My parents have been putting up with a clogged sink and bathtub for the past year, why? God knows. I finally convinced them, more like forced them to allow me to help. That's when I found Maikel, not only did he reply in a prompt manner but he was ready to take on the job ASAP. This man had good manners from start to finish. Got the job done in a timely manner for a more than reasonable price! Needless to say, it's probably the best investment my parents made. $100 to shower and use the sink comfortably. Don't know what took them so long! Anyways, it was also nice that he spoke Spanish!

It took 3 visits to replace a toilet because the toilets i bought from home depot kept arriving broken. The staff was nothing but professional, accommodating and most importantly kind! I felt so bad that they had to come multiple times but they were so nice about it and did a great job. They have a really fast response rate as well. I'm so glad i went with tiptop.

Andy was very prompt on calls and texts even on a Sunday. He replaced a corroded garbage disposal but also let me know that the previous installation was not done safely with wiring left exposed. With a modest additional cost he and his electrician came back the next day to fix it properly.

They were unreliable. Didn't show up for scheduled appointment and we're rude about rescheduling.   We would never use them again.

Fast, reliable, and honest! My water heater broke and they came out within an hour of my call, and replaced my water heater with a new one on the same day! Marty was my Plumber and he was great, he showed up on time explained everything thoroughly and worked clean and fast! I would definitely recommend these guys to friends and neighbors!

Would give more stars if I could. These guys were great. Our 17 year old Noritz water heater on our place in LA broke. Ryan came out & diagnosed . Due to the age of the unit, it wasn't worth trying to do band aid repairs. So, we decided the best course of action was to install a new unit. The unit needed to be re-located, necessitating a re-location of all connections, including electric. Ryan coordinated the electrician & re-located all of the other connections. The job was done professionally, on time and for the agreed upon price. Ryan went above & beyond to make this new installation smooth. And now the hot water works great. Would recommend these guys highly-hard to get a contractor that knows what they are doing, cares, has pride in their work & does what they say they are going to do on a timely basis--but Ryan sure met every single one of these criteria.

I feel I should update the previous (below) review as today the company receptionist called me and said that the manager instructed her to refund all but the $45 I paid to Edmund yesterday. She was very apologetic and apparently the manager was concerned about what had transpired and wanted to make things right. I give the company credit for handling the matter in such a professional way. Perhaps it was only the one particular plumber (Edmund)  they sent to us who acted unprofessionally and tried to take advantage of me financially.  

Here's my original review from this morning:
I would absolutely not recommend this company. I had high hopes given all the positive reviews they received, but instead found them (or at least the guy they sent out) to be a rip-off artist.

We had a leak outside and because it occurred during the afternoon I wasn't able to get our regular plumber to come out (he comes from Orange County and always helps us with plumbing issues very early in the morning). Consequently, I googled local plumbers to find someone to come out immediately. Based on so many stellar reviews, I contacted Lords of Plumbing. Edmond came out a couple of hours after I called, which was great. I was told over the phone that I'd be charged $45 for the visit and that that amount would go towards the repair costs. Instead, after diagnosing the problem, Edmund charged me $123 just for coming out. He said he'd come by the next day with the parts and he'd do the repairs. When I asked for an estimate of what the repairs would cost, he told me it would take about 8 hours and that he'd only charge me for 7 hours of work plus the parts. The total would amount to about $1200. He made it sound as if he was doing me a favor, giving me some kind of a break in costs. He kept talking about how he'd love to help me out, but this is business and he can't do it for less.

As the estimate seemed completely unreasonable, I ended up calling our regular plumber, who came out at 5:30 this morning, did the repairs, replaced all the parts, finished the whole job in about 1 hour and charged me $750 in total.  It turns out my instincts were correct in not trusting Edmund!

My son flushed a Minecraft block down our only toilet and it got wedged in there pretty good. We tried everything ourselves and could not get it out. Thankfully we found Castaneda's and they were at our house first thing in the morning. Service was fast and pricing was extremely fair. Thank you so much, Joel!  You guys are the real super heroes! Thank you for saving us from a shitty catastrophe!

We've had a consistent problem of an overflowing line, which Chris came over and diagnosed in a very understandable manner before arriving soon afterwards to hopefully suction out the gunk. His concern was to how to settle this problem economically as opposed to proposing thousands of dollars that could be spent, which is unusual in the best way as that tends to be the nuclear option that many plumbers might otherwise push. Very satisfied with their service and shall definitely use them again, though hopefully not for a long while!

We had a backup in the bathroom  toilet the plumber came out very quickly give us a great price for the work and took care of business very fast. He was very informative about what he had to do and what was the problem. I'm very happy with the level of service that PM Plumbing provides. For any future work that will be needed to be done they are the first ones I will call. If you need someone to help you with your plumbing needs I highly recommend PM Plumbing .

Called this company a couple months ago and Arman came right out and gave us a quote. After having a few other companies come out and give us their prices, it was clear who was the most honest and knowledgeable. While other companies were trying to cut corners to make the job easy on them, but costly on us, Arman made the effort to go find the part we needed to make our shower stop leaking/dripping water even though it was from a very old brand. He did all this in less than 2 hours and even honored the 10% yelp discount off the already fair price. Great experience and will be calling plumbing dudes in the future for all our plumbing issues.

Do not call this plumber he is a rip off.  He did the work but the next day this happened, which means he just pushed the clot further inside.

Had a backed up main line and found out my normal go to plumber moved out of town. Was recommended to A A Twin Brothers by a neighbor and they did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work.

Richie came to install three new toilets for us today and we're very happy with his service. From scheduling, confirming service with quote to actual service, everything was very straight forward and professional. So far we've had 3 experiences working with Western Rooter and both are very positive. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing plumbing jobs done!

Plumbing Boys is awesome - they provide great service and quality work! We've had them at our home twice in the past few months, for water heater replacement and pressure valve installation. In both cases we needed an expert plumber and that's exactly what we got. Tony and his team did a great job at fair prices. They respond to service requests quickly, and keep in touch throughout the project. Their work is quality and tidy. We are so happy we chose Plumbing Boys for our service!

Hired these guys to fix a backed up bathtub. They arrived on-time within a few hours and fixed the problem immediately.

David was very prompt and communicative! I had a garbage disposal issue and he fixed it very quickly. Super honest and friendly service.

I have no idea why people love this company. He didn't show up on time and didn't bother calling me to let me know he'd be late. He showed up 45 minutes late. I asked him to fix my water filter. He said that I didn't need the lights on the filter to turn red to indicate when the filter needed changing. And that I shouldn't want that repair. It doesn't matter. This isn't a charity plumbing service. I'm paying for your service. He couldn't fix it and still charged me $120. In addition to the water filter he fixed my garbage disposal by jiggling a wrench in the bottom of the disposal unit. He told me himself it was a minor repair and I should have the wrench at home to fix it myself next time). So for this and NOT repairing my water filter I had to pay $120. Makes no sense. He's extremely condescending and dismissive. I will never use his service again. I seldom write negative reviews but this guy is a real piece of work and I'd hate for others to be treated as I was.

I'm in charge of a small, non-profit, volunteer-run thrift store and was bummed when one of the volunteers said the toilet was broken - I didn't know if we could get someone to fix it on a weekend, and we don't have a big budget for repairs since we push all our extra money to scholarships and grants for girls to go to college.

Free Flo to the rescue!! Rafee contacted me within minutes of my request for a quote and his brother Ben (I love a family-owned business) showed up right when he said he would. Only a couple hours after my first inquiry, the problem is fixed, at a super-reasonable price, and I couldn't be happier with the work. My staff reported that he was super nice, friendly, and left the bathroom clean and litter free - you wouldn't even know a repairman was in there.

I wouldn't hesitate to contact these guys for any future plumbing repairs needed here or at at home. Thank you, Ben and Rafee!
