I had called Prestine Plumbing first because looking at their reviews on yelp seem to be the best choice to bleed out the air in my gas line prior to calling Clean-Out King's.  They quoted me 7x more than what Clean-Out King's charged me.  Always get a second opinion, and in my case, I will be calling Tony Corral from Clean-Out King's for all my needs.  These services are about trusts, and if you're looking for a provider that won't gauge you when you're in need, you can trust these guys.

Arman was fast, reliable, easy to communicate with, affordable, and did a fantastic job repairing my leaking sink and replacing 2 faucets as well.

I would absolutely recommend and will definitely be using him in the future.

Best plumber! He was very quick and efficient, and very honest when it came down to pricing and the work that needs to be done. The prices were very reasonable. He was very quick at diagnosing the problem and solving them. I would highly recommend this company, I've used them many times since for all my plumbing problems!

So we had a clogged kitchen sink drain, and another guy that was recommended to me came out and worked on it, snaking it several times -- from the roof as well. Not to mention he left sludge and grease stains all over our cabinets and let it drip all over or wood floors. 6 unsuccessful hours later he said he couldn't clear it and it would take a hydrojet. As he was cleaning up I called purdy after finding them on yelp. They sent Chris out one hour after the call and he was totally confident he could clear it by snake alone. Less than an hour later the drain was clear and the job was done! Not to mention he was totally courteous, educated me along the way and also laid out towels and kept it really clean. Will be calling them again if we have a plumbing problem for sure.

Awesome service and experience.  They came out same day for free to look at what was a very complicated planter drain issue in our HOA complex. Raul and his team spent lots of time researching the situation and exploring the options.  They were really knowledgeable about the problem and it's source and gave honest advice on several different options and that the best solution was not with their company but with a landscaper, which I appreciated.  I will definitely be using them again in the future.

We needed another water shut-off valve to be replaced and once again great service from Bigos Plumbing. Luke and Eric came right when they said they'd be here and the whole job was done quickly. We've used them a couple times in the past and completely recommend them for any job.

My main line was clogged and I literally couldn't use nothing in my house. I called to Arlan plumbing and they sent me Edwardo in less than an hour!!! At 7:30PM!!! Edwardo was super nice and super professional and he fixed the issue right away. I had very good experience from these company and from Edwardo!! Thank you very much for your help. 5+++++

Dave is very responsive and knowledgeable, he was able to fix  my commercial pressure pump toilet in less than one hour and the fee is reasonable

Mike is the bomb!!!! I called on a Saturday at 5:30pm and he picked up the phone. That right there was pretty impressive, because a lot of people in the trades don't want to deal with after hours calls, especially on a weekend.

He not only picked up, he offered to come out the next day, Sunday, to look at our leaky hot water heater!  There was no schpiel about a minimum charge, it's a weekend rate yadda, yadda, yadda. He  just offered to come out, take a look and help if he could.

When he showed up exactly on time, I was pretty damned impressed, but wait! It gets even better! It turns out that the leak was not coming from the hot water heater, but from the sink fixture. The sink fixture had a slow leak that was dripping into the base cabinet, leaking out the bottom of the cabinet and the water was spreading out from there. He fixed it in about 30 seconds by just tightening the spigot. Sure, he could have said it was the hot water heater and charge a lot of $$$$, but this is an honest guy and he did not. AND HE DIDN'T CHARGE FOR A SERVICE CALL AT ALL. Dudes and dudettes - if you have a plumbing problem, call this guy. He is honest, prompt, pleasant and not out to screw you over. Thank you, Mike!!!

My property management company called Mr Pipe after I requested maintenance on a dribbling bathtub faucet in my apartment, and I'm very glad they did.

Zlatko arrived on time, promptly diagnosed, and fixed the faucet (removing a screw that was obstructing the hot water flow). Not only did he quickly fix my plumbing issue, but he took the time to explain what was wrong and why it was happening.

I was also really impressed with Mr Pipe's customer service. Throughout our appointment Zlatko was professional, polite, and really helped to ease the frustration of a broken bathtub.

As a renter, I don't often get to choose who takes care of my plumbing problems. But I'll definitely be calling Mr Pipe the next time I need a knowledgeable, trustworthy plumber.

We found a leak in our garage Sunday morning and reached out to Get Rapid Restoration. They were able to send someone out within the hour, it was unbelievable. It took some time to for them to find the source of the leak, but they were diligent and was able to find it and fix it for us in a timely manner. We highly recommend their services!

I sent out request for quotes for a few of the highly reviewed plumbers on Yelp.  I also sent them pictures to give them an idea of what work needed to be done.  Juan from JDR Plumbing responded right away and after looking at the pictures came in with a quote that was very reasonable compared to other quotes.  I communicated with him through Yelp and made arrangements for him to arrive on Monday at 1:00 PM.  He called me on Monday a little after noon confirming that he was on his way.  He arrived a bit ahead of schedule which was perfect for me.  He assessed the job and made quick work of cutting the copper pipe to remove the hold leaky spicket.  He then soldered a female threaded connector to the end of the cut pipe so he could attached a new spicket with a male threaded connection.  This will make it a DIY job in the future if I ever needed to replace that spicket again.  I have pipe wrenches at home for DIY jobs, but I don't have a torch or know the first thing about removing a soldered joint nor soldering on a new piece.  Juan shared with me some helpful hints that I will use in the future.  If you need any plumbing work, call JDR Plumbing and you will be happy with the work and their fare fees.

The pros who installed my water heater were excellent.  Prior to install, they helped me select the water heater I wanted.  They were available to install the unit the following day.  The install was done quickly and professionally and the installers were respectful of my home.  The price was competitive although hundreds less than Home Depot.  Also, Home Depot was unavailable to install the next day (or even three days after I called), although my old water heater was leaking, and HD wanted to add hundreds of dollars of add-on costs.  I highly recommend RIshon plumbing.

Woke up one morning to take a shower and found our shower and toilet were backed up. Called these guys and Marco answered. I explained to him my issue and he sent someone out within 2 hours! That's pretty unheard of these days. Eric arrived on time and quickly pulled out his camera and auger. He quickly identified the problem as a clogged main drain line in the front of our home, since I didn't have a front clean out Eric advised me he would need to start digging and add in a new clean-out so he could hydro jet and see exactly where the issue was. To my surprise he started working right then and there, he called another guy to help him and they worked quick and efficiently to get a new clean out installed and was then able to see I had a broken clay main drain pipe with tree roots growing into it. Eric then quoted me a fair price to repair the broken pipe, which I agreed to and he started the repair. They had to dig down very deep, but they were able to fix a big problem very fast and they did a great job. Fast forward a couple days later I had an unrelated clogged toilet issue, I called Eric and he showed up within the hour to fix this issue and didn't even charge us! Talk about great customer service! Thanks You guys! You have made a lifetime customer out of me.

1. This company claimed that they have emergency services (EMERGENCY SERVICES We know plumbing problems happen at all hours, that's why we offer 24 hour emergency plumbing and drain cleaning services with no overtime charges.  As they advertised on the web),  but they never had any one available.  But we need to make appointment. (We tested by randomly calling many times from different phones, but never success)

2. This company never delivered services as promised.
I called for emergency service because of the leaking water damaging my floor and carpet.  They told me that no one was available and made the appointment on the next day from 9 am - 11 am. After waiting till 11 am, I called 3 times to follow up. They kept promising to call back, but no one showed up or called back.   I had to call them again the 4th time. The person on the phone said that some one was coming before 2 pm. After 2 pm. I called back to follow up and they said that the technician 's on his way ... I told them to cancel ... but at 2:30 pm he showed up I gave him a chance to do his job.  He spent another 45 minutes to get the part and came back. But he couldn't finish the job because he didn't have proper tool to fix the problem and made another appointment next day from 8-9 am. After taking another day off work, no one showed up. Called again at 930 am and the person said the technician had to drop the tool off at another place and promised they will arrive before noon. No one showed up, and no one called to update us.  The technician showed up at 1215 pm

3. Each time we called, the person answering was 90% of the time rude and unprofessional. They always say they will call back and never call back. They always act and sound annoyed or rush to get off the phone instead of trying to help us with the problem.

4. The technician was very nice, but was not properly trained. They did a lousy job (I had to cleanly remove the old seal and properly resealed the base of the toilet myself).  It was extremely dirty after they finished and also damaged the toilet seat. Before the arrived we explained the whole problem (Need to replace Wax ring of the leaking Toilet) , yet they didn't bring any tools and wasted our time more.  

5. Most importantly, The management and customer service was horrible and unprofessional. The people answering calls including their manager, which we talked to, were disrespectful and condescending.
They did not help us with the problem at all and they don't care about the companies image. After they messed up by not showing up and moving the times repeatedly, they were just rude instead of helping us.

Took two days off work and they kept missing their promised times to arrive. I regret my choice of choosing this company. Was trying to save a couple of bucks, but lost two days pay and received horrible service.

Have to disagree with the previous reviewer.  That was not my experience with them at all.  We've had Heflin & Sons do repairs several times over the past few years.  The first was for a pinhole leak in one of our pipes in the bedroom wall.  They found it, fixed it and recommended a patch/wall repair company that came in and made the wall look just like before except for the paint.  The other two times were to replace parts in our toilets when the flappers gave out.  They've always been on time and professional and got the work done.  I recommend them for any plumbing issues you have.

This review is for Roto-Rooter and for Carlos, the plumber who came out and rescued us.  Hit Read more and skip to the bottom for the exceedingly short summary if you're not crazy about reading.

A couple days ago, both showers and toilets in our house, which was completely remodeled a couple years ago, began backing up.  With my parents visiting this week from out-of-state and a three-week-old infant, this couldn't have happened at a much worse time.  We had a neighborhood guy come in to snake the lateral sewer line for less than $100, but despite running the snake to the main sewer line on the street, this guy couldn't clear the line.  He referred us to someone else who owned a camera to inspect the lateral sewer line, which would've happened a couple days later.  Mom and dad went to a hotel and we stayed with some friends.

Next day, I called a lot of plumbers and got what I felt like were some very competitive options, but no one could come real quickly.  In the interest of getting us all back in the house, I begrudgingly called Roto-Rooter and as I expected, they were able to get someone in within a couple hours.  I received no less than four updates during the two or three hours between my call and Carlos' arrival to provide me updates, and their ETA ended up being spot-on.

Once Carlos got there, everything went exactly as it was explained to me on the phone.  I was provided a free estimate, which I felt was reasonable, but was more than estimates provided to me by competitors (to the one-star review stating that he was ripped-off because he didn't get a free estimate ... you can't expect that they'll magically know what's causing your drain issues without they doing something diagnostic like dropping a camera in the line, which will cost you something).  Carlos again snaked the line, but unlike the guy who came the day before, he snaked it twice using two different spinning blades.  Following that, he dropped a camera in the line and located a soft blockage.

Let's talk about Carlos for a moment: this guy was THE professional.  He'd mentioned that he'd been doing this for 12 years, and that experience showed in his work.  Beyond that, however, we were highly impressed with how he handled himself.  He chose his words carefully and didn't speculate unnecessarily - important when you and your family are displaced from your home because you don't have functioning sewer.  Costs were explained before he did anything, and he was patient - I know next to nothing about what happens after I flush my toilet, and he did a nice job of explaining what could've been going on without being an alarmist.  Another reviewer described him as smart, professional, and honest - that's absolutely accurate.

Carlos found a soft blockage something like 60 feet from the clean out.  He offered to snake it one more time with a larger blade and I was ready to throw in the towel, but he wanted to give it another shot.  So I grabbed a beer to soften the blow of my misfortune and he's snaking the line and were talking and all of the sudden, to everyone's great surprise, the line clears with this incredible sucking sound.  I think he was as excited as we were.  He dropped the camera back in and found roots (which he'd cut through), cracked pipes that have pry been there since the house was built 100 years ago.  You couldn't see any of that while the line was filled with water and debris.  The cause of the blockage is bad news, but Carlos GOT IT DONE.  Toilets flush, showers drain, and we're back in the house with a precise understanding of what's happening with our sewer line and the knowledge we need to move forward.

So let me sum this up, based on my experiences these past couple days: Roto-Rooter has top-notch equipment, and based upon my experience with Carlos, they have people who know what they're doing and can handle themselves professionally.  I'm sure that I paid more than I would have with a competitor.  But $100 with a competitor the day before got me no closer to resolution, and now that this is resolved, I know that the $150 I would've dropped on the next competitor wouldn't have gotten me any closer either.  You MIGHT pay a little more for Roto-Rooter, but they were the guys who got the job done right and QUICKLY.  I would've been happy paid much more for this result, and for Carlos.  Roto-Rooter, if you guys monitor your Yelp reviews, please read this - consider giving this guy a raise.  He's absolutely earning it.
