We order the water leak detection to our house because we thought we have a leaking towards to the front yard. An hour before they came ,our gardener told us that the valve is broken and that's why we have so many water in the front. The gardener fix it and once he done the guys from the water leak detection came over. We forgot to call them and cancel the appointment and even though they came they did not charged us any service fee. Thank you for Mr.Nadav and his crew.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Our insurance sent this company for a backed up sewer line. They said they were 15 minutes away and showed up an hour later. Flooded the sewer line with water to find the blockage then refused to fix it saying our warranty didn't cover the work (which it did) The service man who was not dressed professionally at all started arguing with my wife, yelled at her and was very disrespectful and stormed off and left. Meanwhile our tubs were now backed up with raw sewage. I wouldn't recommend calling these guys under any circumstance. Terrible customer service and never finished the job. Unprofessional. If I could give zero stars I would.

Called them out again last week because the shutoff valve in my other bathroom was leaking.   They came out and  screwed it in a little..said it was loose.  That fixed it.  Most embarrassing.  So I said while they were out there, they might as well go as well go ahead and change the O ring as I couldn't remember when it had last been replaced.  They opened it up,  looked at it, said it looked fine.  Charged me NOTHING for the visit.  And not a drop has come out of the valve since their visit.  Hard to beat that!

We have quite a few plumbing problems in our old building, they show up on time, are professional and reasonably priced. Manuel has been our technician, he was great!

I was surprised and utterly pleased with Lionel, at LCDoctor Plumber, Inc. I was expecting a plumber who would try to upsell me on an expensive solution to my desperate need. Not so with Lionel. After taking a deep internal camera into my ceramic main line sewer drain, and an acoustic locator as to where the obstruction was below the surface in my front lawn, Lionel was able to tell me where the obstruction was, how deep it was and the least expensive way to solve the problem. He informed me on the long term certain more expensive choice, but also the least expensive way, short term but solid answer to solve it using my handyman. He was generous, kind, clear, experienced and at a reasonable rate. He is calm, not alarming and tenacious to help the people lucky enough to have him help them with a plumbing problem. I can most passionately refer this plumber for his skill as well as his character.  

Lionel came to me during an emergency overflow from my toilets.
He was on time, thorough, extremely knowledgable (after 16 years doing plumbing),
and reasonable about the risks and the choices I was faced with. He suggested the least expensive route, the cost of each plumbing part, the fiberglass method to the polyurethane pipe. He was careful not to break my already cracked and root ridden 93 year old ceramic pipe, while shark snaking to try to clear any roots so that I could clear my sewer line and breathe relief. He took it as far as he could, hoping to buy some time for me, enlarge the encroached diameter and provide a short term solution. He took it up to the bend in the pipe where the camera and the snake stopped. That is when he recommended the next step. A 4' X 7' square hole, 5.5' deep, cut the pipe, remove the roots in the area, use the camera again to see how far the root stretched and remove them, put in new pipe with connectors, and that should solve the problem. If not, the more expensive polyurethane and fiberglass method might have to be chosen. He explained to me every step. It was so refreshing and took some of the nervous burden away.

I was very happy with his service and expertise. I can easily recommend him to others.

Jeremy and his guys did hydrojetting and some general repairs for me, all done quickly and correctly at a very fair price.  The impressive thing though was the leak under our concrete patio that they found and fixed.  I was prepared to have 100+ square feet of concrete torn up and replaced to get it taken care of.  Jeremy however tracked the source to within a foot of the leak which turned a major concrete project into a minor patch saving me $$$.  if you need a plumber go with these guys, you'll get good work and honesty.

Ray is fantastic! Found Sonic on Yelp for an emergency back up the other evening and decided to go with him because he is local and of course the number of five star reviews. He was super fast and took great care of us. I highly recommend his service and will absolutely go to him next time.

Quick to respond - brought two options just in case. We couldn't be more thrilled about the result. We had a broken garbage disposal and SoCal came to the rescue within hours. Thank you! Hope to not have to use again, but would if we needed to!

We hired John Laforme from the Home Inspection Authority to do an inspection for a home we ended up buying last spring.  He charged a little more than the last inspector we used but it was a quick escrow so we were glad to have someone come out last minute to inspect the home.  John showed up on time and the whole inspection was rather quick.  He showed us some issues at the house and later sent a thorough inspection report.

The reason for the bad review is that 8 months later we had a plumbing issue.  When running the kitchen sink, I heard what sounded like someone pouring a hose into a pool beneath the floor.  So I crawled into the crawlspace and found a severely eroded pipe.  By the severity of the pipe erosion, I figured this had to of been going on for several years, yet along during the inspection.  The plumber I hired to fix the pipe adamantly agreed that it would of been present during inspection and the inspector screwed up.

I contacted John about it and he said there weren't any leaks during inspection.  Take a look at the pictures I posted on their Google and Angie's List reviews.  If you think this pipe could of eroded this badly in only a few months, hire these people.  If you think this damage would take several years and this guy did a poor job, then look for another inspector.

Friendly service and fixed my pipes for free!!! Ask for Johnny he's a great guy. Very honest. I rent and my landlord is super cheap about repairs but he laid out a great plan for me to show her that I believe would change her mind.

I was notified by the gas company that I had a gas leak outside my house.  It was about 10:00 on a Thursday.  I called Riordan plumbing the next morning and they have somebody out within 2 hours.

The job didn't go as planned.  They never do in my 70 year old house, but they did the work at the quoted price and finished within the allotted time.  The plumber on site Larry, and his crew were professional and diligent and I would highly recommend them to anybody for both major and minor plumbing issues.
