This business definitely lives up to the reviews you see. 5 stars across the board, without a doubt. I will call J's for all my plumbing needs - no need to look any further. They were reasonable with pricing, called and kept me updated on where they were and what time they would be at my home, and even came early on a Saturday to complete a big job for us. The guys who came were nice enough to take note of the type of water filter we needed and buy us one online, replace it, and left us the packaging so we would know exactly what to order next time. I mean, how cool is that!? It saved us an additional house call for inputting the water filter (it needs special tools and such). Above and beyond. Great work and thank you.
Our home was built in the 80s so we needed to do a number of plumbing jobs. We are very happy that we found J's Plumbing who did 4 different jobs for us within the last month! They removed an old toilet and installed a new one, replaced a broken shower arm, unclogged the kitchen sink, uncovered the kitchen line clean-out that was covered with stucco then did a high-water pressure cleaning of the pipes.
J's team members are all professional, friendly, clean, and timely. They are usually available within a couple of days from making an appointment, show up on time, do a quick and great job. And the best thing is that their prices are way below the competitors. For example, the amount they charged us to replace the old toilet was only one third of what another company in the area quoted us!
We plan to do more work with J's plumbing and stronly recommend them to others!!
They did a great job replacing my water shutoff valve and got my bathroom faucet handles warrantied for me. Prices were fair.

Responded quickly. Jeff took care of me with a friendly and professional manner. He advised me of the problem problem and was a reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.
Jeff was the only plumber I called that actually answered his phone and is the actual owner of the business. He responded within 2 hours to repair a gas leak after the gas co turned my gas off due to a gas leak. Jeff was able to temporarily repair the gas line until the he could get the necessary parts to make the correct repair. This was a huge convenience since I would not have to be without gas.
Jeff came back out and made the repair promptly like he promised and helped me with another plumbing issue without trying to nickle and dime me for more money. He seemed to want to help and offer good service to his customers. I am glad I went with Jeff instead of one of the large companies were you never see the same person again and you talk to an operator or answering service. Jeff is a great small businessman and highly recommended!
We have used J's Plumbing on numerous occasions and they always do a great job. Most recently they de-scaled our tankless water heater.
After the nightmare I had with the company Simply Plumbing, I was very apprehensive about finding a new plumber. Thanks, you guys were great! Reasonable prices and coupons too. They were very helpful on the phone, and let me know the better brands of faucets to buy. They got to work right away. I love that he asked me questions on the faucet placement and the stopper, then he figured out what was best for my mom with arthritic hands. They were done in a timely manner too. Now my kitchen and bathroom faucets doesn't leek!
We put in the SOS call to J's on Sunday evening after what should've been an easy fix to a leaky shower head turned disastrous!!:( The hubby was freaking out needless to say- someone answered the phone on the 1st ring and we explained the issue:/ He came within an hour, handled (whatever was wrong) cleaned up- problem solved- THANK GOODNESS! Of course we were terrified at what the cost of a Sunday emergency visit may be-let's be real, plumbers, home pros of ANY kind CAN be shady and charge whatever they want$- but we were just so grateful, so relieved that his rate was reasonable, honest and we will only call him from on our for any future issues:/ Thank you so much for your professionalism J's:)

J's Plumbing replaced my old 50 gallon water heater. I was referred to them by a family member. J's did a great job! Their work was clean, ETA was on point, and everything is working just fine. The price was not cheap but they were a lot less than a competitor. I'm keeping J's on speed dial!
I found J's Plumbing from a Facebook recommendation. I was out of town, and needed a plumber ASAP! I called and within 2 hours he was there fixing the kitchen sink. He was also able to look into a little leak in another bathroom. Excellent customer service. I was shocked that he was able to come that day and in the evening too! Use these guys. I use them both personally and professionally. I have had plumbers give me ridiculous quotes and J's will come out and give you a price that makes sense. I had a clogged toilet in the upstairs bathroom with water leaking on to the ceiling below. Big Jeff and Patrick did an awesome job unclogging this toilet. It was clogged with roots . It was a hard job but they came through. They were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. They were very professional and polite. They were on time and the cost was reasonable. I recommend Js plumbing to everyone who needs a good professional plumber. Thank you Big Jeff and Patrick for doing a good job.

J took care of my clog super quick. The whole fixture had to be removed to get to it and he finished within 30 minutes. This guy is super chill and shockingly honest. After all was said and done he came back from his truck to return a $20 bill for a miscalculation! I was so content I didn't even notice the math was off. I wish I would have let him keep it but I was on a phone call when he brought it to me and was a little confused. We shall meet again I'm sure. Thanks J.
Called Jeff at 8:15am and told him my problem. Kitchen sink would back up but flow down with time . He gave me a 3-5pm window and he around at 2:45pm since he's in Anahiem and I'm out in Whittier.
He sounded easy to talk too and he is more so in person. When he arrived he and his partner got to work immediately and knew what they were doing, no fumbling around at all. They ran the cable in the first drain out and nothing and he recommended to perform a jet router and I said no thanks and only wanted the cable cleaning...then they opened the other drain out (my kitchen has two) which I had never noticed but probably seen a million times without thought.
When he opened the second drain and removed the plug it was visibly noticeable that after 14 years from when my wife and I bought the house that years of whatever it was built up and need to be removed.
This is where Jeff's honesty comes into play. Even though I had initially stated no to the jet clean he made his case and I could tell that a simple cable clean wouldn't work. He gave me his quote and I felt it was a fair and resonable price and that I could apply my Yelp deal to it and off they went doing a full jet clean that will last at least another 15 or 20 years again.
When they finished they cleaned EVERYTHING up and washed everything down and away. Jeff even tilted the dirt that had all of the excess drainage. Put in the camera to check and finally wrote up a receipt with the details of what was down and the cost breakdown.
Gave me a biz card, magnetic card which I will definately place on my fridge and a nice letter opener that works great. Thus I have to say that my experience with Jeff was awesome!!! I highly recommend him if you have patience in waiting for an honest and reliable plumber who is not trying to shove services that you don't need or want to pay for.
So I will use him from now on as my go to plumber rather than the smell good plumber for all my future plumbing needs. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Jeff from J's received my call at 5:30PM and made it to the house in 30 minutes. My 85 year old dad had a very badly clogged kitchen sink. Jay managed to clean out what must have been years of sludge and he stuck with it for two hours. Cleaned up after himself, was very pleasant to have in your home and the drain is clear!! Called Jeff after recommendations from several neighbors. I had a toilet stopped up. Another plumber could not unplug toilet and talked about digging up my yard and house. Jeff came out in the evening and fixed the problem and was very reasonable and left everything spotless. Highly recommend.

We moved into a new home and I already knew from the home inspection report that some plumbing needed to be looked at, along with a tankless water heater flush and a tub diverter fixed.
I called J's to schedule an appointment WAY in advance and I'm so glad I did! I love that J's is a family owned business and Jeff (the owner) is teaching his technicians/plumbers to do work the correct way.
Jeff came with 2 technicians and they were here for roughly 3 hours replacing my tub diverter spout, re-angling my kitchen sink drain, flushing the tankless water heater and video inspecting some of my drain lines. Didnt try to tell me a million things wrongs and would cost a $million to repair. Very fair price. Stated he was 95% sure of what my problem was and if I still had a problem he would come back and not charge a service call. Friendly. Super satisfied. Already referred to my mother who is retired and on a fixed income who needs honest, reliable service. So does everyone else but when on a fixed income every penny matters

Top notch work and a reasonable price.
I found a leak in my water heater on a Friday night of a holiday weekend. Got an answer on the telephone at about 9:30pm. Jeff and his apprentice were out at my house in Placentia by 8:30am. Did the water heater install for less than what I expected. Thoroughly and professional.
Jeff will be my go-to guy for plumbing issues going forward.
J's service was excellent! They responded in a timely manner, were very HONEST and professional. All work was done efficiently and they cleaned up everything before they left. They are our go to plumbers WE highly recommend them.
I was referred to Js plumbing by a friend. Had a gas emergency as well as a shower that would not shut off. Called them in the am on Thurs the 13th. Woman booking appt was not very nice or friendly that's for sure. She informed me first available appt would be Monday the 17, I said ok. She informed I needed to text her with my name and issue. I do just that, responds half hour later asking for an address. I send it right away. She then responds six to seven hours later, first available that following Fri.21
I hear he's great! Unfortunately didn't get that far w the terrible customer service.
Our elderly neighbor had an issue Monday Night and asked for help. Her drains had soap suds from the washer running into the sinks. I called Js Plumbing and scheduled 3-5p on Tuesday. No one showed and it wasn't until 7pm last night Js left a voicemail saying they heard you needed help with the washer.
So disappointed and we made alternative arrangements for her.
Great experience. Jeff, the owner, was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use devices again and recommend to anyone.
We had a leak with our water softener recently and it had to be replaced J's Plumbing (Jeff Scott) came out and took care of us providing high quality service without breaking the bank. Very happy with their work. They will will be who we contact for our future plumbing needs. Please don't waste time calling that other place called Moffet Plumbing.
Jeff & Jeff are excellent plumbers. They are polite, professional, knowledgeable, prompt and provide great service at a reasonable price. I have had them make repairs to broken drain lines, replace faucets, look at water heater issues... and I always feel they give me just what is needed... no extra padding the bill.
Today, the day before our big Xmas party, the flusher on our toilet broke. I saw the great reviews here in Yelp and called J's. They answered the phone right away and were super friendly. She managed to have someone out in just a couple hours. When the plumber (Jeff) arrived (on-time) he fixed the problem and the pricing was extremely reasonable. Xmas is saved!! (And we have a new plumber!!)

I had a leaky outside hose spigot ... no emergency and I told the phone service rep that, but she assured me they could do the job that very afternoon.
The plumber arrived when promised (very important to me), gave me a firm quote, and replaced the spigot in under a half hour. The old one was damaged and the pipes quite rusted, so I had been unable to do the task myself. Although he had to call in another aide to remove the old valve, there was no additional charge.
Clean, professional service.
Jeff and his crew came out on time within the hours quoted and got straight to work. His quote was very reasonable and the job was done perfectly with the utmost care. He checked our hot water show temperature and noticed it was at 140 Degrees instead of the recommended 120 Degrees since the repair was for the hot water shower cartridge; just shows you how people are thorough and caring instead of rushing to get to the next job. I think him and his crew deserve the 5 star rating because that's just the score he earned; you can feel the professional, honesty, and this is a rating I do not give lightly.
Definitely recommend asking these guys for a quote on your next job.

Not only did then do a great job with the bathroom sink faucet and shower hardware installation that we had hired them for but later on in the day an emergency developed (was not related to the work they performed earlier) and they came the same day and fixed the problem. Jeff came out to our home the same day I phoned him. Our kitchen sink faucet was loose and he fixed it in a snap. Jeff is a professional you can trust and has a wonderfully positive attitude to boot!
Jeff and Jeff are really great guys. They replaced the main gas line piping underground that goes directly into my home. So Cal Gas had come out and left a door hanger telling me that I needed to get a professional out here as quickly as possible. Luckily it wasn't leaking, but it was just about to. They showed up on time and did a great job. They even had to put up with my wacky neighbor and trust me, he is a nut-job! Anyone that knows me, knows who I am talking about. Sorry again guys for that situation. The bottom line is that they did a perfect job and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs a reliable plumber. Awesome service. Can't recommend J's highly enough. We had a clog in our main line - problems started on a Saturday afternoon. Jeff came Sunday morning and got us all taken care of. The clog was deep and it was a lot of work to fix, but he handled it! Fair price, dependable, and so friendly!!! Would use them again or recommend to others in a second.
If I could give J's plumbing 10 stars, I totally would. I just moved to the area, and needed my washer and dryer hooked up. I called Jeff. Not only did he come the same day but Jeff went above and beyond to help me with my very difficult situation. He is very knowledgeable and very professional. And he's prices are the most reasonable out there. You won't be disappointed, but more than happy with his services.
These guys are great! I found J's Plumbing on Yelp and called their office at 12:30pm to see if they could unclog my kitchen sink. By 4:30pm the sink was working like a charm and they were cleaned up and on their way. Very reasonably priced and pleasant to have in my home - and bonus points that they were cool with my big dog. I will definitely keep J's Plumbing on my list of go-to home repair providers.

He came out real fast when we had our sewer problem. He left the area so clean after fixing the problem! He was very honest and prompt.
I am a groomer and work in a small veterinary office. The owners hired J's plumbing to install my new grooming tub. When they arrived we realized all the plumbing to drain the tub was wrong (going up hill actualy) so they replaced all the draining pipes as well as installed a new faucet for my tub. I've worked there for 3 years and it's the first time all my tub equipment works properly. Both the guys were friendly and also explained every thing they were doing as they did it. They also gave the owners a very good price considering they had double the work to do. The secretary I talked to a few times is very friendly and helpful as well. I would highly recommend using them for any plumbing needs.

Two different times now J's plumbing has had a chance to sent plumbers to my home and charge me after hour fees. Instead of making easy bonus money, they called me and together we figured out what the problem was, and that after hour service was not necessary. They even explained to me how to do one of the repairs myself as it turned out to be relatively easy. They could have made easy money off of me but they took the high road. They have always been friendly, professional, and honest. Because of how they have treated us they are the only plumbers allowed in our home.
I was referred to Jeff at J's Plumbing by my father and I am so glad he hooked me up with Jeff. Jeff and his team came in and diagnosed the problem and fixed it in about an hour. It's so nice to have someone that does great work for a fair price and nice to have my upstairs bathroom again. Thanks Jeff, you have earned my business for life!

Only plumber who answered and attended to our call on a Sunday. He had to come out twice because the first time the problem actually worsened; however, the guy quickly came back when we called him to let him know the problem.
You know how you dread dealing with a car salesman? Or a car repair place? A dentist, Or, yes repair people like a plumber for you just know you are a their mercy and feel your going to try to up sale you? Well I can scratch off plumber from that list and so can you if you call J's Plumbing for repairs! First the person who took my call (I believe Jeff's wife, I love knowing this is a family run business) was so curtest and helpful on the phone, I already felt in good hands! Then Jeff arrived promptly as scheduled and did my repairs quickly and with great pricing. It even prompted me to ask for other quotes on repairs I've been putting off doing and he quoted off the top of his head exactly the costs and the costs were reasonable (and a lot lower from when I've had other plumbers quotes). Jeff could not have been a nicer guy to work with and I actually look forward to him coming to my home again for my plumbing repair needs, and you will too!

We are remodeling my kitchen and had the granite and a new sink just installed. I called on Friday afternoon looking for someone to come out to finish it up. We just needed a plumber to come out and install the faucet as well as hook up the drains/ garbage disposal. I can say everything that could have gone wrong did (this was due to 50 year-old pipes not anything Jeff did) and they did a great job explaining and fixing the issues that were caused by previous installers who took shortcuts. Jeff and his worker spent nearly 5 hours making sure not only that everything was installed and working correctly but he took the time to explain everything so I understood why he was doing what he was doing. He did not rush the job and at the end everything was perfect and I was surprised at how low the bill came out. I will definitely be using J's plumbing again!
I called J's plumbing to unclog my toilet on a Sunday. It is a small apartment and I only have one toilet. They came after an hour, unclogged it, left the toilet clean and I even got a couple of coasters as a souvenir!
Jeff was very professional and helpful. I will definitely be using his service in the future. His fees were very reasonable. He really helped me out in a crunch. I absolutely love the service I received. Thank you Jeff for the great service.
Have used J's Plumbing twice and they will be my go to plumbing business from now on! They show up when they say they will, they are honest, and fair on their quotes. I highly recommend J's Plumbing. I am a homeowner and it is very hard to find good honest people to come into your home to fix things. I needed someone to fix my leaking shower. I called their office to setup a date and time and I even texted them a few pictures on what needed to to be done. I got the replacement shower cartridge from Moen and I figured I better leave it to the experts. Well, Jeff is your expert. They are very professional and nice. And when they finished they made sure everything was cleaned up. I will definitely used them in the future and recommend them to my neighbors and friends.
Found Js online and called for a quote. Jeff was able to provide an estimate online and schedule an appointment at a time that worked great for me. Jeff and I text back and forth to confirm everything. Jeff was on time and worked diligently to fix our problem. He was very careful inside our house and left the bathroom cleaner than he found it. He never asked for any change orders and his estimate was half of what others were. Although I hope to never have to call him again, he is certainly at the top of my list should any trouble arise in the future.
If you need a reputable, plumber that you can trust, then look no further then J's plumbing! They are honest, reasonable and very knowledgeable! They came out the next day after I called, and quickly fixed my kitchen sink that a previous plumber could not fix in 2 visits! I will never call anyone but J's! I highly recommend them!

J's plumbing is an all around great company. They truly care about the customer and never try to suggest services that are not needed. They first came out for a toilet clog and had to pull the toilet. The crew was very knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. A few weeks later, my toilet clogged again. The problems were unrelated, but they still came out and fixed it. This crew was also very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the caring and honest attitude all these employees have. Great customer service is hard to come by these days. Definitely recommend!
I've been a customer of J's Plumbing for several years now. ANY plumbing needs I call them. I always feel confident in their service. They are always on time, honest, transparent and competitive with pricing. I've never had the feeling they were trying to get more money out of me... I had a very old valve under the bathroom sink begin to leak as I was trying to replace the stem on the cold water. After trying to deal with the valve for some period of time I realized I did not have the tools to fix it. I made a couple of calls to other plumbers with no answers, until I called J'S Plumbing. Some one answered the phone I explained the issue I was having they were very courteous and said that they could have someone out in a couple of hours. This was also on a Saturday. Jeff Scott showed up during the agreed scheduled time, did a great job of replacing what was a 47 year old valve. The service level was GREAT and the cost was very reasonable for a Same-day Saturday afternoon repair. I would have no problem contacting J'S plumbing for any future plumbing issues and repairs.

Kitchen sink backed up on a Sunday afternoon. J's was the third plumber we called before some answered the phone. Jeff zipped right out and took care of the stoppage, and it only cost half as much as I expected. These guys rock.
We had an issue with too small of drain pipes not being able to handle our new washing machine output. They came out and gave us a quote same day and came back to complete the work, coming out on a holiday! They were very polite and efficient and I'm very happy with the work. Would definitely recommend!

I was an idiot and tried to repair something on my own. When I realized I wasn't able to fix it I had to call J's. They were quick to respond and come out to fix the issue. They are extremely professional and provided some education for us. We highly recommend them and even though we hope we don't have anymore issues...we will always call them for help. Thank you!
I received a huge gas bill and realized we had a serious gas leak. Jeff came within a half hour after receiving my call, correctly diagnosed the problem and gave me a very reasonable estimate. He also offered to change his schedule around so as to get my problem fixed the next day. He showed up on time with his crew who were also very friendly. Jeff is very easy to talk to, and was very anxious to do a good job. He went out of his way to accommodate our needs. From now on, Jeff ( of J's Plumbing) is our 'go to' plumber when we have a problem.
Jeff has been our go to plumber for several years now. He has responded to our many emergency calls, sometimes late evenings and weekends. He is highly knowledgeable, dependable, and most importantly, reputable. Highly recommend J's Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

Wow! If I could give a higher rating, I would. Called today and Jeff got to my house early! Looked at the problem and immediately took care of it. He was fast, efficient and extremely nice. Had the drain fixed in no time! He was 100% upfront and honest and I didn't feel like I was being scammed (I had been quoted by other plumbing companies for astronomical amounts and his was by far the most reasonable). I know who we'll be using for all of our plumbing needs from now on. Thanks Jeff!
We just moved and needed help connecting our washer and dryer. I called and they were able to come out the next day. They called ahead to confirm the appointment and arrived right on time. They were also able to help replace our garbage disposal on the spot even though we asked them about it on the spot. Definitely recommend and we will use them again!

I called Jeff on a Friday and even though he was buried on another project he was able to stop by my rental unit and diagnose the problem and give me an estimate. He promised to come back in the morning and he was on time and the work was completed very quickly. His prices were fair and he was very helpful to explain all the details of the work. Hard to find good people like these guy's I will be using them again for my other rental properties.
Our kitchen sink needed to be snaked and after calling my typical plumbers, I was disappointed with the price they were quoting over the phone. When I called J's Plumbing, I was pleasantly surprised that a person answered the phone (around 8 pm) and gave me a reasonably priced quote. The next morning, J's Plumbing came and resolved the issue. I know if I went with the other well known plumbers in my area, I would have paid at least $80 more.
J's Plumbing was knowledgeable and able to resolve my plumbing needs the very next morning. My husband was home when the work was done and he said he would use them again in a heartbeat.
