I have used them on two separate occasions now.  I have been very impressed with their level of responsiveness, integrity and skill.  On one occasion I requested that they come out an have another look at a previous repair.  They made the necessary correction without any hassle or haggle.  The previous owner used them for a complete house re-pipe.  I have now used them for a tankless waterheater and hydrojetting.  They will definitely be my go-to plumber for future needs.  Thanks

We had a leak in our slab. They came quickly with a professional leak detector and pinpointed the leak. We were given several options and decided to do a whole house re-pipe. They scheduled quickly and we're done the same day. I am very happy with the whole experience.

Petar was very thorough in installing my new Pelican 1800 water softener system. He drilled through the external wall and skillfully fitted the system in the limited space in the garage's corner, checked the water pressure upon install, gave me a few valuable advises on the system usage, and turned the water back on from the main valve.

It started with a clogged shower and with slow sad realization as the tub and toilet also ceased functioning I realized that I had a main line clog.  I dreaded calling the home warranty because I didn't want to wait days for a fix but I called anyway and was assigned this company .  I was eagerly awaiting the half-hour mark to call as most of these guys take a day or so just to set an appointment. Raffi called me before I called them!  He said he could be over in 30 minutes but immediately called back to adjust the time (60 minutes how professional to keep me informed)  He arrived ahead of schedule was polite, professional and efficient!  He fixed the issue showed me the cause (roots) and suggested some more permanent solutions (no pressure just gave his assessment and his card).  This company  is definitely in my go to moving forward.  It is rare to find a competent and honest service today.  They were excellent!!!

I called MDTech to fix my old cooktop which did not ignite the burners. Paul investigated it and concluded it was beyond repair. i asked him to replace it with a new model that he recommended. Two days later he came with a new cooktop in a box. Unfortunately it turned out to be the wrong model. Apparently the sender sent the wrong cooktop. After waiting a week until he had the correct model. he came and installed it without any problems. It is a beautiful GE 5 burner stainless steel cooktop. I am very impressed with the quality of the cooktop as well as Paul's installation.The only hitch was the mistaken model. Therefore I am rating 4 stars. The delay should have been avoided.

Chaloux has plumping repairs that are above and beyond they really know their stuff I had a leaky faucet that I had two different plumbing companies come and fix but eventually it would start to leak again, so I got lucky with finding these guys over at chaloux plumbing because they fixed my faucet and it hasn't leaked ever since.

This is a company with good integrity and excellent customer service. They will take the time to understand the customers request and needs. Then thoroughly explain what it take to get the job done. Yes, by all means..... use them! They were very professional from start to finish and were able to find the problem and solve it quickly. Would highly recommend them and will definitely call again if I need their help again. Thank you so much! Highly satisfied.

Had a drain clog on Saturday and got some quotes from different companies. Mike quickly responded and was able to set up a time to snake the drain on Sunday morning. Reliable and got the job done fast!!!

Recently our shower pipe was leaking & spreading into other walls - we found this company on yelp & gave them a call for a consultation. Iggy was able to come in almost immediately and was able to give us an estimate within a reasonable budget. Needless to say, he fixed the problem without leaving a mess like other plumbers in the area. Called them back for another issue with our boiler and also gave us a quick solution. They are now our go-to company for any plumbing issues!

Only giving 1 star so that I can provide a description of what transpired when I tried to reach out to Jose at Galaxy Plumbing and Repair, who was recommended by multiple people in a Facebook group.   I reached out on a Sunday afternoon for emergency service.   Jose was hesitant to consider assisting, even mentioning it'd be a lot of money because it was Sunday.  Jose did ask me to send a picture to him and he'd get back to me.   Almost 6 hours later and he hasn't responded.   Definitely would NOT recommend Galaxy Plumbing and Repair

Have to give 5 stars.  Started out with what we thought would be a repair.  Ryan came out and explained our options to us for the repair.  In the end, given the age of our unit, we opted to replace the system.  Ryan, who is not a sales guy, did an excellent job at working to explain the different types of units they offered and then worked with us to ensure our old unit was replaced in 48 hours.  Michael and Danny handled the install and stayed until they were sure everything was set up perfectly.  Ryan came back out the next day to do some final work on an extra thermostat and checked everything.

From the first call to schedule all the way through these guys were just great.  Old school service, friendly folks, and it really is a family run organization.

It's hard to find service like we received from this team.

Please read this! Sage plumbers were amazing from start to finish. They showed up to my home on time and gave me a quote on the work. Not only was the quote fair based on the work but, it's just what I needed. When they came to do tHe work they were so professional and respectful  and explained every detail of the work. This type of professionalism pretty much doesn't exist today. I was so impressed by their work and their professionalism Im  going to use their services at our corporate office and our service centers. I deal with contractors on a daily basis and I can tell you from a lot of experience this is the type of company you want to hire. Thank you Brendan and Nate you guys are awesome

I waited days for my warranty claim to reach a company to fix my a/c.  Finally gave up and called several local a/c companies who couldn't come for days.  I called Rancho Heating and spoke with Ana who contacted Jesse in 10 minutes.  Jesse came over within 30 minutes and fixed my problem--bad part needed replacement.  They were quick, professional and cannot thank Ana enough for making sure I got service.  Was I just lucky Jesse was in the area and available?  Maybe.  However, the work product and ethics were outstanding.  Thank you Rancho Heating and Air/Plumbing.

I agree with Rogers review.   The sales associate was simply not polite.   I was very uncomfortable shopping there.   Will need to find another store.
