he even burned a hole in my carpenter's pneumatic hose. Then actually tried to tape it to repair it. I really lost respect when I heard him cursing his helper who clearly wasn't the problem. The guy was a mess.

Soon enough, I had to stop him He had gotten more than half of the money and wasn't about to pay it back so I just said goodbye and hired someone else to redo the work. I lost 10 days on a 4 week job, plus a few thousand dollars. Ouch. At least he eventually bought the carpenter a new hose.

I'm a small business owner and needed sinks repaired. Igor was able to get someone out within 2 hrs. This 5 star review is based on the customer service I experienced. I was quoted a service price but after completion, the service tech approached me with a much higher amount. I called the owner (Igor) and he rectified immediately and explained the tech is supposed to inform client the amount before completing. I always appreciate honest customer service and I understand things can get lost in translation. I will be using Pacific again in the future!

I called on a Sunday morning when my sink was backed up and Avi was on it.  He gave me an immediately quote with no run-around, showed up even sooner than promised, and called to let me know when he was on the way.

The problem turned out to be bigger than expected and he kept at it until my sink was draining perfectly.  Highly recommended...

We recently redid the shower and needed help installing the shower faucet and fixtures. Edwin gave me a fair price and we scheduled a time and date. Life happened and I had to reschedule, Edwin was good with it and rolled with the punches. Edwin is great at communicating, that is hard to find in a plumber. The job got done in a timely manner and looks awesome (of course it works great, too.) We will be calling ENK Plumbing for all out future needs.

I was having issues with my gas line leaking and they came out sooner than later and got the job done.  The woman on the phone who scheduled was so courteous and nice. They had to make two different visits because of the amount of work, and it worked out well. Would definitely recommend.

What a breath of fresh air from an HVAC company! Felipe came to our home and walked me through everything, listened carefully to all my concerns and never tried to sell me on anything. He brought Dennis in for a second pair of eyes on all the issues and concerns I brought up. Most of these issues were missed or dismissed by two previous HVAC specialists I brought in. They gave me a reasonable quote and I went ahead and scheduled the work. Luis and Alex came on time, were professional, respectful and communicative. They made sure I understood everything and the system is now perfectly dialed in. Nexgen are my go - to guys for sure.

I requested a tech to come out and service the AC Unit for my home.  Roger arrived early, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly.  Working with NexGen was a great choice!

The faucets in our bathroom were leaking and water was dripping under the sink. The faucets and related plumbing under the sink were over over 20 years old and needed to be replaced. Brad looked over the situation and explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. He provided me with a couple of options regarding choices I had to approach the problem. He explained a couple of plans and coinciding prices. After choosing the option that worked for me, Brad ordered the parts and installed the faucet and plumbing. He did a great job. The new faucet looks amazing and most importantly, it works perfectly! Brad was personable, clear with his communication, and hard working. I appreciate the great job he performed.

I have used Santa Monica Plumbing for years and there was a period when they lacked administrative infrastructure. Now, with the gracious Nora answering phones and keeping everyone organized, they have a great business.  Manny and Rolando were timely, helpful, and friendly. I'll keep them at the top of my list.

Gaby, James, and Tim do an excellent job every time.  Their responses are quick and their prices are the best we've seen too.  They quote you a great price and they do not surprise you with another price. RESPONSIVE, HONEST, HARDWORKING AND VERY COMPETENT .   My elderly mother's sewage line was completely stopped up to the point that sewage was leaking outside the house.  The first plumber told me this job was too major for him and recommended Liberty Plumbing.  I called them at 12:30, Ari answered the phone immediately and said he would be there within 2 hours.  Ari and his assistant came as promised, 1.5 hours later,  assessed the emergency situtation and quoted a premiliminary cost.  There had been no plumbing maintenance for so long that the sewage line was completely blocked with tree roots.   They ended up staying for 7 hours straight, until 9:00 p.m. and never took a break until they had completely cleared the sewage line so that everything in the house worked.  They came back the next morning and spent hours cleaning out all of the toxic sewage from under and around the house.  It was a pricey job but they did NOT overcharge and worked their butts off.  I would use them again in a minute and totally recommend their services.

I had three major leaks underneath my house . I met with 3 different plumbers and decided to go with Jurgen and I'm very glad I did. He was on time every day, and he was very respectful to my wife and baby's sleep schedule. His work was so neat and professional that I hired him for another job at a rental unit. Again, he did an excellent job there too. One thing of note was how proud he was of the work he performed. I actually went under the house with him and he was more than happy to show me everything he did.  Marvelous job, good man,  great pride and fair prices. He is my go to plumber now

Super friendly and easy to communicate with. Honest and don't try to upsell. Gave me great advice on how I could do my own maintenance as well. Would definitely use again.
