Absolutely the very best plumbing experience I've had.  They answer the phone.  They call you back, if they're too busy.  They use email/text messages for notifications.  Arrived on time and fixed our minor issue - no problems whatsoever.  A special shout out to one of their plumbers Miguel V.  He was kind, nice, attentive and efficient.  Will most definitely give them a call for any other plumbing issues.

My pilot light went out. I called several local plumbers. Metzger plumbing was quick to call and even email me. It was a quick painless fix.

Torres plumbing has provided a few services in my old home here n there.I didn't know he was on Yelp otherwise I'd write a review sooner. Efficient plumber , he knows what he's doing and he explains thoroughly what is going  on, ex: new water hearted, main line under my house , some water valve that's outside by the water meter. I trust him with his work , he is clean and as for pricing it's average and goes with what he has to do . Not easy work .he shows up on time

I had Rooter Alert come out to unclog my sewer line, but my house predates the sewer clean out code and it was over 75' to the sewer and Randy gave me all the options and costs and I chose to install a clean out myself and he located my sewer line for free which I really appreciated, and once I did Randy came back promptly and cleared my sewer line. Very professional thank you.

My experience with B&C has been very good over the years. Jeff is always helpful and is always able to find the right part for me. He is also ready to listen to my non-technical description of my problem and propose possible solutions. I have used them for in home plumbing services and, with the exception of one grumpy plumber, have had great serve. The last service repairman took time to understand my issue and then offered his point of view. He performed the service we agreed to and was clean and tidy in he process. While I think B&C prices may be higher than other qualified plumbers, good service is worth the confidence.

I called Chris regarding leakage concerns at our pool deck and equipment and he was very professional and knowledgeable as we discussed the issue. I explained the urgency relative to the current construction in the area and usage and Chris came out the following morning. A true professional and very detail oriented. Chris has state of the art equipment as knows his business and industry well. After finding specific leaking sources, Chris provided a comprehensive report of all locations and necessary repairs.

Needed to fix a dripping Backflow. From initial conversation to final completion of the work, Jaime Perez was very professional, straightforward, and responsive. No complaints. Will hire him again.

I had a pipe burst out of nowhere on a Sunday. I called Caliber One and they immediately answered and responded to my house in under an hour.  He was able to fix the leak quickly and didn't charge me an arm/leg. I would recommend him to friends and family

I contacted Jim when we had an emergency situation with our restroom. I had seen his review and decided to go ahead with it. Needless to say he was great! Got our restroom to work again with the clog and he will definitely be used again.

Today Mr. CESAR (name of the person) came to fix my tub diverter water spout with a personal shower head.  The plummer from a different company came before to fix it and he said he had to brake the wall and it was not possible because then the tile will need to be replaced also.  He was not able to fix it.  
Cesar the Plummer from Magna Pluming when he came just took his wrench and turned the tub water spout and said he needed to just come back after they ordered the spout.  The plummer from the other company also said the water stopper for the tub could not be fixed either because it was all connected from the wall.  Magna Pluming ordered the part and Cesar just unscrewed it and replaced it after they ordered the part.  He left the area clean and took the time to explain.  Very professional and had all the required tools.  Was very careful to not scratch the hardware.  
Mr. Mark is the gentleman that handles the calls when you request service.  He was very polite and informed scheduling and when they got the parts.  Excellent service from the time you call until the service is completed.  Very reliable and responsible company.  Will keep this company for other work to be done in the future.  Thanks ver much Magna Plumning!!!  You deserve  5 + stars

These folks were super responsive and were able to work with me on a quick turnaround request. Had a broken mixet shower valve. Luckily had the spare parts, and it was fixed at a very reasonable and competitive price point. Two weeks later, an issue arose in the repair and while it couldn't be determined if their prior repair played a role or not, they came out on a same-day request and fixed the issue free of charge. Will absolutely be reaching out to this business for future plumbing issues, and will be recommending them to anyone.

My toilet wouldn't flush and Izzy came in and took care of it. He was friendly (we shared a few laughs), was knowledgeable and explained each step of the way. Thanks!!

In that moment as homeowner when you know you are totally out of luck- I called ERP to come help with our broken pipe. Not only did they come out right away (before the window they gave me), they kept me informed every step of the way. Paying for emergency plumbing work is never fun but I never ever felt taken advantage of. I felt like they were all in it to help me get it done right and done fast. Christian, Chris, Carlos and the whole team was awesome. Thank you for making an unpleasant situation turn out as good as it could be!

Talked to Ron who was able to get one of his guys over the next day. As a contractor I appreciated the prompt service. Ron found the leak, repaired it and all was well. They would be my first call if a problem arose in the future.
