I contacted Premier Plumbing Solutions through yelp to remove and replace a water heater, and I received a very quick response from Mike. I was impressed by his professionalism, friendliness and knowledge.  He recognized the urgency of my situation and made a point of changing his schedule to be able to come and assess my situation.  He wasn't out to take advantage, as others seem to be, but instead was caring and gave me the most reasonable price. Don't waste your time calling around, just call Mike, and you will be so glad you did.  His work is excellent and he follows up to be sure everything is in order.

Honest and transparent. I've had Michael fix and install multiple pipes, fixtures and angle stops. Based on other quotes, his rates are lower and the work is superior. He makes sure everything works properly before leaving a job. Will be using for future jobs.

We bought an original 1970s house and remodeled it. We hired Mike (Premier Plumbing) through our contractor and he did excellent work! We decided to change the floor plan in the kitchen and relocate the plumbing 20 feet away. Mike relocated our kitchen sink, relocated the kitchen sink vent pipe, repiped the entire house, added a water line for our fridge, added a pot filler behind the stove, replaced the water heater, fixed our shower drain pipe that was leaking under ground, and did all of our finishing work (installed all faucets, garbage disposal, toilets, shower, tub valves). It was a huge project and Mike was reliable, worked late, and got everything done with our timeline in mind. The price was fair because we received great quality work. He also offers a warranty. We will hire Mike for any of our future plumbing needs!

Wow is all I can say. I have not had great luck with plumbers in the past, but all of that changed when I called Premier Plumbing Solutions. Mike is an extremely nice guy, but more importantly, he is responsive, follows through on his promises, and is extremely competent. He knows what he's doing and how to fix your plumbing problems.

Instead of trying to upsell me, he did the reverse. When I said I was willing to pull the trigger on an expensive solution, he suggested an alternative, saving me hundreds of dollars. More than 24 hours later, I'm still a happy customer, but he also gave me a 1 year warranty on parts and labor, so I'm not worried about the future.

Mike came out and replaced a 50 gallon water heater for me.   Ran me through all my options and was thorough and polite.    Gave me a better price than all my other bids and did a great job.   Even took my old one with him to get rid of.    Will definitely be calling him again for future work.

I found Mike on Yelp Friday and made contact regarding a small plumbing issue with our kitchen faucet.  I am so happy to have found such a professional and super friendly plumber. The response was immediate and the issue with the loose faucet base was promptly resolved. (My husband had a heck of a time trying to reach the nuts due to the tight space under the sink and then the nuts were frozen.)  My husband suggested I just replace everything, but I opted for a repair.  Mike was fantastic and advised that I give him a call whenever I was ready for a new set up, which I absolutely will.  I am also looking forward to Mike handling our bathroom remodeling down the road when the time comes.
