A few of my colleagues in the real estate world have used Daniel. Very transparent which is great. He is not looking to get every job but wants to make sure he can do it and not just say yes to every opportunity. That's when you know you have a good one! I will be referring him to more in the future.

I had an extremely bad experience with this company. The owner Roy is deceptive, sneaky, and makes promises he do not intend to perform .
He is not a company. He subs out most of his work. He only have a few office staff and a few handyman for smaller jobs.
I will certainly not recommend this guy. Very dishonest.

Andy and his crew are hands down the best! They came in to my property as I had a leak in one of my sewer pipe coming from upstairs to downstairs. I contacted lay it right plumbing and Andy was one the phone within minutes of me contacting him, he came out right away and went over the work that needed to be performed. The following day he came over and did everything he needed to do without breaking or damaging anything else. His work station was clean and made sure he cleaned up everything as I have my house clean. I couldn't have asked for a better team for the job. Now they are doing a rental property which is already starting to turn out great. Thanks Andy I look forward to working with you in the future.

I found Justin Time Plumbing on Yelp. I had Justin out at my condo to fix a slab leak, and fix it he did. At the end of the day he had a very fair price and I'm happy that he diagnosed my slab leak correctly (other plumbers had misdiagnosed the leak).  If I call him over again for another plumbing issue I would definitely not hesitate to post another review about my experience.

We were alerted to a gas leak by the smell; we contacted the Gas company who confirmed there was a leak but the source couldn't be detected; we just knew there was a substantial leak.  VERY scary!
We contacted Barker & Sons and although had to wait a day, it was WELL worth it!  Jesse R. and Zack showed up within the promised time.  It didn't take them long to diagnose the problem and with our approval, fixed the problem.  We contacted the Gas Co and they came out and we passed!  Gas back on.
I would highly recommend this company and especially Jesse and Zach.  They were both the nicest guys ever and very knowledgeable, hard working, honest guys.  Can't thank them enough!  
Would give these guys a higher rating if possible!

The sinks in my bathrooms where not draining properly.   Coast plumbing showed up within an hr.  Then did an excellent job fixing the issue and explaining what the problem was.   I would recommend them to anyone who asks me for a recommendation on a plumbing service to use.

I hired this plumbing company to work on a remodel project in Newport Beach. They we're hired to re-pipe and do rough pluming. I paid them a deposit 10K, after the money was paid, they worked a few days and would not return for days at a time. Their work had major defects, they cut load bearing walls, pluming did not have the correct flow/fall for correct drainage, underground plumbing was done completely wrong, and used cheap DIY parts. These guys have no knowledge of code requirements and ultimately the job failed inspection. I was forced to hire a new company to finish the job and repair their shotty plumbing work, and damage created by these guys.  The company acknowledged the defects, they agreed to repay the full amount over time where they'd make weekly payments.... I was paid back $1,750 of the 10K and now they don't respond or make repayments as agreed. Beware of these guys!

Fast and friendly service. I called in around 9:45, and they had the guy out here at 10:45. Keep in mind that their $45 drain unclog isn't for any drain unclog as advertised, but for drains with an outside access. If they go inside your home, it's quite a bit more. Luckily for me, I had one for my kitchen sink. Thanks for the good service!

I contacted Guy to install a through the wall AC unit in my garage/office.  He was great from start to finish with a great deal of follow up and advice.  My first unit that I received was damaged from the factory (but we didn't know it until he was out for the installation).  He was great regarding the mishap with the unit.  He also helped me to get a better and more efficient unit for my needs (including running the necessary 220v electrical for me to run it).  The unit works great and its going to be a much cooler summer.  I would recommend Guy for any home improvement need.

I have a leak around my water meter that the water company said I have to fix.  They said it was  the main line connecting to the water meter.  Jacob came out , saw that the meter wasn't moving for at least 10 minutes, which points to the leak not coming from the main line.  To save me money, he gave me some tips on how to troubleshoot this leak.  Jacob was very knowledgeable, and very professional.  I highly recommend him.

Water heater went out today . All pro Heaters showed up less than a hour . Perfect installation and also took the old water away . Neat job and very professional in explaining everything. Highly recommend this company! Thanks again guys.

I had a leak problem and I got plumbing responded quickly and was able to fix it before it could become a huge problem. They are professional and well kept and gave me good advice and answered all my questions. I will be calling them and recommending them to everyone i know that has a plumbing issue. thanks guys!

Timely, yes, but overpriced and pushy.  Two men showed up but not looking at the heater, not testing the pilot, etc.  They looked very professional but it was hard to understand one of them who spoke with very thick accent.  I wanted to get it done today so I thought I'd give them the job despite my uneasy feelings.  As I was leaving them in the garage to grab my wallet, I heard them whisper something by the water heater...  very unprofessional!  While they were not straight forward in telling me the diagnosis, they were more interested in selling the package deal on their pricing booklet.  I was getting more and more annoyed by their same sales pitch so I decided not to use them.   I ended up paying $59 service visit fee which was not waivable even if you bought their service package.  I defenitely will not recommend this company but recommend choosing owner operated smaller comapny.
