This review is a long time coming. My house is old - like 90 years old. It's been remodeled a few times, but things wear out and go bad. For the first couple of years I lived in my home I used the plumber recommended by the  previous owner. Every single thing those guys did would fall apart within a year. Then a colleague recommended I call Jose at JB Plumbing. He's been a godsend. He answers his phone. He shows up whenever I've had an urgent plumbing issue within an hour or two. He tells me what needs to happen and what it will cost, and he delivers. His work doesn't need to be fixed a year later.

This weekend when my main line was leaking, my first reaction was panic. Second reaction - call Jose. He was at my house within an hour, shut down the water and showed up the next day to fix the problem.

I've also had him work on the sewer line, my toilet and my water heater. Like I said - it's an old house.

I love that he works this as a family business too. Everyone at JB Plumbing is friendly and professional, and even my architect neighbor
said the work was amazing. Plus - there are women on this crew which is beyond awesome.

We used PP for about 3 years with no problems. But recently there was a problem with their work (the house had a terrible odor coming from the basement plumbing) and when we asked Ray to send someone out to check on it he totally blew us off. He said it wasnt related to his work. He didnt even want to check on it to find out. It started the day after they worked on our septic, and there is no way it could be related to their work? He didnt even know who he had sent out to do the work. Adios Palisades Plumbing.

John is an amazing plumber. We have used him numerous times for a large variety of plumbing issues and he has always saved the day!!! He even should up with short notice to fix a leak in our back house which was really awesome because the tenants had to leave for work and john arrived 20 minutes after we called!! I cant say enough about John, he is trustworthy, will offer you a great price, is always on time or early for the job and is clean and efficient!! Thanks John for saving us time and time again!! I wish there were 6 stars!!

Had an issue with my outdoor shower and was searching for a plumber in the area. I found Clear Pipe on Yelp and was contacted by Steve, the owner. He scheduled for a free quote right away and did more work for me then anticipated. He was very honest. professional and knowledgable. Very happy with his service.

On Monday of last week our hot water went out. I call Sears for the parts and received them that Thursday. I needed a plumber so I looked on Yelp and found Ray Mendoza. I read his reviews and they were all positive. I called him on Friday morning and he asked if I needed him that day. I explained my situation, Ray explained that he had a busy day but he would at my home around 4:30pm. He arrived around around 2:30pm, Ray was very pleasant and went straight to work. Ray installed the new part and lite the heater, but the heater would stay lite. So he took the lighten system apart, cleaned out the system and relighted the heater. Then he waited to make sure the heater continued to work, his prices are very reasonable. I will recommend Ray to all my friends.

Just a professional! Told him what was happening and what I wanted fix and he did. No issues at all and good communication. Will be calling again if I have any plumbing issues.

I discovered that a pipe under my sink was attached by just a lot of tape.  (Don't ask me how it didn't leak all over the place!)  I looked up plumbers on Yelp and put a call in to Shellback Plumbing at 1:00PM.

I told them the problem and they said they could have someone out between 2:00PM & 4:00PM that same day!

David arrived at 3:00PM, assessed the situation and got to work.  He was very professional and explained what needed to be replaced, as well as the reasons for checking the water pressure.  He was done by 3:50PM and left the area spotless!  (The day before, a garbage disposal installer sent by a big box store left a huge mess of plumber's putty everywhere!)

I was very pleased to have the issue resolved within 3 hours of making the call.  I will definitely be calling Shellback Plumbing for any future plumbing needs!  Thank you, David & Shellback!

Andy did a very professional job installing a new water heater.  He gave me a quick estimate, showed up on time and got the job done.

Fast, reasonably priced, professional. Luigi fixed my sink the day I called him and even checked in to make sure everything was working fine. Pleasant guy and he will explain the problem to you clearly and not give you a run-around like some other plumbers in the area I've dealt with. Highly recommended.

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

They took a next-day scheduling and showed up right on time. Everyone was very professional and the installation of two toilets was quick and efficient. I recommend them without hesitation and would call them again in the future.

These guys came to install a faucet and ended up re-plumbing my entire house after they helped us diagnose a long-term issue that no other plumber had taken the time to look into for us. They were friendly, responsive, affordable, and prompt as heck. Would recommend highly.

I want to give a fair and honest review here. They were very responsive and efficient - I reached out at 7pm and they had someone on site at 9am the next day. Unfortunately the spot they marked was about 5 feet away from the leak and caused me to tear up a portion of my concrete that didn't need to be torn up, which then added to my repair costs afterward. My plumber dug 3 feet down from the spot and there were not even pipes under the marked location, then ended up finding the leak in a different location essentially right where the pipes left my house and went underground. The technician came back out to look at it and told me he just overthought it. The business owner was responsive and immediately refunded the cost of the inspection, which was appreciated. I found them to be honest and professional, and they did the right thing by refunding me. But I wouldn't feel comfortable hiring them again if I had another leak based on my first experience.

Don is so nice and responsible. He helped us fixing the sewer problem on Sunday. Highly recommend!

Oliver saved the day. Main line blockage. Heart attack for us as 3 level home and leaks from all 3 levels. He was there within 30 mins and sorted it out professionally and with humor which we needed! Highly recommend.

We discovered a leak in our water heater and were about to leave on a vacation.  We called Pitman Plumbing and Dale was at our home in a flash.
He replaced the water heater without a hitch and within two and a half hours we had a new water heater and plenty of hot water. We were able top leave on our vacation without worry!

I finally had to replace my sloan flushmate after 13 years and reached out to a couple of places on Yelp. Mike at A1 was the only plumber that took the time to call Sloan and actually let me know that the replacement unit was under lifetime warranty, which I had no idea about.
This saved me $150 for the part, which the other plumbers would have charged me. I paid for labor only and the pricing was fair. The guys came and replaced the unit without issues
