Well, our small job in May re-grouting marble slabs in a second floor shower to stop water damage on a ceiling below became a much larger job as the leaks continued thanks to deterioration of the shower pan and sub-floor. It required a total re-do of the shower, removing large marble slabs and replacing with marble tiles along with a new sub-floor and pan. Mark and his team were fantastic in uncovering the problem, doing the demo, and creating a beautiful, like-new shower. Not an inexpensive project, but necessary and Mark's pricing was very fair. In 40 years, we've done 5 (yes, 5!) extensive remodels/additions to our home and I can't think of a more professional contractor than Mark and work done any better. I would use Mark for any tile work large or small.

Last night I received an urgent call from my tenants whose toilet had broken at 7:00 p.m. I called Gateway and Daniel said he'd be over to fix it in 30 MINUTES! Now THAT'S what I call prompt service. I will certainly keep Daniel as my go-to man for plumbing related issues. I would highly recommend Gateway to everyone.

Wow, what an excellent experience from start to finish! From the first phone call, I got a direct quote, followed by speedy and responsive communication, and best of all, my plumbing problem was solved. Even better, Igor diagnosed the problem over the phone and the plumber, Arthur, showed up at my door with the right parts and ready to go cutting down the need from two visits to one. Moreover, Arthur was knowledgeable, polite, and honest. Very grateful to have found this business and highly recommend!

Hand's down, the best plumber we have ever used. We called in other plumbers to snake a blocked line and were told they could not do it. The reasons given included not having a long enough snake and the pipes being bent. Willy's not only had a 25 foot snake, but cut the pipes, did the unblocking and installed a clean-out for easy future access. Oh, and they also moved a socket under our kitchen sink higher so it was not dangerous. Call Willy's before you call anyone else.

Timely, knowledgeable and diligent.
After a day of trying to fix this ourselves, we finally called NexGen and good thing we did. Connor was amazing, he literally did everything in his power to make this as painless and efficient as possible. He unclogged our rusty pipes, made sure to explain the issue and then cleaned up so it looked like no one was ever here. My bathroom thanks you dearly!

I called Nexgen to summer preparation service my 15 year old Carrier AC whole house system. David T offered me a rejuvenation package which bundled several improvements and replaced parts at a substantial discount.
David T, from NexGen serves the Orange County, southern CA region and I feel he exemplified the best customer service I have ever had from a service provider.
Dave is very personable and explained everything to me in detail and showed me before and after pictures of his work. He should be the standard that Nexgen should set for all of its service persons. While ALL my visits from the company have been very satisfying, he was the best yet.
I really enjoyed talking to him and he respected my home and even helped me reset my Nest thermostat for a new Google account.
I highly recommend NextGen for anyone and if you can get David T to your home, all the better.

I had no time to price compare, but I believe they were on the high end side of things. I had discovered a leak in my irrigation, water bubbling up from the ground against the house. I probably should have called an irrigation specialist, but I had a shower issue as well so thought I'd knock out 2 birds with one stone. My technician came and dug in the hot sun looking for the pipes. Once discovered, we found the leak. He had to get new PVC pipe and put it in. It is fixed, but my yard has not settled back correctly.
He told me not to stomp down on the ground, let it settle naturally, but this is solid clayish soil, not crumbly, and now it sticks up where it was dug up. It looks messy, my bad for not getting an irrigation specialist who would have probably done a neater job.
Inside the house, my shower handle had gotten to the point where the difference between hot and cold had gotten indecipherable, there was no happy spot I could find, it was either too hot or too cold. And it started making a noise behind the wall of the shower, a heartbeat sound. This I discovered is the beginning of the end for the valve that the faucet handle is plugged into. I had an old fashioned white cross handle on there. He said I needed a whole new setup, couldn't save the current handle because the screw was rusted into it, no way to get it out properly. He bought me a plain standard uninteresting handle stating the one I had they no longer make. After the fact, I discovered that is not the case. They had the exact same one at Home Depot where I thought he went to get my new handle as it's only five minutes from me. I told him if they didn't have the exact one, to get something in a brushed nickel. I had to get whatever he brought back, so now i have a boring single handle bright shiny metal Moen, $40 value new. Had I known i would have to replace the handle ahead of time, i would have purchased something much nicer on my own and had it ready for install.
Install was fine and there are no more problems, but the total bill was $1100.00 Ugh. I checked, they charged me $295 for the job (labor) of the faucet change and another $295 for the hardware! I priced everything that went into it, and it comes to $60.00 tops. I called to ask to speak to management about why the 400% markup. I had to talk to technician.
I did, and he said oops, he overcharged me, and they sent me $100 back. Still, that's $195.00 for $60.00 worth of new hardware. Again, I had no time to cost compare, my bad, and I paid for it. Never again.

Unfortunately I cannot give these guys more than 2 stars.
I had used about a year ago to fix a clogged toilet. At the time, I was renting the house, but have since purchased. They came out and ran an auger town the toilet and left. $85. Within a week or so, I had the same problem. Called the landlord and he said the guys would come back which they did free of charge.
2 weeks ago, I had the same problem-clogged toilet. I went with these guys because I had used them before and was satisfied. They came out and ran the auger down the toilet and left. $85. Within 2 weeks, I had the same problem. Called them back and the lady said they would come back which they did. Once they finished running the auger down the toilet again, he wrote me up an invoice. $85.
I am not really sure why I was charged again? When I scheduled the appointment, she did not mention I would be charged again-if she had, I wouldn't have scheduled the appointment. My fault for not asking.
When I questioned the guy, he said I had a bad toilet and suggested I change the whole thing out. He said it doesn't flush properly and that is why he had to come back, it had nothing to do with the job he did 2 weeks ago. If that is the logic, then I guess I should expect to see him back again every 2 weeks or so, correct?
Disappointed and will not use them again. If you can't guarantee your work for more than 2 weeks I need to find someone who can.
Update:
I was called by the company after writing this review. The refunded me the $85 for the second visit. I am grateful for this, because I had to call another company (Pacific Coast Plumbing) a few weeks later to come and fix the problem. The actually removed the toilet, took all the roots out, and showed me what was going on. They suggested to me that this would likely continue to happen without some additional repair, quoted me on the cost, and my problem has been solved since. I will continue to use Pacific Coast Plumbing. They did a great job, explained (and showed) me what they were doing, and charged me a reasonable price.

Incredible service, fair pricing, and good men. This company is fantastic and we've relied on Liberty Plumbing for years... no job is too small, or too big, for these pro's!!

I had three major leaks underneath my house . I met with 3 different plumbers and decided to go with Jurgen and I'm very glad I did. He was on time every day, and he was very respectful to my wife and baby's sleep schedule. His work was so neat and professional that I hired him for another job at a rental unit. Again, he did an excellent job there too. One thing of note was how proud he was of the work he performed. I actually went under the house with him and he was more than happy to show me everything he did. Marvelous job, good man, great pride and fair prices. He is my go to plumber now

These guys are the real deal. Owning a small business myself I know that reviews are important. Called Ruben for an estimate and he came out and went over all options with us. His price was very reasonable. Ruben and his crew came out on time and had the job finished in the stated amount of time.
We had the whole house (2 bathrooms, kitchen, dish washer, clothes washer and water heater removed) re-piped with pex and had a tankless water heater put in. We used to have to wait for about 2 minutes to get hot water to the kitchen as the water heater was on the opposite side of the house. Now no more than 20 seconds in the kitchen and about 5 seconds in the bathroom. How we did it before this I don't know.
Ruben goes the extra mile for you. He is very responsive to any questions and communications you have. Thanks again to Ruben and your crew for the excellent job!!
