Needed someone quick and affordable. Glad I picked Plumber Pro. Maik came by and was able to diagnose our problem (which was definitely different from what our suspicions were). He was able to fix it the same day. Not only did he fix the problem, but he made changes to the piping so that I could have the option of adding a sink in the future.

Communication was super easy through yelp and text. Very professional and quality of work was excellent. Prices were affordable and I kept his contact for future work. Highly Recommended.

I have never posted a Yelp review, not because I don't use Yelp but I have never felt compelled to do so until now. To sum up on the experience with Tip Top Drain Pros - thank goodness that I found them.

I am on the board of the 7-unit HOA and our hot water pipe leaked profusely on a Sunday afternoon around 4pm. After calling 3 plumbers that I knew from past, I reached out and used the Yelp quote request and Tip Top was the first to respond within 20 minutes and sent a technician over within the hour!!!  That initial response exemplified Tip Top's commitment to customer service, especially their owner David.

I will spare the details of the progression of the repair as they were drying,  restoration and pipe repair/replacement since most of those details will not be relevant to your situation. I will emphasized that their pricing was also unbelievably competitive!!!

As I said, THANK GOODNESS our HOA was lucky to find Tip Top and will continue to seek out help from Tip Top in the future for certain.

Andy was great, quick response and had great communication with him. We were out of town and had to coordinate the repair at apartment unit over the phone. Will definitely use him again!

Of course we discovered our flooded laundry room on a Saturday morning, right before the holidays, and right before we were headed out of town. Always the way it goes, right? In a panic, I asked friends for referrals and was pointed towards Adee Plumbing. Great customer service and arrived right when I asked them to come. Clogged drain was cleared and plumber told us that if we have any other issues they can come out again to check it out, no problem. Such a relief to have this dealt with so promptly and professionally, and with fair pricing to boot. A real Christmas miracle that I can get right back to doing my laundry :)

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

I contacted Water Heater Pros because my water heater stopped working and was leaking. I thought it was time for a new water heater. When they came out they told me that it wasn't time for a new heater it was just the drain valve that had failed. They ended up replacing the plastic part for a brass version. I was so grateful that they did not try to upswell me a new water heater and that they ended up making a quick easy fix to get the water heater I had working again.

I initially contacted Lords of Plumbing based on their reviews, and 5 stars is not enough!  Joshua came out on time after calling me 30 minutes in advance.  Wow, what a stellar plumber, and all around great person!

Joshua quickly diagnosed the issue, worked on both the sink and shower, and did such an amazing job cleaning up after the service, you would never have known there was work done in the house.  The black stuff that came out of the drains was truly nasty, and not a drop of anything anywhere.  

I have found our new plumbers to add on speed dial as I know we will not be disappointed. Thank you, Joshua for such a remarkable job that was pleasant, and affordable!!

Fantastic plumbing company.  I have used them for several bathroom sink cloggs, sink replacement, and water heater install.  They back up their work if there are any issues that materialize after the work is done.  I have shopped around for other plumbing companies, but this company takes my business.

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

Struggling with maintenance disputes with our property manager, one of which has been a recurring drain backup that they've thrown in our face as being caused by us. I went looking for a 3rd party plumber to come in, fix the problem and give their professional opinion on the problem. Came across the Plumbing Dudes and was NOT disappointed. Anna (I believe that was her name, the very nice phone operator/dispatcher) was helpful and talking through our situation and getting us setup with a tech right away.

I was lucky enough to have Tyler P. come by. Not only was he very receptive to my concerns and situation, but he was able to fix the problem, explain what it was I was seeing occur and kind enough to offer his own time to fill out a plumbers report for when we take this to our management or small claims court if needed.

Will absolutely make sure they are the first people I call for any plumbing needs in the future and Tyler as a newer member of their team is definitely working hard to give you the best service possible!!

Jaime did a good job taking care of my mom's gas dryer vent.  He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the lint that came out of the vent.  (Gross!  So much came out!). I appreciated Jaime showing me what my mom needed to get done.

When was the last time a plumber left you with a free replacement part with instructions on how to install it yourself to save you some money? George is a really nice guy, very responsive, and worked hard to get our tankless water heater up and running quickly. Thanks George.

Just moved in to a condo and the water heater stopped working.  Gas Co. came out, had red tagged it and turned off the gas to the tank.  I called several companies but Western Rooter was the only one that could install a new tank that day (I had called at 4pm) - and for a reasonable price.  They were out at 6:30pm that NIGHT with 2 people - they really are 24 hours!  Installation was only a couple of hours - and I had hot water within one hour after that.  Definitely recommend this company.  When you call in they are polite, they do all they can to help you, and their field staff are friendly and very competent.  I highly recommend them - especially in an emergency!

Well, unfortunately I did not receive services from this establishment, so they may indeed be good (I saw the yelp ratings) however, their advertisement stated free quotes/estimates. When I told the owner (I guess) what my plumbing issue was, he said that estimates are only free if the technician can immediately visually see the problem but if they need to go under the house, then it is NOT free. Well, this was a plumbing issue, so of course the plumbing is under the house! Their ad was deceptive, so I decided against them. Afterward (after my initial call) they proceeded to call me non-stop, using different phone numbers, simply to harass me. They don't know yet but I will be contacting the police if the harassment continues (they are calling me now while I am typing this).

Had a simple job of extending a branch of the natural gas line from the kitchen outdoors to a new bbq grill. This required running a line from under the crawl space of the house.  Jorge and his team went under the house to be sure and came back with an offer of $400 to do the job. I asked how long it would take and he said about 2-3 hours and that they could do it today!
Work was done as predicted and very well done. Works great and looks excellent.

I had another plumber come out and give an estimate earlier that day that was $1000. I asked how long he thought the job would take and he said 3-4 hours and starting selling me by talking about how he wouldn't know what was needed till he got into the job and there might be this and that. He didn't even go under the house to actually see what was needed. I said, so...your hourly rate is over $300 per hour??  Of course he said it was by the job, but again I pointed out, if you think it will take 3-4 hours and you are quoting $1000 then you are essentially valuing your time at over $300 per hour.

Thank goodness I had an electrician over at the time who overhear and told me that the job should be between $400-500 tops.

I would hire Jorge and his team again for excellent work and fair pricing. I appreciate how quickly they responded and that they were honest and considerate with their estimate.

David has helped and done work for me on several occasions. From basic jobs like faucet replacements to emergency water lines repair he can do it all. He works fast and is very efficient. I highly recommend David as he is a honest reliable Plumber

Last week our water heater went out (I guess it was old) so I called waterworks Plumbing to fix it. They offered us a tankless water heater and installed it right away. We were very pleased with their service!

I can't speak highly enough about Free Flo Router & Plumbing! I had a leak occur overnight in a ~70 year old house.  Although I had the house re-piped in 2001, there is some legacy galvanized pipe left over. Of course, it's the galvanized that sprung a leak in a line just outside of a rear footing of the house and was spilling water into the backyard.

I called first thing in the morning and spoke to Ben. Ben said he would have a tech respond between 1pm-3pm. Sweet! I'll turn the water off and eagerly await his arrival.  Much to my surprise, Nick called about 10 minutes later and said Ben cleared him to respond sooner and could be there in about 40 minutes. Fantastic!!

Nick arrived and carefully analyzed and traced the source which in this old house was not an easy task. After he was confident he knew what branch line was the source, Nick carefully and thoughtfully explained the problem so even I could understand it. Nick also provided a couple of options and walked me through the benefits/drawbacks of each one.

I made my choice and couldn't be happier! The repair cost was very reasonable and the professionalism, honesty, and customer care from both Ben and Nick was nothing short of outstanding! I am very thankful that I crossed paths with Free Flo Router & Plumbing.

Every family needs a good doctor, lawyer, plumber and electrician. I can now cross plumber off my list and so can you. I won't be looking any further after my stellar experience and plumbing problems are no longer as intimidating as before I met Ben and Nick.

Excellent service! Had to get a gasline installed for a dryer. The tech came out to do the estimate and took his time and got in the crawl space to do a proper inspection. I was sold right then and there. Any company willing to go that far and not just do a visual inspection gets business from me! Thanks guys.
