We were in the process of preparing our home to go on the market, and I had several minor things that needed adjusting, repaired, or replaced. Over the course of a month's time, I worked with JB Plumbing and they were always communicative, prompt, and extremely professional. They helped me out immensely, and if I were staying in the area, they would be my go-to plumbers forever. I cannot recommend them more highly. They genuinely care about the quality of their work, and aren't like some other companies that want to up-sell or add charges that are unnecessary. 10 stars!

Against my better judgment I tried a local plumber. I have not had much success with plumbers in general. I told them that I knew the lines were plugged. They insisted it was water pressure, changed the connections on the toilets to get a better flush and charged $180.00. Needless to say the next day the lines backed up again and now I have to spend more money on another plumber to do what I wanted done the first time. Sometimes trade people just have to listen to what you want.

John did some work on installing a washer hookup. After searching many plumbers, he was the only one who gave me an honest quote. He was professional and the work was done as I needed it! I could not wait to use my washer! Thanks John!

Our shower was leaking from behind the drywall, so I expected the worst. Greg was on time and took the time to explain his plan once he accessed the situation. As it turned out, he was correct and was able to access and replace the failed pipe without having to cut into our drywall. In addition, he offered to send a water damage technician free of charge to determine if we had a potential mold issue within the walls. Josh from PAC Fleet Water Damage Solutions (part of Shellback) was here in about an hour.  We have peace of mind knowing that we are ok on that front too. Like Greg, he was also friendly and professional.

We have called on Luigi a few times over the years and have always found him to be quick to respond. He is prompt and communicative, and has provided excellent service.
We recently called him because our toilet was sweating, and we were unsure if it was because of the cold or a leak. Luigi was able to determine that the gasket, bolts, fill valve, flapper and water hose needed replacing. We were lucky he had all the parts on hand, and was done in about an hour.
All of this, and the price was excellent. Happy to write another good review for great service.

When a copper pipe burst under my house and started spraying hot water all over my crawl space, I frantically called plumbers for assistance. It was Friday afternoon. Two plumbing companies didn't call back, and a third said his earliest response time was Saturday p.m. I feared it would be a long weekend. Fortunately, I found Papa's Plumbing. They had a plumber at my house within an hour. He checked the problem and gave me two estimates: one to do the job that night, the other Saturday at 9 a.m. I chose the cheaper Saturday option. The plumber who did the work was efficient and knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly and took photos of the work he did. He showed me not only his work but also that of the previous plumber, who used inferior copper and neglected to wipe off excess solder, which can corrode pipes and cause leaks. Due to this corrosion, the final price was substantially higher than the original estimate, but I didn't think I was being ripped off. If I do a repipe to replace corroded pipes, I'll probably have Papa's Plumbing do the job.

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. Sebastian was 15 minutes early, worked extremely efficiently and left the area cleaner than when he started working. Can't recommend Excellent Handyman enough!

Had an emergency and Santos came to the rescue. My tub was leaking and since he was here he also took care of some old spigots.   I've had work done before and he also delivered results.  He was fast, professional, and got the job done.

Robert and his crew are very professional and knowledgeable about their craft.  Good guys as well.  They came out right away to replace my water pressure regulator.  Prompt and courteous.  Great job at a good price.

Our pool was loosing water on a daily basis and we were at a loss. We found Sherlock Leak online and were able to schedule an appointment for the same week. I did not know there are so many things to check in the pool for possible leaking points. Jeremy came out and methodically checked all the plumbing lines from the pool to the equipment, the pool shell and pipe connections to the shell. We were very happy with the thorough inspection and the accurate location of the leak which was at the skimmer. The technician was knowledgeable and answered all our questions and provided some valuable advice. Good service.

They did a fantastic job and communicated the whole time. On time,picked up after themselves and were very friendly. I would highly recommend them to my neighbors.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!  If I could give them no stars I would.  Horrible service.  My problem was not fixed after two different visits.  I waited on one occasion for 3 hours to be told it was a scheduling mix up and I would need to reschedule again.  They do not answer their phones and just keep you hanging !  They accused me of not wanting to pay my bill (not true-never received the invoice) and accused me of lying.  Threatened to send me to collections and ruin my credit.  They are a nightmare and I hope they learn to be more professional with future customers.  I see now I should have checked YELP as they have other poor reviews that are similar to mine.

Living in a house built in the 1920's, I see a lot of Greg and Daniel, brothers and owners of the business.

- They get the job done and for a fair price.
- When there is an emergency, sadly more often than I would like, they will drive right over and work late if needed.
- They talk to me about replacing parts vs. buying new, and don't pressure me to make a decision right away.
- I definitely trust them!
- Added bonus, they are very friendly with my kids and cat.

We ditched our existing plumber for A-1 and we'll never look back.

The entire A-1 team were:

- Responsive (Provided a rapid-fast quote and responded to messages quickly)
- Honest (Provided thorough and rationale solutions for my plumbing problems) and
- Affordable (Nearly half the cost of my ex-plumber)

They helped us remove our old tankless water heater out of our attic and installed a new one on the side of the house.
