They did a great job reparing our plumbing problem with no follow up issues.

Against my better judgment I tried a local plumber. I have not had much success with plumbers in general. I told them that I knew the lines were plugged. They insisted it was water pressure, changed the connections on the toilets to get a better flush and charged $180.00. Needless to say the next day the lines backed up again and now I have to spend more money on another plumber to do what I wanted done the first time. Sometimes trade people just have to listen to what you want.

Don't waste your time with this guy . Terrible service an communication. He was no call , no show . Once I finally got in touch with him he tells me he forgot !!! As I sat there an wait for a plumber after a confirmed appointment, his answer was I forgot !! Wow . He would not compensate me at all . Terrible terrible customer service . Wish I could give no stars

I called Clear Pipe after getting a ridiculous quote from another plumber. The pipes in our master bathroom were backed up and there was disgusting brown water coming up the shower and bath tub.

After Steve investigated he told us we simply needed to snake the pipes, but the access point was from the roof. He went up there and after 30 minutes the water was drained and water was flowing perfectly. The previous plumber I had called was talking about having to break ground because there was no access point. So glad I got a second opinion from Steve who used his experience to find a simple solution to the problem and saved me thousands of dollars.

Ray came within the hour of me calling. Che worked very quickly and explained what he did.  He was very polite.  I asked about doing another drain and he said it would be a third of the price since he was still at my house. In the end, he said the drain was ok.

I am very satisfied with the work done by Shellback Plumbing. Alex H. was a very knowledgeable and thorough guy who was able to identify not only the real source of our kitchen sink problem, but also other potential issues that needed to be addressed.
Our kitchen sink cabinet (under sink) had become totally covered with rust powder, but it was not obvious where the humidity that causes it was coming from. Alex H. found a tiny hole in the garbage dispenser that I had not even seen. He had to replace the unit, as well as a couple of water valves under th sink that were in bad shape.
All in all a great experience. Alex H. got the job done quickly and efficiently.

Andy is a fantastic plumber to have saved in your phone. He has helped us multiple times and always is extremely fast, responsive and helpful. Pricing is very fair and work is always quality.

I had an issue with an old floor heater. Luis gracefully accepted to come over to take a look despite his busy schedule on a Friday and fit me in. Upon inspecting the unit he told me that the valve on the unit was most likely the cause and that he recommended to reach out to local parts stores and see if I could get a used valve. He said it was not something he help repair since it would take someone who specializes in older floor nits.  He charged nothing for the visit or free advice. Most credible and honest tech i have had the pleasure to come across. If you need plumbing, heating, or A/C work do not hesitate to call him.

Serge is an honest guy who is knowledgeable and will do the job right. Best of all, he will do it at a reasonable cost. We needed some sewer line work done, and he worked with the city to go through the permit process, which wasn't a small task. For our estimate, he spent about 3 hours to do the property inspection and fully explain to me all my options. You can count on him to go above and beyond for any job. Will definitely be calling him again for any future plumbing needs.

Tomas did an excellent job fixing a water damaged wall and installing a new sink and toilet. He works hard and takes his time to do the job right. Will definitely use him again in the future.

After failing my attempts with two plumbers to find a leak in my bathroom, I called Sherlock leak detection and Ron was at my house within an hour. He successfully found the leak in no time. I highly recommend his services.

My front lawn had a leak! And it was gonna take a lot to fix it! About 4500 they said. It made me sad ... but in the end it was just a smaller repair so it only cost me 1500! I was happy ! The Guys were really nice too!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!  If I could give them no stars I would.  Horrible service.  My problem was not fixed after two different visits.  I waited on one occasion for 3 hours to be told it was a scheduling mix up and I would need to reschedule again.  They do not answer their phones and just keep you hanging !  They accused me of not wanting to pay my bill (not true-never received the invoice) and accused me of lying.  Threatened to send me to collections and ruin my credit.  They are a nightmare and I hope they learn to be more professional with future customers.  I see now I should have checked YELP as they have other poor reviews that are similar to mine.

My grandparents trusted Pitman Plumbing decades ago, as did my parents.  The next generations continue the tradition of honest service, quality repairs, and help in a pinch.  There are cheaper plumbers out there, but these guys come through time and again.  Special shot out to Greg for being so kind to my mother in law when fixing her leaking laundry sink.

As a General Contractor my usual crew was unavailable. I reached out to Apex plumbing and their customer service exceeded my expectations by leaps and bounds. I've had them out twice and each time they were friendly, efficient and fixed the issue. I will be using them again in the next few weeks to jet my drain lines. They have made a repeat customer out of me and will use them when I can on my customers projects. 10 stars
