We had and issue with our shower valve. We could only shut off the water at the main valve. We called Maikel and he gave us an appointment time. He was on time efficient and reasonably priced.
I will use him going forward on all my plumbing needs.

We have had Min as our tech to fix almost everything in two different houses we've moved into.  His work is impeccable and we've never had a repeat problem with anything he has worked on.  As others have said, he is patient, detail-oriented, and very clean on the job.  He never seems rushed and takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly the first time.  They are not the cheapest but you will definitely be happy with the work if you request Min.

Highly recommend you find another plumber. Not only was our problem not resolved, but we were put in physical danger after being told the problem was resolved.  As a woman, I also didn't appreciate being told I have 'mesmerizing eyes' when I'm home alone with a plumber, so ladies please use with caution.

Lords of Plumbing sent someone out to look at our wall heater which was identified as 'unsafe' by SoCal gas. After reviewing, the plumber made a recommendation that he claimed he could not guarantee would resolve the issue. We tried it anyway, knowing the other option would be to replace the entire unit. He came on another day, replaced the piece and notified us that the issue (which was potentially life-threatening) was completely resolved and that it was safe to turn heater back on, which we did. ** Note to self, always call SoCal gas, they will check safety on all gas appliances for free and are very friendly and prompt

Needless to say, when SoCal gas came to inspect it.. the job was incomplete and inhabitable, our heater was turned back off. We were told that there were two things that needed to happen for the situation to be fatal, and we had one of them (the other being a bird randomly nesting on our roof). He also informed us that the plumber fixed the incorrect part and that he clearly didn't know how this type of wall heater works.

Fast forward to Lords of Plumbing revisiting the site - the (extremely cocky) plumber came back to look at the work and let us know that they have a 'wall heater specialist' at Lords of Plumbing that he would recommend come look at this. WHAT A BRILLIANT IDEA! WHY DIDN'T WE DO THAT THE FIRST TIME?! ...$800 later... I'm sure you can see why we were fed up with this runaround.

On his way out he definitely didn't forget to mention my 'mesmerizing eyes' on a few occasions, which just so happened to be the one visit where my boyfriend was not present. Keep your eyes on the heater bro, maybe that's why this work isn't being done properly.

At this point we realize we need to replace the entire heater, which is fine, the situation is what it is. We, having already worked with them this far, call Lords of Plumbing again to have the 'wall heater specialist' come out to finish the job and they quote us another $150 to just have him come and take a look! After someone from their team has been to my home 3x already personally to look at the situation.

The customer service here is non-existent l and I'm indignant as a customer and a woman. I welcome an apology from the owner.

We've had a consistent problem of an overflowing line, which Chris came over and diagnosed in a very understandable manner before arriving soon afterwards to hopefully suction out the gunk. His concern was to how to settle this problem economically as opposed to proposing thousands of dollars that could be spent, which is unusual in the best way as that tends to be the nuclear option that many plumbers might otherwise push. Very satisfied with their service and shall definitely use them again, though hopefully not for a long while!

PM Plumbing repaired several minor issues that had accumulated in my home.  Leaking tub faucet, running toilet, two sink faucet replacements, ice maker repair  and garbage disposal repair.  The plumber was professional and friendly and got the work done quickly at a reasonable rate.

I have known Arman for many years, back then he was a Home Inspector at an Inspection Company I was using for my Clients. Even then he was very professional and detail oriented. After he opened his own plumbing company, I used him several times and every time he proved that he kept his standards high. On time, professional, clean and reasonably priced.
I would recommend Plumbing Dudes and Arman to anyone without hesitation.

Our garbage disposal started to leak from multiple places. J&E messaged us relatively quick. They were very responsive. Within 12 hours, my garbage disposal was replaced and it is working fine. Yelp's messaging system really works. I would hire them again.

Edit: After seeing this review, the owner called and apologized for how things turned out, and offered to refund what we paid. The gist of what he told me was that they make sure their work is up to code, they pull permits when they need to, and so forth, and that he thinks that was why their quote was higher than the other two plumbers. I will also add that each plumbing job is different, and ours is pretty unique, and that we may have communicated something differently about what we needed done (we had about 5 different tasks for them to do, one of them being a bit atypical). I don't believe they were trying to inflate the price, and the owner reiterated that they are very careful and fair about their pricing (and said something about being routinely audited to ensure this is the case).

 I would also like to add that the people that we interacted with (David, the plumber who came out to assess the work to be done, and the woman who answers the phone; sorry I can't remember her name!) were both very friendly, and that the only thing we didn't like was the quoted price. Well, also, we were trying to move forward quickly, and it took them a couple of days to get back to us, but that is pretty minor, and I am certain that they are quite busy (plus we did have the one unique request that they had to check on). The quote fee is now being refunded, and I think that suggests that the owner is willing to do what it takes to make things right with the customer. So a few things to keep in mind: 1) they have a lot of really great reviews, 2) our situation was unique, 3) I can only assume they do great work, as other Yelpers say, and 4) they made things right with me (and they will presumably do the same for you). I'm leaving the original review below, but I'm changing the review to 4 stars.

We had to do some remodeling in our kitchen, and needed a plumber to re-run pipes to our sink and dishwasher, and install our faucet and garbage disposal, etc. We called one plumber (with top notch Yelp reviews), and they came out and gave us a (free) quote, but they wouldn't return our calls when we tried to set up an appointment. Then we called A A Twin Brothers, based on the very positive reviews here on Yelp, and figured we would pay the $80 fee they charge to give us a quote since it goes toward the work they will do, and we really were not interested in shopping around. But when the quote they gave us was literally double the price we were quoted by the first plumber (that's not an exaggeration), we decided to get a third opinion. The third plumber (also highly rated on Yelp) did not charge any fee for the quote, and their price was almost identical to the first plumber we called. So we decided to eat the $80 fee, since it would have cost us *much* more than an additional $80 to go with A A Twin Brothers. I would have felt bad about reviewing a plumber whose services we did not choose to employ, but since we paid them for a quote ...  I don't feel too bad about reviewing them on the price they quoted us. It felt like they wasted our time and charged us for it. I can understand a plumber not wanting to deal with people who shop around for the lowest price, and that was exactly why I did not have a problem paying for the quote, because I wasn't trying to shop around. So while they may very well offer good prices to some people, as the many positive reviews here suggest, I just wanted to offer my experience, and say that you might want to think twice before paying a plumber $80 for a quote. There are plenty of highly rated plumbers who will not charge you, and they may well give you a better price.

Daniel helped me with some plumbing and installation issues with a water filter and hot water dispenser at my house. After working through and overcoming some issues, he managed to resolve the issues and make everything 100% again. He also took some time to see why my water pressure was low and recommended that I try a few things and gave me an on the spot estimate. The friendly office folks also do a great job at scheduling their staff. Reliable, honest, skilled, fair-priced, and punctual is what you should expect from your local plumber. These guys are the BEST!!! Our kitchen faucet started leaking water put of the base and started to drip under the sink. Thought we had a leak of one of the hoses or damaged faucet that need to be replaced. Left a message on yelp and Tony told us to call him at 10pm on a Thurs night. When I called him, he asked me to describe where the water was leaking so I sent him a pic of my kitchen faucet circling the picture where the water came out of. He immediately called me back and asked me if it was a pull down faucet. I told him yes and he told me exactly what was wrong and how to fix it. he even stayed on the phone with me while I tried what he said and it worked. Leak was gone. All this done over the phone. Tony knows exactly what he is doing from all the years of experience. And what a completely honest guy. He could of made an easy buck by coming out and charging us for the visit and then the repair but he didn't knowing that it was an easy fix that didn't require a plumber. I know who I'm calling next time I have a plumbing problem and I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!!!!

Hired these guys to fix a backed up bathtub. They arrived on-time within a few hours and fixed the problem immediately.

These guys came out and changed my water heater.  They were great.  They worked really hard to save me as much money as possible, and did a great job.  They showed up timely, and were 100% professional.  Highly recommend.

I was really impressed with Beach Plumbing and how great of a service they had! They were super friendly and helpful from the customer service representative we spoke to on the phone to the actual plumber who came to help resolve the issue we were having. The woman on the phone was super polite when assisting us on our issue as well as trying to find us someone to send over, and she was able to help us quickly on short notice which we appreciated so much. The plumber Matthew was also very quick, reliable, and efficient. He was able to resolve any issues that happened along the way and his services were great! I would definitely recommend Beach Plumbing to anyone I know!
