Their use of technology made the scheduling and contracting process very easy to understand and smooth. I was emailed reminders of the appointment and copies of the contract that I e-signed. They found my leak within 40 minutes, flagged it, show it to me, and sent me a report. It was a little pricey, but I think I got good service for the money.

I'm not one to usually write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Oscar that I feel compelled to. He was able to come out to my house same day and fix my issue - and came back the next day to make sure everything was solid. He even helped me call my water heater manufacturer to help them explain the issue so they would send me the right part.

Plus, Oscar was super affordable. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a good plumber in the SGV 626 area.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Came to the house, found a likely cause for the water leak, and said he would be back on Tuesday with a part he needed to order.
Tuesday came and went, Wednesday went by, nothing on Thursday until he was called again.
When he finally did come on Saturday he had the wrong part - not even close to the shower fixture style. When I objected and wanted the original part fixed or used, he gave me attitude and said (in a condescending way), Well, good luck!
He might be fine for sewer work, but a fit, form and finish plumber he is not.

Luis is great! He came out and solved the problem in 20 minutes after properly diagnosing the Tankless Water Hearer and other connections! He found out there was switch in the side circuit panel that had to be reset and hot water started working again!

Fernando is the best in the business! We've used his services multiple times now. Very professional and super responsive. To top it off, he is very fair on prices - also very honest and helpful!

It's never good when you have to call a plumber but if you do, Chris is the guy to call. He got back to me right away, made his way over that day and took care of the problem in no time. He was knowledgeable, fairly priced and best of all a great guy! If you need a plumber, he's your guy!

Great price. But more important to me great service and expertise. Ray and his crew were very professional and took care of my job perfect. He came out to a multi-unit apartment complex  where we needed some complicated natural gas line work to be done. Ray took a look at it and knew exactly what needed to be done, and  when I asked him if he had done it before,  he told me yes,  and I felt confident in his answer. Well he did know because everything went to plan. I am one hundred percent satisfied with his service from beginning to end.

Super fast response and they price matched other offers that I found for the same service. The plumber that came out was very polite and honest with what needed to be done.
