Double N Yard Maintenance

We purchased a home in Anthem that had great bones but needed some TLC. Neal did a great job cleaning, trimming, & transplanting, as needed. We are very pleased with the results!

This company is unreliable and fraudulent. He charges a high upfront cost with promise of a lower monthly maintenance rate of biweekly service (all verified via email). However, after the first visit with the high upfront cost, he says the monthly cost is actually for once a month work instead of the biweekly work as he first stated.
The following month, he repeatedly flaked on appointments. He first charged me on Venmo, saying he would come tomorrow. He never showed up. I ask him again when he will come out and why he didn't show up. He says first thing tomorrow. Still no show. I reached out again a third time, he says Saturday.
This company is fraudulent and unreliable, avoid at all cost.

Response to Owner: Here is a conversation of the owner admitting for over a month, he did not come to service my backyard. After his last message 4/2/2022, he still did not come.

We contacted Neil yesterday for monthly maintenance quote and he said he would be out tomorrow between 8:30 - 10:30 am. We called after he missed the appointment and he responded that he meant tomorrow. When I asked what day he thought that means he responded by hanging up. On the first call he said he worked alone and his helper quit. I asked how he can manage blow work with only 1 person, no response.
There is something quite wrong with this person, he asks for your address then behaves like this, as he wanted us to call-in his name @ our secure gate access.
We plan on informing our Anthem HOA to report this fraudulent activity ASAP.

After leaving voicemails and quote requests online for six different landscape companies with no responses, I found Neil from Double D Yard Maintenance. He arrived on time the next day and did an amazing job removing a very large, stubborn agave plant.  More importantly he cleaned up the debris which fell onto the landscape rocks and it looked better than when he started! I am very happy with Neil's professionalism and hard work and we have already discussed other future landscape projects.

My neighbor has been using this company for years and recommended him to me.  He has been wonderful!  He does a great job and always willing to go the extra mile to make things look good and do a bit extra when I ask for something special.  He is also easy to communicate with which has been a problem in the past.

Very professional I use this company to maintain my yard every two weeks does a great job and always on time! Does so many extras and doesn't charge me more I highly recommend these guy

I've used Double N for both a thorough clean up of my front and back yards and was so happy with the results that I have now signed up for monthly maintenance. Neal routinely checks my irrigation system, makes sure that my yard is in great shape, and that I am in compliance with the HOA. My yard has never looked so good. His rates are very reasonable, and when I ask for extra services, he lets me know up front what it's going to cost.

My call was answered immediately.  This was after calling 3 other companies where I was directed to leave a voice mail.  Neil told me that he was in the area and would come by after he completed a job.  He texted me to tell me he was coming and showed up on time if not a little early.  He provided a reasonable price on my front yard clean up and said that he would be able to get it done immediately.  I was very impressed with his customer service and the job he did regarding the front yard.

I've had many yard maintenance companies since I've purchased my home and this was the first time I didn't feel robbed. Came on short notice and did a great service at a fair cost. My yard looks great!

Does great work!  My neighbor uses him for monthly and I needed a cleanup for my yard.  His work is excellent- thorough- and his price is fair.  Signed up for a monthly Service as well as a result.  Keep up the good work!

My neighbor in desert hills has been using this company for months. And their detail is great so I had Neal do a cleanup and loved it. Now he does monthly service. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. I also like it that he answers his phone or calls right back. Unlike many other companies. So my opinion. Good decision !!!

This company has flaked out on me 2 times. I had guests coming in from out of town wanted yard cleaned..now 2 days before he cant do the job. Then went on to tell me it was going to cost me twice as much to go with another company and thought that was amusing. He also told me he hasnt had a day off in over a month and said he cant find good help...who does business like that??..not me..
