We have a clogged outdoor drain and they were able to come out the same day to clear it. They were very communicative throughout the process and were not able to clear it due to a larger root issue but showed us the camera footage and pulled out everything they were able to.

Arman is a straightforward and honest man. When I requested a quote on Yelp for a job that I had inside my house every other business gave me the runaround and wouldn't give me a straightforward answer on what the price was going to be for installation. Arman was the only plumber in my area who understood the assignment and right away told me a flat rate price that it was going to cost and when he arrived to the job he didn't try to make an excuse and upsell on other services or complain about the difficulty of the job. This is the most valuable aspect of any service related job, not the pricing but the convenience and the reliability. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs any plumbing job done on their house because the quality of the job was top-notch and the overall experience was hassle-free and without headache.

Last Sunday we experienced a clogged toilet and shower drain in one of our bathrooms.  We called Calif. High-Tech Plumbing.  We explained our problem and they came out right away.  And on a Sunday.  We were quoted one price if the problem could be fixed without taking out the toilet, and a higher price if the toilet had to be removed. After about one hour, we were advised that the toilet would have to come out.  It was late into evening and they had to come back the next day.  They did so and fixed the problem perfectly.  They only charged us for taking out the toilet and not for the time they spent the day before.  Excellent.  We can recommend California High-Tech and Ilan 100%.  They saved the day.

I've used arlan pluming on multiple occasions when remodeling my home. Honestly I've had the best experience. The job always gets done perfectly and they always leave the area spotless as if it was untouched. No to forget how polite they are. I will never go anywhere else. Hands down the best pluming service I've ever used.

He showed up at our front door 20 minutes after the call.  He was polite and walked through with me to diagnose issue.  While working, he gave me a few tips to avoid future plumbing issues which were very helpful.  Final price was less than he originally told me on the phone.

My bathroom water line broke and flooded my downstairs with water. This was on a Sunday night I was frantic. After a quick search I found Get Rapid Restoration; Rob came out right away. He got all the water up and saved my home from further water damage. He was there from the beginning to the end. He brought my kitchen back to Life after all the water damage. If you are looking for a honest person Rob is it.

I had been calling other reputable plumbers on yelp and getting times of 1-2 weeks to come out and look. Finally looked at Plumbers in LA outside of my area and found Rishon. George talked me through it over the phone before hand at the end of the work day, accepted pictures via phone, and then scheduled with me the very next morning first thing to have it fixed. He was just great in casually talking all the options through.

Both he and John showed up on time the next morning, fixed my shower in under an hour, and made the entire process very friendly and not scary. Not only that, they gave me the best price of all the plumbers I vetted and even knocked off $25 dollars when time came to write the check.

What seemingly was a simple call turned into a tough to find the right tech on a Sunday before 7am. Luckily yelp lead me here. Marco answered quickly, had service guy call within 10 minutes and even reschedule to meet with Us first. Upon arrival our fears met reality but he devised an action plan to meet our needs. Did we have to spend money? Yes. Did we want to? No- who does? We're we at ease and comfortable with doing so? Yes. Did we understand our options? Absolutely. Would we use them again? Yes. Honest, efficient and fast.

The Ads are Great! The Service, Not So Much.

One of Rooter Hero's fundamental promises is that they respond promptly (within an hour) to service calls. I've reached out to them three times in the past 14 hours without any response. If they don't honor their simple commitments how can I trust them with one of my homes most critical systems?

Todd and his team are the only folks I will call when I have an issue with my units. He is fast, reliable, and always does a good job. I've even asked for referrals to other contractor/repair specialists and he's given me reliable contacts. These folks are trustworthy and worth your time and money.

The management will try to rip you off. First they sad $3000 then with discounts $2750. This was to rooter one line 200 feet from an outdoor shower to the street.
I turned them down so they agreed to my price, of $1,200.
Their worker Timothy Steele was great, did more than he had to. A friendly smart man. However his bosses are not so great.
