This is the second time in three years I needed a plumber.  Hose bib broke on a Sunday and I gave Eduardo a call.  He was here first thing on Monday and repaired the bib in 1/2 hour.  His rates are reasonable and his work is stellar.  Make sure you keep his number as you will not find a nicer guy.

Ed M. has been my plumber for a few years now installing a new faucet in my kitchen to repairing all the insides of my toilets which were in poor shape from metal erosion over the years.  He knows what he is doing and he is extremely comfortable to work with. I would recommend him to anyone who needs things fixed the right way! It's a pleasure to have him in my home!!

If you want a fair reasonable price with great service go through with Eddie or Eduardo (same guy). He is very polite and punctual. He gave us a ball park time kind of like the cable guys but called to update us with his arrival. He wasn't dirty or sight for sore eyes and didn't smell atrocious. Also he didn't make a mess and did very clean elite work. It was a pleasure to do Business with him and strongly recommend any work you need done go with him. Eduardo is the best!  I had a leaking kitchen sink and after watching YouTube I decided to try and fix it myself.  I got most of the repair done but still had a small leak.  I called Eduardo and he offered for me to text him a picture of the issue.  I did and he was able to guide me through fixing the problem.  No house call needed and no charge!  He's earned my business for any future plumbing issues that I can't handle.

Ed is great.  I've used his services 2x now.   1st time he pulled a valve from my shower that was stuck and he replaced it with a new valve.  He was so prompt, professional and he didn't try to rip me off.  I called him a 2nd time to replace an outside garden valve at my dad's house.  He had a valve with him but went the extra mile to drive out to Osh to get a valve that easier for my father to turn.  That's what I call service.  He's also has a positive attitude and a good sense of humor too!

I called Eduardo yesterday at around lunch time to unclog the kitchen sink. We had a bad clogged a few years ago and the plumber had to come back 3 times to fully unclogged it, I wanted to try another plumber.

Eduardo took my information and made an appointment to come the next day. He also mentioned he would try to fit me in at the end of the day. Since I called so late, I really didn't expect him to accommodate me on the same day. Then at 4:30, Eduardo texted and called me that he could actually come shortly after 5 pm! I am so glad that I can get the problem fixed a day early!

Eduardo came, accessed the situation and confidently went to work. It took him a lot shorter to unclog the drain, and I hope it will stay open! He seems very experienced and knows exactly what to listen for and how to tackle the problem.

Eduardo was awesome. I contacted him for a quote on installing a toilet and he answered within minutes. I ordered the toilet online and it arrived damaged. So, I had to reschedule with Eduardo a couple times. He was so understanding and worked with my schedule. What made it even better was that his pricing was also the best amongst all the five star reviewed plumbers. I would definitely recommend him!

Edwardo's plumbing professionalism and understanding of my needs was top notch .. I had 2 shower (original install 40 year old)  faucets replacements ( stucco and drywall ) that required copper pipping skills and retrofitting into existing walls, as well as replace kitchen sink faucet and removal of existing old under sink water filtration system. He came out next day after reviewing texted pictures and worked tirelessly to remedy my complicated plumbing problems. I felt very confident after talking on the phone and then meeting him in person. He showed up when he said he would ( called ahead to let know he's on the way ) , he did the job better than I anticipated and cleaned up after his job was complete in each part of the house . He is a very through communicator and answered any and all questions beyond my satisfaction. The pricing was fair and explained , agreed upon before the job was started . Eduardo is the most helpful and honest plumber I have encountered. I've had many pipe leaks at our place and have found many companies charge ridiculous fees on top of the exorbitant amount for the repair. I recently had a leak and a company came out and left without detecting all the leaks. Not wanting to be taken twice by the same company (Always Plumbing), I called around and Eduardo took the time in his very busy schedule to talk to me and coached me on what needed to be done. Although he was not available to come out due to his schedule, I was equipped with knowledge of what needed to be done. I will be calling him first from now on. Thank you!

I broke my boyfriend's shower valve cartridge on a Friday night and we couldn't fix it or turn the water completely off. We called several plumbing companies and none of them were able to come out that night, except for Eduardo. He came over right way and fixed the problem. He also charged us a very reasonable price given the last minute notice and the time of the night. I highly recommend Eduardo and would use him again for any plumbing issues.

Eddie is Great. Had a  leaking water heater that of course broke 3 months after the 6 year warranty period expired. Eddie called back shortly after I called him for service. I sent him a picture of my water heater so he arrived with everything he needed. He replaced it with a similar heater, was quick and very clean.  While waiting for it to drain he checked all the gas lines and even fixed an issue I had with one of my toilets! He is very knowledgeable , offers recommendations but does not try to upsell anything.  So refreshing to find a PLUMBER THAT YOU CAN TRUST!

We had a blockage in our main water line on Saturday and called six plumbers before we found one who worked on a Saturday. Fortunately for us, that guy was Eduardo at Plumbing Service and Rooter.. He was responsive and he called when he was delayed 30 minutes in wrapping up his previous job.  When he arrived, he explained our options and got the job done efficiently.  He was thorough in making sure the floors were covered when he had to wheel in his equipment, and he on top of all that, he was a nice guy. I'd definitely recommend him.

I found Eduardo on Craig'slist. He responded immediately whenever I called him. Showed up on time to install an American Standard toilet. Removed the old one and hauled it away. He replaced the bad valve coming out of the wall. In much less than 2 hours he installed and made sure everything is fine. Fortunately he carried waxing kit which didn't come with the toilet kit when I purchased. Overall it was a breeze. He accepted credit card. and hauled away the old toilet in his truck.

Eduardo was very friendly, responsive, responsible and price wise very reasonable. I highly recommend Eduardo for similar jobs and I keep his contact info  handy for any future needs.

My toilet was plugged and I realized it at 4:57 PM. You can live without a sink, you can live without a dishwasher, you cannot live without a toilet. After searching on yelp and checking out reviews, I found Eduardo's plumbing service. I gave him a call and he offered to come by since he was in the area. He was here on time, and because I was able to fix my toilet before he arrived he didn't even charge me. (What?!?!?!) To me, this is exceptional and totally not the norm in business today.

While he was here, I showed him an issue with my dishwasher. He told me what I needed to purchase parts wise and we will be setting up an appointment for him to come back and make that repair for me.

I can't recommend him highly enough! If you're looking for an honest plumber who shows up on time and charges a fair price, give him a call!

We had a water leak outside our house and Eduardo came late at night in order to fix it. He was extremely friendly, professional and worked very fast. I would highly recommend Eduardo and will book him again if we have another issue. Great personality, great job!

Eduardo is not only a great plumber he is such a wonderful person as well. He came to fix my bathroom plumbing after I tried to do it myself and I had received several quotes for many hundreds of dollars. He looked at it and he quoted me a price that was below everyone else's and something I could actually afford on my really tight budget. My kitchen sink clogged up late Sunday and I was frantically calling plumbers that were supposedly open for service late on Sunday.  Out of the ten plumbers that were called, only two answered their phone and  and was glad Edward was one of them. He was courteous and professional. He wasn't able to fit me in Sunday night, I totally understood, but was bale to fit me in the next day.
  He was able to unclogged my drain and fix the pipes that I messed up trying to do the work myself. Work area was left clean and price was very affordable. Would absolutely use his services again.

We had a leak in our old water heater and knew we needed to replace it. I called about 10 other businesses to get quotes and none were as low as Edward's for the same exact type of replacement. I even called all the other Yelp plumbers that were more reviewed and also highly rated and none were as good of quotes, nor as pleasant to talk to. Edward was great! They came out the next day, gave us an in person quote, and even started that day on our replacement tank. They were by far the nicest, least pushy, and most trustworthy of any of the plumbers we talked to. Some really nice guys, great work, and at the most affordable price. We highly recommend them!

Calling a plumber is always such a nightmare . My downstairs toilet clogged up beyond repair and next day my water heater stops working . After 3 days of cold showers I finally get a chance to call a plumber . Like most of us normally do , I called one of the big corporate companies that advertise everywhere so you almost feel like you have to use them . The plumber was very nice so I don't want to bash on any company . But damn the quote was through the roof . I am a pretty handy guy . I know what water heaters cost . I couldn't understand why if a really good  50 gallon water heater at Lowes or Depot costs 1200 dollars  , why I was getting quoted over 3,000 for the Water heater and install out the door . And I clearly told him that I would buy the water heater myself from Lowes so I could put it on my Lowes card . Correct me if I am missing something here . That means I was paying 1,800 dollars for about 2 hours tops for labor ?? Are plumbers making 900 an hour these days ?? . I could not afford these guys . The next day a friend recommended Eduardo and Joe  the Plumbers . They were very nice and professional . They gave me a very fair quote that made sense . The job was completed quick and clean . I highly recommend these guys to anybody . THANKYOU !!!

WOW!!!! By the luck of the draw, I found Eduardo on Craigslist. I had major problems with my kitchen sink and disposal. It was a mess. Eduardo came right out, assessed the back-up was an issue with shared plumbing with my upstairs neighbor, and knew exactly what to do to fix it. He did a great job, was professional, and his prices were extremely reasonable!!!!! A really GOOD and HONEST plumber, who'd have thought! I'll never use anyone else and recommend him to all of my friends.

Eduardo has come out on two separate emergency plumbing situations. The first time he worked all day overtime until pass 9pm to take care of our problem. The second time he came over after 6 pm to take care of a broken valve which cause the water to be shut off in the whole house. Both times he have use a great price that would have been a lot more with after hour charges someone else would have charged. He has tools and supplies on hand to get the job done. He was professional, unlike other handy men  who have to run out to home depot every time. I would definitely recommend his plumbing service.

You know you can trust a guy who doesn't just try to upsell you. This is Eduardo. We had a leaking house water main that will need to be replaced eventually. Eduardo helped us understand the extent of the repair that will eventually be needed, and I checked his price against some others and found it to be honest and competitive. What impressed me, though, was that he also explained a way to possibly fix the leak much less expensively - more of a band-aid which may hold for years or may not work. He gave us the information and then was happy to let us make the choice, which we did. It turns out that the band-aid approach worked and continues to hold just fine.

I was referred to Eduardo by a family member and I am glad I did. I previously used a plumber who was unreliable and overpriced. The kitchen sink was backed up, so I requested quotes from several plumbers in the area. All of them were quoting me around $200. Luckily, my friend provided me with a referral to Edward. He was able to come by same day, fix the sink, and charged me way less than all the quotes. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend him!

My water heater broke and I must install a new one.  I called some places and it is way too expensive and I could not afford it. Luckily, I found out Eduardo on Craigslist and I am so glad I did. First I am surprised that all his reviews are 5stars. Not even one 4 stars. So I  first call him. My problem is small. So he took around two hours to clean up the pipe next day.

I though I need the pipe of my bathroom sink need to be clean up  so I asked him to clean up the pipe. Then after he checked, he told me that the slower water flow is due to the design of this sink. (Poor design), not due a clog inside the pipe. He suggested me to change a small piece of metal to fix that. Good news. Save me some money!!

The water heater at my condo has slowly leaked last Monday afternoon so I started looking for a plumber in the local ads and stumbled upon a few that sounded serious enough with reasonable and fair pricing.  

I called Eduardo first as he happened to be closer to my place and sent him a few pictures of my broken water heater and then learned that mine was among a few rare (1 out of 50 as he told me) that required a Power Vent model (due to codes) and he just didn't have one in his stock.  I then started checking other local stores at Home Depot and Lowe's but none has one available for immediate pickup but only via online order that takes 7-10 days for delivery and I could not just wait due to the urgency.  So I expanded my search and found an online plumbing supply store that would ship one to my place the very next day.  I then informed Eduardo about it and he told me to give him some time to check with other local plumbing supply stores that he knew.  When Eduardo called me back moment later, I was pleasantly surprised that not only Eduardo was able to find me a better and less expensive Power Vent model that was readily available for pick up, he was also willing to come and get it installed at my condo the very next day as well so I told him that we got a deal.  

The next day, Eduardo sent me a text to inform me almost an hour in advance of his arrival and showed up promptly.  He then started removing the broken one, wiped out the area thoroughly to make sure it was dry and clean before installing the new one.  What I liked is that Eduardo took some time to call the mfg. service support to get confirmation on a technical detail as well as he did measure back and forth the various distances of the exhaust pipe and plumbing connections before proceeding with the cuts.  All his effort and attention to details actually paid off as I was just amazed that all the pipe connections simply lined up in a perfect manner when the new water heater was in place.  Eduardo also added a pan underneath the new water heater (the old one did not have one) so that any leaking water (if any) would flow down directly on the garage floor to prevent water damages to the drywall and wood stand.  In just three hours, Eduardo was able to complete the job, which was beyond my expectation.  

Eduardo also gave me some tips and advices on how to properly maintain the new water heater such as draining it once a year, changing the anodes every five years or so, checking and replacing the expansion tank as needed, monitoring the incoming water pressure, etc... to make the new water heater last longer as well as to prevent water pressure bursts that could lead to broken pipes or pin holes leaks resulting in severe water damages and costly repairs.  

Overall, I am very happy with the service that Eduardo provided and do appreciate his honesty as well as his friendly and easy going personality.  I will sure keep Eduardo in my preferred contact list and would strongly recommend him to all my F&F should they need a professional plumbing service.

I had problems with my toilet, the tank refilling every hour.  In addition, i noticed one of the rubber pieces disintegrating at the base. I did not trust myself after googling how to fix this problem.  After looking at the fantastic reviews on YELP for this company, I chose to call Eduardo.

Eduardo was very nice and gave me a proposed estimate on the phone, also giving me options if I had wanted to purchase any pieces on my own
to save cost.  He came the day after and immediately got to work.   Eduardo was neat, wearing shoe covers into the house, and also wiping down the tank after unscrewing it off the toilet.  I really appreciated this.  Eduardo also knew everything he was doing without hesitation.  
He was super friendly and gave me plenty of tips as he was working away!
Later that evening there was an issue, of the tank water leaking into the toilet. After calling Edward, he came right back and replaced one of the pieces I had purchased with one of his preferred brands.  I was shocked that a brand new piece could be defective.  But Eduardo was quite certain that was the problem!  Sure enough, after Eduardo reinstalled that piece, my toilet has been running like a charm!

Eduardo was the first name to pop up on my frantic search for a plumber late Sunday afternoon as our kitchen sink backed up and flooded the counters. He had all 5* review and after his visit today, it was deserved. Since the water stopped flowing he asked if I still needed him to come by as an emergency and I said no so we arranged for him to come the next day on Monday in the afternoon. During the day he messaged to confirm the timing and when he came, he was thorough, took care of the clog and gave us some recommendations to replace the garbage disposal and ongoing maintenance of the house as it is an older home. His price was reasonable and he even hosed out the bit of the backyard where he was working. Definitely will call on him again for emergencies, or preferably, preplanned plumbing.

I am a business owner and I had to call a rooting company this evening to service one of my clients and I was very impressed with the service and professionalism of this company and the owner himself. I will definitely use them in the future and refer them to whomever.

Wonderful, great, superb, grandiose, and every other word that means awesome! That's how it was to deal with Edward. We have this reoccurring drain issue and I found him on Craigslist. Was a little skeptical at first but was put at ease just talking to him on the phone. He was here when he said he would be and the issue was taken care of within a half an hour. Later that day, I found a bigger problem, called him on Friday night and he said he would be over Saturday at noon to fix it. No extra charge for a Saturday call. My friend fixed that problem for me but I will use Edward for absolutely everything plumbing related from now on. And you should too!

Had a Water Heater outlet leak and Eduardo was able to repair it in a . He even went out of his way to help me the night prior in order to shut off the water so I wouldn't have a mess. I highly recommend Eduardo's services. Very professional, honest and reasonable prices also.

Contacted Eduardo for same day service to replace a leaking water heater... Prompt, professional, and reasonable sums it up!  While there he also replaced a shower valve and cleared a drain.  The fees he quoted me were VERY reasonable and there was no up sell.  I have been looking for a good honest plumber and happy to say I finally found one.  Highly recommend his services!

A 5 star?!?! At first I was a bit skeptical. But once he showed up (and on time I may add) I saw why. Edward was precise and very knowledgeable. Gave me a couple of options for my tired water heater. And within an hour, he was done. Truly a thumbs up company.

Eduardo is great. A few weeks ago I called him for a water heater malfunction, he came in within 2 hours, fixed the problem within one. And he gave me many options, explained them well and  recommended me to pick the cheapest one as it was the most cost efficient. Overall I'd say he's a very honest professional, doesn't over charge and really quick to identify and fix the problem. And that's all the qualities I'm looking for in a good plumber. Definitely gonna hire him again.

Eduardo is an experienced plumber, knowledgeable with his work and his price is so reasonable. In addition, the part that makes him shine over other services is that eduardo goes above and beyond what is expected to care for his clients with superb services.  For instances, today, he called the manufacturer on my behalf and had the manufacturer ship me products. I didn't know thst i can get free parts from manufacturers if it wasnt for eduardo who went out of his way to search the product and make the call to the manufacturer (just to help me out with no gain to him).  So if you are searching for an honest, ethical and reliable plumber, i recommend eduardo.  I am definitely calling him again for my future plumbing issues and will be forwarding his number to my friends.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Seemed like I was not getting any hot water in the kitchen. I immediately thought-it was time to replace the water heater. I found Eduardo on CraigsList and called him. He showed up 20 minutes later, (with some agile moves-water heater is in a corner hard to get to) Eduardo pronounced that there was nothing wrong. Checked out the kitchen. Took a while but there was hot water. He even checked out the hot water in the bathroom. Honest and reliable workmen are hard to find. Eduardo is certainly going to my Plumber on call from now on. Highly recommend Eduardo.

Eduardo notified me when he was coming and showed up on time. He hauled away our non functioning toilet and put in our new toilet. Everything was quick and clean.

Eduardo was great clearing out a difficult root problem.  The landscaper made things difficult by installing wrong fittings and made it very difficult to snake.  Eduardo stayed on it and kept trying.  He was not trying to lengthen the job, he wanted to honestly fix this issue.  Yes, he did fix it.

Highly highly recommend Eduardo! Found his services on Craigslist and needed to have a garbage disposal installed. He was quick to troubleshoot and did quick work in getting the new unit installed. He also pointed out some key areas that could be a potential concern in the future. He is a great guy, very easy going, and a hard worker.
