He understood what he was doing and explained very clearly on what the problem is and the options you have. He also played with our dog Max, who really liked Beeto! Scheduled appointment and truck broke down on way to appointment.  Things happen and I understand.  But no contact from Brian after that.  Did not respond to several texts to reschedule and did not return calls.  I have no problem with someone having a tire issue, that happens.  And he was very responsive prior to the appointment with good pricing.  But he just disappeared after the tire issue and I hope he is ok.

This company was very responsive and addressed my plumbing issues promptly and professionally. Miguel was the person who came to my house and fixed my running toilet. He was so nice and even asked if there was anything else he could do while he was here and was kind enough to tighten a loose faucet on my bathtub. I would definitely call them again if I have any other plumbing needs. Thank you.

Our water heater had been making loud banging noises.  I called Flash Plumbing and Daniel came on the same day I called and gave a fair estimate.  He and his crew worked all day and installed a new tankless system which is 98% efficient.  He does not cut corners, he does the work right.  I have finally found a plumber who is efficient, fair and knows what he is doing.

I highly recommend Extreme Plumbing & Rooter. We had some serious plumbing issues that required a complete re-pipe. We obtained 4 quotes and was really impressed with how competitive the quote was, but also felt really confident in Yoni. He is so professional and we got a good vibe from him instantly.
We booked Yoni and he showed up on time on the date we agreed upon. Yoni and his team worked hard all day, from around 10am-5pm for two straight days and came back on the third day to finalize and ensure everything was to standard and our liking.

We love Gary! He has been out to our house for many different plumbing issues, as our house gets older. He is always so efficient, kind, and reasonably priced. We did not have the best experience with our last plumber. Gary has fixed toilet issues, sink issues, under-sink issues, pipe leaks, and many more problems we have encountered. There does not seem to be a plumbing problem that he can't solve!  One more note is that he was extremely respectful in solving a plumbing issue, very quietly and quickly,  while we had five kids doing distance learning.

I had Doug come out to fix a couple issues with the house I am selling.  He gave me a quote over the phone after I sent him a couple pictures of the problem.  He showed up on time and was kind, efficient, and honest.  He fixed the issues and ended up charging me less than the original quote.  It is hard to find reliable honest plumbers, but I have and I will be a lifelong client of Clearwater Plumbing.

Awesome company! Honest and very fast. I had a terrible leak and they did a thorough review of my pluming very promptly.

I just wanted to say I just had a similar problem, but was able to get some quotes from other plumbers, and Mr. Rooter was actually the cheapest.  
The pipe connecting to the city sewer was crushed and no longer actually connected to the sewer.  Additionally, the clay sewer pipe from my house to the street was  broken and full of tree roots.  
The Mr. Rooter guys have been great -  they let me know what to expect each day, when the water would be turned off etc., and kept to the expected schedule.  They also presented several options (less expensive choices, but perhaps with later implications) and kept the area as clean as possible.
In addition, I had some unrelated plumbing work that needed to be done, and they took care of it at a deep discount, since I was already having so much major plumbing work done.
I would use Mr. Rooter again!  Hopefully, I will never need to though. :)

We have had great experience with Stephen's Plumbing, but specifically a shout out to Galan who not once, not twice, but 3 times came to the rescue when we had some issues in our rental! He was punctual, polite, and explained all of the process to fix the problem. He helped move things and made sure everything was as clean/orderly as when the job began. On dealing with the landlord: he was efficient, proficient, and matter of fact to get all the work done-- busting up concrete, digging up old pipe, and hacking through tree roots, and now we are better than when we moved in 4 years ago! Thanks, Stephens Plumbing! We have a few smaller jobs for Galan, so we will rely on you again in the future! Great work, super nice, professional person!!
