We were looking to get help examining/installing a line valve for our old fireplace and getting it into working conditions. It was kind of last minute so other places providing similar services with a lot more reviews were already booked till next week.

We checked Luis' license and decided to give it a try. We are really happy that we did! He showed up on time and communicated with me throughout the process. Our valve is so old (but in the 1970s) that it requires a special long key. Luis spent 3 hours just to find the right part for us.

On top of that, he has a very professional demeanor. He took care of the dust from taking part and patching up the dry wall. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking in South Bay.

This weekend I experienced true professionalism. My entire home was ripped by this company and I could not be happier with the results. Byron was true to his word, it took exactly 2 days to finish the piping job, plus water on at the end of both nights. They are even finishing the walls up on a Sunday. Wow! Luigi is awesome. I had frustrating conversations with a number of other folks. Luigi let me text him photos of my furnace to try to get an early read on the problem. He was responsive, timely, and honest about what it would take to fix the furnace. It was a pleasure working with him! (I also never write these things :) )

Richard came up to the house to troubleshoot a mystery leak. Very professional and honest approach which is rare these days.

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

Called them on the 4th of July and they were here 45 minutes later. My tub was clogged and I had tried a snake, drano, and the plunger. They unclogged it in less than 5 minutes. Excellent service and very friendly.

These guys helped me before and it was pretty good experience. I usually do not leave reviews, but after this, i had to. A couple of days ago Robert came out to fix my issue. He took a look at the issue and told me that i need to do a lot of work and my sprinklers valves should be re done, because they are not properly installed and that i need to excavate bushes to do so. Also he said bushes roots are on the way of pipes. I have very little bushes and even smaller roots on them. Those tiny roots can not ever damaged copper pipes. At the end of his inspection he was saying a lot of nonsense. My original issue was not about sprinklers, but about water pressure regulator and relief valve. For some reason he tried to open sprinkler valve and broke screw there, so water began to come out. I originally had one issue which i could control and after Robert broke the screw, i had two issues and one of them which i could not control. I asked him to fix is and he said there is nothing i can do for you. He had full truck of tools, it is unbelievable that he could not do nothing to fix what he broke. When i called the company they assured me that they will give me estimate and after they fix our issue if i agree, i will be completely satisfied. They did not offer any solution on the problem that Robert caused. Next day i received estimate for $3500. I was in shock, i originally only needed to change water pressure regulator and relief valve. Now after sprinkler was broken, i also had to fix all of the three sprinklers valves. I believe the estimate was so high because they did not want to go back to fix my issue. Of course they knew when writing estimate that i will refuse. I called a couple of other companies and they gave me estimates. The highest was $1200 which included three sprinkler valves which i originally did not need because they were not broken.

I am re-writing my review from previous as the owner, Ron, did spend the time to reach out to me to discuss my experience. There was a bit of miscommunication from the Tech that he wanted to explain. He was very professional and truly apologetic for any misunderstanding. When I first called he explained what would be done to look for the leak and as they had to come back a 2nd time (due to some plumbing work I was having done)  only charged me part of the fee the first time and the remainder the 2nd time. Ron is truly a proud business owner and wants his customers to be satisfied.

We appreciate Aaron and Sam from DeVinney Plumbing. They arrived in 20 minutes and installed the faucet in 30 minutes. They are professional, thorough, personable and quick. Highly recommended!

Fabulous!   They came immediately and repaired our water heater the same day.   The whole family is polite and delightful.  I can't recommend them enough.
