I had a bathroom sink clog a few months ago. I messaged Clean-Out King's through Yelp and got an immediate response. I was impressed! Bobby arrived exactly on time later that day. He was so polite when he came to the door. He wore a mask and covered his shoes with booties. He gave a free estimate on the spot which was surprisingly high but he cleared the drain quickly and left.

I now have a kitchen sink leak. I messaged the company again through Yelp yesterday and received a quick reply again! They're coming out today. I have to say it's a great company and very reliable but I am nervous the estimate will be high again. Will update later.

Updating as of 3/30/23 while Luis and his team are still here because I'm so impressed with the service I've gotten. My kitchen sink leak repair turned into needing to have my whole house re-piped. With such an unexpected project and cost, Luis was very clear on what needed to be done and why. I trusted him completely and he didn't let me down. He and his team worked nonstop for two days to get the project done. He even repaired my broken gutter when he saw it fall. While I hope I never need a plumber again, I know exactly who I'm calling if/when I do.

I've been working with Arman for a while now and his new company is fantastic. We had the worst issue with a brand new home build where the plumbing was done incorrectly and the water pressure was completely low for our shower and sinks. Not only that, there was no water line installed to the fridge. Arman is super fast and doesnt cut corners. This guy just goes straight to the job and gets it done right. Replaced the water regulator and fixed some other features that was wrong. Perfectly working now. Love working with people who just get things done professionally.

Awesome service from Eduardo and his father. Constant communication and came out to replace our dual sink faucet in short notice (even on Sundays!). Installation was clean and inspection was perform to make sure there was no leaks. A minor leak was found from an old o-ring and they took care of it at no additional charge. High recommended espically since this is a father and son team. Cost of service is a fraction of what the bigger companies were quoting. Found my new plumbing service provider!

Matt was very professional and personable. We called to have our bathtub drain unplugged. Matt returned our call right away, arrived on time, took care of the problem and left no mess. We'll be sure to use this service again.

Dave is great!  He is very professional and knows his stuff.  After calling around, Dave offered to come out the same day and look at my drain issues.  He knew what it was right away and got to work.  He gave me a very fair price and I haven't had any issues with it since.  We also called him out to change a faucet and toilet in another bathroom.  If you are looking for a trustworthy plumber with fair prices and guaranteed work, this is your guy.  As a single parent on a budget, I'm glad there are trustworthy plumbers like Dave who are fair and honest.   He earned my business and I will continue to use him again.

I'm certainly not surprised to see 28 5-star reviews here. Michael Levey installed a tankless gas water heater for us back in 2007 (by the way, tankless is the way to go, if you can).  He was extremely professional and knowledgeable - he had helped us decide which tankless to go with (Noritz), so I kept his card for the next time we needed a plumber.  That day was today...the water heater wasn't getting hot so I called Michael to set up an appointment.  He told me what he thought the problem was (he was right), came over promptly at the scheduled time.  He doesn't carry the part, which he had told me over the phone, so I need to order it from the manufacturer.  He did show me how to install it myself although I know he would be happy to come back and do it if I need it.  Since he was here for all of 10 minutes, he didn't even charge me for his time, which I totally appreciate.  Sometimes I hesitate to write a good review because I worry that person will become too busy, but the heck with that!  Do not hesitate to call Michael at LA Sustainable Plumping with any plumbing problems you will have.

I called them to have a kitchen faucet installed.  I had bought the new faucet
and made sure it was the same size as the previous one, which leaked.  I asked for an estimate of the installation, and was told it would be $450.  I thought she made a mistake, and again explained that we already had the faucet as I thought she was including the price of it in the estimate.  She said she realized that, but could give us a 5% senior discount (less than $25).

We said no thanks and called another plumber, at half the price.

Very responsive and professional.  We will definitely work with this company in the near future on other projects.

These are your professionals when you have a broken pipe. They will clamp the pipe, then come back later and repair it once the water has drained. Thanks to everyone who saved our crawl space!

He was prompt, polite and very knowledgable and gave us tips to keep our drains clear.  Highly recommended!

Rishon plumbing & water heaters Company was the most trustworthy and professional company that I have ever used. I was having issues with my water heater decided on going with the tankless and I called them they arrived at my house in no time explained everything to me one by one what needed to be done and how much it will cost me. I was surprised by the price I got, couple of other companies that I spoke with it took forever to get back with me and couple of prices that I got at least 25 to 30% more on the price that I got from Rishon plumbing

So grateful Marco provided a quick response time to my plumbing problem this morning. Chris kept me updated with an accurate ETA, and fixed my problem in a timely manner. I must say I had multiple problems at my home when I first moved in and used multiple plumbing companies for my sewage line, bathroom, and kitchen. I had every problem you could think of! Anyways, after going through 3 other companies - I finally found a company that meets beyond my expectations. Thank you Clean Out Plumbing!! You are my go-to company and I will recommend you guys every time.

I've had some bad experiences with contractors in the past but this was by far the worst.  I had a leaky exterior faucet as well as water seeping near my irrigation valves.  For some unexplained reason the plumber they sent out could not give me a straight answer for anything.  He tried to tell me that I didn't own a shut off wrench for the main.  We went back and forth a few times and I finally described it to him and he finally agreed  that I do own one.  He tried to convince me this so that I'd agree to have the entire pipe replaced from the faucet down to the ground and probably to the main since you can't connect copper to galvanized steel. (WTF.
The entire house still has galvanized steel so it's going to have to be connected to GS somewhere).  He couldn't even ballpark the cost without calling his supervisor out (again, wtf?).  Almost immediately he tried to talk me into using ygrene to finance and that they could even finance a tankless hot water system (which, of course, requires copper re-piping).  I just wanted the leaks fixed!  I told him this several times.  He tried to scare me into thinking that the leak from the irrigation valve might cause a sink hole and that someone could get injured.  My current plumber says the leak isn't that bad and was able to quote me prices for both without a hassle.  In any case, he left to use the restroom and said his supervisor was on the way.  That's when I called the company and asked him to tell him not to come back out.  10 minutes later he was at the door with no supervisor.  Why did he come to the door if his supervisor wasn't there?  This experience should be in a How not to treat a customer training video.

Great work at a great price.  I would definitely use them again.

They repaired the sewer line, added a pressure regulator, and added a main line cut-off on a house we recently purchased.

The work was done within the time frame quoted, at the price they quoted.

I noticed that the new hose faucet they installed had a small drip, they were out the next day to fix it.

Before selling my house, my agent said to get the lines checked.  Roto-Rooter (RR) came, did an inspection, and charged me $20,000 to fix problems.  I told them I was selling the house and it needed to pass buyers inspections.
The buyer's inspector said the job was not done properly, finding 2 problems.  RR agreed they did the first part incorrectly.  They said I should have known the second issue, the slope of the pipes, would be a problem.  
They agreed to do the whole job again, first for $13,000 and then for free but the buyer did not trust them, so I had to credit the buyer $18,000 so they could fix the problem themselves.
Roto-Rooter admitted they did at least part of the job wrong.

I threatened to sue and we were able to settle the matter.

The other thing that got me mad was after the buyer's first inspector said there was a problem RR came out, inspected again, and denied there was a problem.  Only after the buyers hired a second inspector would Roto Rooter admit they goofed.
