Contacted on 1/29/2020, although we didn't use the service for scheduling reasons. The message I sent was responded to fairly quick. Very friendly. When informed that we were actually looking for someone for the same day, he did provide another name but my husband actually scheduled with another company at that point. Again very nice and quick to respond. Thank you for your assistance.

My toilet backed up into the bathtub and after calling a brand-name plumbing company who I sent away after they said they didn't have the right equipment to fix it, I went to Yelp and read the extremely positive reviews for My Drain Company. So glad that I did! Tony came out soon after, tested everything, figured out what was happening and just made my day! What an honest, smart, reasonable plumber! I have been taken advantage of by so many dishonest plumbers in the past and Tony is the exact opposite! Cannot stop raving about him and his honest company, what a pleasure! I will definitely call him the next time I have a plumbing problem and will happily refer him to my friends and family. If you are looking for an honest and reasonable plumber who happens to also be a nice guy, look no further, you've found him. Thanks Tony and My Drain Company! You are a credit to your profession!

Once again we called on Vince and he came to our rescue! It was pouring rain and our drain on the patio wasn't working. Flooding is one of our biggest fears. Vince scheduled a time to come and advised My husband of what he could try. It worked! Vince is always there for us and we appreciate and trust him! Thank You Again Vince. I wouldn't call anyone else.

The tree roots in front of our house caused our brick fence post connected to our metal walk-in gate to tilt, and we couldn't close it. We needed to reduce the gate door width and metal latch replaced. Raul's quote was a 1/3 of the price from other companies. Alfredo cut and welded our gate door to the proper width, and made sure to clean up when he was done. I highly recommend Raul and his team.

Yama the Plumber is the best plumber we've ever had.  Unfailingly honest, conscientious, thorough, clean, and really nice to our dog.  We've had problems with tree roots in our drains, water backing up into our kitchen sink, a garbage disposal that clogged, a faucet that needed replacing, an earthquake shut-off valve that needed fixing, a hot water heater that needed a drain installed, and he's always fixed everything quickly and reasonably.  When a job was too big or something that he didn't specialize in, the people he's recommended have been equally reasonable and reliable.  A good plumber is something everybody who owns a place is going to need sooner or later.  I like Yama!

I would recommend these guys to anyone i know in need of a Plumber. Jose came over and helped me out with a clogged toilet. He was friendly, quick and they didn't charge an arm and leg for their quick services. Very pleased!

Abe and Coco were great! Our water heater was leaking from the bottom, I called Extreme Plumber and Rooter and they immediately came within less than an hour.

I called several companies to come and re-light my hot water heater pilot.  Best Way answered me quickly and was at my home in an hour!  Best Way Plumbing is family owned and operated.  Kevin got to my place and was so helpful.  I'm a single woman and I tend to freak out about these things.  Kevin made me feel at ease.  He re-lit my pilot and all is well!   Also, since my water heater is practically an antique, I asked him about getting a new one.  Kevin took his time with me and gave options AND explained aspects to me that I was not aware of.  NO SALES PRESSURE IN THE LEAST!   That's integrity my friend!

Doug is my new go-to for any plumbing need.  He was on time (actually a few minutes early).  He doesn't talk your ear off and gets right to work.  I've always been skeptical of people who charge by the hour.  No need to worry about Doug's work ethic.  He's in, gets the job done right, and out.  Needed six stems replaced in three faucets, a shower adjusted (hot water wasn't working) and a tub snaked.  Total time 45 min.  I swear it would have taken me at least 4 hours.

All City Plumbing came out the very same day I called to get a estimate. Our technician Sam L .came out and inspected the area ..Our main water supply had a small leak under our driveway. Within minutes he advised us they will only need to cut a small section of the driveway to repair and replace the line. He placed a temporary water line late in the evening to prevent further damage . That same evening he found a atm card on my driveway ,He quickly came to my front door and handed the atm . I knew I was in good hands with my repair. The following day utilities came to mark the location of each line .. Sam came by and repaired the main waterline without having to break any cement after all. He was Courteous, Honest, Professional and Clean We definitely recommend him

these guys are professional and great with customer service. both john and chris came to the house. very knowledgeable and professional. my shower was difficult to work on. the staff on the phone were also very awesome. good price and great service i would recommend them!!!

I contacted about five different services to get our  furnace pilot lit. We had a leak at the street equipment so the Gas Company had to shut off our gas and then refused to re-light the pilot because it is under the house. Jordan was really responsive and really reasonable. His rate was 1/2 to 1/3 of what the other places quoted me. He was prompt, professional and took the time to explain what was going on. I'd definitely recommend him.

I was visiting my mom and due to Covid-19, I stayed in my trailer outside her house. I was looking for a place to dump the tank when I found that All In offers on-site service. I was so happy that I didn't have to move the trailer. Their service was super fast and clean.

You should know before calling if your black tank is metal or plastic. For plastic tanks, they empty into a bucket so that the suction from the vacuum doesn't damage the tank. I did not know this and was surprised when the technician did it. I'm glad they took the precautions but wasn't aware they would do that ahead of time. So don't be shocked like I was.

Fast and outstanding service on a late Sunday afternoon!  Repaired a fast-gushing outdoor fountain line in order to restore water access throughout the house.  Arrived and fixed the problem within 20 minutes and gave helpful suggestions about its use; answered candidly about other plumbing issues.  I will be calling Eco Plumbing again:  am very pleased to find an honest and competent plumber in the neighborhood!

Took a chance based upon other yelp reviews. Oscar arrived as scheduled to replace our thermostat. He was courteous, informative about our HVAC system and even helped tape up a few areas around our vents as well as replacing our thermostat as requested. Will definitely call on Stephens plumbing again for other needs.
