There is no need for another plumber if you live in Tucson. Angelo is the best there is. I called him Wednesday night explaining the clogging in my sink with standing water being an issue, explained I already took apart the p-trap and still had issues and he told me it was a drain problem. He even made the trip out to Vail, since it seems like his service map on here doesn't quite go that far. He instantly said he could come out here. Said he'd be out on Thursday morning, he was early and hung out at my house for a couple hours battling my kitchen sink. I learned valuable lessons- 1: egg shells are very bad for your drains and 2: pasta is also very bad for your drains :-) he tried multiple things and eventually got the piles of egg shells in my drains cleared up before having to resort to plan B, which was coming out on Saturday for half a day. The price was amazing! ($220) Way better than I could have ever expected and he was so nice and understanding. If (when) I ever need a plumber again, I will immediately call Affordable Plumbing!

Based on the reviews people were giving I called Affordable plumbing to get a quote to cut the water line and insert a water filter, sent him pictures, he called me back 7 hrs later forgot what the job was and randomly quoted $600 to this job. I was disappointed that folks were giving good reviews for this. may be he was in high demand and didn't care for a small job.

I've worked with Angelo, Ed and George from Affordable Plumbing to have a kitchen sink installed and bathroom sinks installed as part of some remodeling. They were always on time and did great work at an affordable price.  I have even called for advice on some work we were doing ourselves thinking that we would need someone to come out.  Angelo talked me through the issue instead.  I definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work.

While I called 4 other places for quotes on a Saturday, all but one other place couldn't give me a price and also wanted over $100 just for a traveling fee!  The one place that would give me a price had a minimum charge of $150 p/h and a minimum of 2 hours work regardless of the event!  Affordable plumbing moved appointments around to accommodate my needs today AND they are truly affordable, with a clear rate and an acceptable travel charge!  I'm so appreciative for Angelo for coming out and saving our day!  Thank you and I will for sure be recommending and using you again when the need arises!

I very recently purchased my home. Not long after, my toilets had been doing a gurgling thing and weren't flushing well. Water had come up in my backyard. I had tried using my home warranty company, however the company they sent out had done a courtesy snaking job and said my main line would need to be repaired. I was freaked out because that is not an easy or cheap thing to do. Because of the notes from the plumber, my home warranty wouldn't cover for them to come back. I reached out to my home insurance company and found out plumbing is basically never covered. After multiple unsuccessful attempts to get more information and a quote from the company that had initially came out through my home warranty, my plumbing issue got worse again.

Between both Facebook and Nextdoor recommendations, I had been told to try Affordable Plumbing. I called on a Sunday night expecting to leave a message, but Angelo answered. We had a solid conversation about the issue and possible diagnosis's and got the soonest next appointment. By this point, I was already very frustrated and overwhelmed with the situation, but from the phone call alone, I had a good feeling about it.

Mike was phenomenal! He showed up wearing a mask and kept it on for the entire time he worked. Mike took 4 hours to thoroughly unclog the multiple issues throughout the mainline (roots, cloth, bags). We used cameras, and addressed every visible issue. I was shown that my mainline is in decent shape and does not need to be repaired. Mike took the time to properly fix my plumbing issues and made sure that he left me with functioning plumbing. He didn't cut corners and took the time to get it right. I sat and talked with him while he worked. He kept me informed, would show me what he was looking at on the cameras, answered questions, and put my mind at ease.

My entire experience with Affordable Plumbing was everything you could hope for from a company. They definitely live up to their name, and do so in a respectable and integrable way. Without hesitation, I would use their services again if needed and recommend them to others.

All our sinks toilets and showers were backed up. Called someone else, supposedly low cost, didn't fix. Estimated over 11000 to fix altogether, about 2000 of which for hydro jetting. Wanted second opinions, called Angelo at Affordable. He came soon,  hydro jetted for under $400 one-fifth the price, guessed that that fix could well be good enough for a while.. Courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, preserved social distancing. Highly recommend. Will write scathing review of other company, that specializes in upcharging vulnerable homeowners. Fortunately, I got second bid.

Rick was our Plummer and he did an excellent job.  Not only did he not overcharge us but he saved us money.  They were professional, quick to respond and just like the name, super affordable. I would recommend this company to everyone.  Thank you for being awesome.

I spoke to Angelo at Affordable Plumbing as he was a referral from a close friend. I love doing business with a referral source and often hire them without getting bids. In this circumstance I am dealing with two houses purchasing water treatment systems and considering replacing hot water heaters with tankless hot water heaters. Bids are required in this case.
When speaking with Angelo he was very knowledgeable. He advised me of the additional costs required to increase gas line size for a tankless system. I have had plumbers install tankless water systems in California as recently as 2015. None had mentioned the need to increase the size of the gas line. I brought that to Angelo's attention asking, Is it possible that the tankless water heaters I purchased were operating correctly with undersized gas lines? To which he responded, Yes. He then went on to say that, local companies will sell you tankless systems connecting them to under sized gas lines. As I had already scheduled other plumbing companies to quote my project I looked forward to hearing if any mentioned increasing the size of the gas line.
That same afternoon the first plumber at my location mentioned and quoted the need to increase the size of the gas line!
After the afternoon plumber left I called Angelo to thank him and ask him to bid my job. I have yet to hear from him.
If you get the chance I would recommend hiring Angelo. He is very knowledgeable.

Angelo responded to my post above saying, During the entire conversation you were contradicting what I was trying to tell you and you even became somewhat abrasive.  If anyone was abrasive it was Angelo...all I was doing was asking questions regarding the possibility of under sized gas lines working correctly.  I agree, Angelo is very knowledgeable and I am the loser for not being able to use his service.  The good news is there are an abundance of qualified plumbers in Tucson and I look forward to posting a five star Yelp review soon!

Plumber Sergio of Affordable Plumbing is now my go to plumber.  Serge serviced my need to install a bidet on my toilet.  He immediately assessed the gasket fit problem that I was having, and had a better replacement gasket to complete the installation.  He arrived at my home in a timely manner and was extremely professional and most friendly. I will definitely be calling Affordable Plumbing from now on for all of my plumbing needs.  Hopefully I will be able to request Sergio who is extremely knowledgeable, diligent and very friendly.  Thank you Affordable Plumbing!

Angelo answered immediately and sent David out the same day. Very responsive. Let me know when he was on the way so I could meet him at the house. Answered all my questions; quick and competent work. I will definitely use this company again. Exceeded my expectations.

I just wanted to say that Affordable Plumbing goes OUT OF THEIR WAY to save people money.  We had David over for a repair that we needed near the water supply line.  His expertise in removing and replacing a faulty valve was so quick and efficient, it was clear he wasn't there to rack up hours.  He also fixed a leaky faucet in the bathroom in short order while he was there.

But here's where they shine.  We had a problem with a knock/vibration that was somewhat intermittent but worsening.  The obvious repair was to replace the PRV.  We know this because it's been replaced twice before with no success in terms of solving the problem.  No one really knew what to do about it, and we more or less gave up.  Mind you, water enters our home through the master bedroom just a couple of feet from where my wife sleeps, so when the knocking would go off it would wake her several time a night.

Angelo listened to what we had done previously and rather than throwing his hands up (as another company did), or once again suggesting we replace the PRV, began to give us some small instructions on things we could do and report back to him, to aid in his diagnosis.  Turning certain fixtures off, or adding food coloring to our toilet tank to see if there were any subtle, internal leaks that could cause the problem rather than coming out and having to charge us a ton to poke around.  In the course of our investigation, we caught a lucky break.  The knocking was going off louder than ever before and when I went outside to look at it, low an behold I could hear the same noise at a different pitch coming from my neighbors property.  I poked my head over the wall and where THEIR water entered their home (at their garage), it was banging like crazy.  You could physically see his pipes shaking.  I took a short video, sent it to Angelo and he called me right away.  It was our neighbor's PRV coming apart!

I contacted the neighbor and let them know what was going on.  He got right on it and had it replaced with his plumber.  Wish he used Affordable, just sayin'.  Problem solved!  Angelo was willing to guide us through this process at no charge when he could've had his men out here doing everything under the sun chasing down a problem by systematically throwing parts at anything and everything that could contribute to the problem.   He knew how expensive that could be and did everything he could to spare us from that.  We won't use anyone else.  Period.

Angelo saved me from a $1200 repair on a backwater valve that another company wouldn't attempt to fix without digging up 4 feet of earth first. He was able to extract and replace the valve for 10% of the cost of the other companies' quote! I won't use any other plumber in Tucson from now on.

My plumbing disaster would naturally have to happen at 8:30 on a Friday night. A regular weekday plumbing call is scary expensive at best, so I could just imagine how pricey a nighttime emergency call was going to be! I turned to Yelp to help me find someone for the job. I'm glad I did,  because it led me to Angelo at Affordable Plumbing.
Angelo was thorough, neat, professional, honest about what the job would entail-and managed to be unobtrusive in my tiny studio at the same time. I thought his prices were more than fair, especially considering that he was working until after 11 pm.
I would highly recommend him to friends and family, and will definitely call him should any future plumbing issues arise!

Came home after a long day to a puddle of water in my garage.  Angelo received my call after 8PM and was over within less than 20 minutes to repair my leaking polybutylene plumbing.  He was able to pinpoint the leak up in the attic and complete the repair within the hour that I made the call.  Yes folks that is amazing and true!  He came in under the amount he quoted on the phone which was very reasonable to begin with.  I will call him in the future and recommend him to my friends!  Thanks Yelp for guiding me in my hour on need to an honest and professional plumber who has called Tucson his home since he was 4 years old... I was looking to get my water heater replaced, received multiple quotes from different companies but Angelo's quote was the most reasonable. Angelo was able to send his technicians the same day we agreed on the job. Marco and Armando were punctual, really professional and super nice, very happy with the work that they did, I definitely recommend this company!

Angelo and his team at AP are prompt, efficient, and they aim to please.  Affordable Plumbing is truly affordable.  I received 3 bids to replace my water heater, and Angelo's price was $800 lower than the best of the other bids.  Totally customer oriented; highly recommended and I will continue to use AP.

The drain from our house plugged, causing overflow from downstairs shower. Called at ten, Sergio showed the same day before two. Very polite and competent. Cleared the plug quickly, scoped the lines with a camera to make sure there were no other issues, and even cleaned a mess in the shower that was not his making. Excellent!

We had our water heater go out on Dec 30. Not good timing for getting someone to come out and fix it. 3 other business passed on the job. Affordable was out at our house at a time that worked for us. Great guy. Great work. Great price. Great attitude.

I will not comment on this person marco who runs this company, instead I will tell you to read his comments on all the people who have complained about his plumbing. He appears to be a nasty person, unless of course he has since deleted them.

I hired him for a big job which should have taken 3 days, instead it took 9. Before the job was finished I went and looked at the property and it looked as if a bomb went off in it. Plaster and waste everywhere. I was furious and wrote to him, and quickly it was cleaned up.
Eventually they finished. I hired another plumber who I would trust with my life to change a faucet and they told me there were old, non regulation parts in the plumbing which should have been fixed, and they were leaking. Marco offered to come and fix it, but after my experience with him I did not want him in any property in which I am involved. I had the problems fixed for a bit over two thousand dollars. I will not Ever hire affordable plumbing again and I hold them in disdain. You make your own decisions about who you want to hire, do the research and make your choices. And I suspect Marco will claim that I never hired him and that he doesn't know who I am, but ask yourself this. Why would I write this review out of thin air?

Angelo answered our call on a Sunday (Valentine's Day no less) and was here within 45 minutes to fix a valve that wouldn't shut off and a leak in shower. Old fixtures were not a problem for him. Very professional, was very knowledgeable, and very affordable! Would definitely recommend and give 10 stars if an option! If you're looking for an honest plumber, (not to mention a genuinely nice guy) you can't go wrong with Affordable Plumbing. We will definitely use again if needed!

Called for an appointment on Friday for an estimate to repipe my entire house. Next availability was Tuesday. Meanwhile had other plumbers out to give estimate. One was very low and they were able to start right away. Called 7:30 am on Tuesday to cancel and explained that I had accepted another estimate. The man (owner?) said well great. Thanks for a waste of time. And hung up on me. I am so glad I never got an estimate from him because I would hate to give my hard earned money to such a awful person. Will NEVER recommend this business.

I've had two toilets and a kitchen faucet replaced by Affordable Plumbing and have been very pleased with the service on each visit.

Fortunately, none of the services calls have been for emergencies. Appointments are scheduled in reasonable amounts of time. The work has always been topnotch and the rates are fair. Additionally, the plumbers who do the work are informative, friendly, and keep their work area clean.

Affordable Plumbing is always my first choice.

Sewage was backing up in our shower and Angelo came out right away, and in just over an hour, cleared the clogged sewer pipe.  During the time he was here he cut roots out of 6 areas and used a camera to be sure he got everything.   He also suggested ways we could avoid the problem in the future.   We will recommend him to friends, and if we have another crisis (which we surely will in our 65 year old house) we will definitely call him.

Angelo showed up on time, located a difficult to find problem, and got everything working again quite quickly, all at an affordable price. I'd call him again without hesitation.

Today I had a minor issue with my water heater.  I made the call, and was given a timeline of 2-3 hours.  Rick arrived in just over 2 hours.  I told him what the problem was, he went over some possible solutions, and 3 minutes later the problem was fixed.  On top of being a quick and easy fix, Rick only charged me half of what he should have.  Rick, is awesome!  THIS is why we will never use anyone else in Tucson.  

This is the 3rd plumbing issue we've had in about 2 1/2 years, Affordable has answered the call for every one.  Love these guys.

Our water pipes have been leaking for the longest time now and we had no means of help without it costing an arm and a leg to get them fixed. I came across Affordable Plumbing as my last resort and the price to get it fixed was right about what I was looking for. Serg came out on Monday, my mom took a day off work to greet him and make sure everything goes fine. It would seem it was fixed but then a pipe burst and he went back and fixed it. It kept going til it stopped and he did warn it could keep traveling down but it seemed it was fixed. That was on Monday and on Wednesday night, another pipe burst so we had to shut our water off again. I feel like we exhausted all of our options and I'm not comfortable paying another $150 for a patch and thinking MAYBE it would be fixed. I'm giving it 3 stars only because Serg actually did his best and I would recommend Affordable Plumbing, this is just my own experience. I don't know what my other option is now.

After reading several reviews on Yelp, I chose Affordable Plumbing to fix my frozen main valve. I explained the problem to Angelo and was given a quote. My friend had experienced the same issues a few months ago and paid almost twice as much as the quote given to me, so I decided to move ahead with them.

Well, Angelo and his team did not disappoint. Angelo was completely honest in letting me know that it was a much easier repair and the cost was almost a third less than expected. He was efficient and the work was finished quickly. I Highly recommend this company.

We had an emergency situation with water flowing from under our powder room toilet and backing up in our bathtub. I cut off  the water to the toilet looked at my watch: it was 10 pm!
I checked Yelp and called Affordable Plumbing. Angelo answered and said he would be at our home in 30 minutes...he was there in 20 minutes!
Long story short...we had a blockage in the line to the street. We had a complicated situation resulting in having to remove the toilet to clear the line. After clearing the line, a visual inspection with a camera in the line revealed root intrusion.
Angelo did an excellent job and by the time he reinstalled the toilet and cleaned up, it was 3 am! Thanks Angelo for your outstanding service.

We needed four different plumbing services: 1)installation of a water circulator; 2) installation of a Whole House  APEC Salt Free Water softener; installation of kitchen faucet; removal of salt  water softener. Angelo sent Serge to do the work.  He is extraordinarily proficient, personable, caring, congenial, and even funny.  The invoice for the work was most reasonable especially considering the length of time to do the work and its complexity.  Angelo was very responsive and courteous.  We will definitely request Serge and only Serge next time.

Highly recommend Angelo and Affordable plumbing. We had a clog, with sewage water leaking out from the base of the toilet. I called around 9pm, and Angelo spent about 25 minutes on the phone with me helping me to diagnose the problem over the phone.   I have a crazy schedule and am rarely home, but his flexibility with timing made it easy to schedule a time for him to come fix it. The quote he gave me over the phone was totally reasonable (I even checked it with a family member who works in plumbing in a different region, who confirmed that it was more than fair.)  He and his team members were at my house right on time and had fixed the problem completely within an hour.  Would definitely call Affordable Plumbing again. I have found a plumbing company I can trust to get the job done right!

I called Affordable Plumbing to ask a simple  plumbing question.  I wasn't sure if I needed the city or a plumber?  I was rudely told not to call back for advise. Affordable Plumbing may have a reputation with the previous reviews for doing GREAT work, but the nasty attitude & customer service I received over the phone, far outweighs calling these folks again!!!  You better be sure you need a plumber before you call Affordable Plumbing. These folks do not have time to answer questions, only unless you hire them.  Affordable Plumbing wants your money, not your return & word of mouth business. They charge $40 just to drive to your house.  If you have some plumbing experience, you're not the customer Affordable Plumbing is looking for.  Affordable Plumbing is looking for folks clueless of their profession, as those are the more lucrative customers.   It truly pains me to write a negative post but, the customer service I received today compelled me to.  I had to leave at least one star to produce this rating. To be honest, Affordable Plumbing doesn't deserve the generous 1 star rating that I had to give them.

Marco was great. We have Choice Home Warranty (don't use them, they have the people they send give them a bogus excuse to deny the claim), and the company my they sent said we needed to replace all three plumbing for $5k because it was installed correctly (so no warranty coverage), the CPVC pipe being improperly glued to other pipe or something). So I called Affordable Plumbing to get a second opinion. Marco came out in less than 24 hours. He called Tucson Code office and found that there original installation was done to code and called the Warranty company to tell them so. He also said the pipes only needed $1200 in repairs, not fill replacement (some C PVC pipes was brittle and cracking). So Marco is going to do the repairs a it will be much less, and we'll get warranty coverage, all because I found Marco and Affordable Plumbing on Yelp! (I'm still cancelling the warranty policy after they pay up, seriously home warranties are a rip off).

One of the most affordable, reliable and professional plumbers I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. They explained everything as they went, their pricing and quote that they gave me were right on. I really appreciate it. The technician that came out explained a lot of the things that he was doing and definitely knew how to do everything. He also gave me some tips on how to save money and do some projects on my own. I highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for an excellent plumber.

They had me text a photo, and gave me a quote without having to schedule a service call.
When the tech came out, he was actually able to do it for LESS than the quote. He also took a quick look at my toilet that doesn't flush well, and gave me some advice.

My older model water heater had a very small leak and I was in the process of getting estimates of the cost to replace it.  I woke up yesterday morning and it was leaking to the point where I had to put a large pan under the now very large leak.  I called Affordable Plumbing and they helped me decide what kind of tank I needed, and Marco was at my house within the hour.  The job was a bit challenging, but the work that Marco did was excellent and the price I was charged was much less than I thought it would be.  I am so grateful that I found this company and will be using them for all my plumbing needs and telling all my friends about the great service I received.

We had a water heater leak at 4pm on a Saturday evening. Angelo came out in about an hour. He replaced the water heater, changed out the accessory parts and took the old water heater away. Two hours later, we had a brand new, perfectly working water heater.

I decided to change out some compression valve connectors in a sink and the fridge water line. I switched out 5 of which 1 or 2 were leaking. So...1 was still leaking. I had used Affordable Plumbing twice before as has a friend who I recommended them to. I can't believe I hadn't reviewed them previously because both times I used them they were great. Angelo came out this time and he was the best. He's laid back and just takes care of business. He took care of everything I needed and the price was lower than I expected. I lived in San Diego and had found a good solid plumber over there. I've certainly found my go to Plumber in Tucson and won't go anywhere else. 5 stars perfect. And affordable indeed. Cheers!

I've had two interactions with Affordable Plumbing and both have been outstanding. Angelo came out to replace a water main valve that was missing a handle. He replaced the valve efficiently and cost-effectively, and also replaced a regulator which was very old. He also took the time to explain how everything worked and he examined a water softener that was on it's last leg. My second interaction was with Ben who replaced a leaking water heater. He was able to replace it and get us back up and running within 8 hours of my first call. Again, the work was very tidy and neat, and he worked efficiently and went out of his way to explain things. Ben also worked with an insurance company to ensure that the repairs were explained such that they would pay the bill. All in all, Affordable Plumbing offers high quality service at fair prices and is very responsive. They're highly recommended!

David is great to work with. They have saved me a couple of times in Dove Mountain and got things going very fast. Pleased with the price and the service. Had them replace an outside water faucet that didn't work well. Had me in service quickly. Great company to work with.

I am so happy that I have found a plumber I can trust! Our toilet tank kept filling due to a leak making the water sound all day long. Angelo came to our house a few hours later and fixed the issue and installed a budget system at a very reasonable price.

We had a clogged toilet and Angelo (the owner) made sure the job was scheduled ASAP and that his worker met our needs.  He also gave me some great information about tankless water heaters.

Serge, the worker, came out on time and was super friendly and communicative. I felt really comfortable with their COVID precautions and Serge got the job done quickly and efficiently.  I liked his collaborative approach, so that we don't create future issues.

I learned how important it is to flush every single time for urine in this hard water region, or you can create human caliche deposits.  Our toilet outlet, drain and 10 feet into the sewer line was coated with these deposits.  Here is one of the larger pieces.

I had purchased a couple water heaters from Angelo/Affordable Plumbing over the years............  I kept his card in case I needed some plumbing help.  About 10 days ago on a Saturday morning, I developed a water leak under my driveway.. I called him and told him the water company was heading out to detect exactly where the leak was located.  Although he had said someone would be out on Tuesday AM, one of his plumbers showed up early on Monday AM.  I was so grateful!  Thank you to both Angelo for scheduling his visit early and to the plumber who visited my home who fixed the leak & replaced the soil & pavers

I've now used Affordable Plumbing twice and highly recommend them! They are able to quickly respond and their prices are truly affordable.

We had a leaky hose and two faucets that had to be taken out and replaced. Another Tucson company quoted us $1000 for this job! Ridiculous, they even mentioned upon arrival we could find somebody to do this for a lesser rate but still managed to charge us a whopping $100 for the trip. Angelo was able to do this for 1/3 of the price and within 2 1/2 hours! He was on time, had super customer service, and along the way we discovered we needed even more parts yet the price still remained within our budget! I would HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this company! Not to mention they're local!!! We will be using them for our home and business from now on!

The gentleman was so efficient, explained things thoroughly as to why he chose to do certain things. Actually took off the toilet while some of the other companies don't do that at all. Friendly,  affordable, and professional. Good head on his shoulders. Was recommended because of Yelp, very happy with my choice.

Serge arrived at my house 15 minutes before the appointment time. I showed him the work that I needed done and he provided his assessment of the jobs. We had to call out Affordable Plumbing twice in one week to my Parents' house for different issues. Both times the employees were on time, friendly & helpful. Rick assisted us the first day with replacing a disposal and fixing a toilet. David ended up with the dirtiest job: snaking a clogged drain and replacing a toilet which was not in good condition. He was extremely professional about it, even though I'm sure that was the last way he wanted to start his day. He managed to salvage the flange so we didn't have to replace that too.

I called Monday at about 3pm and Angelo arranged for someone to be at my house at 9am the next morning. None of this four-hour window nonsense, which was great. Ben showed up promptly and was polite. He gave me a quote and only charged me $5 more for a part after a pipe broke and he had to replace it - no extra labor charge, which surprised me. Great company. I really appreciate them.

I came home after two weeks of vacation and my home no longer had cold water!  There was only warm or hot water coming out.  Angelo told me it was a summer Tucson thing and all the water was probably heated in the attic.  Told me to let the cold water run and it fixed itself.  

I'll definitely call him the next time I have a plumbing issue.

We work out of Washington DC, so when our 19yo water heater began leaking here in Tucson, I called a couple of local plumbing companies thinking this was not going to end well as we had no recent experiences to measure against.
Angelo came out, took a look at the water heater and recommended replacement; gave us a reasonable estimate, said they would bring all necessary items for replacement.
David arrived the next day, took out our old water heater unit, replaced it with an efficient-no-blanket needed one and all done by the end of the afternoon. David = true professional.

Angelo just helped install a pea trap for our washer. We have an old house and the laundry room had not been installed correctly. Angelo was quick to respond to our phone call, scheduled the work within a week, and arrived to our house ten minutes early!  He was courteous, fast working, and cleaned up after the work was finished. The cost was very affordable. About half the price quoted by the plumber the insurance company sent. We will definitely use him again for any future plumbing needs!

So happy we found this company.  Marco called to let me know he would be at my house much earlier than scheduled.  
He arrived and immediately set to work.  He installed our new shower head and then saw what the problem was with the toilet.  He had the proper part which he installed.
He was friendly, professional and quite obviously not only knew what he was doing, but also understands the concept of customer service.
I would refer this company to anyone.

Unfortunately, we needed the services of a plumber twice in the past week. First time: our kitchen faucet was leaking. Called and spoke with Angelo. He suggested several brands and told me Ben would be here the next afternoon to install it. And he was! Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Second time: discovered at 9:00 on a Sunday evening that our water heater was leaking...garage was all wet. Hubby turned off the valve. I called, expecting a recording. Angelo answered the phone right away, and after asking us a few questions, promised to be out the following morning with a replacement. And there was Ben, right on time and with a new water heater. So glad we found them!

Superb customer service !! Our vacation house in Tucson developed a leak in the main line late Friday afternoon while we were visiting Boston. Our neighbors phoned and gave us the bad news. After reading the Yelp reviews I phoned Angelo at Affordable Plumbing. He went to our house that evening and turned off the water. He replaced the main line in a couple of days. I would not hesitate to use him again.

Had an unexpected plumbing emergency today, and called these folks - based on the reviews I'd seen here on Yelp.

And they were just as good as I'd hoped.

Got here the same day, fixed the problem, and at a truly affordable price.

For the record, I had also called another plumber, but by the time they called me back, Affordable was already on the way over.

I have to say Affordable Plumbing is the BEST Ive seen yet. Called with an issue they came out the next day Ben diagnosed the issue and they scheduled another visit a cpl days later and fixed the issue. VERY reasonable on the cost. Ben and Marty were prompt courteous and very helpful in explaining the cause and affect of my issue. I will absolutely call them in the future for all my plumbing needs!!!

We had a leak from in our upstairs shower that started to come through the downstairs ceiling. Our home warranty company sent out another plumbing outfit that didn't even bother to find out where it was coming from but continued to insist it was the pan that was leaking. We called Angelo and his guys figured out the source of the leak in less than ten minutes and it was the shower enclosure that needed to re-caulked. The plumbing and drain seals were just fine. That saved us a ton of money!! We will just call affordable plumbing from now on rather than waste our time with the home warranty contractors.

We had a leak but found out we multiple leaks. Angelo was so professional. He had to run for parts and was still faster than most plumbers I have ever dealt with. He did a great job. With the larger scope of work the price did go up but it was still very reasonable. The quality was great and we are extremely happy. We will be calling him again.

We had them install a new water softener that I purchased.  After the install I was having issues   with resin build up causing hot water issues and clogged faucets.  

They sent out the original installer tech (Ben) to figure out if there was something done wrong with the installation.  Also, the owner (Ron) even showed up to make sure that there was no issue with the installation.  He assured me they would make it right if there was anything they did wrong.  

As it turns out, there was nothing wrong with the installation, and Affordable was happy to come out and make sure everything was working great.  They flushed the system, spent time with the water softening company that sold me the system to try and diagnose the issue, and even helped me with some other plumbing issues they noticed...all with no extra charge.  

This is why i called them in the first place, my review is just one more 5 star rating that was well deserved.  Thanks Ron and Ben.

I had a problem with the water heater one early Friday evening after trying to do some preventive maintenance. Affordable Plumbing came out the same evening and fixed the problem.  If you are looking for an honest, reasonably priced plumber, I highly recommend Affordable Plumbing. I will use them again for any plumbing issues. Very honest and trustworthy.

Affordable Plumbing worked on a few minor plumbing issues in our home including two sinks that were clogged, a replacement hot water re-circulating pump and a toilet refiller.  

Sergio showed up a few minutes early and gave us a quote for the work.  His work ethic was rock solid.  He said I like to get it done... and he did.  In less than an hour he finished cleaning up everything perfectly.  He was 100% professional, friendly, & competent.  The final bill came in less than his initial quote.  

We will use Affordable Plumbing anytime we have any plumbing issues in the future.

Just moved to the area and went with the Yelp reviews. What a great choice! Arrived on time, friendly, and completed the job quickly and professionally. Price was definitely representative of the name Affordable Plumbing. They will be our first choice if/when we need a  plumber again!

Angelo answered the phone at 7am and had someone (Ben) at my house by 11am to give me an excellent estimate to replace our leaking main water line. Ben and his partner did a most ousstanding job the next day...you can't even tell where they dug the trench.

These guys are awesome! I called the Monday after Thanksgiving before hours hoping I could leave a message to get in the que because I thought it would be busy and I got a call first thing that morning and had someone out that afternoon. They fixed the problem and were extremely pleasant. Don't call the big guys because they never get back this fast and provide this level of service. This is a fantastic local business to support! I put their magnet on my fridge for the next time!

They are not only affordable, they are great to work with.   Angelo took the call and Marco came out to look at the toilet and frozen value stems.  He was personable and explained everything.  Highly recommend!

I saw good ratings on here and called the business, which was a good decision. Angelo was really helpful through out the whole process, went right to work and was really efficient at replacing the garbage disposal, switching out a toilet, and repairing a leak. Would use this company any time!

I loved this company! Their price is very fair and Angelo was so polite and quick to get to our house. We have called them out on two separate issues so far and although he did not come out the second time, he was able to make contact with someone else to still ensure we got the help we need.

Angelo at Affordable Plumbing took my call at 3:30 PM and was at my house by 4:30 PM. He was reasonably priced and fixed our clogged toilet in no time (my son dropped part of his electric razor and flushed before realizing it. Ughh.).

Requested quote to install Aqua Sana whole house system, drains for two new sinks and Bathtub, water line across house to pool, relocate ice maker waterline in kitchen, install waterline to refrigerator in garage, and install hot water dispenser, and replace line to hose bib with copper.  Quote was fair and I chose this company based on the quote.

Came next day and started work.  Said they couldn't do waterline across house due to firewall in garage.  Didn't install drain to tub, didn't install hot water dispenser, didn't install bypass to Aqua Sana as installation recommended.  

Did install drains to sinks, Aqua Sana (without bypass), relocated water line to refrig, installed new water line for garage refrig., and replaced line to outside hose bib with copper.   I was charged $600 more than original bid for doing half the work.  

If you use this company, don't bother asking for bid.  It's worthless.

Top notch service.  Called for replacement of flush valves and fill valve in several toilets.  Spoke to Angelo.  He was both courteous and knowledgeable.  He called to see if he can come out earlier than appointment and came out when he said he would and performed a great job in short amount of time.  I'd definitely call him again and recommend his service to others who need plumbing services.  His Yelp ratings are spot on......  Thanks a lot!

Very responsive, helpful, and fair pricing.  They will take care of the job and answer any questions after the fact.  That's hard to find these days.

Angelo was very personable and easy to work with. We called him to remove a tree root in our sewer line which he did.  It was very large and difficult and required him to change equipment during the job.  He used his camera to be sure it was all removed and discovered more tree roots further down the line and removed them as well.  He was very thorough. His prices are the best. He also cleaned a couple of in house drains for us and did it quickly .  He will be our  first call for all things related to plumbing.

Great company, the plumber came on time and wore a mask. Looked at my project gave me an approximate estimate based on what he saw, fixed the problem for a bit less than the quote and left the repair area cleaner than it was. Hire this company they have integrity!

I wanted to replace three very old toilets in our home with new more efficient toilets.  I called Affordable Plumbing and their fee structure was explained to me and we set up a date.  Marco and his crew showed up on time and removed the old toilets and replaced them with the new ones I had purchased and had on site.  They had to scrape off some old grout that had been used to place the old toilets.  They installed the new toilets, shimmed them up level and place a very neat caulk line around the base.  They did not make a mess (no water everywhere) and cleaned up the area afterward.  
I recommend them and for comparison they installed all three toilets and hauled off the old ones for less that the amount HomeDepot estimated for installing one toilet.

Outstanding. Had a break in our pipes outside, noticed at 9pm, plumber came out within an hr. parts + labor+ fee around $220. Totally reasonable, professional, courteous, honest. Job was done in about an hr. Could not ask for more! Would recommend to anyone.

**update (see below for original review).  So today one of their techs had a very unfortunate issue happening in the family and could not make it to our scheduled time today and he called me personally. Let that soak in for a moment folks. He's in the middle of heartache and he thought about me and took the time to call. THEN I got a call from the office and they offered to have the owner of the company come out today!! Unfortunately I'm waiting on another appointment in a few minutes and then I'm off out of town on my own emergency- so I could not take him up on that. But my point is that it was offered. Clearly this company seeks to take care of its customers as number one. Yay Angelo and crew!! You've got a customer for life!

I've had one service with these folks and was highly impressed. Well today my neighbor also had them visit and do a repair and said they were fair and showed up on time! Yay for affordable plumbing!

I had called Valentine plumbing but they were busy but they gave me Affordable Plumbing's phone number.  Affordable Plumbing came out in a couple of hours.  They fixed our clogged pipe and they were very affordable!!!  Will definitely call them again!

Unfortunately, Angelo is no longer an affordable option for plumbing. He has raised his prices significantly and has other less qualified people working for him. Plus, he doesn't want to accept Amex anymore. With his huge price increase, he can afford the extra 1%.
Look elsewhere for a plumber, unless you don't mind overpaying.

Called to have water heater checked, as Pilot light was out. I attempted to light it a few times,  to no avail. They arrived within the hour.  They were able to get it lit right away!  Very reasonable price.  Will use them again!

Had a water heater go out just before closing on a rental unit that I was selling, so I booked an appointment through the home services department of Home Depot to have it replaced the day before closing. On replacement day, I was called and told that they couldn't keep the appointment, which put me in a huge bind, as the new owners were scheduled to do a walk through that evening, and close the next morning....
Called Affordable Plumbing and Marco rearranged some other appointments to accommodate my tight timeline and replaced the water heater within hours of calling. Affordable's customer service, great work and competitive prices won me over. I'll never use another Tucson plumber again. Thanks Marco!

I found this guy on yelp with good ratings and I would certainly give back to Yelp with the same. I believe this guy is running his own business.

He communicates well by text about arrival times and goes straight to work. We had a bigger problem than just a clogged drain and he ran the camera down the pipe and showed us exactly what was going on and what was required to get it fixed.

I'd recommend him because I believe he's honest, hard-working and fair about his prices. Anthony is worth your business.

Neutral on Affordable. Angelo returned my initial call fairly promptly, but when I sent him a Word doc with pics and a description of the work I wanted done I never heard back. I'll move on to a different plumber red'ed on Yelp.

We all need a decent plumber now and again!

This company seems to check all the boxes.  

1.  They answer the phone.
2.  They come when they say they are going to come.
3.  They figure out the problem even when it isn't obvious.
4.  They fix the problem.
5.  They don't charge too much.
6.  They send the bill as promised, do it all with a smile, and clean up.

Hire this plumber!

All the drains and toilets in my house started backing up everywhere at 5pm on a Saturday. I called Affordable plumbing and he came out within an hour and was VERY reasonable. He unclogged the main clean out within 45 minutes and all has been well since. I was considering switching to low flow toilets and he even gave me the good advice not to since my house is so ancient. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber!

Angelo came out to diagnose a sewer gas smell in our bathroom.

On the first call-out, he and his crew performed a smoke test and found the problem right away--one of which, I might add, that multiple plumbers from Rooter King could not locate.

On the second call-out, they were able to locate the source of the problem quickly and patched up the damage with minimal drilling into the exterior masonry wall.

Overall, we were very happy with the result and wished he was the first person we had called!!
