Arman is a straightforward and honest man. When I requested a quote on Yelp for a job that I had inside my house every other business gave me the runaround and wouldn't give me a straightforward answer on what the price was going to be for installation. Arman was the only plumber in my area who understood the assignment and right away told me a flat rate price that it was going to cost and when he arrived to the job he didn't try to make an excuse and upsell on other services or complain about the difficulty of the job. This is the most valuable aspect of any service related job, not the pricing but the convenience and the reliability. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs any plumbing job done on their house because the quality of the job was top-notch and the overall experience was hassle-free and without headache.

Rude and over charge for work that wasn't even done or discussed. I believe his wife is the bookkeeper as she is so unprofessional.

I've used Purdy twice and both times the results have been excellent.  I had a busted pipe in the wall and a nasty clogged pipe that I couldn't work out myself.  For both incidents, I was able to get someone out the same day to come and help.

Aside from their amazing availability, they're always up front about the pricing (if it's clear what the issue is).  Sometimes a company will lead with a price and then uh-oh! so and so happened so we have to charge an extra this or that  Not with Purdy - their pricing is consistent and I paid exactly what was quoted over the phone and by the tech when he came out.

I've worked with two different techs and both were helpful, friendly, and expertly fixed the issue they were dealing with.  It was pretty easy and painless.  They also clearly explained what they were doing and why.  I've recommended them to some family and friends and if I have another plumbing related issue, they're the first, second, and third company I'll call.  When I first moved it to my place I dealt with a handful of plumbing related issues and got stuck working with a pretty terrible company that overcharged and did more harm than good (I don't want to name names so I won't mentioned Atlas outright, I'll just call them company X).  When I got sick of dealing with company X, I found Purdy here on Yelp and they've been my go to solution ever since.

No one likes calling out the plumber, but I'm honestly grateful that I know of a company I have 100% confidence in.  Don't hesitate, make Purdy your first choice if you have a plumbing issue.

Had major clogging problems bathtub and sink in one of my rental units. Eduardo came out to access the problem. Turn out the main drain pipes was severely clogged and also rotting and cracking away. He replaced all the affected areas. He had to tear out parts of walls and ceiling, to which he patched and repaired back nicely.

Our washing machine was leaking during the spin cycle. I called and they gave us 2 hour window. Kane showed up on time,  snaked the drain and again we are so satisfied with the  prompt service and reasonable price. We highly  recommend this company!

Dave is very dependable. He is always available and very thorough. In the preschool business, repairs must be done very quickly and Dave is certainly the person for it.

Mike was fast, professional and his rates were much lower than other highly rated plumbers off Angie's List.  Didn't upsell me.  Highly recommend.

Frank is a very straight forward and honest guy. I called him this morning after discovering my water heater is leaking, he told me he can be there in an hour, he was there on-time to discover that there was nothing wrong with the water heater except the valve was loose. He just tighten up the valve in few seconds and told me there is nothing wrong with my water heater. He didn't even charge me a penny for it. Thank you Frank for your help and especially your honesty.

Mr Pipe came to fix a leaky bathtub faucet. Knew exactly what needed to be done and repaired it within an hour. He was very un-intrusive, polite, and clean.

My rental in Victorville unexpectedly had a huge leak coming from the kitchen ceiling. My tenant was calling me telling me that it needs to be addressed as soon as possible. However, I reside in Los Angeles about 1.5 hours away and it's already late in afternoon. I started to call and message various plumbing companies in the high desert. Most were unable to come fix the issue, while others said they were to busy to come today and needed to check it out tomorrow. However Ron was the only one who said he was willing to drop by to check it out. He went out of his way to come around 530pm to give me a free estimate and also test the mositure levels for free.

He quickly gave me as qoute and told me that he will need to fix the leak in the upstairs bathroom, bring in driers and humidifiers for a few days. Because it was an emergency I expected the cost to be a bit on the high side but Ron was reasonable, respectful and was professional at all times. He was able to address my issue immediately. He has both a restoration and plumbing companiy so it truly makes thing so much easier. Great customer service

Excellent service! Juan promptly replied to my message and phone call. He came out today and cleared the tub drain in our bathroom. All 5 star service ratings on yelp with this company is legit. I found our go to company for plumbing services.

We started having leak problems with bathroom faucets and called them and they came within one hour! Their price was most affordable compared with other competitors and George & John were professional and courteous. They did a fantastic job installing a new faucets for us. I'm glad we found George & John and I would recommend them to my friends and HOA.

Had a backup in our shower drain and needed the line snaked. Did this last year also, but was less than satisfied with that plumber. Contacted Clean Out Plumbing and they sent Steve and Curly (yes, his name is Curly) and they were awesome! They contacted me with a 25-minute window and they arrived....25 minutes later (amazing). I explained the problem and they went right to work. Had the line cleared in less than 10 minutes. Very professional and courteous throughout. Great price at only $49.

I anticipate our shower drain line will continue to need annual clearing, and I will be calling Clean Out Plumbing each year. I highly recommend them.

Very disappointed with Rooter Hero's complete lack of professionalism. Things started off well and quickly went downhill. They came out and looked at my pipes and gave a verbal estimate for repairs.  I spent the next four weeks calling them everyday trying to get them to send me the estimate in writing before hiring and was repeatedly ignored.

Dispatch was usually nice on the phone but there's an obvious disconnect with technicians.  Despite telling dispatch that I was ready to hire Rooter Hero ASAP, I just need the estimate in writing, weeks went by with no response. At one point dispatch flat out told me maybe these guys just aren't right for the job.

To make matters worse, when the estimate of the job was finally sent to me weeks later, it was not only incomplete but also $2000 more than I was told at the start. I asked for the cost of the omitted work and was told they would send them ASAP. I never received them. Over a month later and 20+ phone calls, I'm finding someone else for the job and would advise anyone else to do the same.

The family name means nothing anymore. Flaky response to my plumbing problems.

Great service, terrible prices. I needed a quote to unclog a bathroom sink. Rep would not give me a estimate over the phone. When the tech came he quoted $450 to unclog the sink, which is an absolutely ridiculous price. In the past I've never paid over $100 unless there was major complications. I said no thanks, the tech said maybe we could work a deal. Eventually he begrudgingly agreed to $200 (with a frown). He got his tools and unclogged the sink in literally 5 minutes, his skill was excellent. I asked him if we could unclog another sink and he said it would be an additional $200, I was hoping to negotiate but his attitude was so bad that I said forget it. I will never call Roto-Rooter again unless I have no other options available. The price was too high and the tech wasn't all that nice.
