Thank you to Juan Carlos and Desiree for helping me with my plumbing problem.  They are both  great at their job!  The service was super fast and at the right price.  Definitely will use them again for future plumbing needs.

Very large and complicated leak underground outside and Mr Crockett took care of it. Such a nice young man! He worked very hard and did a great job. We have been with Metzger plumbing for several years and they have always done an excellent job.

What a great company! Affordable, on-time, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough. I had some plumbing issues around the house, Nasser provided the best quote and he was able to come out within 24hrs and make them all go away. Totally satisfied. I'm definitely going to be keeping his business card handy in case future plumbing problems arise.

Adam is a blessing... our old garbage disposal was leaking so I decided to replace it with a new one. I requested a quote.  And Adam responded alot quicker than I expected. His quote was very reasonable and he said that he could do it in the same day that I contacted him. This gentleman is very courteous and friendly. Javier came into this morning and fixed my bathroom toilet!!! Lifesaver!!! He was courteous and quick! Highly recommend him!

Called Rooter Alert upon a recommendation from a neighbor and Angies List.  They came out on a Sunday at no extra charge.  Scheduling was easy and Mike called back to confirm the arrival of their plumber.  Randy came out to unclog a kitchen drain that was completely clogged after another plumber had tried to unclog it and made it worse.  The other plumbing company claimed, after using their hydro jet that I had a break in my pipe and would need a $1900 job to cut through my wood floor and jackhammer the slab ( I didn't see any camera pictures, the guy just held some electronic thing that made a high pitched noise over the floor and said this is where the break is).  I do not have a clean out, so Randy had to get on the roof and use the vent.  He worked for about an hour and the sink did not fill up continually like it did the day before when the other plumber was using his hydro jet

Suddenly the sink cleared and the wonderful sound of water clearing the pipes was heard!!  I asked about the claim for the broken pipe and Randy said there would be muddy water coming back up.  No muddy water was ever pulled up and the sonar unit the first plumber used to confirm the leak only located the pipe!!

Had an unfortunate tank crack on an old toilet which I wasn't wallet willing to replace yet. Hunting down a suitable tank was challenging as many shops only seemed to have tank lids. Those shops that had tanks the cost would buy a current toilet including the install, that was to much $. (I understand vintage yet for this era of toilet those shops want to gouge the wallet.)

Sent an email about my search and Ken responded that he'd take a look to see what was on hand. He responded next day and had pulled a couple of used tanks that they had. Mentioned I was welcome to look through the others that were available. I was a bit worried about price yet no worries, their price was fractional to what a new toilet would cost. That was a go to me.  He pulled two tanks and one of them was spot on for looks and size.  Found a lid and did the deal.

The setback on this tank was not the same for our bowl but was able to get it fitted right. That 1 different really wasn't an issue as initially thought. Our old toilet is back to working thanks to them having a tank and lid available. Their tank combo was actually 12 years older than our bowl date LOL. A franken combo but it looks pretty good. A testament to the Made in USA in the 1950's. (YAY!)

Overall good prompt email replies and over the phone conversations courteous. In store same courteous service. Would definitely call them for future plumbing parts.

I am so thankful that I came across Jaime. He was so honest and the quality of his work was up to par. I was told by another company that my valve needs a replacement and after calling Jaime, he was perplexed as to why and how it would need to be replaced. My toilet was bubbling when I showered so I bought some over the counter drain stuff which made the problem worse and then black dirt started pouring out of my shower drain. I called Caliber One and they showed up in an hour. The owner was very responsive and had the problem fixed so it stopped shortly after he arrived. Unfortunately with old pipes the problem was much bigger. Mando, the owner, spent a lot of extra time with me trying to find the clean out to save me money on locating it.

With old pipes, the roots that had been hydrojetted when I bought the house three years ago had come back with a vengeance. Mando worked really hard to save me a much money as possible. He personally oversaw all of the work, the subcontractors and was under my house digging, jackhammering and replacing the pipes himself with his crew.

Each step of the way, Mando was courteous, kind and explained everything step by step in a way that made sense to me. I needed a pipe burst and another process to basically replace a long sewage line. Mando cancelled all of his other jobs and worked for a week to make sure I wasn't inconvenienced.

Over the years I've dealt with a lot of plumbers and other repair people and I have to say, I have never dealt with anyone so quick to respond, professional, communicative (instead of ghosting) and dedicated as the guys at Caliber One. Mando has become a friend and checks back in on me. He has my business for life and I would HIGHLY recommend Caliber One!

After some mixed experience with other plumbers in the Dana Point area, I thought I would try Shaffer based on their good reviews.  They quickly responded to my inquiry, and scheduled me in a reasonable amount of time.  It was not an emergency. Tyree, who did the work, was friendly, described the work in detail and gave a reasonable estimate before beginning.  His work was neat and competent.  I will definitely call Shaffer again when I need a plumber.
