I had an emergency with a leak in my ceiling and these guys were on the scene within the hour. They fixed the problem for a reasonable price. I'll use them again.

Our water heater stopped working suddenly. This plumber was great about coming out same day. Good customer service and same day work. I was very happy to have hot water same day.

Our Christmas present from the plumbing gods was a leak under our kitchen sink. We had to shut the water off as it was that bad. Brian was at our house before 9:00 am (his 2nd stop of the morning) and was able to quickly stop the leak and explain how it happened and possible next steps and suggestions. He was polite and professional and we will call him for future needs (hopefully not too soon). Thanks Brian!

Chris came same day to install my Reverse Osmosis unit. No upsale, no extra charges, no same day service fees. He was very honest and demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Highly recommended!

Tim is a very honest and genuine guy and he did an excellent job of installing the soft water unit. He was also knowledgeable in fixing other water issues we had. I highly recommend him and would work with him again in the future!

Nick and his team did an excellent job to repipe my whole house with pex line. Nick completed the job as scheduled, and he went the extra miles by coming back to relocate the faucet outlets and drain pipes for my new bathroom vanity after his completion of repiping. I will definitely call him again for other services.

I called Roto-rooter after I had been waiting for hours for another plumbing company in Palm Springs , called 23 1/2, to show up. The other company didn't show up and didn't call until midnight that night. Meanwhile I had scheduled Roto-Rooter for the next morning. I want to particularly compliment Josiah Perez who was my technician. He fixed the problem quickly and even explained to me how everything worked, since so I was interested. And then he noticed another potential bigger problem with my pressure valve. So after quoting me a fair price to fix that he did that as well. I couldn't be happier. I will say too that the phone dispatchers were very kind and courteous too. If you are in Palm Springs call this company first!

My kids don't understand why they shouldn't use half a roll of toilet paper to wipe their buttons!  All stop sewer block on a Saturday! Made the call and Tony arrived when he said.  Problem solved!  No upselling!!  Happy cuatomer!!!!  Highly recomend!

Our Mechanic was Ron.  Our invoice # is 1060940.  We contacted Water Heaters Only because we have used them before when a water heater in our home started leaking.  We were able to get an appointment the next day. Ron called as promised when he was on his way.  He told us what the cost would be and exactly what he would be doing.  He said it would take about 2 hours but he completed it in 1 1/2 hours.  He did a wonderful job, left the area cleaner than when he came and explained exactly what to do if there was a problem.  I will and have recommended this company to others.

We have had Phil come to our house and do small and big jobs, it can range from  a huge clog, repiping  or installing a water heater he knows his stuff. He is honest, trust worthy and gets the job done.  He also cleans up and tries not to make a major mess , he will stay as long as he needs to make sure he leaves you with a working toilet if he has to. They are speedy and prices are  not bad. I highly recommend Express drain and plumbing specially Phil hes great.

Wonderful experience with Overtime Plumbing!  They showed up in less time than they initially quoted me, were nice and polite, offered helpful advice, and were really reasonable in their charge.  I would definitely use them again.

Be aware I had a complete blockage of my entire home plumbing system due to the Rayne water softener installed and serviced by Rayne, failing.  Their system sent little resin balls into each and every fixture in my home completely clogging my house and causing me to have to spend $1350 in plumbing contractor charges just to have water in my house again.  The response from Rayne to my disaster was they would charge me $125 to recondition the tank that failed and then said it probably won't happen again.
If you do business with them, you've been warned.

Appt for estimate 9-11. Nobody showed. Called at 1 and they said it would be more like 3-5. Missed whole day of work for what should have been 10 minute estimate. Thanks.

These guys are amazing.  The plumbers are the hardest workers I've seen in a long time.   They patchers are also on their game.   I would give them 10stars if I could

Our appt. was last Tuesday I believe I would give them 5 stars for punctuality.
As far as the 99.00 special to diagnose our heater the tech diagnose it but to confirm it he said it cost another 80.00 to call Noritz to verify it but he was pretty sure the heat exchange was bad and would cost 2498.00 just for the part and possibly that wouldn't be the only part. We told him we did have the means and had to figure things out and paid him his 99.00 he left and sent us est.
That evening so upset came across a website of Monkey wrench Plumbing and a coupon for a free diagnostic. The following day they showed up not only did they let me know the heat exchange, manifold, etc were bad and our heater is a Noritz he would call to see if parts were under warranty which they were and they would send all items out that day.  The  reason I am leaving a review is as a plumbing Co. I was told they they know that certain heaters have warranty  to replace the parts and they can be shipped to you for free and then it is up to to have someone install or the plumbing that actually lets you know you only have to pay for labor. So lesson learned and I hope this helps out many more and always get a second opinion.

This was the most frustrating experience I've had with a plumber, and I would not recommend them. I chose to go with them because they had excellent reviews and were very responsive in scheduling an appointment. They were supposed to come out on a Friday at 9AM, which was then postponed until 11AM (one of their techs called out, ok, I get it) but then it kept being pushed back further of an estimate around 12:30 (which my tenant was no longer able to do). The appointment was moved to the following Monday at 12PM. They kept delaying and did not show up until after 4PM. My tenant skipped class just waiting for these guys to show up -- we were almost going to give up. Once they arrived, I thought everything would finally be all fine and dandy. We needed a hot water adjustment (which was a simple adjustment in the past by a previous plumber) and a check of any leaks as our neighbor complained of (+) mushrooms on their side of the wall and a higher water bill. The technician said they could not adjust the hot water valve as it was installed wrong and we would have to purchase a new one (they would send me options and have to return for another visit). They also said we needed to have our walls checked by another company (PRC) before they could check for any leaks. The visit was disappointing in that we wasted all this time waiting for them to show up (which was frustrating on both ends as a home owner and as a tenant) and in the end NOTHING was fixed/solved. The technician said he would send the valve options via email within 15 minutes of the appointment. I found myself waiting around again and it finally came the following morning after 10AM. I was following their recommendations by picking out my new valve and calling PRC as they had suggested when I decided to get a second opinion. Another plumber came out, came on time, adjusted our hot water in 10 min, checked for leaks, told us we had no leaks and went on their way. Needless to say, it's very difficult for me to trust this company, and I would not utilize them again for future services.

These guys have been great. Ive used them twice now and both times I appreciated how quickly they were able to get me on the schedule. Also while they obviously need to make money as a business I felt they didnt try and push me into services or products I didnt need. Id recommend them for sure as I'll definitely be calling them next time I need them.

Ryan is a great plumber and extremely patient! He had to come out a few times within the span of a week for my dishwasher plumbing issues, then to replace the dishwasher, then to secure the dishwasher (because my countertop has some severe dry rot). He came by when he should have been on his way home. Instead, he came to deal with my dishwasher and work another hour and a half. He also worked on a drain and cleared a clog that other plumbers said they couldn't do.

So happy with the level of service and the awesome plumbers that came out today to help us with our myriad of plumbing items. Rob Pinson was great in our initial conversations about pricing and scheduling and sent out an excellent team to take care of us. Ray and the gang were knowledgeable, quick, and went above and beyond in making sure everything was installed perfectly and cleaned up well when they were done. Would recommend this company to anyone, and will definitely be using them more in the future!
