I used them on three separate occasions (water pressure, gas line, and pipe reconfiguration). They were quick and thorough and came out on short notice.  I would definitely recommend them.

Tony continues to do a great job for me and my family.   We had a minor water problem this weekend, and Tony had someone at my house to help within 90 minutes.   When something goes wrong, it is so great to know that (a) Tony will pick up the message immediately, even on weekends; and (b) Tony will then do everything possible to help, right away.  Thanks so much, Tony, for taking such good care of us.  It is really appreciated.

A TRULY HONEST PLUMBING BUSINESS!!!

I just moved into a house in Burbank, and during inspections, there were a number of plumbing related items noted that potentially needed repairs, along with a quote from another highly rated Burbank based plumbing business.

On Friday, I called Vince, and made an appointment for Monday between 2pm and 3pm, and that Vince would call when he was on the way.  Just like clockwork, Vince called about 10 minutes before 2pm, and showed up just a few minutes after 2pm.  He was courteous and professional, and took a look at the first issue (pressure regulator), measured it and concluded it was perfectly in spec (saving me $350).

The next issue noted was that there was no water line running to the refrigerator / freezer.  Vince and his partner pulled out the fridge, and noted that there was actually an existing line, but someone had turned it off, which they corrected.

When I asked how much I owed him, Vince refused to accept any payment at all.  He is a truly kind man, and has earned my future business and references for life.  I am now paying it forward via Yelp.

We had some repairs done in our home last year. Raul and his team were impressive. There was great communication when the projects demanded more work than anticipated and we were happy with the honest description of our options. The estimates were reasonable, as it is always the case with Raul. Will definitely call him again when we are ready to continue needed updates in our 1956 home. A shout out to Jesus, his work was impeccable.

My water heater stopped working and I had to get it replaced the same day. Called left message Yama called back within 10 minutes. Within 3 hours he had replaced the water heater and we were up and running.

If I could give Bryan 10 stars I would. I had a slow pin hole water leak that I procrastinated on dealing with for a while because initially I thought it was a caulking issue from a shower upstairs and then we had guests visting and used the bedroom. As a first time home owner I was prepared for a very expensive and trying experience. I submitted a quote request on Yelp. Bryan called me right back. While other companies couldn't see me for 1-2 days, Bryan came over the same day ~8pm at night and we were not his last job that day!

He cut into the ceiling and diagnosed we did have a leak but it's source was the fire sprinker system leak that also corroded the regular copper pipes but unfortunately it requires a special licenses to fix the fire sprinkler pipe. He took his time to explain the issue and show me the problem with a flash light.  He charged me a very reasonable price for coming over and diagnosing the issue and did not charge extra for the late same day visit.

One thing that is different about Bryan is he quotes for the job not by the hour and his rates are great. Once the fire sprinker leak was repaired he came back the next day, quoted me a very fair price to repair two corroded copper pipes and replace a Moen hot / cold water valve. It ended up taking a lot longer to complete than expected because the water took a long time to drain from the pipes. Bryan did not try to charge me more.

He's a very professional, hard working, has a great attitude, and does good work for a great price. You can't ask for anything more! I highly recommend Bryan and will be recommending him to my neighbors and friends, and will be using him for any future plumbing needs.

Miguel and Robert are great! Great response time, reliable and they did a great job fixing our main water shut off valve and toilet valve for a reasonable charge.

Called Daniel at Flash Plumbing early on a Saturday morning for a broken water heater.  They replaced my water heater that same day and did an excellent job.  Very prompt, professional, and honest.   I won't hesitate to call Flash Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Had my kitchen flooding in the middle of the night, I had heard some good things about this particular company.. gave them a call they literally had everything fixed within a few hours. 10/10 in my book.

A rarity in the plumbing world. He is honest and fair. He does not sell you on work you don't need, even if you think you do. He will also let you know if what you need is another kind of contractor rather than a plumber. I will always check with him on a job before seeking out others.

No legit business responds the way this business does. Let's just say how a business responds to HONEST and BLUNT reviews says a lot.  

HAHA this business conveniently skipped those amazing business owners out there that are doing the right thing.  So, this woman as you so shamelessly claimed.... #shameonyou She is a Yelp Elite for 8+ years and always make a point to call out crappy businesses.  Period. Too bad this guy doesn't like being called out, and his reply proves it.  

I 100% stand by my experience engaging with this business owner.

Times must be tough.   Called @6pm and spoke to Gary (?) briefly to request an estimate to move a gas line. He asked I send send him picture and he can give me a range ballpark quote.  

But when I sent him the picture, he started asking about other jobs related to exhaust, hot and cold, water, etc. He even asked if it is a house or townhouse, that is totally irrelevant to the job estimate.  

When a potential customer inquired about a specific job, please don't try to add on other jobs that I'm not asking you for estimates.  

Of course, he did not provide any estimate.  And he was the only one of all the plumbers I talked to, who doubt that I would be tying gas at that location

All City Plumbing was very prompt and responsive to our plumbing leak. They came out within hours of our phone call and even called us saying they could come out sooner than we requested if we needed them to. Plumber, Jason Corrao, was very informative and helpful. He addressed all of our concerns and was able to explain, in layman's terms, what was causing the problems. Everything was fixed promptly and was done with commercial grade quality. Will definitely be calling All City and requesting Jason for any future plumbing issues.

Had a few plumbing issues on one of our rental units. After going through several other plumbers, and handy man, I realize now that I should of just gone through Mr. Rooter plumbing of Long Beach first. Save yourself a headache, call these guys for any plumbing issues first. Inexpensive service, at top quality.

My main toilet was not draining even after using my auger in an attempt to clear it.  My neighbor highly recommended Jordan Cappello Plumbing.  I gave him a call and his answering service said he would call me back.  This was at 4:30 and they were getting ready to close.  I didn't hear back so I called the next morning.  He apologized for not getting back to me and I explained my problem to him.  Since his equipment was at another job site, he scheduled me an appointment for the next day.  Troy and his assistant Tony showed promptly and diagnosed the problem and explained what he was going to do.  He was honest and didn't try to upsell me on services I didn't need.  Definitely will recommend this company to my friends and family!

I called the company and was able to get a specialist out within hours. Josh was spot on, detecting the leak, had a very reasonable fee and was able to advise us on repairs, saving us tons of money. Best service.

I had a great experience working with the customer service reps, thank you Gloria and Katie, however the actual service was not completed fully. I had paid for a full septic cleaning service for up to 2500 gallons, which costs $625. After the tech left, I receive a call the following day that the tank was fully emptied, nothing was mentioned about leftover solid matter, at which time I paid the agreed upon amount. However, 2 days after the completion of their service, I had my tank inspected and was notified that there was still solid waste material left. When I reached out to request that they come back and complete the service,  I was offered a discounted services fee. Now why would I pay again for a service that was not fully completed in the first place? I will be filling a complaint with BBB and pursuing this matter further, until the full service that I was promised is completed.

Gary was here within 10 minutes of me calling.  He came, looked at the problem, hurried to the plumbing store to get the right part and was back asap.  Extremely efficient, pleasant, honest and kind.  I had just had Mike Diamond come out and their estimate was $952 to fix the exact problem.  Eco charged me 220!!!!!  problem solved....VERY happy customer!!!!

These guys did an awesome job as usual.

The main sewer line was damaged due to root intrusion and old age at our home.

After using them a year ago to fix a gas leak at our fourplex, we ended up using Stephens plumbing after getting several ridiculous bids for trenching and relining/repairing our sewer line.

Jose, Oscar, and Frank were extremely thorough, professional, and provided updates regularly throughout the process and the work. No job is too big for them. They were working 8ft underground for a week and patched everything up as if nothing happened.

Highly recommend these guys and will be using them for future work.
