Highly Recommend! Waterboy came out and found a slab leak under our wood floors. Thankfully we did not need to open it where we originally thought it was. Leak was within a few inches of their tape.

I used QP Plumbing earlier today for a clogged kitchen drain. Very responsive and had the right equipment to help solve the issue. I'm willing on having them over again for any future plumbing issues! Thank you QP Plumbing.

I reached out to Ramsey Plumbing because my sink was having plumbing issues. When they scheduled the inspection they came at the time we had agreed on! Usually maintenance services don't ever arrive on time so I was very happy to see they were timely.

Sooo... James came out as scheduled to replace a garbage disposal at my son's condo and did an OUTSTANDING job!  Will definitely be using him again..! Thanks so much..

I called Tony and Son for a water leak in our house. The 2 guys immediately started to trace the problem. It turned out to be a broken sewer pipe. They immediately started to put plastic to cover the area to protect from dust and cut out the damaged part of the drywall and cut the broken piece and replace the new one. They also noticed that one of the showers needed caulking and took care of it. They completed the job and finished up by explaining everything that was done and swept the area from all dust. These guys provided great customer service from the minute they picked up the phone to the minute they walked out the door.

I had Chris clean out my pipe.  It was a simple job but he was reliable and reasonable. He also seemed to know his job well. I'll try his service again!

this month, i had an emergency flood situtaion in my home. it was bad. really, really, really bad. i just knew at this time of day it was going to be difficult and expensive to find service for the fix. after searching online for technicians in the area, one of the top choices and who were available, were speed rooter, in the los angeles 90008 area. immediately from dispatch to the performance of the work :) , it was absolutely a-1 !!!!!!!. now i see why they have been around for 45 years  way longer than i've been alive ! continue the great work speed rooter !!!

I've used these guys at my home in Redondo Beach and my restaurants in various locations in LA. They do amazing work and always have the best prices. I can't recommend them enough. Had some moisture issues with my house.  Wanted to rule out that it wasn't our pool.  Called Aquaman Leak Detectors (my pool man's referral), they came out within 48 hours.

Even though it was freezing out, they put on their cold swimming gear and got right in!

After 2 hours, no leak found. Just a little crack in the Jacuzzi that they patched right up!

I am glad I found LC Doctor Plumber here on Yelp.
I had an overflow pipe coming out of my tankless water heater which was deteriorating.
Leo from LC Doctor Plumber came out and told me it was because the
condensation from the tankless is acidic.  I had never heard such a thing, but
I double checked it -- and he was right!
Leo installed a neutralizer which neutralizes the acid and makes it compatible with my pipes.  The price was reasonable, and he exceeded my expectations (he installed a bypass pipe in case the neutralizer gets clogged and an indicator to tell me if it does).
All in all, I am very happy with his work and will use LC Doctor Plumber in
the future.

So glad I found this company and Jeremy!  He's been my go-to plumber for several years because he's reliable, on time and knows what he's doing.  Quickly scheduled an appointment, showed up on time and after the work was done he cleaned up and everything worked like it should.  

I had Jeremy do some work at my rentals and even my tenants were very pleased with him and his professionalism.  I highly recommend this company.

I actually wish I could give a 10 star rating for this company.  They are great!  I needed  to have a waterline installed to my new Frig so I could use the ice maker and filtered water.  My house is very old and never had a hook up.  Joseph was quick to call me and send someone out to give me an estimate.  I knew right away I was going to use this company after meeting and speaking with Johnny.  He was very knowledgeable and friendly and went beyond to explain things to me.  Johnny and Anthony did the work and I loved how they worked really well together and got the Job done quickly.  Thank you Johnny & Anthony! My very handy, DIY husband used his super strength to remove a wall and accidentally cracked the water line in front of the house.  He called Matthew so he could continue to remodel the house and not have to deal with another project on top of everything else.  Matthew arrived before the ETA and his price was more than fair and reasonable.  He is professional, quick and trustworthy.  He will be our go to plumber for any big or small plumbing project/repair.  Highly recommend.

John is a Excellent Home Inspector!!  John performed an inspection for us on our new home. From A-Z he handled things with the utmost professionalism.  Scheduling the inspection with him was easy and convenient. When John showed up, he worked diligently for over three hours to turn over ever stone and inspect every inch of the home.  At the conclusion, he produced a comprehensive report, offered us a warranty, and showed us the utmost care.  Highly recommended!

My garbage disposal was leaking and I called them. They came day of and Aj was my plumber. He was very quick and so nice and did the job in a very timely manner. Will definitely be using them again and highly recommend!

Great! Took care of problems fast. Very nice technician. He explained the problem thoroughly without condescension and was quick to make arrangements for having a larger problem resolved another day.

I set up a service with Riordan Plumbing to help with a water shut off of a building in order to perform repairs inside a unit. The appointment was set up at 9 am to shut it off and at 1 pm to turn it back on. After the repairs were made it was barely around 10 am, so I called Riordan to see if they could come back early to turn it back on. Unfortunately, they technician was busy and couldn't come early, which is fine.

The problem occurred when the technician didn't show on time for turning the water back on. I called multiple times and either the technician was not reached or was told they were running late from another job. In the end, the technician arrived an hour late. This created an issue for me because the entire building had no water for an entire extra hour than needed and also I had to pay an extra hour to the contractor doing the repairs because Riordan didn't make it on time. On top of that, the technician was not able to turn the water heater back on (though he tried in multiple ways) and took approximately another 1.5 hours.

After all of this, I asked Riordan given the grievances particularly because of the late arrival of the technician, to help me at least offset the extra cost that I had to absorb by paying the other contractor for the extra hour he had to stay. Riordan Plumbing was unsympathetic and argued that they never give specific appointments (only time-frames), and it has been that way in their twenty-something years of experience in the industry, which that is not what I was told when I set up my appointment. Additionally, the technician told me that they were not even charging the extra 30 minutes he took trying to make the water heater run again, which he couldn't do (as if that should be my reward for the entire situation)... In the end, they only offered me a $20 discount on my bill which was not even 20% of what I had to pay for the extra hour to the other contractor.

After this experience, I wouldn't recommend Riordan Plumbing. They don't care enough about their customers and were condecending in their treatment.
