Mark just finished a job that was a long time in the making, as I took a while to make a decision.  However he is a very patient and super nice man.  He came in and recently did the work and it's really nice.  He had a vision for solving some problems and it was a great solution.  I would highly recommend Mark!

Wow, thought I would give more than 3 stars after reading all these great reviews. I made an appointment for 11-12. No one showed up. I contacted thru yelp. He responded, shortly. I thought shortly means 10-20 minutes, at most 30 minutes? No, they came 2 hours late! Are you serious? My toilet was clogged for two days, I needed it fixed. I took my plunger and snake. Tried a couple times. I fixed it. Then, they were at the door. I said you guys are more than 2 hours late, u expect me to wait forever? They never show they were sorry and turned their back and left. Soon after, I received a text from one of those guys I guess. He said he will report me to the building department. I've never experienced something outrageous like this. I gave them my phone number when I made the appointment. No one cares to call or text me to let me know what was going on. I had to keep contacting the company thru yelp. I will definitely not recommend this business. Rude workers!

I can't say enough good things about this company and Artur. We had a toilet tank crack and a shower that was not getting really hot. Artur showed up, and fixed them both in about an hour. He was quick and knowledgeable. When I called it was not an emergency so they got us an appointment with in 48 hours. When your technician is close by you get a text and a link to track to see where they are and how close they are. I felt the pricing was fair and they even took the old toilet away for a disposal fee of $18. I will definitely use this company again. And I was told they also have electricians. I definitely recommend this company and Artur as a technician. I found them on yelp after reading such good reviews, so I am adding another 5 Star review. If you need a Plummer definitely call PPT!!!

Avner is the best! My wife dropped her wedding ring in the sink. I called Avner at 7pm and he was here within 20 minutes.

He was able to find the ring within minutes and even checked other plumbings around the house and fixed my shower's water pressure.

At check out, he charged me less than quoted and refused to accept a dime more. He is a good and honest man. I will, without a doubt, have him come back to any plumbing issues and will refer him to everyone.

So grateful to have found a plumber! I feel like we have great support anytime we need it. The team of 3 (father and 2 sons) were responsive, transparent and just generally left me with a sense that I was in good hands. Tyler came and serviced our bathroom sink. His work was quality and very thorough...most importantly he was very personable and professional!!

I would recommend Santa Monica Plumbing and Heating to anyone. Marco was just here at our 225 Arizona office in Santa Monica. He was on time, friendly and the work is completed and in excellent order. Our business has been using Marco and Santa Monica Plumbing for years. They are top notch and the only go to plumber we call. Nora is amazing as well when she takes your call and you feel you are actually cared about. That is rare nowadays.

I called Drains Unlimited to evaluate some existing plumbing work done at my condo for purpose of passing inspection and Gaby showed up on the same day and gave me the quote for doing the necessary fix. Another plumber James show up to perform the work. James was very helpful and super professional. He finished work for both of my bathrooms much more quickly than expected. Because my contractor failed to show up to do the strapping required by code, James did everything himself without a problem. Reasonable price and competent, friendly plumbers. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Our sink clogged late on a Friday afternoon and Liberty showed up promptly and saved us from some weekend hassles. We live in an old building and it wasn't an easy to clear out the ancient pipes, but they did a great job and fixed a leak as well. Highly recommended!

I had three major leaks underneath my house . I met with 3 different plumbers and decided to go with Jurgen and I'm very glad I did. He was on time every day, and he was very respectful to my wife and baby's sleep schedule. His work was so neat and professional that I hired him for another job at a rental unit. Again, he did an excellent job there too. One thing of note was how proud he was of the work he performed. I actually went under the house with him and he was more than happy to show me everything he did.  Marvelous job, good man,  great pride and fair prices. He is my go to plumber now

We wanted to repipe our home and went through an exhausting interviewing process to find the right (licensed) individual who was honest, expertly skilled and completely professional - Ruben and the gentlemen at Repipe Expert were our guys. Getting work done on your home is usually an uncomfortable experience, but Ruben was always available, meeting with us before, and during the work, answering questions and providing updates. His knowledge and expertise helped us to select the best possible piping options for our home. The actual work took maybe 2-3 days and the job was completed to satisfaction. The work looks clean and very professional. Throughout the whole experience, the Repipe Expert crew remained respectful, worked diligently and cleaned up after each day of work. I would definitely recommend Ruben and Repipe Expert to others.
