Nadav and his crew are honest and helpful,  and I do not hesitate to recommend them to anyone unfortunate enough to have plumbing leaks.

I called Waterboy Leak Detection because I was dealing with a leak that 2 different plumbers could not locate. Nadav explained what type of service they provide, and said that the type of leak I have is something that they are unable to detect. However, he was very helpful in ultimately helping me fix my issues by providing a referral to someone who can.

I  called once again, and Nadav once more came through, even though I ended up not needing his services, and recommended a contractor to restore my bedroom to what it was before the water damage. Thank you so much for being a trustworthy organization!

I found myself in some trouble trying to fix my plumbing isue myself...and after a bit of a frustrating morning I was glad you were available to come down in a timely manner and fix what I messed up. I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

I called Olson's Plumbing because I had a blockage in my laundry room drainage pipe. I have had many plumbers come and fix the problem, so many in fact that I was beginning to think that it had to be that my washing machine was leaking. When the owner of Olson's Plumbing came over, he quickly realized what the problem was. He found roots that were several feet long in my main pipe that my kitchen and laundry room were draining to! These roots were so ridiculous that I am floored that the other plumbers never even detected them. They all did the same thing and snaked the drain in the laundry room (which was always only temporary relief!). Needless to say, Olson's Plumbing got EVERYTHING cleared out, cleaned up and done at an excellent price. This company is punctual, professional and I am relieved that I now have an honest and reliable company to call on in the future! Thanks a million!

These guys were great.  They came out to give me an estimate for my pilot light not staying lit in my home.  Other plumbers took a look and once they saw the water heater was out of warranty, they immediately told me I needed to replace it costing much more than I wanted to spend.  Luis came over and have me several options along with positives and negatives of each.  He was able to just replace my pilot light fixture, me knowing the risk of it not fixing the problem, but I was willing to try it before replacing my whole 6 y old water heater.  I highly recommend Luis and All Ways Plumbing.

My main water pipe broke going into my home.  Leaving my family without any water.  The pipe went right under my cement driveway.  Fernando came out immediately and TOOK CARE of business, he found a great solution instead of cracking and cutting my driveway open.  He troubleshoot the issue and had the water and even better pressure up and running the same day.  Thanks Tony & Son.  Great Family owned business.  Would recommend to anyone and have already.

Had a main line obstruction again, about the 5th time in 8 years.  Chris came on time, and was friendly, yet knowlegeable and professional.
How he takes care of his equipment tells you he'll do the job right.  Had  this job done by other companies before who charged more, and they had beat up trucks and equipment, and were in and out in a flash.
Chris explained what he was doing and what to expect.  Reasonable charge, especially for a Saturday.

this month, i had an emergency flood situtaion in my home. it was bad. really, really, really bad. i just knew at this time of day it was going to be difficult and expensive to find service for the fix. after searching online for technicians in the area, one of the top choices and who were available, were speed rooter, in the los angeles 90008 area. immediately from dispatch to the performance of the work :) , it was absolutely a-1 !!!!!!!. now i see why they have been around for 45 years  way longer than i've been alive ! continue the great work speed rooter !!!

This is the second time I've used Aquaman.  The other time I gave them a 5-star review because they were diligent, professional and had the right equipment and approach to finding the leak, which they did (on the second day).

So, I discovered I had a new leak and, without hesitation, called Aquaman again.  They pressure tested all my lines and found nothing.  No leaks.  But I was definitely loosing water based on my frequent measuring of the pool and spa.  In fact, the leak was getting worse.  I'm sure when they initially pressure tested there was no leak.  They don't B.S. you.  They came back and retested and discovered the leak, which I'm sure just happened.  It was in the Spa.

Rest assured, Aquaman will find your leak, if you have one.  If they don't, they won't charge you.  They are honest and they guarantee their work.  A rare combination!

Leonel and the LC Doctor Plumber crew went beyond the call of duty.  Beat the competition's pricing and finished a complex job, including bumps in the road, with professionalism and grace.  I will definitely use them in the future.

Today I had On Call Plumbing hydro-jet my outdoor drains ahead of the winter rains.  They cleared a bunch of junk out of my pipes.  Jeremy and Zane are nice guys and did a nice job.  Great price!

I heard about Sonic Rooter and Plumbing from my buddy who had Ray over to fix a problem at his place.  He said Ray was knowledgeable, fair, and efficient so I gave him a call.  I thought I would get an answering service but Ray answered the phone personally and was able to work with my schedule to come and fix my stopped up kitchen sink.  I thought I would wait for hours for him to arrive.  He called before he came over and even arrived a little earlier than scheduled.  He knew exactly what to do and fixed the stoppage.  Very professional.  Very fair prices.  I am a happy customer.  Ray exceeded my expections!  I even forgot to ask for an invoice for my landlord and he emailed me a copy.  I would definitely call him again!

I had very low water pressure in my master bath shower so I called SoCal Plumbing (based on yelp rating) thinking I would get an appointment in 3-5 days.  Instead, they sent someone over within 1/2 hour.  The plumber, Mario, wore a mask and shoe coverings and stayed distant, which was great for my family.  He was very knowledgeable, walked me through the issues and found a very reasonable fix for the problem (I was dreading having to break tile walls but he confirmed that was not needed).  He was honest, knowledgeable, friendly, and competent.  Next time I have I plumbing issue, I know who to call.

Never returned calls or texts after coming out. Waited a week as was quoted, then another, tried leaving voicemails and texts. Very unprofessional and bad business ethics to not respond. If you can't or won't do the job, at least communicate! Just wasting our time.

Great guy and very knowledgeable. I didn't expect to learn so much from him regarding the home. There were so many things that he pointed out which now gave me a list of future projects. I highly recommend this company!

I called All City Plumbing because my usual vendor was not available and it was a simple clogged drain in a bathroom sink to clear.  I had made an attempt to clear it myself but after removing the trap to get to the clog I was unable to clear it. Their price was a little higher than typical but they were able to come out on my schedule so I booked it.  Thomas showed up timely and was able to clear the drain in quick order.  When I booked the call I told the person that I needed the trap re-installed once cleared and to ensure there would be no leak upon completion.  I have had trouble before with different plumbers where a fixture would leak after the drain is cleared so I always ensure that this would not happen again.  Thomas re-installed the trap and went on his merry way.  Unfortunately almost immediately I noticed the trap was leaking.  I called the company back to have them back out to eliminate the leak.  Instead of coming out and fixing it the person decided to tell me they were refunding my money and not returning.  Saying the plumber should not have touched the job if the trap was off when he arrived.  Interesting statement since I told them up front when making the appt. that the trap was removed and needed to be re-installed without leaking.  Now two days later I contact the company to ensure my refund is on its way only to be called back and told they are not refunding my money.  They completed half the job they were given by clearing the drain.  They did not re-install the trap in a professional non-leaking manner. If re-installing the trap was going to be a problem for them, they should have declined the job both at the time of scheduling it and or when the plumber showed up and saw it removed and parts cleaned.
I had a second company come out yesterday and re-install the trap.  It is not leaking!  I paid for their service. I should be entitled to the refund I was promised.  I will be pursuing all avenues to get my refund.  In the meantime I felt it important that others be warned not to use this company!

My family has used Keefe for decades and we have always been happy with their professional, knowledgeable and reliable service. They are not a discount service, but their prices are fair and competitive with comparable businesses.

I've worked with this company in the past, and I'm sorry to say, they are off my list now. We had a major flood in our unit, as the plumber didn't turn off the valve to our unit before replacing our electric water heater. We have sustained ceiling, floor, wall and electrical problems. The report took almost 2 months to obtain, and now the company is denying that they did anything wrong.  Every plumber I've worked with always turns off the water to a unit before doing any type of plumbing work. Plus, the plumber didn't turn off all the breakers and got a bad shock before he began working on the water heater. He also inflated the charge for replacing the water heater, probably because he wanted to make a quick buck.  I've heard there's an ownership change at Riordan, so maybe they're doing things differently. I write for the Culver City Patch, and I'm furious about the way we've been treated. Our ceiling looks like Starbucks had a party, and our flooring has buckled.

Update, 8/19/2011-We went to small claims against this company, and won! I hope we don't run into any resistance in them paying the amount that we're owed...
