Clean-Out Kings are simply the best.  They responded immediately to my request for a quote and scheduled someone to come to my house to do a visual assessment at my convenience.  Luis arrived on time, provided me with a good quote and proceeded to complete the job in less than 15 minutes.  I have never experienced such fast and friendly service and will not hesitate to call them again.

Our toilet has been slow for the past week and eventually clogged completely. I did everything I could but ultimately realized I needed a pro. He was downtown but drove all the way to Santa Clarita on a same day request for a quote and was here by 11. We found out I have roots growing into the pipes from the tree growing outside, but this guy put in work and did everything he could to solve our problem. I will definitely be calling him back for the next steps

BE CAREFUL !!!!!!!! from this company, he seems nice guy and then he will charge you thousands of dollars and if you ask them for proof or receipt they will not provide and send your bill to collection company.

Excellent customer service, punctuality and value. I rarely use Yelp for Plumbing services but this time it wast right on point with the accuracy of  the ratings. My bathtub was clogged and I had previously called a plumbing service which by the way they lied telling me that my pipes were crystallized and that cement breaking would have to be involved in order to repair it.

This was not the case, my bathtub got unclogged, and a minor repair is need it with nowhere near the amount of work the other guy wanted to charge me.

I will definitely use Purdy Plumbing for preventive yearly service.

I called and got a very speedy service. He was very communicative and gave me a real time estimate, and got there earlier than expected. Fix the problem very professional. Had a main line clogged on a Saturday evening. was referred to bigos plumbing by a friend.  The owner Matt answered immediately and within 20 minutes his drain guy showed up and took care of the clog immediately.  great customer service and friendly staff will definitely use again and refer to whoever needs a plumber

We had a toilet back up for months, my bf brought a snake home from work but couldn't get this thing fixed. After a month of waiting on him, MEN...I found Arlan Plumbing online and they got here the same day. I work in Property Management and was super impressed with how well Roman kept me informed on the ETA.

Vladimir showed up, wishing me Happy NY etc, as if he was an uncle from the family tree (which would never be possible since I'm Vietnamese and he's Russian) and I loved it! It didn't matter that it was after 5 pm, he was happy as a clam to help us out. He figured it out within 30 mins and was on his way.

I needed to get my sinks and tubs done as they were not draining properly. I called a big well known plumbing company I found on Yelp and boy were their prices unreasonably high.  these big plumbing companies trying to upsell you for work you don't even need.

I called Dave who was able to come over the very next day and quoted me a price right over the phone. He came and fixed it within a few minutes and kept the price we agreed on via phone.

Kinda, friendly, fast service. He's straight forward with no BS.

We have used Michael on several occasions and were satisfied with his work. But what prompts this 1-star review is that after re-scheduling an appointment (we understood he was busy on a bigger job so cut him the slack he needed), on the date and time of our confirmed service appointment, he never showed up.  Never texted, never called.  Pretty unprofessional in my book.

Zlatko did an amazing job for us. He came to our house on a Saturday morning to fix a leak coming from the back of our refrigerator.  He is very organized, professional and does great work.  He even referred us to a dry wall guy who came over the same day and patched the wall behind the fridge.  Highly recommend.

Excellent service! I requested a quote this morning, and they called back in less than 10 minutes. I described the problem, got a quote and scheduled the service for the same day. The tech showed up on time, very polite, wore shoe protectors in the house, and finished the job pretty quickly. Charged exactly the amount quoted. It even came with a work guarantee. Based on his work, I can highly recommend this company!

Called George around 10am and had a new water heater by 1pm. They are that fast and price was reasonable. I would happily use them again and recommend to my friends. Thanks guys.

I called at 2:37PM - they gave me a 3-5PM ETA. I called at 6:15PM to see what was happening, they said would call me right back. At 7PM I called and they said my appt. was for tomorrow 9-11AM. Yeah, don't call these people unless you don't mind the run around. Unprofessional at it's finest.

Wow!!!! Just amazing!!! I called after hours and much to my surprise got a call back IN MINUTES!!! Todd called, said he'd send his guys within the hour and BOOM!!! 59 minutes later, his guys were knocking on the door... fixed my issue in a matter of minutes and done!!! Thanks Todd!!!!!! Well worth the MINOR after hours charge!!! Got Todd and co on speed dial now!!!!

Do NOT - Repeat Do NOT - use these clowns for any plumbing repairs.

I called on a weekday - non holiday - during normal hours and asked to have someone come out and snake my mainline.  First clue they are not reputable, is that they would not give a price range over the phone.

3 hours later some dufus arrives in a 4 door beat up Chrysler 200 and wants to inspect the water damage and hands me a marketing brochure for water damage clean up - no snake, no plumbing tools - just brochures!!

After I send him away the technician magically appears 1 minute later and proceeds to tell me that a simple main snake clean out is $440 - yeah $440 for 10mins work to snake the main.

What a joke, do not use Roto Rotor - they are 100% a scam - I called MIKE DIAMOND and they quoted me over the phone $99 - and guess what, that's what it cost and they did a great job and cleaned up after the job.
