We were in a emergency bathroom water overflow situation at 7pm! Maikel was very responsive and came to our warehouse shortly after the call. Problem solved and back to normal again. Highly recommend and will definitely call him again for any future plumbing issues

Thank GOD I have finally found a plumber.  I reached out to Tip Top and heard back almost immediately.  They asked me to call in to schedule a service appointment and when I did, they told me someone could be at my place not only TODAY but someone could be at my place in less than an hour.  Naturally, when Josh arrived, the issue I was having decided to go on a lunch break and I swore to him that I wasn't crazy.  He said this always happens and to reach out to the office or to him directly if the problem persists.  While they didn't have anything to fix, they still didn't try to sell me on a product or service I don't need (like most other plumbers have) which I sincerely appreciate.  I have already saved Tip Top in my phone as my plumbers and will absolutely use them again.

Andy is the best Plumber. He is very honest and he is respectful and he makes you feel comfortable and safe in your home and he knows what he's doing he is very professional and super helpful and will be honest with you and and his Covid safe.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

Absolutely the best company I have worked with by far!! Such a  professional crew! We had a water heater leak and I called water heater pros from a referral. Spoke with Jose and he was so helpful on which avenue we should take so we can address the situation asap and cost affective. He new which water heater I had from just telling the model number which really surprised me and gave me reassurance that they are pros and they know how to work with residential and commercial units. Really nice work for a fair price.  

They replaced a defective water pressure regulator [30 years old and broken] and,
replaced a sink filter that had to be cut out of the bottom of the sink [30-60 years old] and the plumbing that tied the sink to the drain.

I plan to call them when I need work in the future,

Oscar was timely,  thorough, and professional. He did a great job fixing my plumbing problems and educating me about the process.  

They loosened my tub faucet and said they would come back to fix it the next day but did not return the next day. That was disappointing, but they did get it taken care of that third day when I called in about it. All ended well.

I had a very last minute plumbing inspection and Raffi came through! He was on time, knowledgeable and HONEST. Three qualities that are necessary in this industry. These reviews are spot on...and I highly recommend Hard Hat Rooters!

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. Update: I called this company again because the issue happen again. They came out and fixed it without charging me. They also found out what was causing the issue. I decided to hire them to fix the issue on a permanent basis.

Jaime saved us from an almost-midnight plumbing emergency. We feel so grateful for his quick response and skill. We came into our kitchen to find water gushing from under the sink- even after turning the water off! We called Jaime desperate (not many plumbers answered their phones at 11pm!), but he came over within 20 minutes, diagnosed the issue, fixed everything onsite and explained everything to us in layman's terms. He had great customer service and saved us from our entire place flooding. We'd definitely use him again!

Very professional company, George came on time in the window provided, and was very friendly. Amazing customer service gave me options on how to fix the problem I had with my washer machine draining properly. He snaked the line, adjusted my pipe height and waited around to make sure the water drained properly. Very reliable and would recommend him to anyone Needing plumbing help.

Had a drain clogged in my kitchen and was able to book an appointment right away. Technician (Albert) came out, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it so the problem wouldn't come back in future. He explained exactly what he was going to do and went straight to it! I've used Western Rooter for years and they've been consistently fantastic to work with. I had a toilet and shower drainage problem this morning. I found David through yelp. Called him at 8am. He and his assistant were at my home by 9:30am. They were able to find the problem and fix it at a very reasonable price. He left my bathroom looking like nothing ever happened in the first place in just a couple of hours. Both gentlemen were very professional and knowledgeable with future recommendations. We have definitely found our plumber! They are highly recommended!!!

My sink got clogged an hour before hosting a big party at my house, since my wife trashed potatoes' peel down into the garbage disposal. I called Waterworks Plumbing and within 30 minutes, Avi arrived to my house. Instead of replacing the entire garbage disposal unit, Avi cleaned and fixed the existing one as well as the clean out access and the P Trap. Thanks to Avi, my kitchen sink was clog-free and my guests and I were able to enjoy the party. I seriously love them! Nick has serviced us twice already and both times it's been a breeze. Not only did they help us fix the problem, but also inform us on what's causing it and what we can do to avoid it in the future. Unfortunately our issue is going to be a continuous one unless we completely tear down our house and redo our pipping. Thankfully we've found a trustworthy company who we can depend on if the problem arises again.

If I can give them 10 starts, I really would. After everything said and done, they even clean up after themselves and returned everything back to it's place. They're absolutely perfect, highly recommend them!

I spoke with Scott on the phone today. Unfortunately, he wasn't able to fit me in his schedule when I needed.... So why a 5 star review do you ask? well let me explain..

I am the maintenance coordinator for a very large corporation in California and I deal with vendors on a daily basis so my expectations are pretty high. There are a ton of people to use and call so any time I don't like one, i just move on to the next. Beach Plumbing and Jetting has a large enough service area to service four of my centers and he will definitely be doing that when the need arise.

Today, i had a toilet stop flushing in my Downey location and he was nice enough to apologize up and down about being too busy to get out there in time and not only that, immediately gave me three companies that he trusted to do the work.. he didn't try to convince me to let him do it at a later date, he was concerned about MY needs more than anything else and did what he could to have that set up, even losing my business.

Scott was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable on the phone, asked the proper questions and allowed me to answer them without any type of interruption (rare nowadays) and allowed me to ask questions and answered them kindly. I am sure he is asked questions all day and was super patient with me.

Unfortunately this company couldn't fit me in today for my needs, but we will definitely be using them in the future and I look forward to that. Thank you Scott!
