The water heater wasn't working at my mom's house. I contacted Beeto's through Yelp and received a response quickly. They were able to come out the next day, assess the situation (needed to replace the heater) and install a new one in the same day at the quoted price. It wasn't cheap but a decent value all the same. As I wasn't present for the repair they provided photos with the invoice.  Everyone I dealt with was polite and professional.

I called My Drain initially because of the high reviews on Yelp. I'm often skeptical on just how true they might be, but this one definitely proved true! I received quick response to my call and they were able to send someone out the day of. I felt in good, trustworthy care the whole time. We will definitely call again if we have any more plumbing issues.

Frustration.  I don't have time for professionals when I take time out of my schedule and get responses that show the person isn't going to try.  Was referred by a coworker to Vince.  Made an appointment a week beforehand because he was very booked.  8:30am the day of I get the call that there is no parking and his truck won't fit in the underground parking (which I don't believe... I've seen a ton of trucks parked underneath).  Even after I asked for him to park a block or so away, he said no because he needed his equipment to do a simple estimate.  All I needed was for him to come and look at the problem and give me a quote.  Didn't need equipment to be brought in.  Wasted my time and sorry I just don't have patience for people like this.

Yama is the bomb!  Good guy.  Does the job right every time and is very reasonable with his rates.  I've been calling him for years now and am always pleased with his work.  He's very courteous and he smells good too.

Bryan is just the nicest guy and an awesome plumber! He was responsive, fit me into his schedule quickly, and showed up right on time. Got all star performance from TR&P's own, licensed as they all are, Michael Jordan. MJ's knowledge of the plumbing game is way impressive being able to read and estimate the issues he was faced with. He was more than helpful with insights of how we got the point of damages and how to smartly remedy the issues to be assured long lasting results. His work is clean and guaranteed. I highly recommend Extreme Plumbing & Rooter. We had some serious plumbing issues that required a complete re-pipe. We obtained 4 quotes and was really impressed with how competitive the quote was, but also felt really confident in Yoni. He is so professional and we got a good vibe from him instantly.
We booked Yoni and he showed up on time on the date we agreed upon. Yoni and his team worked hard all day, from around 10am-5pm for two straight days and came back on the third day to finalize and ensure everything was to standard and our liking.

DJ was send out to my residence to fix the problem I was having with my tube and he did and exemplary job at fixing my problem. I appreciate the time a professionalism that was shown. I recommend All City Plumbing if you need them.

I'm a little confused as to how this company is run, but I made a call in to report a gas leak. The dispatcher told me that they would send out a technician to diagnose the issue then determine what repairs need to be made. When the technician came, he did NOT diagnose the issue.. He simply gave me an estimate costing $583.32 to diagnose the issue!!!

So now tell me, what's the point of sending out a technician and wasting your company resources when he didn't diagnose the issue in the first place?

Update.. Greg called and apologized and worked with me on the issue. I ended up going with another company, but at least he tried to rectify the mistake his team members made.

I am pretty handy with many minor plumbing jobs, but know when I am in over my head.  This week alone I personally installed 2 toilets, 3 faucets and did 2 ABS sink drains.  I do recognize good plumbing knowledge and work.  Jordan Cappello has both.  I needed some old frozen galvanized pipes removed and he was able to get it done without damaging the remaining existing plumbing.  He does a fantastic job. He showed up on time, was able to answer all of my concerns, and got the job done quickly.  His rates are very competitive and he does not try to upsell you.  Plumbers like him are very hard to find.  I will continue to use him for my future plumbing needs.  I HIGHLY recommend him.

We had an unfortunate leak under our slab on the weekend and I placed a call to Rapid Quality Leak Detection. Josh immediately returned my call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Although he was running late, he communicated to me his status and arrived promptly at the revised time. He was thorough in his assessment, provided pictures of the issue and spoke with our plumber to explicitly explain the situation.
We appreciated Josh's professionalism and will definitely recommend Rapid Quality Leak Detection to others.

I would have given no stars, but unfortunately that is not an option. So I contact this company to service my rv tank again..The first time was great. The second time ,which is this last time ..was so disappointing, i had to write this review. I requested service for about a week. Supposedly they do emergency service..How is that possible? The girl..Katie, that handles appointments claims they have nothing until sunday between 1-3. btw..that is after i kept emailing her. She finally responded. I told her any time as soon as possible. I will make my schedule work around the earliest appointment you have..She never replies back until monday. Yet they claim to be on time,reliable etc. they are not  i still have a full tank. ive been looking for another service since i cant depend on this company. As you see, theur time frame is 1-3 pm for instance. so im emailing to confirm, no response, im waiting, since i told her yes ill take that appointment,nothing etc.If you need something done like this...I would go elsewhere. Their claims  of who they are..false. And as for Katie..It was nothing for her to blow me off,ignore me etc
Im paying them for a service amd being treated like a panhandler asking for something free. I expressed the urgency..its our bathroom and i have a child. and she represents her company..so as far as i see it..they do not care what your emergency is,24 hour service..yeah right.. My tank is still full. Still that girl never contacted me back. the disregard for my time and schedule.It was very disappointing. They obviously have no customer service skills. So i suggest you pass them up when you need anything done and go find a company that appreciated their customers

Our Water Heater Tank had been leaking for a couple days.   I called Andy at Eco Plumbing on Saturday.  He ordered the most reliable Water Heater available first thing Monday morning, and by early afternoon it was up and running.   Professional and Prompt service!  Highly recommended!

Had a toilet backup today. Was connected with Jose Galvan quickly. He came out fast (it's a holiday) even though he got locked out of his truck he came and helped us in our time of need. We only have one bathroom. I'm truly grateful and happy with his service. He answered all my many questions and fixed the issue. I need some more extensive work and I'll use them again for sure.
