Jose was responsive, very professional and arrived within the timeframe promised for an urgent plumbing need on a Sunday afternoon. He took care of the issue which was a clogged main line accessed through the clean-out and gave us some suggestions to repair / replace a custom toilet that had a broken part. We'll be contacting him again for our future plumbing needs and for annual maintenance to remove roots from our main plumbing line. He priced the repairs reasonably, didn't charge us extra for checking our piping with a camera and didn't try to upsell us for something we didn't need. A+ for excellent service and reliability. Keep doing what you're doing!

Came to my Mom's vacant house to find a flood coming from the bathroom ceiling. It was Friday afternoon and everyone was booked, but Ray from PP dropped everything, got in his car, and came to my rescue. After discovering the leak source his guys were there on Monday repair everything. Prompt & reliable!

I had a plumbing emergency - a pipe was leaking in my house. I'm in Silverlake and saw that John was in Atwater. I called him at 6:30pm and by 7:30pm my plumbing was fixed! He was friendly and personable, wore a mask in my house, and gave me a very reasonable price for the work. I will definitely use John again.

We had a couple issues - leaking faucet and a water pressure issue. Steve responded to my inquiry right away, arrived on time to the initial inspection, was so courteous in our home (we have a young and curious toddler) and completed the work quickly and at a fair price. Moreover, he thoroughly explained the why's and the what's to us so that we understood what was going on in our home.

On Monday of last week our hot water went out. I call Sears for the parts and received them that Thursday. I needed a plumber so I looked on Yelp and found Ray Mendoza. I read his reviews and they were all positive. I called him on Friday morning and he asked if I needed him that day. I explained my situation, Ray explained that he had a busy day but he would at my home around 4:30pm. He arrived around around 2:30pm, Ray was very pleasant and went straight to work. Ray installed the new part and lite the heater, but the heater would stay lite. So he took the lighten system apart, cleaned out the system and relighted the heater. Then he waited to make sure the heater continued to work, his prices are very reasonable. I will recommend Ray to all my friends.

Loved that they walked in wearing a mask, they were professional, very thorough, and friendly. My Mgmt. Co. sent them here and I am very pleased with their service (installation of a new kitchen faucet and 2 nozzles in the bathrooms. Definitely recommend them.

Second time I've used Peter Lai Plumbing and same great service.  Andy is the best - very nice guy and reasonable prices.  Will definitely use them again for any plumbing issues.

Alex the technician was on time and professional. He let me know about 15 minutes before he arrived which was important to me because it gave me a head up to be home at the time of his arrival. He was courteous when he came in and gave me all the information I needed while assessing the problem. After unclogging my toilet he charged me exactly what he quoted me over the phone which showed honestly. He even took me outside and showed me where the main drain was just in case I gave upon a problem like this in the future. Thank you for great service.

Tomas fixed the bar in my closet and now it holds all my clothing. He did a great job. He was nice, worked neatly and his pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend him and will use him again.

My water heater was leaking really bad and it was a older unit.  I called up Robert and he and his team quickly stopped by and replaced the water heater.  The service was quick, good and fixed the issue.

I noticed that my carpet at the bottom of my stairs was damp about 3 weeks ago. Turns out there was a pipe leak behind the wall, coming from the second floor.

I had a leak, didn't know where it was coming from. Called the owner of the company, such a nice guy. He even returned my call after hours and scheduled a time for his men to come out and investigate. Greg came out with another good man, and through thorough investigation and water test - they found the problem, which they quoted and finished job very efficiently and excellent work overall! They are clean and they clean up after themselves! Super nice and overall very good guys. I liked them a lot for the job they did and the price they quoted. Will work with them again and recommend them to my neighbors.

I am not easily impressed, but must post my accolades and recommendation for Apex Plumbing. This is the 2nd time I've used them. First to install a toilet and sink. This time to use camera and hydro jet a blocked drainage pipe. They were amazingly thorough and knowledgeable. Kept me informed along the way. They were persistent and did not up-sell me. If I need help again I definitely plan to call them.
