My water heater was leaking so I called several different companies. Luis at Ser Plumbing went the extra mile to explain everything and gave me a quote over the phone. Because he was so kind and had the best pricing that I decided to go with his company. His work is clean and meticulous - even screwed in my water heater container to make sure the lid closed correctly. He is so kind and caring - I would recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!

I want to say this SER Plumbing is professional from the minute you reach them till the minute they complete the job. On my initial phone call I explained our water heater needed replacing and my elderly Mother was without hot water. Luis asked me was it gas or electric. I told him it was gas. Over the phone he gave me a pretty good idea what the price would be and they kept their word. Their prices are fair and affordable. Especially being that no one expects their water heater to just go out. ! SER Plumbing is the real deal ! I am really glad I called them. Also the Technician Jose that showed up was kind, courteous, and on time. He had another young man with him that he appeared to be training. In my opinion that is really positive. Showing the next generation how to have a positive work ethic. The young man was focused and helping throughout the process. If you need a Plumber SER Plumbing should be your choice. I had Luis from Ser Plumbing do a simple replacement job of my shower head. I didn't want to do it myself since the piping goes into the wall and I was afraid of a possible leak, so I reached out to Ser Plumbing for a quote.

Everywhere else wanted a fee for coming out and then on top of that charge you the service. Luis was up front with the cost and it was reasonable.

He and his crew came with masks and foot booties and did the work professionally and fairly quick. I was happy with the result and wouldn't hesitate to give them a call again for anything else plumbing related.

Luis came out the very next day to help us clear our kitchen sink clog.

The status updates received letting us know when he was heading over perfectly aligned with his time-frame window.
It shows that the business is responsible and receptive when it comes to their time as well as their client's time.

We had a clog in our pipes roughly 20' into our pipes that was cleared within less then an hour. He took the time to show us what the obstruction was and gave us suggestions on what our next steps would be. We had roots in our pipes...big uh oh.

He was clear, and concise on what needed to be done and the price for services.

Dealing with unexpected plumbing issues under the home can prove challenging, to say the least! After seeking out a handful of other companies that danced around the problem and then wanted to charge me for their BS, Ser Plumbing stepped up! As noted with other reviews, Luis was proffessional in addressing and communicating the water leak issues, punctual along with a hard working respectful crew. The fact he did not charge for service call was big plus in my opinion. It's only been a couple of weeks since repairs but so far all is working!! Luis came across as no non-sence, is licensed, knows his trade and because plumbing issues can prove costly, he also presented alternative solutions. In these trying times, I value his honesty in diagnosing my plumbing issues (old rotten galvenized pipes). It's these values that will keep his company at the top of my list. I had water seeping up from under my linoleum squares on my kitchen floor. Unfortunately my house was built on a cement slab and the pipes were in or under the concrete slab. The gentleman from Ser Plumbing came out to see what was going on. He was able to give me several options and I was so impressed with his knowledge, patience and honesty. He took the time to answer all my questions. I took the quickest way to repair the damage since I had been without water for a couple of days. All the plumbers I had called including Ser Plumbing were very very busy.
If I could give them ten stars I would because of the outstanding job he did. They covered the area they were working to limit dust since I have asthma. He covered the pipe where the two holes were to protect it from any future damage and created a smooth layer so I could replace the missing linoleum squares. When he was done, I was so shocked! He had found and replaced the linoleum squares and repaired the holes in the wall. I have had other work done in my house and his work was the best. The repair on the wall was so good, all I needed to do was paint it. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He also didn't upsell me and he cleaned up the area he was working in but the most surprising was he went out of his way to replace the missing linoleum squares and replace a part in my toilet that was maybe causing an unexplained leak. I would hire him again and would highly recommend him to family and friends. Thank you Ser Plumbing!

I was ready to give up and take a bid with this company that was gonna break the bank. I looked up one more place and ser plumbing came up. First of all I felt comfortable talking to the gentleman that came to look at the job and that's super important. Next he was honest about what I what needed to be done and how much it would cost. When they came for the job they were here on time and didn't stop working until the job was done. They were able to save my stairs and basically dug under all the Cement and saved me a bunch of headaches. The were very professional and also friendly and best of all they cleaned up after them selves which no company has ever done. Even the most expensive companies that I've hired over the years. I would definitely use ser plumbing again and definitely recommend it to anyone that needs any plumbing repair.

Luis provided excellent service! I originally had Ser Plumbing out to our home before we moved in to have the gas line cut and capped in the kitchen. Then shortly after we moved in, we had an unexpected block with out plumbing. I contacted Luis that night, and he came out the next day to fix it! He gave us advice on the system (which wasn't installed correctly) and suggested ways to fix things ourselves in the future. Luis and his team Ser Plumbing saved my construction deadline. I live in a townhouse gated community and was doing some home improvements adding washer and dryer in my own unit. My construction guy informed me my unit's own water line has no shut off valves! Scrambling to find a plumber, Luis was able to come over next day to do an estimate and two days later complete the task of adding shut off valves. His professionalism and skills saved my time frame to complete my washer/dryer hookups. He had a hiccup that underneath the copper pipes was a PVC drain so he had to work around carefully not to puncture a hole. Limited space and a 4 hr window Luis and his team got the the job done perfectly. Price was more than reasonable for the scope of work. Would definitely recommend him for any plumbing issues.

I want to say that my experience with SER Plumbing was nothing short of EXCELLENT! So my water heater went down and I needed to get it back up and running as soon as possible. At 6:40am I came here on Yelp and sent out a request. Within 20 minutes I got a message from Luis letting me know that he could help, but that he was booked for the day. But that next day he would be available.
Next day came and Luis showed up right on time, with a helper, both very professional and courteous. They took a look at my water heater, diagnosed the problem, gave me a quote within minutes. I gave the go ahead and they went, picked up the parts they needed and had my water heater back up and running within two hours of when they first showed up!
Needless to say, I have found the company I will call anytime I need plumbing service. I wouldn't hesitate to have them come to my house and fix anything I need. They were great and I am very happy with their service. Thank you SER Plumbing.

I'm only giving 5 stars cause there's isn't a 10 star option. Man, I dont know how many of yall had to deal with plumbers but I DO NOT regret calling Luis. He responded quickly. Gave me an appt quickly. Gave me a price for the job and stayed true with NO surprise charges. He was on time. Didn't try and con me. I had obtained 4 estimates before calling him and his price was best. (I got quotes on plumbing company's that offer free estimates, don't see a point paying for one when so many offer a free estimate). He replaced the shower valve for my new shower head that comes with a handheld shower head and he moved the main shower head pipe up a few inches since it's a rain shower that will now be Installed.

He even did me a solid when I asked his advice on removing my dishwasher. He ended up closing the dishwasher hole from the garbage disposal that same day/visit. I'd totally call him again if I need another job done and I'd definitely would recommend him to EVERYONE.

I was able to get a quote over the phone and schedule work the next day. The work was not urgent. I had a slow draining kitchen sink which I would snake every 6 months. But I could only go down 9 feet into the drain before my snake twisted up. I suspected a bad clog further in the pipe. I had old galvanized kitchen drain pipe about 22ft long. I called SER plumbing to have it replaced with ABS pipe. While they were replacing the pipe they noticed an existing ABS pipe that was not slopped correctly. So they also fixed that pipe as well. They were very professional and took the old large galvanized pipe with them. I would definitely use there services again and I highly recommend them. Also they stuck to the quote they gave me over the phone which I thought was supper reasonable.

Adding another well deserved 5 star review! I called the Yelp number and Luis answered. I had a horrible banging noise in my bathroom pipes and asked if Luis could come give me an estimate. He said he would be here the following morning. I was then sent a separate text from his office (I'm assuming) which confirmed my appointment. He texted me this morning letting me know he was running a little late which I appreciated (but didn't care since I work from home) Luis and his helper were very nice and quick! My family and I are so blessed to have been able to finally find a reputable license contractor who is honest, reliable and very responsible. We were in need of a license contractor because of a unique situation we had with our homes. Jose the owner even took his time to go with my family and I to aid us with city permits. I loved the immediate communication and the prompt responses I received from Jose. That was key for me, as I dislike companies who take hours or days to respond. He kept his word and kept me updated through out the duration of the project. When he was done the city inspector even reviewed his work and comment by saying perfect job. I set up my project in the morning to address a bathtub leak and cartridge replacement for my shower, and Ser Plumbing was in at noon with a fair estimate and they began work immediately. The short - Honest, helpful, friendly.

Reached out to Luis to help us with our water heater. From the start, I knew I wanted to work with him. He guided me on the way to find out of my product was still under warranty. He told me I may be able to get the parts for free. He then gave me advice on how to do it, but also offered to help with the project.

When the parts arrived (free because of warranty), Luis helped me install them and fixed my kitchen sink. Prices were great too! He was informative through the work which I appreciated because I like learning.

I am thankful for his honesty and availability. My wife and I definitely feel like we found our family plumber and will reach back out when we are ready to repipe and other plumbing needs.

We were looking to get help examining/installing a line valve for our old fireplace and getting it into working conditions. It was kind of last minute so other places providing similar services with a lot more reviews were already booked till next week.

We checked Luis' license and decided to give it a try. We are really happy that we did! He showed up on time and communicated with me throughout the process. Our valve is so old (but in the 1970s) that it requires a special long key. Luis spent 3 hours just to find the right part for us.

On top of that, he has a very professional demeanor. He took care of the dust from taking part and patching up the dry wall. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking in South Bay.

I am soooooo impressed with Ser Plumbing! I contacted Luis regarding a few issues I had on my property and he was available for same day services! To my surprise I was notified via text and email when he was in route to my property. He took photos and video while assessing the units, and explained what needed to be done. Initial conversation was great. They sent someone out to the house ASAP which was awesome. My issue was the bathtub. Must have been a clog. The guy came and attempted to unclog the drain and wasn't able to. All that took 15min max. The fee was 75$ to unclog the drain. Couldn't do it and still charge me which was fine. I gave him a 100$ and he didn't have change. Gave himself a nice tip. I don't care about the fee, however, if you can't complete the service your charging for then lower the fee.

I unexpectedly punctured our main water line while digging a deep hole in my front yard for a new tree. I contacted Luis at Ser Plumbing immediately and found him to be responsive and very professional, right down to his automated scheduling and invoicing system. He said he would be at my home within four hours after completing another job but arrived in half that time. The repair was completed promptly and expertly. I did not expect to go from shut down to operational again in just a few hours. Ser made it possible.

I was looking for a local plumber to repair a broken water main pipe under a concrete walkway. After receiving a few estimates from other plumbers and companies, I contacted Jose at Ser Plumbing.
Other plumbers came out and checked the area around the leak, and said that the entire main pipe from the street to the house would need to be replaced since there might be other issues with the pipe. I wasn't too sure they were being up front with me and what the actual issue was; it seemed to me that for them it would be easier work to dig the trench, replace the entire pipe (which is copper all the way from the street to the house), and get a nice big invoice ready for it. One plumber even told me that he replaces entire water mains all the time, making it seem like it's a default diagnosis.
For the estimate (free estimate by the way) Jose with Ser Plumbing arrived when he said he would, completed a thorough inspection of the problem area, actually put some thought into where the leak could possibly be coming from, and what the best way to repair it would be. He was able to isolate the area of repair, and provide a great estimate for the work to be performed (break up a partial concrete walkway, dig, repair the broken pipe, and pour new concrete down to finish the job).
Jose and another worker arrived the day of repair on time, with all the proper tools, and completed the job in a timely manner. They left the site the way they found it, and were professionals the whole way. These guys sure know what they're doing. I'm keeping their number for future use, and I urge anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and knowledgeable plumbing service to call Ser Plumbing. You won't regret it.

These guys are honest and hardworking people.
I was originally quoted by another plumber with a ridiculous price for a dripping shower head and was told that my pipes(separate problem) needed to be replaced.
Spoke to Luis and he gave me a reasonable quote by phone & he was sure that it was not as big of a problem as the other plumber tried to make it seem to be.

There is so much to be thankful with Ser Plumbing. Today will mark my fourth interaction with their service and I always get amazed at the level of professionalism. I've used their services for repairs, installations, new construction and a quick fix.

The most recent install was a soft water system replacement. The previous hack of a plumber installed it incorrectly leaving a mess under my crawl space. Luis and the team left a masterpiece of a job at my property. Aside from the professional install, the job took a few hours and they always a leave a clean post service work area. They even take the time to show pictures from the job unreachable by the customer. As a customer, you're not left with the ponder of the work quality and it's post status. You see what was done and a breakdown of the process.

I can't recommend Ser Plumbing enough to anyone seeking to do major plumbing construction or a simple small repair. Ser Plumbing is the way to go with all your plumbing needs.

Had a great experience with these guys. We had them replace our kitchen sink and faucet and we love the work they did. Quoting, scheduling, and work was all a good experience. Would absolutely recommend them.

Luis was a breath of fresh air. I hired another plumbing service off of Yelp that I would not hire again. Luis answered my inquiry promptly, scheduled to meet with me and then came up with a creative solution to my gas plumbing problem and charged a fair price. Not only did he charge a fair price, he over delivered in the quality of work and the extra effort it took to do the job right. Ser Plumbing will become my go to plumbing service from now on. I am in construction by the way and have fixed over 60 homes in my career and he has been the best plumbing experience I have had. Good job Luis, keep up the good work!

Ser Plumbing is the best. We've had 4 jobs completed by Ser. They replaced our main water line, repaired a leaky toilet, relocated our washer hook-up to the opposite side of the room, and repaired a busted pipe.

The prices are always reasonable, and the work is outstanding. Whenever we have a plumbing problem, Ser Plumbing is the only company I call.

Ser Plumbing is by far the most trustworty and reliabble plumbing company I've had the pleasure of dealing with during my home renovation experiences. For the project I had Luis and his team give me a quote on adding a bathroom to my garage. This would of course require extending the main sewer line and breaking up concrete along with the rest of 'the works' for a shower and full bathroom. I had many other plumbers come and give me quotes for the job all of which seemed way over priced and left me with no ore questions then answers.

Luis and his team were not only the most reasonably priced for the job but answered every questIon that same day. He and his team also would address every issue that would arise ( as things do when your dealing with a house built in 1940) immediately with me before continuing anything further. He is fair, trustworthy, prompt and responsible. I'll never use another plumber!

Luis!!! He is my go to guy for all my plumbing needs. I have had issues with other pulmbers in the past who say they know what they are doing, but leave a Mickey Mouse job done instead. Luis communicates will (Spanish and English), uses an online system to send invioces, appt reminders, and payment (if needed). Luis installed a new water heater in my home on one job and also redid my shower valve in another job. What impressed me most about Luis is his work ethic. I recently have a plug in my drain pipe in a new home I moved into and Luis came out IN THE RAIN to take a look and fix it. Other plummbers wouldn't even come out to take a look, but my guy Luis is a good honest guy. I highly recommend him for all your plumbing needs. It is hard to find someone who will not overcharge you or rip you off. Luis is Honest and relaible. I promise you can find someone else on the street to do you the job cheaper, with cheap parts and with Mickey Mouse work. However, if you want honest and quality work at a resonable price. Luis is the guy to go with.

Good service at a reasonable price. That describes Ser Plumbing. When you put in your request, he will send you an individualized appointment with anticipated start time. That was very helpful to received. He is licensed and bonded and knows the plumbing process completely. I called him for a stopped up bathtub drain which turned out to be an even bigger trap replacement. With the trap being behind a wall, he was able to pinpoint the location and jigsaw out a small portion of wall to fix the problem. Although he does not do drywall work, I was able to get it fixed at a reasonable price by another contractor.

All in all, I was pleasantly surprised with the work done. I would have liked a lower price (don't we all), but the bill was reasonable given the amount of work completed.

I called Ser Plumbing today around 2pm, this is important because of the immediate urgency that was taken to service me, and spoke to Luis. I mentioned that I had an extreme leak in my kitchen sink faucet and how the severity of this matter required for me to shut down the main water valve. Once he heard this, he made sure to pencil me in right away. In about two hours of calling and inquiring his services, he and his brother Juan were at my door. They replaced the kitchen sink faucet and left work area immaculate. I am so pleased and grateful to both Luis and Juan. If I could give them more stars for the excellent service, I would! If you're having any plumbing issue, stop looking around SER PLUMBING is all you need!! Thank you so much Serrano Brothers!!!!

I am very impressed with Luis from Ser Plumbing. Requested a quote through Yelp. Was very reasonably priced. Luis came in 30 minutes and replaced our new garbage disposal. His price was the same as quoted, he was fast efficient, on time, professional and very polite. Can't say enough great things. Highly recommended.

With an unexpected plumbing issue, we found Ser Plumbing through yelp! We were most elated with the communication, updates, professionalism, attentiveness to detail and safety precautions taken by Luis, who was the technician who came out to our unit. Payment was contactless through Zelle so it was not strenuous at all.

Our kitchen sink was not draining/the garbage disposal was not working properly for a few days. When we sent a request through yelp, we were responded to promptly with an estimate and earliest available time slot to have it assessed and repaired. I really appreciated the communicativeness, organization, work ethic and detail. For any future plumbing related issues, we will be sure to contact them again! Would 10/10 recommend their services. Main water line broke, scheduled an appointment they came in and replaced the piping in one day. I also called them for a gas leak that I was having issues and Santos was able to locate the leak right away. Santos is always available and does great work!

Even I made my appointment so early morning, he was flexible and came on time. I received multiple notice to confirm my appointment date and time. Communication was very clear and great from the beginning to the end. Every time I text them, I got quick response. He came to my place on time and finished the work while I was at work. I got pictures via text along with invoice to confirm their work. The price was reasonable and competitive. I am very happy with their service and I will definitely ask them again. I highly recommend this company!

We had a water heater that kept going out with the weather. Luis gave me an estimate on phone and came within hours. Extended my flue and put on a new cap. He also advised me of other small upgrades we could do to make it last longer. He gave me a great price. He knew what he was talking about and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. He was willing to work with me. Overall a great experience and a trustworthy person. I will be calling him back for any other issue we have throughout the house. Thank you Luis
