Our kitchen sink backed up and of course LiquidPlumbr did nothing. I reached out on Yelp and got an immediate response from Plumer Pro. They had availability within the hour (major bonus for this issue) and a very reasonable price.

Guy was prompt to his time (10:30, and I reached out at 9:00), thorough in his job and left everything working and clean.

Cesar was always on time and prompt. His communication was great. He walked us through the process and was able to install our seat bidet despite all the hiccups. He was very thorough and ensured we were happy with the resolution.

Andy came by within a few hours to try and repair a clogged shower for one of my tenants. There was no clean-out so he had to go through the toilet in order to get the snake in and unclog it. In the process of moving things, he accidentally ended up breaking a photo frame (I had to cover the costs for my tenant).

Once it was unclogged, we talked about maybe getting a camera and hydro-jet to ensure that it wouldn't get clogged again (this was my idea). The total amount for the work after the hydro-jet and camera would be $1100.  

I agreed and we waited for his friend to come with the hydro-jet.  Andy disappeared for a few hours (about 3 hours, wasn't sure where he went) and his friend proceeded to use the hydro-jet for the clean out.  I left for a few minutes and when I came back the bathroom was flooded. Apparently he ran the hydro-jet before putting in the camera, so without having any idea what would happen, there was 4,000 pounds of water pressure pumping into a system that couldn't handle it.  This happened twice and I had to come with a bunch of towels and help his friend clean everything up. There was water and crap everywhere in my tenants place (coming out of the sink etc).  It was a mess. Andy was still nowhere to be found.  I also had to pay for a cleaning service for my tenant because of this.

Finally we (I'm sitting in water helping his friend) ran the camera through and his friend explained what the issue was. Basically there was a portion of the line that wasn't sloping enough and that's where the water was building up. This section had to be dug up and repaired with the correct slope.  So technically we didn't even need the hydro-jet. It was a waste of money that I wouldn't get back.

It was another hour before Andy showed up and quoted me $3500.  I called another team who had done work for me and asked them what they would charge me. They said they would do everything (dig everything up, install two new clean-outs and repair the slope causing the buildup) for $1200.  The work is now complete and I paid over $2000 less going with another person (this is what happens when you use people who are recommended and not people off yelp).

I don't appreciate the exorbitant price that was quoted, especially after I had already paid $1100 (before the work was even finished).  I will not call them again for any issues.

I had to call Adeedo back out I was able to do this because of the excellent customer service Erica provided.

They guarantee their work(if it's a return visit and was their second time) and the plumber Mathew did not disappoint. He took his time snaked my toilet and when he left it was running really well.  The company was fair with me and that went a long way.  Property Owner was also impressed with Adeedo Services.

When you call other companies they act mysterious...like it's a sham.  Erica was upfront and did her best to help us resolve this problem. Thanks Adeedo!

Chris from Rocket Plumbing did outstanding work. We initially got an estimate from another plumbing co. to fix a shower/tub diverter for $1800 that would have required cutting a whole in the wall behind the shower.
Got a second opinion from Chris at Rocket Plumbing. He was able to replace the diverter unit, no cutting for a total of $315. Great job. Very trustworthy. Highly recommend.

To say these guys are pros is a gross understatement. They are more like wizards of water heaters. Jose showed up masked on time and immediately diagnosed the problem and said he would get the part and be back at 9am the next morning. About 30 mins. later he called and said one of his guys actually had the part on the truck and could be over in 30 mins.
Ryan showed up and installed the part and we had hot water in less than 3 minutes. That is the most professional plumbing service I have ever seen.

So go ahead a shop around but you can't do better that this company.

Fantastic plumbing company.  I have used them for several bathroom sink cloggs, sink replacement, and water heater install.  They back up their work if there are any issues that materialize after the work is done.  I have shopped around for other plumbing companies, but this company takes my business.

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

Armand just left our home after calling him just an hour ago. Talk about urgency. We weren't sure if we had a problem in the making or if what we experienced was due to street work. Armand checked everything and gave us peace of mind that we would be fine without taking additional steps! Didn't even charge for coming out. Trustworthy, kind, knowledgeable and QUICK! Thank you!!

So where to start, we had a choice of different plumbers to come to our small business and unclog a drain, so I reached out to this supposed plumber Jaime. He told me originally that'll be $195 for three drains but when he came to our market he said it was for only one! Then on top of that he used just a little stick to take out the small top layer and said he was done but I asked him to snake it and he replied that it's fine. Then low and behold this morning I walked in and my drains were flooded again. I called him and he came in yelling at my wife saying that we intentionally flooded the drains because he didn't want to do the work of real plumber! This Jaime guy is definitely a ripoff! I definitely do not endorse this company!

I'm giving these guys 4.5 stars (and that rounds up to 5).

George was the guy who came to look at my plumbing situation. He basically came over an hour after I called on a Sat afternoon. That's pretty quick!

We set up another appointment just because he needed the parts and he had another appointment to run to. A few days later, he arrived and fixed my problem, which was a simple job of replacing the valve. But as I watched him work, I realized that even if it was something I knew how to do, it required some experience and finesse.

The job took longer than he had estimated, which is why I'm taking half a star off. But I can understand that sometimes you can't predict the unpredictable. All in all, I was happy with the work, and plus George is a great guy to talk to so I didn't mind having him in my house for awhile.

Arnold was great! So professional, and kind. He was able to explain things to me in a manner I understood, which is super important in the event I have the same issue again. He also was able to suggest things for me that I can fix in the future to prevent any other foreseeable issues. Will definetely stick to them in the future!

Josh came right away, within an hour of my initial call to Plumber Boys. He acted professionally and replaced the mount for the garbage disposal under our kitchen sink, because it was leaking. He even helped us adjust the height of our dishwasher at no additional charge. Very nice guy.

During COVID-19 crisis, I was hesitant to bring anybody into our home. However, Josh wore a professional-grade mask the whole time and maintained social distancing from me and my family, so I felt as comfortable as could be expected given the circumstances. Recently used Jorge and his team to repair a leak. He is fair and reasonably priced. His crew came out the next day and made the repairs, cleaned-up afterwards and were respectful and courteous the whole time. I would definitely recommend them. They give free estimates and warranty for work preformed.

It's a first that a company didn't go in circles trying to see where they can add extra money to charge us , they were straight to the point told us the issue, fixed it and it's been great since.

Called to get a quote for a new tankless install. Gave basic rough quote over the phone but insisted on onsite quote to be accurate. Understandable.

Once onsite they wouldn't give me an accurate quote saying, prices change if I was planning to do a job a month out. Then the price started to shift as I asked more questions. Asked for a cost breakdown and he refused saying if the job cost lower than they bid then they didn't want to charge extra if they had to do extra work. How about you charge a fair price and then charge me for the extra work that needs to be done if that work actually needs to be done rather than a high price.

Charge what the job is worth and give cost breakdowns. Everyone else is doing it.
