Humberto called me not even 5 minutes after I left a voice-mail and text him at 7:40PM Friday.
I'd just about completed 90% of the job installing a new water heater to which he replied was brave, but I thanked him for being nice anyways. I was just trying to survive giving my wife another reason not to kill me.
We talked over the final steps together, even so far as to ask for photos to know what he'd be seeing, true professional!

My toilet had a small leak due to an old pipe. Tony came over and replaced it right away. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and courteous. Don't hesitate to call him for your plumbing needs.

I can't afford to live in Burbank. If I hadn't bought the tiny house here in 1983, I wouldn't be able to afford to live here. Indeed, I've thought of selling it and moving to the boonies somewhere and maybe eating better.

Then I realized that the one thing that will keep me from leaving Burbank is knowing that when I have plumbing problems, Vince will be here for me.

Just last Friday, he showed up -- a half hour earlier than he had promised -- and did his magic with a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. I so much enjoy it when he's here -- even though he attended Burroughs and I attended Burbank High. He had as assistant with him named J.R., and this wonderful kid was equally as clean, courteous and professional.

It turns out J.R. and I went to the same schools in Burbank, Vince said. We both graduated from Burroughs and from Jordan. Plus, we both went to elementary school at what's now Disney Elementary -- it was called Central when I went there.

J.R. didn't like the way the garbage disposal's wiring set-up down there, so he let Vince know. Vince looked at the job J.R. had done and complimented him for making it function at all.

Give me a call next week, Vince told me, and we'll come with some new wire and get it done even better.

He's such a great guy, and his prices are very reasonable. I'm sure he could jack up the cost of things, but he just doesn't.

I am happy that I found this business for my home repairs. My home has very old systems and I needed someone that would be careful and knowledgeable. I had a gas leak in which a valve needed replacing and this was done with no problems. Raul is professional and he knows his trade. He looks at the work to assess potential problems and explains any concerns he might have. I called him back again to fix a wall heater and he did a great job on that too. On his way out, he noticed that my door chain wasn't on right and he fixed that too. I'll be calling him again!

Yama the Plumber is the best plumber we've ever had.  Unfailingly honest, conscientious, thorough, clean, and really nice to our dog.  We've had problems with tree roots in our drains, water backing up into our kitchen sink, a garbage disposal that clogged, a faucet that needed replacing, an earthquake shut-off valve that needed fixing, a hot water heater that needed a drain installed, and he's always fixed everything quickly and reasonably.  When a job was too big or something that he didn't specialize in, the people he's recommended have been equally reasonable and reliable.  A good plumber is something everybody who owns a place is going to need sooner or later.  I like Yama!

I competed the task for locating and repairing a leak in the propert's main water line among 8 local businesses.  Given how long the problem had existed, the down select criteria was earliest availability and cost.  Bryan provided a fair and honest quote and was able to start the next day...a cold and wet Saturday.  A predisposition towards upselling was never evident in our conversations, which I appreciated.  The fact of the matter is that this job was not easy.   Access restrictions, unfriendly ergonomics, need for heavy and wet soil excavation and need to remove ~10 inch diameter stout tree roots all presented challenges.  Bryan was conscientious and maintained a positive attitude throughout this arduos, lengthy assignment. Job well done.

I had a major line blockage and toilet water was filling my bathroom living room and kitchen. Poo water was raining from the underground parking lot. Miguel was at my door in 40 min. The leak stopped 10 min later when he cleared the blockage. All of this was done for $210 (which was over $100 cheaper than the other places I called who couldn't get any guys out until the next day)
He recommended a clean up/ restoration company on the spot and they are on their way. My morning went from PANIC to one foot in front of the other thanks to low rates, quick service, and helpful recommendations.

Daniel was very responsive, informative, and very respectful. My water heater failed, and he responded that same night and was able to come the next day to replace it with a tankless water heater! Him and his team did a professional job and also assisted me in resolving issues with some of my piping that was out of code, which I was unaware of.  After installation he stayed in touch to assist me in completing my tankless water heater rebate. I would highly recommend using Flash Plumbing and will continue to use for my future projects.

Doug is the TRUTH! He is everything that the other great reviews state about him. I called about an issue with a gas pipe that had been placed prior to us purchasing our home. It had been run to the rear of our home to what used to be a gas grill that we no longer wanted. Called Doug on a Saturday, hoping to be placed in his queue first thing Monday morning but received a call on Sunday, a great surprise. He asked me to send a pic so that he could assess the cost. He showed up on time and finished within 25minutes including the advice he gave that helped us to make our own informed decision. It was so refreshing because it is so tough to find a great plumber, though other are out there. We have surely found our plumber. He was informative, honest, kind and even humorous.

All I can say is that Dwayne Davis is the absolute best!

We called for an issue with our dishwasher leaking and damaging our downstairs neighbors garage. Within an hour Dwayne arrived and went straight to work. He was so knowledgeable about all the potential issues that may caused the problem. After trouble shooting for a good hour he did not want to give up and seemed like he genuinely cared about helping us solve our issue.

I highly recommend requesting for Dwayne specifically for any plumbing or water issues because he was so genuine, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I really can't get over how much he actually wanted to help us because other contractors we have had in the past just didn't care at all.

Great and quick service! They were polite and wore the appropriate equipment for the pandemic. I would easily recommend this service to any of my friends and family. The problem with our leak was solved within a day, only needed to call and the job was done in less than an hour. Thank you for the great work!

Need an honest plumber, search no more! Cappello Plumbing is great. I have used them multiple times now for changing a water heater,  fixing a gas leak, a leaky faucet and more. WOW, what an outstanding establishment this company is. First off i called about 300pm on thursday to make an appointment to have my rv dumped. On Friday at 10 am they where here on time to service my rv. Cameron was the tech whom took care of this service. Great guy with patience and understanding. Reason I say that is while emptying the tank his hose clogged up and we had a minor spill on the ground due to my girlfriends antiperspirant canister falling in the toilet. I felt horrible about it. He just cleared his hose, vacuumed up the spillage, poured bleach on the spot and rinsed it down. Kudos to Cameron and All in sanitation for a great experience with a shitty situation.

All around, great, knowledgable service. Didn't try to up-sell or give us service we didn't need. Very straightforward and honest. Will recommend to anyone looking for plumbing service in the future.

Hopefully we won't need a plumber again any time soon, but if we do, I'll definitely be calling Eco Plumbing!

Just had a new HVAC installed by Chris & Trevor.  I was not looking forward to the day but everything went very smooth.  A team of four arrived on time to get the job started.  They were clean and professional.  I would recommend Stephens plumbing, a family owned business.
