5 star service! Came to our house within 2 hrs, fixed the problem for LESS than the agreed upon price (cause it wasn't as bad as originally thought). Professional, courteous, will definitely call again. Humberto was fantastic!

Highly recommended. Tony is a great guy who we've asked to help with a number of plumbing jobs in the last ~18 months since moving into a new house. He is always super responsive and accessible. Just a quick text in the morning and they've always been able to squeeze me in same-day. No one likes to deal with plumbing issues but when you've got one you need a go-to plumber who you can trust who is responsive, can get the job done quickly, knows what they're doing, and is fairly priced. An easy 5 stars - we've got no need to ever bring anyone else in for any plumbing problem we encounter.

Great work and wonderful response time!!  Our front door threshold separated from the floor beneath it and we could not open the front door.  
Raul called me very shortly after I contacted him.  He came by the same day, looked at the problem, gave me a very reasonable estimate to make the necessary repairs and came the following day to do the job.  He came with all the necessary parts to repair the threshold and also replaced the stripping under one of the double doors that had worn out.  He made sure all the parts matched the bronze color of my door frame as they needed to be painted so they matched well.  He and his helper cleaned up beautifully and we were extremely pleased with the job they had done.
I would highly recommend Raul and will definitely use him for any future repairs we need.  We were very, very satisfied!!!!!

Several family and friends have lived in Marina del Rey / Culver City areas since 1975 and have used Yama the Plumber (father and son) and they are both hardworking, knowledgeable, respectful of your home, busy, competitively priced, clean and punctual.  They have replaced/repaired water heaters, water softener tank, toilets, faucets, leaks, garbage disposal, etc.  They are worth the way.

Sent out a mass Yelp email requesting a water heater replacement at 5pm, Saturday night.  Bryan contacted me in 15 minutes.  He came by at about 5:45pm.  He checked out my situation and verified that excessive calcium deposits were causing my heater problems - 13 years old.  He drained the old heater then went out to Home Depot to pick up a new one.  He removed the old heater and installed the new heater and had it working by 10pm.  He did an excellent job.  Really appreciate the Saturday night service as we had out of town visitors and no hot water would have been a minor disaster.  His price turned out to be lower than other quotes I later received from others and they would not have done it tonight.

All city plumbing is extremely responsive and professional. I had Joey T. Come out for a job today and he showed up on time, kept a clean work area and did a great job. I would highly recommend all city plumbing.

Had a main sewer drain blockage. I called Mr Rooter, and asked if they could give me a ballpark cost based on the information I told them which was that I had a main sewer block.  The lady on the phone told me it most likely would run $75-$99, but that the tech would confirm the price once onsite.  Well the tech came onsite and I got a price of $175, double of what I was told.  That is just the beginning.  The rooter they used was only one blade about two inches long where it should have been two blades four inches long.  

Now here's the kicker.  They used a camera and told me my sewer line had separated in multiple locations and that the blockage they couldn't totally clear was ON MY PROPERTY and that it cost $7000 to repair.  Getting a second opinion, I had Beach Plumbing come out and they re-rooted the sewer drain and used a color camera and showed me that there was only one break in the pipe, but that it was 4 feet from where Mr. Rooter told me and it was on city property so it was NOT my problem, it was the city's!!!  I almost just got scammed $7000.  No thank you Mr. Rooter!!

UPDATE: 07/26/17 The owner contacted me and discussed my review of their service.  He said he would refund my second re-rooting of $250 if he could prove that their supervisor was incorrect in his expert opinion of where the sewer break was located.  I had another company J&J Plumbing come out and install a clean-out (did a great job at a very reasonable rate) at the exact location Mr. Rooter had told me I had a break and to no surprise of mine, there was no break on my property which was later confirmed by the City of Long Beach.  BTW I did not get the $250 refund promised, but Mr. Rooter did refund their complete service charge of $100.

Husband thought he could fix something which led to us needing a plumber... Called a few with no one calling back! Cappellos did though! They came on time, were polite, and explained what they needed to do! I would call them again if need be.

I cant believe they actually save me money. A refriend reffered me to this company because she had a high water bills. She told me to try it out and I thought my water bills was high so we gave them a call, come to find out the pipe was leaking causing a sink hole under my drive way. I had tried plumbers but they could never figuere it out. He pointed it out to the plumber and sure enough it was fixed. I appreciate all the hard work they did very proffesional and reliable I contacted others before calling them with no results he was able to explain everything in terms that I can understand as this is not my expertise recommended all the proper services I need. Thank you my water bills went down saving 1200 a year can you imagibe that, basically paid for itself.

When I needed the septic in my business emptied, I called around and found out 1, there's a wide range of prices (mostly way too high) for the same work, and 2, most in this industry seem to not understand that they are in a service business, and thus need to be friendly and responsive.
When I called All In, the owner answered and gave me a quick quote (good price!) and offered to come the next day (Saturday) without charging extra.  It was actually easier for me to push it a couple of days, so we worked out a 2-hour window.  Cameron arrived within that window, and he was friendly and informative.  He let me know I have a lot of sediment in my septic (apparently mostly from a cement floor finisher I used 6 months ago who dumped the cement residue in there), which is unusual and not a good thing.  I called the owner, who did some research on the project and called me back with a quote for fixing that if/when I decide to.  When I asked whether I could postpone that work, he was zero % pushy, said it was all up to me.  So I'll be calling them in a few months when my budget can support that followup work.
I've had to do work with several plumbing/septic companies in the past year, and this was by far the best service I got.

Fast service.  Very responsive.  Fair prices.  And Gary has a great sense of humor!

My experience with Stephens Plumbing & Heating couldn't have gone any better!

My home's central A/C stopped working about two months ago and I was dreading having to get it fixed. These repairs can get pretty expensive and it's hard to find trustworthy businesses who can help.

I made a call to Stephens and was able to get someone to take a look the same day, almost within the hour. It was great!  When Matt arrived, he quickly got to work and was able to diagnose the issue. Luckily it was just the capacitor that had stopped working. Once the problem was solved, I had cold air once again!

Matt was very professional and knowledgeable which speaks volumes about this business. Due to the great experience, I will definitely refer friends and family.  I also have a separate plumbing issue that I'll be following up on soon!!!
