We called Beto this morning due to having a leaking water heater and no idea how to install the new one we bought. We were up very early in the morning and after reading over some of his other reviews we decided to give him a call. He answered the first time and showed up bright and early to help us with our problem. Very shortly after arriving he removed our old water heater and cleaned up the area where the leak occurred. At this point we did not have the new water heater in hand as we were still awaiting it's delivery. He had other appointments to attend to but he promised to return once we had the new water heater ready to go. During our wait for that delivery we learned that the water heater could not be delivered to us as promised and we informed Beto. He advised us that he would be happy to pick it up for us and came back after he had finished with his appointments with our water heater in hand. He quickly installed it for us and while he was here even helped us swap out our old sink faucets. We did not have an appointment with him and he still managed to come out to our home twice the same day. We are very thankful that he came out on such short notice and fit us into his already busy schedule on a Sunday and last minute. He was very friendly and informative and answered each and every one of our questions. We will definitely be using him again.

I can't afford to live in Burbank. If I hadn't bought the tiny house here in 1983, I wouldn't be able to afford to live here. Indeed, I've thought of selling it and moving to the boonies somewhere and maybe eating better.

I consider all of the things I would leave behind, but I figure I can do without them.

Then I realized that the one thing that will keep me from leaving Burbank is knowing that when I have plumbing problems, Vince will be here for me.

Just last Friday, he showed up -- a half hour earlier than he had promised -- and did his magic with a kitchen faucet and garbage disposal. I so much enjoy it when he's here -- even though he attended Burroughs and I attended Burbank High. He had as assistant with him named J.R., and this wonderful kid was equally as clean, courteous and professional.

It turns out J.R. and I went to the same schools in Burbank, Vince said. We both graduated from Burroughs and from Jordan. Plus, we both went to elementary school at what's now Disney Elementary -- it was called Central when I went there.

J.R. didn't like the way the garbage disposal's wiring set-up down there, so he let Vince know. Vince looked at the job J.R. had done and complimented him for making it function at all.

Give me a call next week, Vince told me, and we'll come with some new wire and get it done even better.

He's such a great guy, and his prices are very reasonable. I'm sure he could jack up the cost of things, but he just doesn't.

From all the rain that Southern California has been getting these last few weeks we have had some windows that started to leak. One in particular was leaking non-stop and our doggy pee pee pads weren't doing the trick. Raul was able to squeeze us in immediately and even came out in the pouring rain to fix it. Very impressed with his quick and efficient service. Will be using again!

Honest, fast, friendly service.  What more can you ask for?  He diagnosed our problem and took care of it without complications.  He gave us advice on how to prevent it from happening again and what changes to the pipes may need to be made in the future.  Thanks for the heads-up!   Hopefully no other problems arise with these older pipes, but we know who to call now.

We had a leaky faucet for multiple weeks and had become weery of having new people in the house. Called in Best Way Plumbing. They were respectful, on time and quick with the repair. I solicited multiple bids and they were competitive. I was initially apprehensive due to the lack of Yelp reviews but they solved the issue in an hour. This is not their first rodeo.  Mask and gloves were worn at all times.

After 18 years at the Casa de Stevenson Ranch, the kitchen drain was plugged.  Time to whip out the snake/auger with its 25 foot length.
Fast forward:  one hour later and my ego had a reality check:  I needed a plumber.

Decisions...decisions.  Call the smell good plumber or check out the other reviews on Yelp.  Fortunately, I reviewed Yelp.

Doug, the plumber, arrived the following day using his industrial sized 65 foot snake (clearly bigger is better) to clear the impacted drain.  The service call was $99 which was VERY reasonable.  It had taken Doug almost an hour from start to finish.

One thing to note:  This is a one-man operation and this man is good.  Yes, you can call another plumbing contractor that may up-sell you unnecessary parts or service.  However, if you want someone who knows what he is doing, and does it well, I suggest you call Ckearwater Plumbing Service when you need an honest plumber

P.S.  If you leave a message on Doug's answering machine and don't get a reply, call back after a reasonable period of time.  This happened to us when we did not get a call-back.  Doug says the machine is not reliable.  Fortunately, this plumber IS reliable

Our water heater went out. Found All City Plumbing. The had the fastest response time than any other plumber. Lary was our technician who came to do our replacement. He was professional. Took all COVID-19 protocol. Explain what he was going to do and again after. He cleaned up his mess. Couldn't tell anyone was even here to replace the water heater. If we should need anything else. We will be asking for Lary to be the one to come back. A very satisfied customer.

I'm very impressed by the service I received from Brian today. I had a whole list of plumbing issues I needed fixed and he took care of everything perfectly and in a timely matter! Mr Rooter responded to my inquiry yesterday within minutes and when I called to schedule I was pleasantly surprised that Brian could already come out within a day!!  Thank you, I will be calling your company again next time I need a plumber!

Jordan and his crew- Tony B, Tony G, and Ben- were on time and ready to work immediately upon arrival. They fixed a major mainline problem, taking out the old pipes and putting in the new ones in an efficient timeframe.  Because of the location of the pipe, part of the yard had to be dug up, but looking at it after the completion of the job you not only couldn't see the disturbance - it looked better than before. The renters were pleased and couldn't believe the finished product.

I highly recommend this company for its integrity, professionalism, and honesty throughout this entire process.

We had an unfortunate leak under our slab on the weekend and I placed a call to Rapid Quality Leak Detection. Josh immediately returned my call and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Although he was running late, he communicated to me his status and arrived promptly at the revised time. He was thorough in his assessment, provided pictures of the issue and spoke with our plumber to explicitly explain the situation.

When I needed the septic in my business emptied, I called around and found out 1, there's a wide range of prices (mostly way too high) for the same work, and 2, most in this industry seem to not understand that they are in a service business, and thus need to be friendly and responsive.
When I called All In, the owner answered and gave me a quick quote (good price!) and offered to come the next day (Saturday) without charging extra.  It was actually easier for me to push it a couple of days, so we worked out a 2-hour window.  Cameron arrived within that window, and he was friendly and informative.  He let me know I have a lot of sediment in my septic (apparently mostly from a cement floor finisher I used 6 months ago who dumped the cement residue in there), which is unusual and not a good thing.  I called the owner, who did some research on the project and called me back with a quote for fixing that if/when I decide to.  When I asked whether I could postpone that work, he was zero % pushy, said it was all up to me.  So I'll be calling them in a few months when my budget can support that followup work.
I've had to do work with several plumbing/septic companies in the past year, and this was by far the best service I got.

Had a problem with an Rheem indoor tankless water heater that was leaking. The machine was only three years old, and the comply that installed it went out of business. Gary called Rheem and talked them through the issues, eventually getting them to replace the entire unit.
He then drove to LAX to pick up the unit and replaced it quickly and at a very reasonable price.

Matt from Stephen's Plumbing was great! He came out and helped replace our garbage disposal that was leaking and not working correctly. He went out of his way to go get us the garbage disposal replacement and was very knowledgeable. Thanks again Matt!
