I am soooooo impressed with Ser Plumbing! I contacted Luis regarding a few issues I had on my property and he was available for same day services! To my surprise I was notified via text and email when he was in route to my property. He took photos and video while assessing the units, and explained what needed to be done. Once he completed all the work I was notified via email and text again, and advised work was completed, and then a phone call! Andy came out to my house for what I thought was a pipe leak behind one of my walls.  He informed me that it was probably rain water coming down from a hole in my roof. He diagnosed my problem and gave me good advice on how to approach the HOA with this issue.  Even though I actually needed a roofer instead of a plumber, he didn't charge me for making the trip out. Very honest and helpful.  I would not hesitate to use them if I have an actual plumbing issue in the future.

Luigi was fantastic coming out this weekend to assist with a leaking A/C system.  He took time to explain his diagnosis of the issue, help rework some plumbing to drain more efficiently from the evaporator unit and then double check other areas of concern.

Came in a quickly fashion and treated my son's bathroom sink. Loved the professional service.

Will definite contact again! I messaged Tomas on Wednesday night and he was able to come out the next day. I wasn't available but he made time Saturday morning to change out my faucet and hardware. After evaluating the actual work firsthand, Santos was able to provide more insight on how the piping layout should be.

He did all that was requested and cleaned up the previous plumbers' work, making it more user-friendly, as well as making it more secure. Great fast work! Easy to work with. IF and When we will need a plumber in the future, we will be calling Santos at ALLSTAR ROOTER first!

A-1 Apex saved the day!! We had a tankless water heater that was not igniting and Mauricio came out within the hour and quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it. He also fixed a leaking toilet and advised us on some other longer-term issues we may want to get fixed. Mauricio was wonderful!!
