HISTORY
Established in 1988.
Started by Scott Olson, and now with his two sons, Paradise Valley Plumbing brings quality plumbing to homes in the Valley. Scott has been plumbing in varying aspects of plumbing for over 40 years. In 1988 Scott started PV Plumbing to focus on all aspects of residential plumbing. We pride ourselves on doing work with the quality we would want for our own home, not cutting corners, and for a reasonable price.
ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER
Scott Olson became a Journeyman Plumber in 1975, working in all aspects of plumbing, from a pipe fitter, to sewage treatment plants, commercial building projects, to superintendent on the Bouse pump station on the CAP canal system. He has also plumbed over 125 custom residences. Scott has even been called as an expert witness in construction litigation. There is no one in the valley with greater expertise in the plumbing field. He is passing this knowledge on to both his sons who are continuing in the family business. He attributes his business success to his honesty and integrity.

I needed a new 50-gallon water heater and recirculating pump so I called 3 different places and got three estimates hundreds of dollars apart for the same 50-gallon heater with a 6-yr warranty. PVP came in lowest. I scheduled an appointment. I live in central Phoenix. The installer arrived on time--actually a little early! He was polite, knowledgeable and finished in a few hours. He removed the old heater and pump and installed the new ones.
I will call Paradise Valley Plumbing for any future plumbing issues I have and highly recommend them. I also highly recommend getting at least 3 estimates for price comparison!
We got the name of PV Plumbing earlier this year as a recommendation from the AC company we use. They put in a new water heater for us when ours died. They did a great job. So when we planned to install a new water softener system later this summer, we called them. They have given us up front advice and are knowledgeable. Today, we had an emergency with a broken pipe that resulted from some landscaping. Chase was at our house in an hour and fixed the piping. He was fast to respond. Great customer service. When we do our water treatment system, I wouldn't use anyone else.

I'm a Homeowner in Arizona and living out of state. I definitely appreciate the flexibility of these guys working with my Property Manager to address a water leak on my washer lines. Look forward to doing future business with them as I was pleased with their professionalism and responsiveness.
Trust is an important factor in the choice of someone to work on something that you are not familiar with. Paradise Valley Plumbing's plumber is not only a professional person you can trust but he constantly exceeds our expectations inclusive of a reasonable price, that you do not know with any service until it is all performed. He more than satisfies us with not only the job called for but checking other items prior to his departure. We have had him a few times and each and every one is exceptional.
So I drilled a hole through my pipe, and had a bit of an emergency as a result! They came out right away and fixed my problem for a great and fair price! Good people. Would definitely use again. Thanks guys!

Christian Olson has done all our plumbing work for the last 4 years. He does an excellent job, quickly, and for a reasonable price. I've had a lot of plumbing work done over the years and PV Plumbing is one of the best companies I've worked with. It makes a difference when one of the owners does the work! Highly recommended!

Responded to my request for quote right away. Was able to get my repair done same day. Reasonable price, great service. I will call Christian again if I need a plumber and will refer him to friends.
When I called to make the appointment I asked if they were local and they snapped that just because I was close by I wasn't going to get a discount. If I wanted a discount I would have asked. 3 hours late. Found an issue during the job and wouldn't fix it during that visit probably because they showed up so late and it was closing time. Tried to contact the boss and he never got back to me.
