Jerry was our technician and he was super courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He made the entire experience easy to manage and gave us recommendations moving forward. I will definitely be calling this company again for any future plumbing matters!

MC Construction did a great job of replacing my old roof with a new energy efficient plywood & tile.  They added a few more vents and also replaced some weathered fascia boards. I want to thank Josh K. for being flexible & working with me to stay in my budget!  I would hire them again!  Possible new bathrooms in the future!

I called Henry this morning because we had an urgent issue with our pipes connected to our washer. We also needed a drain snaked. He and Eric (also excellent) were able to come out within hours of calling and after assessing the issue, came back the same evening to fix it. Excellent customer service, efficient, quality work and reasonable. Cannot recommend him enough!

MVP sent Erik Tejada out to look at my garbage disposal which was backed up. He was able to fix it and give recommendations for future improvements . MVP was really responsive. They responded to my online request in minutes and then Erik was at my house like 2 hours later.
He was also able to fix a clog in my bathroom tub and troubleshoot an issue with my toilet which I'll be having my landlord fixes. Erik and MVP are my new go to for my future plumbing needs. I would highly recommend them to others.

This company has been amazing. We invested a lot of money with then to improve airflow on an existing system. They went beyond what I've ever experienced with a company before to make sure the situation was handled in the way it was supposed to be. They have shown themselves to be a company that truly stands behind their work.

Issues arise at times in any customer service business. But this company is one who is dependable, even if there's a problem. Completely different than any contractor type of company I've worked with. And how sad that we've come to expect to be ripped off. This is not that kind of company!! Thank you for re-framing my perceptions, and helping me to see that a business can still conduct itself with integrity.

Rick is the best.  this past Labor Day weekend, we noticed that there was water leaking in our laundry room.  I thought maybe it was our washer but there was no water to be found under.  The water was coming around the dryer side.  Why would our dryer be leaking water?  I told my husband to check the other side of the wall and check on the water heater.  Sure enough our water heater was leaking.  Freaken GREAT!!!!   Not only was it Monday Labor Day, i already knew it was going to cost a lot to replace it.  I checked around Yelp and decide to call on a few people to see if we can get it looked at.  15 mins after calling CP they called me back.  They said it's going to be about 2-3 hours for someone to come.  We didn't have any plans anyways so they came by around 6pm. Rick already knew we needed a new water heater.  he said it's been leaking for a while.  He couldn't replace it that day since the HUB was closed for the holiday.  He was nice enough to make sure we turned off the gas and the water pipes properly.  He even plugged the pipe to the main house and helped us drain the water heater with the hose.  With all that without charging us.  He explained everything we needed to know.  What he can do with installing the new water heater.  He gave us a quote and told us to call the next  morning to schedule an appt.  

The next morning my husband called to set up an appt and I told him to make sure he request Rick to come back to fix it.  We were very impressed with him that we didn't want anyone else to come back.  Rick came back.  installed the new water heater.  Even helped cleaning up the molded shelving that the water heater sat on.  He told my husband how to do the maintenance on the new heater.  Everything was brand new with a new pan underneath so the water will drip to the floor if it happens to leak again.  Gave us a company that the company associates with cleaning up and repairing things just in case we do end up with mold from the leakage.  

Even though it was an expensive  job, rick service was outstanding. This company stand by its name Courtesy Plumbing.  Came out on a holiday to help and came back the next day install and fix the problem.  Ask for Rick. He's GREAT!!!

Bob was amazing, he came out within a few hours, he went above and beyond to help me. He walked through the whole house to make sure I didn't have any leaks. I appreciated his knowledge about my water heater and pressure to the house. Her was very efficent with proposal and contacting me in case I had questions. Wonderful service!

Mike came over within a few hours to look at our shower, which had recently lost water pressure. He was very cautious with it, knowing it was our only shower and we couldn't be without it for too long. He explained as he went, tired a few things and got it working without having to replace any parts. He was very quick and the price was right. You could tell he wasn't going to try to upsell us or do crappy work. We will definitely call him next time we need a plumber we can trust!

Responsive, trustworthy, and reasonably priced. Matt also showed me how to clear a clog in the future of the same nature which I really appreciated. Will definitely call him again for more complicated jobs.

In my opinion the bad reviews on here are true. We called early enough in the day that we could've gotten any plumber to help us with our main line clog. It wasn't the middle of the night situation. But yelp had good reviews of this company so we thought we'd give them a try. The phone was answered by Steve and he assured me that Christian would be at my house to help between 6pm-8pm because all their technicians were currently on other calls. So we waited stupidly believing they were going to keep to their promise. I tried calling once it was 8:30pm a few times to only have it go straight to voicemail. At this point in time it was so late that either plumbers that were open when I first called were now closed, or they were going to charge me more because it was a late night call emergency. I finally heard back from Steve stating that Christian was on a call and would probably not make it out tonight, and that he didn't want to hold us up. But it was too late, we were now screwed. When dealing with a small business the worst thing you can do is express all of your woes to the customer. There won't be any compassion given if you have let down the customer before even arriving to do the job. Don't bother with this company. The reviews are suspiciously fake, or they had a slow day and were actually able to attend to their customers on time and in a professional manner.

I had a great experience with SJ plumbing. I called them up because I needed a shower faucet fixed and had issues doing it myself. The gentleman who helped me took his time looking at photos I texted him and then gave me the name of a place I could find the part and instructed me how to do it. I felt it was really cool of him to do that and you can bet that I'll call if I need any plumbing service in the future.

First of all, I rarely write reviews. Dave was so helpful that I wanted to share about his wide knowledge base regarding whole house remodeling! He and his team re-wired all my bathrooms (upstairs and downstairs) creating a second circuit breaker. In the laundry room, he designated a new electrical outlet for an electric dryer and opened up the drywall to create the plumbing to install a sink. He installed new wired-smoke alarms, created new recessed lights and updated the existing recessed lights. He had a good understanding of where and how to install grab bars in the bathroom for elder safety. Dave also provided advice regarding sound insulation, lighting, and roof repairs.  I am a pediatric occupational therapist and he installed specialized therapy hooks and created a frame to hang equipment on. I have recommended him to many friends and would call him for any work that I need done in my house - small or big!

The Ptrap undercut bathroom sink was leaking so I picked up a replacement and installed it myself. The new one kept leaking at the connection so I finally called the experts. They came out the same day and told me the Ptrap was the wrong type for our set up. Praise God they had the right one and installed it for us! Joel did a great job and didn't even joke about DIYers! Glad I made the call!

I was looking for a plumber and found Frank Vega on Nextdoor App. He responded to my text message within an hour and we set an appointment time. After crawling around under my house, Frank and his crew located my problems with my bathroom pipes. He showed me pictures of all the rotted pipes and explained what needed to be done step by step. Frank and his crew were very courteous and swift. Replaced rotted pipes under the house  and cleaned up all the mess. I will definitely call him back when we remodel our next bathroom Or any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend Frank.

Fernando is brilliant!!! Great attitude, warm personality, professional knowledge of systems, and incredibly polite to the home he is working on. We are having and have completed a few projects ranging from tankless water heater to faucet changes and a modern water filtration reverse osmosis system. He's wonderful, and a treasure to our community!

Phil with Revival Plumbing is and incredible asset if your home owner. I had to use him twice in the last year unfortunately but he came through for me each time. First time with a clog in my kitchen sink and the second time my drainage outside in my backyard was clogged with roots and in danger of damaging my neighbors house.
