Our regular plumber was no longer in business, so we were at the mercy of yelp.  We were pleased that Devinny Plumbing was local and shocked that they could be at our home in an hour, and it was NOT an emergency job. Aaron and Sammy showed up within the time frame they quoted and were respectful of us and our home. They got right to work; unfortunately, they would not be able to fix the problem due to inferior parts that were needed. They were honest with us and explained why they didn't feel it was in our best interest to continually have to be making the same repair, and they would not do the work. After talking it over, we decided it was time for a new toilet. They were able to deliver and install a new toilet that afternoon. Sammy and Aaron noticed a connecting water hose that was old and should also be replaced before we would have another problem. They had one in another location, which they went and got. Unfortunately, it did not fit so apologetically; they were not able to replace it. Now, you would think this was the end of the story, but no. A few days later, we get a call, and it's Aaron. While on another job, he found the hose we needed! He came right over and with no cost to us installed the part. Customer service from this company is exemplary. Their employees are knowledgeable and courteous. We feel lucky to have found a respectful company with which to do business. I wish there were more like it out there!

Was very impressed from the start when Caesar came out to give an estimate for replacing my water main. There was good communication from start to finish. The crew showed up on time and went right to work, they were polite and answered questions and extra effort to put my front yard back together and clean up.  Caesar showed up after job was completed to make sure everything was good and to answer any questions and make sure I was happy with the job, which I was.  Very happy that I used MVP to do the work and will definitely use them for future plumbing projects.

Well, I liked Jeff who came out to diagnose the problem with my mom's heater. It turned out that she needed a $90 part and they quoted $885 for the whole job! YIKES! So, I had to get a couple of other quotes of course, and fortunately, I found two other local businesses who quoted the repair for just over $300. Got it fixed by the other company. When I emailed CC&MH&A back and asked why their price was over $500 higher than two other companies, I got no reply. :( I have learned a lesson that I'll pass on to you. At the bottom of all of the raving reviews there is in light grey letters a link titled: Other reviews that are not currently recommended Do yourself a favor and read the reviews listed there.

Called Gary's about a leak in my copper pipe.  Didn't get a hold of him and didn't leave a VM either since I needed someone right away.  He called me back when he saw the missed call and he agreed to have someone come by within the hour.  Greg showed up, indeed within the hour, and was very nice to work with.  He found the problem and recommended the shut-off and regulator be replaced on the main pipe to the house and they were quite old so it's a fair recommendation.  We agreed on a price that seemed fair and he was done pretty quick once he got the parts needed. Great experience.

James helped us about a year ago when our offer was accepted to buy a resale house that needed to have a plumbing inspection.  More recently we are very happy with the hot and cold water connections James fixed for our clothes washer. After calling late one night James setup our appointment and responded the next morning. He was on time and smelled good.  After evaluating the job He completed the work quickly and did not exceed his original estimate. James also pointed to some other potential problems, like a 23 year old water heater that may be near end of life. Integrity plumbing is our GoTo place for all things plumbing.

Kevin was very informative about the situation. He wore a mask during the entire job and was very professional. He explained each step carefully and provided pictures of each step.  Extremely polite.

My kitchen backed up and I called 2 companies: Rooter Hero & Sal's.  Rooter hero wanted almost $500 and Thomas from Sal's did it for $250 w/o upselling me or trying to do unnecessary work, like Rooter Hero.

I contacted Serve Rite Plumbing to fix a broken faucet. Rob showed up to my house and quickly replaced it. I was very happy with the service and professionalism. Will definitely use Serve Rite in the future.

Emergency plumbing issue and they showed up within two hours to repair. And super nice and knowledgeable technician.

I first want to say I am not the type that enter reviews on lines except for two reasons, one if I am totally satisfied or dissatisfied, there is no in between. This review is no different.

I am in my mid 50's, so I have been around a bit and have experienced a lot of things including using different repair companies requiring many different services, so I am very keen on determining if a business is suitable to use and definitely when referring to my friends and relatives and Sal's plumbing is one of those businesses. Every time I call Sal's the staff there are always professional and polite. They are responsive to my requested service and their prices are more than competitive.

The last service call I had with Sal's was a few weeks ago this call was no different. The staff was polite, professional and attentive to my needs and the plumber arrived on time and got right down to business, his name is Joey, who I have encountered several times before. He is always nice and favors my nephew which did not prejudice my review. Lol.  

I have even referred Sal's to friends and family which if you knew me know I would never do if I wasn't confident they would deliver.

Last but not least give them a try and judge for yourself.

The reason for the one-star review is because he says he'll answer your phone call within three hours, but it's been well over 24 hours for me. Still no call.
He may be a good plumber--I don't know.
I already got someone else.

Needed a shower drain unclogged and they responded promptly and were available very quick with my schedule, they came and were polite and professional, in and out, I highly recommend them!

I was very impressed with Andreas Fault's service. They properly address my mold issue, carefully treated the problem, and left the place in better shape than that found it.  They are friendly and very honest.  I asked them back a few other times after they took care of my mold for other smaller jobs and every time,  They did a great job.  I recommend them!

We had this company help install new faucets in our new kitchen and fix an issue we had with all 5 of our toilets. Luis was very honest and upfront about what the problem was and what can be done to fix. Thank you for your honesty and work quality.

I used Yelp to ask Bob G for an estimate to mount some blinds. That was last night. He responded with an estimate this AM. Seemed reasonable, so I said OK. He came over quickly and finished the job before lunch. Fast, responsive, efficient, and the charge was even lower than his estimate! What more can you ask?

In my normal due diligence, I interviewed four bathroom contractors for this project...a bathroom measuring approximately 9 X 10 feet.  I was presented with a lot of sales talk from three well-dressed bidders and numbers were thrown at me on the spot without due consideration of the age of the home or possible issues behind the walls and under the floor.  Since the home is over 100 years old, this gave me pause. Jorge Mora came in in his work clothes, looked under the sink and made several observations, I thought were quite insightful.  A week later, I received a bid, which while not the lowest, made the most sense.  The true surprise was the absolute top-notch quality of the work performed.  His team worked seamlessly together and completed the project within two weeks and I could not be more pleased.  I plan on recommending his services to friends and family and will most certainly use him in the future for other projects in our home.

Outstanding service, installer went above and beyond to make sure that our dryer was connected and working well. Finished the job quickly and wore a mask the entire time. Perfect price point. Highly recommended!!
