Vince is one of those rare finds in a world of questionable service providers in this town.  I have been using Vince for nearly twenty years and he has always been reliable, honest, friendly and fair with his pricing.  It goes without saying that he knows his stuff.  From clearing plumbing back ups to installing fixtures, he has never failed to perform at the highest standards.  I know that I never need to worry about any plumbing problems as long as Vince is around.  The best!!!!

Unreliable company.  He is unavailable to talk by phone. Always a text that he's unavailable to talk after I would call. When I requested a written or email estimate specifying the work to be done and the amount (to confirm both parties were on the same page and to avoid any issues), he sent a very condescending and rude text saying he has dozens of people desperate to hire him and would be passing on the job as he always tries [his] best to make [his] life as easy as possible all because I asked for a written estimate. This raised a red flag to me that he doesn't stand by his work and is not a hard worker but rather looking for the easy route, and I would potentially have future problems with his work. Wouldn't recommend working with a company like this. Bad customer service.

Yama and his crew was able to fit us in to fix a visible water leak and to delve into two walls to check why the plaster was deteriorating. They discovered a rotting drain pipe behind the wall and a disconnected pipe below the house.
Replacing the old pipe and connecting it to the drain was completed without delay. They made it look easy, but I know it comes from being very experienced in their trade. I appreciate their workmanship and friendliness.
You never know what you'll find in a 1950's house, but it is a great relief to know reliable, trusted professionals like Yama and his crew!

I had a plumbing emergency today (a Saturday), and Bryan saved the day. He responded to my request for a quote in under 10 minutes and showed up around 30 minutes later the same day! He is very hard working and polite. Definitely will keep doing business with him! He gives a lot of information and an estimate first, and has great and reasonable pricing.

Finding a good, honest plumber isn't always easy. But I'm glad that I called Miguel from True Rooter Plumbing. He came out the next day. Gave me a courtesy call to let me know he was on his way. He was prompt, assessed the problem, told me my options and the costs and took care of it right away. He was courteous and efficient.

He even took the time to check out and take care of previous leak that was supposed to have been taken cared of by another plumbing company.

I'm very impressed with Miguel from True Rooter & Plumbing and highly recommend him.

Very helpful! Yoni came out to look at our water heater and various plumbing issues. Charged a very reasonable price. I was given the news that the water heater would need to be replaced.
After he left, the hot water issue was even worse. I called him and he happily came right back out to take a closer look. The issue was very unusual but he fixed it. Took the time to explain everything to me. Thanks!

Shim was great! He installed a toilet and fringe for me for a great price. He even went out of his way to get a part for me. Shim was also very professional and reliable. I highly recommend Shim's Plumbing

I called several companies to come and re-light my hot water heater pilot.  Best Way answered me quickly and was at my home in an hour!  Best Way Plumbing is family owned and operated.  Kevin got to my place and was so helpful.  I'm a single woman and I tend to freak out about these things.  Kevin made me feel at ease.  He re-lit my pilot and all is well!   Also, since my water heater is practically an antique, I asked him about getting a new one.  Kevin took his time with me and gave options AND explained aspects to me that I was not aware of.  NO SALES PRESSURE IN THE LEAST!   That's integrity my friend!

Excellent, kind and understanding. That's what stayed with me the most.  Great company and affordable.  Highly recommended!

Couldn't get past the super nice receptionist over the phone. So I guess I can't really rate the company.
But what I can do is rate the piercing yet nasally droning voice of the secretary as she screamed at me. NAH NOBODIES HERE TO ANSWER YOUR QUESTIONS.

I am super pleased with everything about this company! This is the second time I've called them out to perform work on my drains. Each time they do exceptional work and even make sure to wear their booties to protect my floors.
This time Zackery showed up to unclog my tub. His professionalism was superior, he gave me a written quote and then went right to work. He tried for a while to fix the problem. However didn't want to ruin my warranty on the tub so suggested I give them a call to see if they could fix the issue. He didn't charge me cause it's their policy not to charge if they can't fix the problem. He didn't leave my home without giving me his number and letting me know if the tub company can't fix the problem he can. Thank you so much Zackery and All City for making sure your customers are happy and satisfied. That is how a business should be toward their customers. A customer service skill and work ethic lacking in most company's now a days.

Anthony was great.  Had a clog and they came out within 2 hours.  Got a text before they arrived.  Everything went smooth.

I called to get my kitchen sink unplugged. The receptionist said she'd relay the message. I received a call shortly after, saying that the plumber in my area would call me with an ETA.  Within minutes I received a call from Aaron saying he be here in 15 minutes. He showed up on time and quickly solved the problem with his equipment. Nice guy, very efficient and reasonably priced. I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend to someone in need.

Rapid has been helping our Homeowners Association try to nail down the source of our irrigation leak.  The service has been fantastic.  The response time was quick and their rep was on the job within 24 hours.  He nailed down the general location and the plumbers came close (the leak is under concrete walkways and steps).  Rapid's Rep (Josh) came down again right away to double check and he pinpointed it better for the plumbers.  You don't want to have to cut out too much concrete! Pricing was very reasonable too. I highly recommend Rapid.

Fernando arrived on time and provided me with a great service. Polite and reasonably priced. Will use this company again. Thanks I am relieved.

Thank you Eco Plumbing! Andrew and his team did a great job fixing an installation of tankless water heater. He is on time, very clean (put covering on the floor before starting the job) and they clean up after the work is done.

He is very passionate about this field and his work. He is a perfectionist; he made sure all the pipes are properly secured, joints are properly connected and visually pleasing.

If you are considering any plumbing work, give Them a call and you will not be disappointed.

Omar Garcia is the best HVAC tech out there!! He is always at your services. We use him a lot at my job and you can always count on him. If you want someone that explains the issue thoroughly to you and gives the best recommendations then he is your guy! Make sure you ask for him when you set up an HVAC appointment. 5/5 for sure!!!
