QP Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing an old shower valve.
First, the response was incredible-I spoke to Oscar @ 4:30pm and he arrived 10 minutes early before 9:00 the next morning. The workmanship was top notch- tile needed to be cut raising a lot of dust but Oscar taped a plastic sheet all around the shower to minimize the dust. From the beginning to the final cleanup, Oscar was totally professional. We are definitely referring him to our friends & family for plumbing service!

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Marco helped us out with slow drains in a bathtub and a shower, as well as replacing the shower valves in one bathroom and putting in new angle valves  for the hot and cold water lines in the kitchen sink. He did a great job, explained everything they were doing, charged fair and transparent prices, and was professional and super friendly. Total pleasure to work with. Would call for all future plumbing needs!

I was very happy to find All Ways on Yelp! I heard a strange slow dripping sound from the ceiling after using shower and had a concern of potential leaking. There was no visible sign or anything very noticeable. Another plumber came and told me to just ignore it and keep an eye on, but Luis and the team came 3 times to help me trouble shoot. They eventually found out that my pressure regulator needs to be replaced and fixed other plumbing things not done right around the house. They are responsive and reliable, good communication too. I'm saving their number for sure!

Got the most affordable quote for Unplugging my bathtub here. Nice guy came over and fixed it within 10 minutes, gave me a couple of tips. Happy customer :-)

I had a new toilet installed, which had water coming out from the base and my bathroom smelled like sulfur.  After searching Yelp, I came across Roma Rooter, and based on the reviews, decided to call Chris. Chris stopped by on the date agreed, took his time to assess the problem, and fixed the toilet.  He was honest, took his time with the repair, and left the bathroom clean. Given the amount of time he took, the price of the repair was more than reasonable.  Will definitely use Roma Rooter for all my plumbing needs! Highly recommend Roma Rooter!

Highly recommend aquaman! Great customer service. They returned my call right away & quickly came out to look at the pool & spa. We had a large crack in our spa, which they put on epoxy to seal it. We noticed the water level was still going down so they came back out at no charge and found two more leaks. Very reasonably priced too.

I called this morning to request service for my water heater. The dispatcher was able to schedule a technician for the same day. The dispatcher kept me informed of the technician's schedule. The technician (Paul) arrived and diagnosed unit. He determined the issue was related to lack of maintenance (which was true). He performed the recommended maintenance. After confirming that the maintenance resolved the reported issue he checked out with me and answered my questions. The price was fair. I would recommend this company.

It was late on 12/23 and I realized I had no hot water. I emailed a few businesses and Matthew emailed me back, even though it was around 11 pm (I figured no one would respond that night, but maybe in the morning). My water heater was over 10 years old, and I knew it was best to just replace it. Matthew asked for pics, and was able to give me an estimate over the phone. I had talked to another company, who wouldn't give me an estimate until they got to me and charged a service fee (no thanks). Matthew said he'd be here between 9-10 am the next morning, and he was at the door at 9. He not only replaced my water heater, but also the supply lines and a new drip pan (all for the same price). I highly recommend him. I really appreciate quality work, and someone who will get back to me in a timely and professional manner. See attached photos of my new water heater, etc.

We reached out to John for a home and sewer inspection for a home we are purchasing. John responded right away, and offered us his earliest possible appointments. He arrived before his scheduled time, speaking with us briefly before he got to work.  

He moved quickly, but inspected thoroughly.  After the inspection, he gave us the highlights, and a day or two later, we had our home and sewer report online in a clean and easy to use online interface.  We were able to easily compile a list of repair requests for the sellers along with his photos and explanations.

So here's the update. . . a few weeks ago I had problems with a leaky faucet.  Since the kitchen facet was old and finding the replacement stem was impossible I decided the simple solution was to call a plumber and have it done by the professionals.  

So I called up John Riordan.   Scheduled an appointment day for two days later.  They were really busy, apparently.  On the day of the appointment a very nice guy shows up.  He takes apart the kitchen faucet and examines  the plumbing nipples.  The nipples were clogged and had to be replaced.   New plumbing nipples were installed and kitchen faucet was replaced.  The bill was a little over two hundred dollars.   Less than twenty four hours later the  brand new kitchen faucet starts dripping.   I called up John Riordan plumbing.  Because it was a holiday weekend they were short staffed and I would have to wait until the following Tuesday.

On the day of the appointment the same plumber shows up and shuts down the water and checks the stem valves for possible debris.     Bingo, bunch of small pebbles.  He cleans out the aerator, and then explains that debris from the pipes caused the faucet to drip.  His advice to me was if the leak occurs again, simply shut down the water to the house and check the stem valves for debris as well as the aerator.  

A couple of days later the gas to the house was shut off because of a leak.  I called John Riordan Plumbing and informed them I had a gas leak.  The dispatcher asked me specific questions about where the leak might be and I cooperated with her. The earliest I could schedule the appointment was for two days later.  

On the day of the appointment the plumber shows up and asks me  what am I here to fix?  So I showed him the paperwork from the Gas Company he looks at it and indicates that he will go outside to look for the leak.   As he is exiting the house he stops and then starts giving me the statistics as to where the leak might be and then proceeds to try to talk me into  just replacing the gas pipes, getting new heaters, etc.    He didn't even want to try to find the leak.   At one point I followed him to the gas meter at the curb whereupon he lifts up the gas meter lid and shines his flashlight into the container box.   With the light from his flashlight  he points to a silver oval object and says indicates that the silver oval object is against code regulations and that it needed to be updated.   He then proceeds to hand me an estimate of approximately $3, 9000.00 to replace then entire gas piping to the house.  He then informs me  it will take about two to three days to replace the whole system.  It was at this point where he hands me another bill of $99.00 for the service call to the house.   He then indicates that the $99.00 service charge will be deducted from the bill if I use the John Riordan company  to do the work.   Suffice it to say I called up another plumbing company for a second opinion.  I ended hiring the other company.
