I've been working with Arman for a while now and his new company is fantastic. We had the worst issue with a brand new home build where the plumbing was done incorrectly and the water pressure was completely low for our shower and sinks. Not only that, there was no water line installed to the fridge. Arman is super fast and doesnt cut corners. This guy just goes straight to the job and gets it done right. Replaced the water regulator and fixed some other features that was wrong. Perfectly working now. Love working with people who just get things done professionally.

Michael is such a find in L.A!  He responds quickly, keeps his word, and does great work.  He's very straightforward and explains everything clearly.  I will call him every time I have a plumbing issue.  He's really reliable and nice to work with.

Pilot light on our water heater keeps going out after about 20 minutes. Unfortunately, warranty only covers parts. I called Pro Quality Plumbing for service. The girl told me they could light it again, but I would have to pay each time it goes out again. She said they cannot guarantee it will stay lit. I have no problem lighting it, but need someone to find the cause! It probably needs a new thermocouple, but they were unwilling to investigate the underlying issue.

Like the other reviewers (rightly) say, this is a straightforward, honest, and fair business. And the work is solid and tidy. Basically, this is exactly what I was looking for. Straightforward answers. They come prepared for the job. Clean and professional. Quick but not hasty. And a fair price as agreed upon. No shenanigans and no BS. I had two problems in my house that were handily dealt with and as unobtrusively as possible Plumbing problems suck and it doesn't help that some try to take advantage, or won't even talk to you without a service call, etc. If you're like me, this is precisely the kind of plumbing business you've been looking for. I'll definitely call on Z and his team again, and would recommend 100%.

These are your professionals when you have a broken pipe. They will clamp the pipe, then come back later and repair it once the water has drained. Thanks to everyone who saved our crawl space!

Juan worked on a replacement of my garbage disposal. He answered right away and I didn't have to wait for a phone call that might not even happen.. Juan scheduled the appointment for the next morning - on a Sunday! He showed up within the time window and was really professional and efficient as well as fast and clean. His service was reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends!

Called to have our tankless water heater flushed/serviced and so happy I did! Not only did he identify a problem where a connector was corroding, he was able to repair for a very reasonable price. Amazing team of honest plumbers! We had a clean out issue back in August 2021, where the clean out was located above the pool area. It was an incredibly difficult location. They were very professional and stayed for a long time to complete the job, even bringing more guys to help. Super impressed! We are repeat customers and called them again for a toilet issue, Bryant took his time being incredibly thorough with resolving our stoppage. Note to self make sure teens understand what happens with over usage of toilet paper! Thank you again for your honesty, we will continue to refer business!

We came home to water backed up in our bathtub and called them out around 5pm on a Sunday. They got us on the schedule for Sunday night and Cory was here around 830pm. He was great and got the job done! Great price as our landlord had another plumber out yesterday from another company who claimed to have fixed the issue and didn't but charged over 300.00. I highly recommend using rooter heros!!! They really are good and don't try to break the bank!! We can't thank you enough!!

My kitchen sink had the mother of all clogs. Other plumber failed to unclog it and said, he might have to open up ceiling in garage. Or I might need to find someone with a high water pressure rig, but this could damage my drain pipes. So i called Heflin, and he sent out a competent guy and cleared it, no complications.

Horrible liars and thieves.  They took advantage of the fact that our son had to handle the interaction with the plumber at the house, as my husband and I were at work.  We were charged $240 for a $99 clog in our bathroom sink - he did not even need to clear the main drain, it was localized to just the sink and elbow.  We'd used them for our business and home in the past and chose to use them again thinking that they would be competitively priced against their local competition, who advertises all over the radio that they will clear ANY clog for $99.  Unresponsive to our call to complain. A complete rip off, no integrity. I'll be tweeting next and spreading the word as rapidly and loudly as possible.
