Just want to give a quick review for Purdy Plumbing and Drain.  These guys are great!

I called on Friday because we were having some drainage issue and got set up for an appointment quick.  I got a courtesy call 30-mins before the actual appointment and the plumber came out on time!!!  The plumber was polite and really take the time to explain the issue and what the charge was.  Glad we went with Purdy.  Highly recommends these guys!

Had a plumbing issue and worked with Eduardo to get the job done. He is reasonable and fair. I have not worked with any of the other professionals from this company.

Had a clog in my bathroom sink.  My attempt at snaking the pipes failed.  Called Bigos and they sent out Junior the same day.  On time, courteous, professional, and fast.  Just like the other reviewers say.  He went out of his way to fix the clog and in the process fixed the next door neighbor unit's would be clog as well.  If you need plumbing services in LB, you should call them.

We had some toilet issue and called couple of plumbers but were very expensive. Then we looked into yelp and call Arlan Plumbing. Ben showed up on time and gave me great price and Kohler product. Amazing fast and reliable service. Would highly recommend their service.

Dave is very responsive and knowledgeable, he was able to fix  my commercial pressure pump toilet in less than one hour and the fee is reasonable

Ten stars if yelp would let me. Michael and his crew are better than the best you'll ever find. Michael's skillset and breadth of knowledge are impressive. He's reliable, efficient, a total pro, plus he's a very nice man who has helped me out of a jam many times over the years. Michael and crew embody excellence. I remain a grateful and loyal fan.

I called this company they finally came out they checked plumbing to determine how to fix the copper pipe. Anthony the lead plumber said it would be 275.00 to fix. He scheduled me for Wednesday and never showed up, not even a courtesy call. Definitely do NOT recommend this service at all!

I sent out request for quotes for a few of the highly reviewed plumbers on Yelp.  I also sent them pictures to give them an idea of what work needed to be done.  Juan from JDR Plumbing responded right away and after looking at the pictures came in with a quote that was very reasonable compared to other quotes.  I communicated with him through Yelp and made arrangements for him to arrive on Monday at 1:00 PM.  He called me on Monday a little after noon confirming that he was on his way.  He arrived a bit ahead of schedule which was perfect for me.  He assessed the job and made quick work of cutting the copper pipe to remove the hold leaky spicket.  He then soldered a female threaded connector to the end of the cut pipe so he could attached a new spicket with a male threaded connection.  This will make it a DIY job in the future if I ever needed to replace that spicket again.  I have pipe wrenches at home for DIY jobs, but I don't have a torch or know the first thing about removing a soldered joint nor soldering on a new piece.  Juan shared with me some helpful hints that I will use in the future.  If you need any plumbing work, call JDR Plumbing and you will be happy with the work and their fare fees.

This is the second time I am using Rishon Plumbing for my plumbing issues.

This time I had my sewer backing up in the front yard. I called George and they came out on the same day. They cleaned the sewer and pulled out a lot of tree roots.

Now we are preparing for a big project of replacing the sewer line and guess who is going to do it. RISHON PLUMBIMG.

I had a clogged pipe in my restroom and Eric came out to my house and fixed it. While he was there he also showed me how old and calcified my mainline pipes were. We decided to upgrade our pipes and 2 days later him and a crew were here changing out the pipes. Finished the job super quick and they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell someone was crawling under the house. Definitely great service!

Called Rooter Hero and they sent out Grant immediately! I had a kitchen sink & laundry stoppage. Grant cleared my stoppage, and gave me a VERY reasonably price! Definately will call them again!!

My kitchen sink had the mother of all clogs. Other plumber failed to unclog it and said, he might have to open up ceiling in garage. Or I might need to find someone with a high water pressure rig, but this could damage my drain pipes. So i called Heflin, and he sent out a competent guy and cleared it, no complications.

In this case I would have given no stars.
Roto Rooter is bad at what they do in execution as well as in their warranty promises.
I have a Restaurant in the Fairfax District for which I purchased a Chicago Faucet from Roto-Rooter. The Sprayer has never worked correctly. It leaks constantly and now the so called very sturdy handle is cracked and a small piece has broken off. I was told it was from excessive use. Excuse me? Isn't a handle  there to be held? This piece is only a couple month old!  Wil Iparraguirre, the Branch Manager has someone else calling me saying that they didn't up-charge enough in order to warranty the piece. Is this a joke? Am I being puncked? I bought American made, not some made in China crap that lasts 5 minutes. I paid $350 for this Faucet and Roto-Rooter tells me it's my problem.
Next call will be to the better business bureau. I hate dealing with dishonest businesses. I hope they'll get what they deserve.
