Bobby came out to inspect the water pressure problem we called about tested with a gauge then installed pressure regulator the next day. Such an awesome job and it took only an hour. We are satisfied. Thank you so much Clean Out Kings!

Arman is a straightforward and honest man. When I requested a quote on Yelp for a job that I had inside my house every other business gave me the runaround and wouldn't give me a straightforward answer on what the price was going to be for installation. Arman was the only plumber in my area who understood the assignment and right away told me a flat rate price that it was going to cost and when he arrived to the job he didn't try to make an excuse and upsell on other services or complain about the difficulty of the job. This is the most valuable aspect of any service related job, not the pricing but the convenience and the reliability. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs any plumbing job done on their house because the quality of the job was top-notch and the overall experience was hassle-free and without headache.

BE CAREFUL !!!!!!!! from this company, he seems nice guy and then he will charge you thousands of dollars and if you ask them for proof or receipt they will not provide and send your bill to collection company.

I've used Purdy Plumbing several times over the years and they've always impressed me with the speed to respond to an issue and the thoroughness of the work they complete.

I had to reach out to them this week for a clog issue where the water from my shower was backing up into my kitchen sink (two story). They were at my house in under 2 hours. They quickly identified the issue and resolved it with a hydro-flush.

I highly recommend them. I will continue to call them whenever I have plumbing needs.

I called because the kitchen sink was clogged.  Velocity sent someone out within 30-45 minutes.  Jorge proceeded to snake the kitchen clean out drain and the pipes were pretty gunky. After several attempts, he had the problem FIXED!  In time for dinner dishes to be washed!

These guys are awesome!  We discovered a leak under our house on a Saturday. They came out within a few hours and were able to fix it. They are extremely thorough, pleasant, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

I found Arlan plumbing on Yelp. After having nightmares with previous plumbing companies, I am very glad I came across Arlan Plumbing. The prices are fair and I feel they truly appreciate pleasing clients, not nickeling and dimming you for services I do not need. John came by to fix our leaking shower. He walked me through the process, explained what needs to be done and did the job in less then an hour, what more can you ask for. He even cleaned up after himself. Thank you and I will only use Arlan Plumbing from now on.

I called Budget Rooter because the restroom sink at my business was draining very slow and would fill up quickly while washing hands. Dave came out and found that there were small tools stuck way down in the drain that were collecting gunk and blocking the water passage. Where the heck did these come from? A real mystery. Anyway, Dave fixed us right up.

Michael is fantastic!  He installed our tankless water heater a couple of years ago and discussed the pros and cons of various models.  He went out of his way not to upsell us, and I appreciated that.  When the water heater stopped working (due to my overlooking the need for annual maintenance), he was there that morning and worked with the manufacturer to get us the needed part ASAP.  He was back the next workday to fix it.  With two young children, not having hot water for baths is a big deal, and Michael and his team came through again when we needed them.

I called them to clean the drain in the laundry. The clean out was right behind the washer but it was deemed not easy access and I was charged more than double the advertised price. After cleaning one clean out I asked clean the only other I had in house and that just just looked using the camera but not cleaned using the snake but  still charged.

We were looking to stack our laundry machines and install a standing shower in our guest bathroom. I wasn't sure how possible this was but I am beyond pleased with the work Zlatko did. He came out the same day I requested the quote and came up with a plan.

Throughout the scheduling process he was very helpful and communicative letting me know what materials would be needed for the shower install.

He completed the (very complicated) job in only 2 days and the results are exactly what we wanted! He also replaced the toilet in our master bath during the shower job.

I am so so so pleased with the work and the result. He was professional, on time, extremely efficient, and an all around pleasure to work with. We just moved to the area and he will definitely be my go-to plumber from here on out!

Ron was there for me when water damage ruined my bamboo floors. I called him on a weekend & he did not hesitate to fit' me in and then proceeded to take care of the damage,  if you ever had to call someone, a company, on a weekend and get the kind of service & trust that I got working with Rom, you'd be lucky. I messaged JDR Plumbing and got same day service. The technican came and fixed my shower within an hour. Very professional and helpful!

First time using and thrilled with their competence, professionalism and pricing. Had a leaky faucet and stubborn water filter replacement that was taken care of in an hour. Very happy and will keep them as my go-to-guys in the future for all my plumbing needs.

My shower was clogged and I'm bald.  Really...it wasn't my hair clogging it...right?

Eric came out and snaked it for $98....now I know they advertise a $49 rate but I don't think they do too many of those as most repairs fall into the $98 range and they kind of know that.  And that's why no 4 stars.  20' of snaking and I still got charged the $98 price. So don't expect that $49 rate.

Poor job clearing a 4-inch underground main sewer line in January 2019. Their plumber said that it was better to not use a cutter/blade on the end of the snake because if you cut the roots out of the line, they will grow back even faster, just like cutting hair. (...yeah, well the best plumbers I've hired over the past 20 years all removed roots when they clogged sewer lines.) Also, two weeks before writing this review, I sent them a note AND called asking that a representative of Rooter Hero call me. Crickets. Find another company who will do the job right and won't try to up-sell you, and who will get someone in authority to call when you ask. This company failed on all 3 counts.

Look elsewhere. Terrible customer experience.

Although Heflin may have been in business since 1950, it's clear time has eroded their sense of customer service.

As other's have pointed out -- Todd has an attitude and can easily lose his cool. This happened repeatedly when following-up on items promised that he failed to deliver.

Before work began we requested the quote to include a breakout of labor, materials, and tax. Todd was pushy to rush the job, insisting on a flat project fee -- which led to being significantly overcharged.

Todd frequently ghosted via all communication channels and became extremely defensive vs attempting to reach a resolution (check out the hidden one-star reviews below).

Despite our HOA using Heflin for the past 15 years, we won't be working with the company going forward.

Had a plumbing issue at my home and Carlos came out to help.  I cannot say enough good things about this guy-- smart, professional and honest.  He quickly assessed the problem and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes.  I felt that the price was fair and will rely on Carlos and Roto Rooter without hesitation the next time I have a plumbing issue.
