Mike was amazing! I couldn't get my pilot on my water heater to light last night. I tried to no avail. I asked for quotes and plumber pro had the best one. Mike was here in less than 30 minutes. Turned out I needed a new water heater . Mike had the water heater delivered and he installed it and everything is working great. Thanks again for your speedy response, coming right away and your great attitude. Will definitely call for future plumbing needs.

Had a GREAT experience with Mike. From start to finish, Mike was really communicative and kept posted on his arrival time. I contact Tip Top to assess and address any routine maintenance for my main sewage line and they got a plumber to me that same day.

Mike showed up looking clean and professional He not only looked at the system but also took the time to explain how my sewage lines were laid out and how to run a simple test to make sure the flow was good. At his recommendation, it turned out we didn't need any immediate services but I really appreciate his honest assessment of our situation.

We had two issues that required attention.  Cesar arrived on time, provided clear information and estimates for the work.  In fact, Cesar also correctly identified the key issue--something a different company misled us about.

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

My experience, happily, mirrors that of others here.

I called on a Friday afternoon, when our Noritz tankless water heater was intermittently failing to fire up, and another company claimed that we needed to replace everything at enormous expense. I wanted, at the very least, to get a second opinion.

When I called, the person who answered the phone first asked me, in a concerned tone of voice, are you completely without hot water? I reassured him that it wasn't a dire emergency, at which point he put me on the schedule for Monday (the next business day). I got the impression that, if it were more urgent, he would have found a way to get someone to come that same afternoon or during the weekend.

Ryan showed up on Monday morning, apologizing for being about an hour earlier than expected. He took a look at the heater, and quickly explained that the situation was nowhere near as catastrophic as the other plumber had assumed. It turns out that the supposed corrosion in the heat exchanger, observed by the other plumber, was entirely normal for a unit of this age and was by no means a sign that it was at the end of its life. The ignition problems were simply due to poor wire connections in the remote control - something that the other plumber had explicitly denied when I asked about it. Ryan had the whole thing fixed in ten minutes. The total repair price was about 2% of the water heater replacement that the other company was pushing.

Water Heater Pros could have done like the other company, and tried to get me to pay a fortune for an unnecessary replacement. Instead, they chose to be honest and to recommend a simple and effective repair. It's such a relief that there are contractors like this. And, by the way, Ryan was absolutely delightful.

The best service I've ever encountered from a plumbing company. I used them originally to have a new garbage disposal installed and a broken faucet replaced, which they took care of quickly and for a fair price. What really distinguishes a company though is how they handle any post-service issues that come up. The disposal turned out to have an internal manufacturing defect (unrelated to the installation) that manifested after a few months. Trevor was able to come out the morning after I called, determined that it would need to be replaced, and called the manufacturer for me to explain the situation and secure an in-warranty replacement. He charged nothing for this visit, and was incredibly friendly and professional throughout. He then came back after the replacement arrived and installed it, again charging nothing (and I offered!). That kind of honesty has earned my future business, and I can't recommend these guys highly enough.

Fantastic plumbing company.  I have used them for several bathroom sink cloggs, sink replacement, and water heater install.  They back up their work if there are any issues that materialize after the work is done.  I have shopped around for other plumbing companies, but this company takes my business.

Great service! Ralph came to help us today with a some backed up drains and took his time to assess the issues, snake the drains and give us tips on what to do in the future. We've had a few plumbers come out recently and haven't been satisfied with the quality of service, but Ralph was great and we will continue using this company from now on!

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. Our garbage disposal started to leak from multiple places. J&E messaged us relatively quick. They were very responsive. Within 12 hours, my garbage disposal was replaced and it is working fine. Yelp's messaging system really works. I would hire them again.

I had a four month old garbage disposal that was leaking and I called aa twin brothers plumbing to fix it.  The owner of the business came out and he told me I needed a new one, I was shocked and asked why.  He claimed the engine was small and I could have a bigger one.  He talked me into it, I know, stupid me, and then charged me $500.  What a rip off.  He also took my four month old garbage disposal with him probably to sell to another client as slightly used.  I will never ever do business with this guy again.

Recently I had a plumber flake out on me so I have been sceptic and wary in finding plumber. I decided to call Plumber Boys and made an appointment. Reyes came over to install a water pressure regulator, a water filtration system, and a new faucet. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall was great. Great service and price and would definitely call again if I ever need any plumbing service again.

There is a reason why David is on the top of the list when you search for plumbers in zip code 90255.  I'm all about supporting local business in the area.  After calling 5 other plumbers to come out on a Sunday morning to check on my tenant's clogged toilet.  David was the only plumber that picked up the phone and was there within an hour.  He gave me an estimate, kept me in the loop the whole time and fixed the problem.  Paid him through Zelle and he was on way to his next job.  With that type of quick and easy service deserves repeated business.  He is now my go to plumber if any plumbing issues happen.  Thanks again for the great service!

I was very pleased with their service. I've never had a plumbing issue but when I came across one, I knew who to call. My friend referred me to the plumber they use for the houses she sells (she's in real estate). She swears by them and I thought I'd try their services. They were so professional and helpful. This is the second time I've had the opportunity to do business with Beach plumbing in the past 5 weeks. We are new to the area, however being a retired contractor myself I know a good small business when I see one. My first experience with Beach plumbing I knew I had found a plumbing company I could count on. As we are new to the area I took a shot and call Beach plumbing and I wasn't disappointed.
