Eduardo notified me when he was coming and showed up on time. He hauled away our non functioning toilet and put in our new toilet. Everything was quick and clean.

This holiday weekend was the worst time for my plumbing to back up!  Tomas at Rasco came out within an hour of my call and snaked out my drain.  He was clean and courteous.

Danny Rosa was polite, efficient and capable - my repair was excellent.  I had an issue regarding payment and Mark was quick to make it more than right immediately.  I would highly recommend The Rooter Company.

Fantastic from start to finish.  Our 10 year old water heater stopped heating water over this weekend.  Richard phoned back in short order, and offered to have someone come out to  look. Luis arrived within 1/2 an hour. He was professional and knowledgeable and wore a mask.  We discussed options of repairing or replacing with tank or tankless. We went with a new tank. Luis picked up the tank and installed that same day. He was methodical, neat and very pleasant. No stress and we're up and running. American Plumbing is now our go to plumber. Thank you!

I called and talked to Tobi on December 18 Wednesday, the weekend before I had to leave town for Christmas. I had a water leak and was wondering how to handle it? Tobi said no problem we will do it all on Friday, December 20th. They came at 8 am and by 4:30 they had done the whole repipe and had the water back on (3 bedroom house). We were so relieved (imagine our stress). After we came back in January, they arranged for inspection. Came the next day did a flawless patch work and texturing, so perfect some areas no need to paint. Here are the ratings:

These guys were fantastic. I had a slab leak in my home and ask David and his team to come out, investigate, and repair.

David and his team diagnosed the issue, presented me with detailed options, and then worked extremely hard to do the job. I could not be more impressed with this company. The workers were extremely friendly, hard working, and really knew their business. In the end, not only was my plumbing repaired, but I learned a lot from chatting with the crew.

I met Steve, the owner, when I had a garage door problem years ago, and touched base recently with another garage door problem (he also owns Door Crafters of Irvine, which has nothing but 5-star reviews). His plumbing business is 5-star as well.  I called with a problem (called me back in 15 minutes), and instead of coming out and charging me to fix it, he talked me through the repair over the phone, exchanging pictures to help.  That's the way he does business, he only does what's necessary, charges a fair price, returns calls, and arrives on time.  And in addition, everything he's done for me has been done right the first time. Highest recommendation.

Our boiler went out and we took the opportunity to upgrade to a tankless. They were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and spoke Spanish. I received a quote and allot of information without any condescending speeches or pushy sales pitches. The work was completed quickly, they cleaned up after themselves and explained how to use the new equipment. We will definitely be calling them for all our plumbing needs.

We decided that we wanted to do some remodeling of our bathrooms and before we started we thought that we might want to repipe our house first. We had an excellent experience with Repipe 1. It started with Tony, the project manager. He spent about 2 hours with us explaining what his quote entailed. He knows his stuff! We were impressed with the different scenarios that we threw at him and his responses. He explained step by step what would happen throughout the process. We signed the contract with him and within two weeks the crew began the work. It took one day to have the house repiped and a full two days to fix the drywall and stucco. When the inspector came to look at the repiping work - he told me that I had the A team in to do the repiping work by looking at the job they did in the walls. After the inspector had signed off on the job - I scheduled the drywall team. Danny, Daniel and Edgar were meticulous! I was so impressed with the work that they did! They tried to limit the amount of drywall dust and dirt which was a huge help! Of course, things still get dusty from the work being done, but they minimized it as much as possible. After each step of the way, someone from corporate office would call to check in to see how things were going (and of course to get payment). I would recommend Repipe 1 to anyone looking to get their house repiped!

This guy knows his stuff. Prompt, efficient and reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

Zach is to be trusted!  He came out and assessed my situation, suggested we probably had a home warranty to cover the cost of a different plumber doing the job. He was right. So he was willing to leave and not charge us anything. The other plumber didn't call so I figured a plumber in hand is worth two who don't call!  We had Zach do the work even though it would cost more. I'm glad we did. He does great work, is very neat and is just a nice guy to deal with. You can't go wrong with Zach and The Passionate Plumber.

Mike came out and replaced a 50 gallon water heater for me.   Ran me through all my options and was thorough and polite.    Gave me a better price than all my other bids and did a great job.   Even took my old one with him to get rid of.    Will definitely be calling him again for future work.

Team rooter was very rialable and professional Danny Chnchilla was very good. I felt very good meeting him even though some other plumber said gave me a cheaper quote I decided to hire him. Highly recommend this company. 10 out  of 10

Excellent communication and customer service from the time I called to arrival. Sara and trainee were professional, took time to explain and answer my questions.  The cost was very reasonable and definitely feel  I was not taken advantage of. Kudos to Sara and team,  you are genuine and appreciate your full service, thank you!

My house was flooded I called them to check it out any arrived in a couple hours. I was late but they waited for me, he was very friendly. I will use them again

First time to use R.K. Knight and would call them again with any plumbing problem.  We made an appointment and they showed up right on time. They assessed the problem and made recommendations. It's been a couple of weeks since the work was completed and everything is fine. It seemed a bit expensive, but from my experience, all plumbing is pricey. It sure beats trying to do it yourself. From the first phone call to job completion, everyone we talked to and dealt with were very courteous and professional. Overall an excellent job.

A representative from Plumbing Concepts was dispatched to inspection a laundry sink which was suspected of having a drain issue. The appointment was schedule through their office. The office confirmed the appointment the week before and via text message the morning of the appointment. The rep arrived on time, and very quickly pointed out the reason for the suspected issue. He was thorough in his inspection of the problem, made sure it was addressed properly and resolved the issue in a very timely manner. I am extremely happy with Plumbing Concepts process and highly recommend them for all your plumbing needs.
