Manuel came out to clear a drain (several months ago).  The place was a mess, and he couldn't have been any nicer.  It took some real elbow grease to clear the drain, but he persisted until it was done.  EXTREMELY thorough, conscientious and kind, a real gentleman.  The charge was super-reasonable, I'm sure half of what others would've charged.  I won't be calling anyone else for future plumbing needs.  Thank-you Manuel!

I discovered Cleveland Plumbing in April 2013, when we purchased a home in Anaheim Hills and I kept seeing his truck in the area, so I wrote down the number and saved it for future purposes.  Of course something came up and I was so satisified with their work that I have continued to use him numerous times and have also recommended him to our property manager for our Homeowners Association.  His work ethic is amazing.  Vance has always been able to diagnose the issue, and fix it.  His prices are extremely fair.  I will continue to use him in the future for my personal home and our rental properties.  Also I continually have people calling me and asking me if I know a good plumber, I would give them Vance's name and number knowing that he will take good care of them.

Our water heater stopped working suddenly. This plumber was great about coming out same day. Good customer service and same day work. I was very happy to have hot water same day.

I am in the minority, but agree with a few who have written about their disappointment.  I read all the reviews and had high hopes that I found a good plumber.  Brian kept putting me off, a week and a half eventually, and did not text me that he was delaying the date. By this time I had white mildew growing on my fireplace.  I probably should have found another plumber sooner, but the Yelp reviews seemed so positive.....

We had a main line water leak that left us without water for our whole house. We got several estimates and decided on Maverick because of the very reasonable price and the fact that Chris obviously knew what he was talking about. There was continuous communication before and throughout the job. I never had to ask or wonder what was going on.

Due to the nature of the leak they had to run a completely new line from the curb to the house. They did it without damaging any of the landscaping and left everything just as they found it. Chris was happy to answer any questions I had about what he was doing and was super friendly the whole time. He was always wearing a mask and was very careful not to leave dirty footprints anywhere, even outside.

Chris and Olivia are the type of folks that do business with a handshake and it's totally refreshing. They are my plumber from now on.

Tim not only got my RO system working again, he also taught me a lot about RO system maintenance, some of which is going to save me a lot of money in the long run. For instance, I had been replacing some filters every 6 months that he explained only need to be change once a year. He also taught me that the RO membrane, a very expensive part, which I had also been replacing every year, only needed to be replaced when it stopped functioning. That information will save me over $100 per year. He also installed a valve on the water tank, for less than $20 that will make changing the filters so much easier in the future, because I won't have to drain the entire system (and waste gallons of water). He even diagnosed that the shut-off valve on the RO system was not functioning and was constantly sending gallons of good water down the drain every single day. Again, the price for a new one is less than $20, and I can probably install it myself. So calling The Water Guy saved water, saved me money, and was an all around good experience. Tim is super personable, and more than happy to answer any questions you may have. You won't be sorry if you call.

If I could give higher than a 5 star review - I would! I am doing a MAJOR remodel on a house in Brea and decided to be proactive with a repipe due to the neighborhood reputation for plumbing leaks. I interviewed a couple of companies and felt I was getting an apples to apples quote from Nant. The options between copper & PEX were completely explained. All American had a very competitive estimate, but the basis for a strong review here would come when the work was performed.

All American's large crew (supervised by Paul) descended upon my house and each had specific tasks to efficiently bring a challenging project to a timely completion. The crew is not only knowledgeable, but they also took pride in their work (and took the time to be polite while they did their work .... even answering my questions). With a remodeling project of this magnitude, I really appreciated their ability to be flexible with scheduling, the setting of my new valves & water heater, and being able to work with minor changes during the installation. Overall this was a very favorable experience from start to finish - a feeling that is often lacking in the performance of many contractors. For pricing & quality of work, I would highly recommend this company!

So my 95 year old Mom here in Banning had a major plumbing emergency when sewage water suddenly filled up her tub and shower after starting a load of laundry. We called several local plumbers but nobody could come out. I had my doubts about a big chain business but Julio, Hugo, and Augie soon put those doubts to rest! They quickly diagnosed the problem as being the main pipe to the house was broken and went to work feverishly. They had to tear up the front yard grass (yikes), dig a 6 foot deep trench, and finally install a new pipe. They finished all of that within about 10 hours or so total. And left the yard looking good as new! All of them were professional, polite, skilled, and fun. We were very impressed with the work done and the outcome. Definitely would recommend this company!

Tony Shaw came out to my house because I was having a water leak in front of my house and he was able to immediately help me in accessing the work that would need to be done and the cost what would be associated with it. What I appreciate about his help is his honesty and help.

Water Heaters Only is a great company!  David Pullen came to my house today on Sunday and replaced my water heater 12/21/2014.  He was very knowledgeable and did a great job.  The whole replacement took 2 hours.  Highly recommend this company.

Believe it or not, I had called and scheduled appointments with two other HVAC companies: one never showed and the other was going to arrive two hours after normal business hours. Omar arrived on time, explained things thoroughly, and came up with solutions that worked for us. Alex and Oscar were friendly, professional and efficient - they did great work! Overall, I highly recommend them if you want a good and reliable crew!!

We recently had a toilet replaced at our beach house in Laguna Beach. Given the challenges of finding a reliable plumber in Orange County, we were pleasantly surprised by our experience with Pipe it Right. Despite it being a busy 4th of July holiday weekend with limited parking, they swiftly replaced the toilet at a very fair price. The plumbers were respectful and took great care to protect our house during both the installation and removal of the old unit. When I called the company and spoke with Jackie, I was immediately impressed. I called other companies and was brushed off, but Jackie was very helpful. Omar came promptly at 7:30 am. He quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired my unit. He was knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely use them again if I have a problem.

Edward was our technician and he was fantastic. He was so professional and efficient. He explained everything to us each step of the way. When it came down to providing options he was very clear about what we needed and why. We will be using Homex again when we can afford a new disposal and we will for sure be requesting Edward!

Thomas and his technician trainee came out early Saturday morning to fix some issues we were having with our sink. He and is trainee were courteous, friendly and kind. They kept me informed of what was going on and fixed the issue in less than a hour. I would absolutely call them again if I had any other issues.

I had a leak in an outside faucet, I called Pinson Plumbing as they had done impressive previous work at my house during bathroom remodels. The owner, Rob, responded very quickly to schedule. Ray showed up on time, reviewed the projects cost and time. He was very professional and finished done on time. Again, another fantastic job. Will definitely call again for additional work.
