Where do I start?  The last month has been a whirlwind.  Bought my house a few months ago and after only 7 weeks of living there, my sewer line backed up and flooded my master bathroom, master bedroom, parts of my kitchen and through to the family room.  A disaster to state the least.  
Sleepless nights and multiple quotes and opinions later, I met Jacob at Team Rooter.  

Jacob's knowledge of my new home and what it needed was quite plausible.  It takes a reasonable explanation of why something needs to get done before I budge.  He convinced me to replace all the lines to the fixtures and to sleeve the main line that caused the damage.  He promised me I would be in good hands and that he would bring in, what he referenced to as his boys, to help out.... and the work began the very next day.

He put Jorge on the job as the main plumbing expert and Jorge texted me every single day progress shots and notes to keep me well informed.  I was never left in the dark.  I never felt I was asking too many questions (I ask a lot).  And Jorge even took the time to show me how he avoided connections on the new lines that were installed.  Jorge re-assured me over and over and over that this will not happen again and stood behind their 25 year warranty which is truly a big deal in the plumbing world. His professionalism and timeliness on the site was extraordinary.

Oscar, Juan, and Edwin should be mentioned as they were part of piecing the house back together.  

All in all, I am heavily impressed and happy with Jacob and his team's work. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a solid, trustworthy sewer line service.  This is hands down the company to go with!!!

Team Rooter sent out the most wonderful team of drain technicians headed up by Lex, an extremely polite and communicative man. We had horribly clogged drains on our pool deck, and after a few days of intense work, scoping, hydrojetting, and replacement of pipes, we have great new drains! The team was very nice and very professional, cleaning their work area and even drainage out in the street gutter! We are extremely pleased with them and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Not impressed. These guys didn't get our kitchen sink unclogged. Pipes still clogged up after service call.

We had an older toilet that had constant running water. Tried to fix things on our own, but the problem continued. We called Team Rooter and Mike R was here the same day. We discussed options and decided to replace the toilet as the one we had was an older one with a tank that was 3-4 gallons. Very efficient and reliable business. While other plumbers gave me ridiculous estimate to come out in a Sunday, their price/estimate was very affordable. No hidden fees or additional charges. Team Rooter replaced our 40-year-old storm drain. Jacob Yoab responded to our initial call for a free estimate to clean out the storm drain. He was engaging, clear, focused ... a total professional. The estimate arrived as promised. By the time he left we knew we'd hire him. However, life intervened and we had to put the job on the back burner of our To-Do list. Couple months later Mother Nature decided we could no longer wait. Storm season began. We called Ashley/Annie to arrange for service. A busy time. Hard to fit us in but they did. Ultimately, the drain had deteriorated beyond repair and required replacement. Over the next few days Louis,
Carlos & Victor replaced the drain and returned the yard to its former beauty. The respect, clear and frequent communication and the upbeat attitude from the entire team went a long way in keeping things moving smoothly. We will assuredly put Team Rooter Orange County on our calendar for 2-year maintenance calls. And have already referred them to family and friends.

Big appreciative Shout Out to Jacob, Ruben, and Oscar who spent 6 full days fixing my huge plumbing problems. Without complaint they worked overtime each day.  They made sure we had a temporary fix each evening.  They patiently explained in understandable terms what they were doing and why. They were approachable and cheerful. Their professionalism is impeccable. I called on a late Friday evening. They had the crew arrive Saturday morning and are just about finished on this Thursday afternoon. I am completely satisfied with their work ethic and the work done.   I highly recommend them.

Initially had some confusion with scheduling however, Mike from Team called and personally handled the issue making up for any inconvenience.  I respect the way this company took responsibility and the response time was impressive.  The handling of the job was quick and honest and it has definitely made an impression.  I will continue to use them for future plumbing jobs and I definitely recommend this company.

Our shower was backed up and the guys were responsive, friendly and had the issue fixed promptly.

Horrible customer service and advice. Had a plumbing problem at my house and they tried to tell me that they were going to have to cut through the brand new driveway I just had redone. I tried to tell them I've had this issue before and I had just dumped something that I probably shouldn't have down the drain. They came up with all kinds of talk and excuses as to why the main line needed to be replaced. I told them we just need it fixed for a baby shower the next day, but the supervisor said, no I won't touch that. Had a another honest plumber out the next day and he cleared it up with a power snake. Same snake this company couldn't get through it with because the pipe was broken. We asked for our deposit back and the owner/manager came out the next day and even said, we could've popped it for you if you wanted, but the pipes still broken and stood up for his guys. I told him we asked his guys if there was anyway to fix it for the time being and we'll deal with the main problem later and they said, no. He looked confused and said, I'll look into that and still proceeded to try and convince me/stand up for them. LOL

I had a main sewer pipe blockage. Called Team Rooter and Ricardo came to the rescue.  This company is very professional and within a short time Ricardo had the water flowing smoothly!  I would highly recommend them if you need rooter service.

I had a bathtub clog up.  I found this company in the mailer for a $69 advertised unclog (assuming there was a proper clean out; all tubs have a clean out, but it was later explained it should have been a special clean-out which was agreed that nobody would ever have specifically for a bathtub). I did not check Yelp first; I was looking to save a bit for a quick unclog which was ultimately completed using a standard snaking.

I called the office, scheduled an appointment.  Customer service was friendly and we agreed that it could be done by removing the tub drain and snaking it through there.  Once done, they would replace the tub drain, assuming nothing was damaged in the process.  I asked about any typical surprises so that I could prepare myself if something may go bad.  They said they didn't have anything to share.

The plumber arrived.  Without speaking with me first, he chose to go through the tub clean-out mentioning that was double the cost after the work was done.  He said he doesn't go through tub drains since they are often glued, but in my experience, it's usually just putty (I installed it myself).  He did not know about what was agreed with the scheduler and mentioned they are not plumbers.  

He agreed to honor the $69 promo price since there was a mix up with the scheduler.  He did his job well.  The drain was unclogged, but this miscommunication could have been easily avoided.  It seemed convenient to double the price and then do a favor to honor the $69.

Once completed, I was offered a free camera inspection to check for further issues from the bathtub; the plumber agreed there may be an issue close to the bathtub as the main was fine.

Another miscommunication - the camera guy came later that day and said they only do cameras on the main sewer line and could not check for any issues directly from the tub.

CONCLUSION -
Each person individually did a great job, but they don't communicate with each other causing problems and inefficiencies for customers and themselves.

I called a plumber and they responded right away., send Victor Puente who's very knowledgeable, respectful and observed Covid-19's protocol. He's highly recommended.

I would not recommend this company. They quoted me $1,860.00 to unplug a bathtub and I got it done for $98.00. Unbelievable!

Team Rooter did a great job solving my persistent drain clogging issue.  Ricky and Jacob were thorough, courteous and responsible.  Highly satisfied with the work they performed.

We had a shower valve that broke inside the wall, and they were the first company to respond and came out the same day.  The valve was so old it couldn't be fixed, so we elected to cut out the old one and install a new valve.   Jacob at Team Router gave us a fair price and Joey the installer was very nice and great to work with.  The whole experience was very pleasant.

Team rooter was very rialable and professional Danny Chnchilla was very good. I felt very good meeting him even though some other plumber said gave me a cheaper quote I decided to hire him. Highly recommend this company. 10 out  of 10

Finally, a quality company that follows through on what they say. We had a 100% clogged sink at our family-owned restaurant and showed up ASAP. They hydro-jetted the lines and restored flow to our kitchen without us having to shut down. A+

Andrew is a life saver! My tub stopped up and I needed someone asap. This company was able to schedule service same day and even came exactly on time. Sadly, my drain isn't a quick fix situation, but I do hope to have my landlords approval to use them asap! They really know what they're talking about and are cost effective. They event fixed my slow running water spout free of charge. I truly feel I received white glove treatment in my own home and cannot thank Andrew and the team enough for their support.

Avoid like the plague. $99 clog went to $3k for a hike in my yard that didn't turn out to be the problem to $15k. Had two other plumbers come out for a second opinion and paid $6k for a proper fix.  Both of these plumbers said that the proposed solution was incorrect and would result in a sub-par solution.  DM me for any additional details. Would be happy to provide backup information.

I was at work on Friday when I noticed my toilet was clogged up.  I tried the old trusted plunger but no luck.  That's when I knew this was a professional's job.  Did a quick search on yelp and Team Rooter was one of the companies that came up.  I called them up and the receptionist was very helpful.  She scheduled a service call for the following day.  The next day Jacob showed up from Team Rooter.  He was on time and very professional.  He snaked the toilet and and was able to unclog it in under 20 minutes.  Thanks Team Rooter for the timely and professional service.  I would highly recommend these guys to whoever has a plumbing issue in Orange County.

My toilet kept clogging, so I called this company.
It turned out to be a pipe connection issue, which cost me much more than simple unclogging service.
The staffs did everything for me to minimize my cost,
and I found they do very customer-friendly service.
They are reliable and professional.

They came to my house to fix the shower diverter.  It doesn't work right.  They were supposed to be here yesterday to fix it.  They never showed, never called, never texted, nothing.  

They gave me a quote to change my galvanized pipes to pex.  They wanted over $17,000.  Their web site says they offer a 20% senior citizen discount that was not reflected on the invoice so they redid it and jacked up the price to over $21,000.  

DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE.

Anyone who's ever dealt with a clogged sink pretty much knows that the quick option of poring Draino down the sink is just wishful thinking that ultimately leads you to calling a plumber.   Now the stressful part is who do you call when you don't have a recommend from a friend that won't put you in a position of getting ripped off or upsold a service you didn't need.  In my case I went for the ads.  Found Team Rooter in a mailer and looked at their specials before I decided to give them a call.   The answering service personal was helpful and explained the special unfortunately applies to single family homes.  I live in a condo so my options was to go ahead and schedule the appointment and if I didn't feel comfortable with their assessment I can alway decline service and no harm no foul.  I had my defense up on high alert but quickly realize the service tech was friendly, kind and his objective was to simply try to fix my clog. After testing the water drainage in my sink he offered to try the least expensive route before moving to the more traditional fix which I really appreciate.  In the end my clogged was fixed within the hour and the cost was very reasonable so yes I would recommend giving these guys a try.  

Oh and if you're wondering why such little reviews, it's because they've only branched out to OC within a year or so.

One of our toilet was clogged but the other bathroom back to back had no problem. Team router came and try to charge $ 828.99 to clear the clogged. We rejected the price because the prices we got quote was $150.00 for simple snake and  375.00 for removing the toilet to clear. After they left, my wife cleared the clog by using a 20.00 plunger bought from home depot.
Team was a good company but now they are cheating and greedy. I guess because we hiring them before so trust them now they think they can cheat us because we trust them. I under it is a dirty job but if we can clear it by simple plunger but they ask for $ 800.00 + is way too much. My experience most of repairing service companies- including auto repair shop cheat returning customer because they trust them and easy to cheat. That is why now we lease car every 3-4 years because I cannot find honest mechanic shop anymore. We do not need to worry about cheated by dishonest repairing service company.

My over 60 year old pipes clogged up so I called Team Rooter for help. Not only did they work around my schedule, but Mike was very friendly and explained everything with before and after pictures.

After calling numerous plumbers for back ups from toilets, bathtubs, sinks, Jacob, Jorge, and Juan Carlos were the only ones that truly diagnosed and fixed the problem.  All the other plumbers came and snaked the lined, then considered it 'fixed.'  

Also, we've been battling water bugs, and now after fixing the drains properly, no more water bugs in the house.  

Truly professional and courteous guys.  Can't say enough how much I recommend them.

Rueben was fantastic!! I had a clogged shower drain for months he came in and fixed it in less than 30 minutes! Very reasonably priced as well, so grateful for him!

James was supposed to come in between 10-12 got to my condo at 12;15. Came with a huge attitude like he was fed up and further got mad when my wife told him that we did not where the valve was Guy could not find the valve; Even though he is supposed to have experience AND the rep said he would find it or he would know how to. Service got postponed and the second time the plumber had an emergency so they canceled the day of and offered to rescheduled till 4 days later. Did not offer me a discount or anything to remedy the inconvinience for both times. Do not call this people WHATSOEVER

I would highly recommend Team Rooter, they are a very professional and experienced organization. Our project turned out to be quite extensive, including rerouting one of the lines coming from our home to the street. Jacob accurately laid out the entire job and explained the process every step of the way and could be easily reached via text to answer any questions. Not enough can be said about Gilbert, the lead technician on the job. He is an extremely qualified plumber, adept at handling any situation that came up and a very conscientious individual, working long hours to get the job done in a timely manner. The entire crew, including Ruben, Jack and Oscar were very respectful and left the job site very orderly at the end of each day.

Fixed my kitchen drain clog using a 100ft snake in a few minutes. Cost me about the same as renting a snake from Home Depot. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend.  Great communication and service.

I was house sitting for a friend when the sewer backed up so in a panic looking for a plumber in Orange County at 9pm calling around couldn't get anyone out till we called Team Rooter . From the young lady on the phone to the Plummer that showed up with in the hour we were so great full team rooter did a great job took care of the back up and cleaned up and super friendly guy I would totally recommend them to everyone great company thank you again

I came across Team Rooter from the Nextdoor App and they were recommended by many from my community. I called them for a pipe leak that occurred on my condo that happened to damage the walls in the garage below. They picked up the phone on Saturday when others were closed. I scheduled them to come on a Sunday morning. Jack, our plumber came on time and was friendly and professional. They were able to fix the issue and they even cleaned up after themselves. I just found out go to plumber moving forward. I highly recommend them for your plumbing issues.

Team Rooter responded code 3 to my water heater 911! Two technicians were at my house in 2 hours.   Jacob and Ricardo were friendly and skilled.  I was back on track in only a few hours.  I highly recommend this company.
