Over the years, it's been hit or miss when finding a plumber that is honest, easy to communicate with, reasonable prices and does solid efficient work.  Jeff with Garrett's plumbing was all of these.  I would highly recommend contacting him. He helped out my parents do a pressure regulator swap for their house in Newport. They are elderly and don't speak english well but were impressed with how efficiently and professionally he was able to finish the job. They would most certainly call him again for any future plumbing needs.  I'd give my experience with Jeff a 10/10.

Called for re-pipe/inspection estimate, Technican terry arrived on time and gave honest advise and suggestions, recommended other company instead!

They arrived on time per their appointment.  This was very nice as it was a Sunday and this was an emergency situation.  They explained everything that they were doing and why it was necessary.  They fixed the issue within an hour and cleaned up as if there was never an issue.

Amazing service! Blake and Ryan are so professional and thorough! They fit us in even though they had a slammed schedule and helped us since our sink was basically inoperable and we have a family of five. They really went above and beyond. I recently hired Number One State to repipe my 4 unit apartment building. During the initial presentation, every part of the job was explained to me. The estimate was extremely fair and I could tell that this was not a company that was going to cut corners in order to lower it's price. The owner Art is one of the most honest and professional people that I have ever had the pleasure of  doing business with. He was available at anytime to answer any question that I might have. Also, he did not ask for any money up front. He told me that he wanted me to be 100% satisfied with the work before I paid him. And after the job was completed, I paid exactly that amount and not a penny more.

As for the actual work, it was some of the best plumbing work I had ever seen. All of the soldering joints were wiped clean, the pipes were well secured, isolators used wherever the pipes passed through the studs, pipes in the attic were insulated, etc. Art sent a large enough crew so that the plumbing could be completed in two days time with minimum disruption to my tenants. The lead plumber, Ruben, was a great guy and kept the job moving along quickly. The patch crew did a great job repairing the walls and the water pressure is now excellent.

I would highly recommend Number One State to anyone in need of a repipe. With the quality of their work and the honesty of the owner, you won't go wrong.

Severson Plumbing has done a great job with the repiping of the condo complex I live in. Going thru that process is a hassle, no matter what. If your looking for a quality repipe, these are the guys! I had called around to 3-4 different repipe companies and plumbers who do repipes and had to wait for callbacks. All of them gave me estimates over the phone, without even seeing the job?!! You know how that works, then they show up and tell you it's going to be $$$ more. But Ruben picked up the first time, and came out to my house that afternoon. He walked around the house with me, showing me and telling me exactly what they would be doing. He made some suggestions for new hose bibs, and to fix my tankless water setup due to it not being to code. He then gave me a solid price, and had me set up within 7 days for the actual work. He actually cares about getting your business and doing a great job, something that's hard to find now a days. He showed up with his crew on the scheduled day and they got to work! They repiped my house in a day!!! They were all clean, friendly, and very careful with the mess. They covered everything, and were careful when moving things. It was awesome to watch them work, and I still can't believe they got it done in a day. I chose pex and couldn't be happier. Ruben called me a week later to make sure everything was still good. That's customer service people!! As a firefighter who cares about customer service, these guys got my vote all day, and I've already been asked at the station about who I used, and I've gladly given them Rubens number. You can't go wrong with Repipe Experts!

Andrew and his son Tim are truly one of the BEST handymen. They're very creative, prompt, and efficient. Any project I gave them they did it to perfection and Andrew is very knowledgeable in his field and has completed every task, not only to my satisfaction but he has elevated it with his own input and expertise. No job is too big for him.  I'm very satisfied with their work and I do highly recommend them for ANY project that you have around the house.

I had a scheduled appointment with them with a specified window. They sent a text informing they were on another job and if we would be ok with them  being late. I replied yes it is ok. We still waited anticipating they were coming and next we got another text informing they were not coming and asked us if two days later was ok. We replied no thanks!  Demonstrated not dependable!

ago, Frank installed new gas valves for our new washer & dryer. Recently,under my bathroom sink was leaking. Frank put in a new supply line & shut off valve.
Frank has always been very kind, courteous & patIent.

I was referred to this company by The End Result. They called me back within a minute and were able to schedule a date and time that suited me. On the day, I got a call confirming I was home and said he would be there shortly. He arrived and looked at the toilets and sinks that needed work. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was quoted a price and he quickly fixed all the problems and showed me the worn out parts. Very professional and quality service.

Owen Plumbing is simply the best.  We've been relying on their expertise and service for over 10 years.  They have replaced our water heater, our faucets, our toilets, and our garbage disposal.  Every time, they have shown the care and concern that one would expect from a top professional.

Most recently, I called about a P-trap that had been displaced and reassembled due to a pool construction project.  I emailed photos.  The owner of the company called me back himself to give me his expert opinion on the matter.  He even advised me to leave it alone for now, that they could tweak it later after the pool project was complete.

That's just unbelievably good service.  I cannot recommend them enough.

We had a kitchen sink clog and started getting quotes from Drain Town Rooter. The price was good at $75 for unclog. David came and used a 100 ft snake on the drain but unfortunately the clog did not clear. Then we escalate the service to a hydro jetting process which David gave us a discount on. Unfortunately, that did not work either as the pipes were too old and just wouldn't unclog. We end up replacing the whole pipe, which cost $1,995 (discounted from $2,500). David did not charge us for the 2 original services, and just charged us for the last one. I'm very happy with the service and understands that the pipe were old and stubborn, plus David said that the pipe was installed too straight and in too many sections, making it hard for the water to go down. He did a new installation with larger pipes and at proper angles. So I'm hopeful that we will get years of uninterrupted flow with the pipe before the next service is needed.

Don't trust this guys at all. They been referred from insurance company, they try to rip you off anyway they can.
