I called numerous places to be honest. I had an appointment scheduled from somewhere else, they never showed. I called another business they wanted to charge $60.00 just for a visit.

Beetos came no evaluation fee. These guys were genuine, straight to point, on time, and I have only great things to say about their service and my experience. Roberto and Estuban did an outstanding job, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Tony and his team are an absolute pleasure to work with. He is a great communicator and walks his customers through each step of the process, anticipating questions along the way.

He has a high degree of integrity; you can completely trust his assessment of what & why needs to be done. Tony and his team totally re-did my septic system, on-budget and on-time. Looking at the other reviews on this page, I'd wager that my great experience is pretty typical when working with them!

Not only will I call them again, I recommmend Vince to anyone who is frustrated with dis-honest and overpriced scam artist. I had then same job quoted by another technician for a $1000 dollars more. That seems ridiculous but it's true, complete scam artist.

Raul was referred to me through a friend who was very happy with his work. I hired Raul to install a ceiling fan, install new doorknobs, and fix a problem with our outdoor sprinkler plumbing. Raul arrived on time, was very professional, and gave me an accurate quote before starting the work.

I was very happy with his service. He did not stop until everything was perfect. I highly recommend Raul for a wide variety of handyman needs.

Yama is the bomb!  Good guy.  Does the job right every time and is very reasonable with his rates.  I've been calling him for years now and am always pleased with his work.  He's very courteous and he smells good too.

Bryan is honest, fair, and affordable. I called him for what sounded like a broken pipe, it turns out it was just a backed up pipe. He snaled the pipe and added a clean out for a very reasonable price. To top it off he showed up on a weekday close to 10pm, he was at our doorstep within 30 minutes. I plan to use him as our regular plumber from now on.

Sent a message via Yelp and got response in 30 minutes which is pretty reasonable.  I was suspicious but the kitchen sink clogging issue is too urgent so I decided to give them a try.  Surprisingly Daniel showed up as promised and he did fantastic job!  Thank you for solving the issue with a good time manner.

Daniel & his team did an amazing job installing our new tankless water heater. I contacted them on Wednesday and that same night he responded to me and shared that he could come the next day to install the water heater, as our old one had busted and we were without hot water. He was very transparent with what he was going to do, cost of labor & materials, and even shared when he had to redo some work that was not to code from our previous plumber. He also recommended adding ScaleRX to help with maintanence of our tankless water heater and I'm so glad he did because it will help save us in the long run. Thank you Daniel & team for being so fast and efficient with the install. Great, reliable, honest service from this company! I highly recommended and will continue to use them for any future issues that may arise.

HOA's and private clients beware.
just moved in to my new condo in Tarzana, when the HOA contacted me about hot water problem in my building, I wasn't living there so I needed to leave my job and spend my next 3 hours with their plumber, when the plumber left I asked him If Ican go and get said yes.
2 days later (Friday) I get an angry email from my HOA saying the plumber said I didn't let him finish the job, and that they will need to come back Saturday for emergency repair.
They charged me $1600 to replace two faucets (!!!) and I was forced by the HOA because the plumber claimed it has to be done to restore hot water to the building.
These are dishonest people in my opinion, I wish my HOA will replace them, they've been creating non stop problems in the complex.

Owner reach out to me in a private message and made fun of my spelling.
Also called me a disgrace of a home owner said my unit has been neglected, not sure other than making fun of me what was the point of the DM.

Kevin was timely and responsive. He wasn't able to fix our specific issue but he did the right thing. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. Don't hesitate to give him a chance. He stands by his work.

I had a pinhole leak in a pipe inside a wall that required the water to be shut off until it was fixed. I called at 8 am on Friday morning and Gary and Bob were here by 8:45. Super nice guys and local to Hermosa. Problem was fixed by 9:15. Will definitely call again. Thank you Gary!

Doug recently replaced our water heater and was truly a pleasure to work with. He was professional and informative, had fantastic reviews, and most importantly, provided me with the best price I could find in the entire valley. He was thoughtful in helping us save money while still keeping to California's codes. He never tried to overcharge us for extra items like our home warranty's company did. He even did some extra work just to be a nice guy and help us out. It's so nice to finally find an honest plumber- this man deserves your money. I will be calling him again if I ever need another plumber! Thanks Doug!

We had a leak in one of the toilets at our warehouse. Called All City, and scheduled for a some to come out and check it. Mike showed up and gave us a through explanation on what was going on with the leak. He gave us 5 different estimates. Before I got in contact with the office to confirm, Mike called to see if we had made a decision, we had, and he scheduled the service date and came out to take care of the repairs. We'll be definitely using All City plumbing again.

Nice if you have the income of a resident in Calabasas, Westchester, Hancock Park. Heck I don't even think the families down the street in Lakewood Country Club would pay these prices. Know your demographics.  The prices were extremely high and unrealistic. Save your time fellow yelp users and skip the quote.  You'll save yourself the grief.

Plumbing problems always come at the worst times, right? Thursday evening we had our shower drain blocked up, also affecting our kitchen drain. We tried fixing it ourselves--plunger and home-use snake--but it didn't fix the clog. So 9:45 at night, I begin looking for a plumber to assist us. I was able to phone Capello Plumbing, and spoke with a real person--their answering service! I left a message with them with the details of our problem and asked that someone call or text me in the morning. Lo and behold, at 7:25 a.m., I receive a text from Jordan saying they could send someone soon. At 8 a.m., Tony was at the house. We reviewed the problem, and he gave me estimates on the possible scenarios--if the problem is fixed easily, if the problem requires a different approach, and if the problem requires special equipment. All well explained and affordable (compared to some research we did the night before). He started with the simple approach, and it worked! Tony was very professional and efficient. The service was clean, and it was quick! He unclogged the drain and everything was working nicely. He also took the time to do some further clean-out to ensure that the drain was free and clear. Tony was also friendly and personable. I would recommend Capello Plumbing--Jodan and Tony--very highly. They are accessible, communicative, professional, and reasonably-priced. You'll get that feeling of relief, like we all do, we we are stressed with plumbing problems, and someone magically takes care of it professionally, quickly, and reasonably priced. I have a rental unit that had no hot water and was told by a plumbing company that I had a slab leak somewhere around my rental property. Of course I didn't believe it at first until I decided to call Rapid Quality Leak Detection. Josh and his worker responded on time and didn't waste any time. They were very professional and explained everything to me while he was working. They had all the equipment to find the source of the leak. The cost was reasonable and I was glad to know that I could now move forward in fixing the problem. I would hire them again with no hesitation.

On a positive note, we were happy to get the holding tanks in our RV pumped out.

After staying at the Glendale Elks Lodge for a week, the shitter was full and needed pumping. We called to get scheduled for pump service and were told they couldn't service us for 5 days!! This was frustrating because our tanks were too full to use.

On the scheduled service day, we called the office at 8:30 AM, as instructed, to get a window for when they would show up. The guy on the phone said the driver wasn't answering his phone, but he would call back after speaking to him. In the meantime we were stuck in the RV for the day. When we hadn't received a callback by 2PM, my hubby called only to be told the driver didn't show up that day. Would have been nice if they had called so we wouldn't have wasted an entire day waiting for him. On top of that, the shitter was full and it was getting unpleasant! They said they would come the next day and we told them to be there by noon because we had to pick up our grandsons up from school.

The next day we called again in the morning and again, the guy couldn't get in touch with his driver and had to call back. When he finally did call back he said the truck would come between 2 to 3PM. What part of he needs to come before noon did they not understand?! We had to make other arrangements for the grandsons and then they called back at 2 and said the truck was running late and would be there between 3:30 and 4PM. The finally arrived a little late and pumped out the tanks.

$75 is about 50% higher than we usually pay for pump service, but they are the only game in LA that services Glendale, so what are we gonna do?  I'm sure we will use them again, but we will schedule sooner and keep calling them until the truck shows up.  

I'm taking away 2 stars for the no-show and 1 star for the terrible communication and the high price.

Good reviews write themselves. This is one of those. Recommended by a neighbor, I called Andy because of water coming up through a trap in my garage which is under my house. He said he could come by on his way home from another job. Andy's day could have ended at 5, but he worked late and got to my home at 5:30 PM.  He knew exactly what the problem was and he immediately went to work on it.  He snaked the blocked pipe using 50 feet of coil.  It went under the floor the entire length of the garage, to the sewer line connected at the driveway. Within 30 minutes, he was done, problem fixed. And his charge was so fair and reasonable, I added more to it since he came out the same day and after hours. Andy is very knowledgeable and very comfortable to talk with.  I am extremely pleased and highly recommend him.  He will be the one I call from now on if I have any plumbing issues.

My family and I live in a rental house.  We had a major sewage/toilet drainage problem. After contacting the management company they sent out Stephens Plumbing company.  To make a long story short, Jose', Oscar and Luis worked on a giant problem.  They were the best, most professional, attentive and trust worthy workers I have come across in a long time.  It wasn't always easy dealing with the office, but when I expressed to Jose', I would need updates, he made sure I had his cell number and would never miss my call for anything. These guys were work horses!  Offer them a glass of water or anything to drink and they declined and kept going.  Stephens Plumbing is one lucky company to have them.  I hope their work ethic NEVER goes un-noticed and they are appreciated as much as my family did!  Huge props to Jose', Oscar and Luis!Thank you for a great job!   Stephens Plumbing..:. You are lucky to have them!
