These plumbers are the best! We had the pleasure of getting to meet Gino when he came to fix our bathroom sink, and then again when our kitchen faucet connection burst. Every interaction has been nothing but a pleasure and he also does fantastic work! 10/0 would recommend Sal's to anyone!

Pete & Aaron were very prompt, efficient and neat. They did a great job replacing the valve on the water main.

Mike and his team were great. I really put him through the ringer on getting quotes for different options to compare and he was super accommodating and nice about it. I also got a quote from a competitor and Mike's price was almost 10% lower on the same unit. He was able to get out to us quickly, and his installer, Travis, was great. He even went over how to care and maintain our unit with us to help keep it in good shape. Would definitely recommend Complete Comfort to anyone.

Toilet issues on a holiday weekend and they were able to come out same day.  Quick service and lots of helpful info about some build issues with the toilets unrelated to the job.  Tuned the handles for free etc.  What more could you ask for?

Spent $475.00 on Dec. 20 for plugged toilet on second floor.  Problem was not resolved.  Had to call another plumber.  So disappointed that my money was wasted.  Hopefully the company we called to take care of the problem will result in a favorable review.

Called and schedule to unclog hair in the shower drain.

Plumbers showed up 25 mins earlier than expected. Strange but no big deal.

Two guys, the English speaker that talks and bills and his helper.

The guy immediately wants to up sell and say a part needs to be replaced. Asked if I'm the owner or not. What does that have to do with the clog? The part he was talking about was recently replaced a year ago.

He talks a lot to justify the price. I was quoted a lot lower but expected some increase, just not $120 over. And I still had to talk him down. He gives that usual speel on how hard it is (yes I agree but I think we all understand the tasks of a plumber and difficulty).

So essentially I got a Spanish speaking plumber and an English speaking salesman that day. And the guy was talking crap (in Spanish) to his helper while he was working. I know this can be viewed as teasing but he goes a little hard.

The guy wanted cash (to rip off his own office) but I didn't have enough to cover his markup. He even said they charge a credit card fee which was a lie. He just added a rounded up estimate in without calculating exact value. It's amazing how lazy he was.

If you're desperate, I can't say don't call them. I understand your needs. Just be ready to haggle down the price. And if you do go with them, don't be fooled they did you a favor. Don't leave a good review after being ripped off and having a manipulative person up sell you. Dude needs to take it easy on the caffeine too.

What a great experience.  From the call to the office to meeting their plumber in person - complete professionalism.  They care about your specific problem, are honest and upfront about your options, and have a quick response.  I was so so happy with the work that was completed on my home.  He arrived on time and got the job done!  What a relief!

Our experience with Garrett and Clear Water Plumbing was outstanding. He was very responsive and did great job with our small job fixing our bathtub drain. He was kind enough to look at an additional plumbing issue and took the time to answer my questions about water softening. I'll call him again in the future when I have a plumbing need.

The good reviews are absolutely true! They have excellent customer service and stand by their work. I called them for a clogged kitchen sink last week. The 1st plumber struggled but he said he was able to unclog it. Not a week goes by and the sink is backed up again. Just a simple phone call to let them know what happened and they sent a 2nd plumber, Gaspar, as a courtesy. He was able to unclog it for good this time and was very friendly and professional. I really recommend them for plumbing needs and will be using them as my go to plumber from here on out~

Nick responded to my Sunday email by quickly scheduling a visit.  He was able to come a day early by contacting me when he had a schedule change.  Nick provided a very reasonable quote of $69-$99. I was not available when Nick arrived so he delt with my son.  He quickly fixed our drain and then charged my son $69, the low end of his quote.  

He moved up his appointment, arrived on time, did a great job and charged my son the low end of his quote.  I highly recommend Nick.

We needed our gas pipe relocated after we purchased a new stove. We selected John because he was highly responsive, knew exactly what we need from the pictures we shared, and best of yet, gave us the lowest quote - a firm quote, not a range. John showed up and completed the work in less than an hour. We highly recommend John.

I needed a waterline ran in my garage for the water and icemaker in my refrigerator i have out there. He responded right away to my message and was here in the afternoon to install the line. Super happy with his work and communication. Thank you!

Mike and Juan were great, arrived early and did a quality job replacing my old water heater. Made sure everything was up to their standards and improved some items around the area they were working to eliminate future issues. Would definitely recommend this company based on the quality job completed. Fast forward, Juan and Mikes completed a repiping job inside of a weeks time, thorough and clean, I would recommend them if you have this need. I'm currently developing a schedule with them for annual main drain maintenance, great catch to have a company you can trust with your plumbing needs.

In my normal due diligence, I interviewed four bathroom contractors for this project...a bathroom measuring approximately 9 X 10 feet.  I was presented with a lot of sales talk from three well-dressed bidders and numbers were thrown at me on the spot without due consideration of the age of the home or possible issues behind the walls and under the floor.  Since the home is over 100 years old, this gave me pause. Jorge Mora came in in his work clothes, looked under the sink and made several observations, I thought were quite insightful.  A week later, I received a bid, which while not the lowest, made the most sense.  The true surprise was the absolute top-notch quality of the work performed.  His team worked seamlessly together and completed the project within two weeks and I could not be more pleased.  I plan on recommending his services to friends and family and will most certainly use him in the future for other projects in our home.

Overall Installation Pros were great, I dealt with Cody, he was responsive,  on-time, polite and most of all seemed to know what he was doing. My countertops needed to be cut on 3 sides in order for my new range to fit. My only complaint is for the cost, seemed a little high as they charged for each cut. But my case was unusual, most people would not need to have their countertop cut, so I won't hold that against them for any future installations I may need. I highly recommend them.
