If you're looking for quality, reliability and a lawn that you can be proud showing off to the neighbors, Ted's your man! Always arrives on time, listens to your requests and concerns, and goes above and beyond to make sure that your landscaping needs have been met.
I've used his service on two different homes and he never fails to amaze me! Not to mention he's a very nice man who takes pride in the quality of work that he puts out. As an added (and of course important) bonus, his prices are very reasonable for the work requested.
If you're looking for the best when it comes to lawn care, look no further!
I hired Ted on February 9 to do a simple , I thought, job of fixing the sprinkler system and spreading rock on one side of the house. It is now April 21 and one station is still not working and he has not showed up as promised to fix it. Spreading the rock was another disaster as the first try was the wrong rock , and I was out of town to prevent him from doing wasted work that he had to do to remove it and spread the new rock when it arrived a week later. I was extremely patient with him because of these tough times, and I wanted him to succeed. Too many delays and excuses added up to a bad experience. I have hired someone else to get the sprinklers working.
I can't begin to explain how impressive these guys were! I first contacted Ted on a Sunday & he responded within 30mins (that alone was impressive because I still haven't received a call back from some of the other companies I contacted. He was at my house within a couple of hours (again impressive!). Ted spent a lot of quality time with me investigating the issues with my sprinkler system (my major concern) & walking around our property & hitting the hot spots like trees trimming, my grass & some debris removal from when I tried to tackle this job myself. He gave me an estimate that day & offered to be here Monday morning (the next day)! They were here first thing in the morning & worked all day to get my yard back in shape! It looks amazing! I couldn't believe the difference!

When I say our weeds exploded... it's no joke ... lol .. let me just preface and say that we have come across some less than agreeable lawn care services in the past and were skeptical to try another . Our previous experience with other companies is that they are lazy and leave your yard unfinished or half done because their time is up ... .....However, we wanted to do this review because this is one of the Best!! Lawn care services that we have ever had. Not only were they thorough and detail oriented ....but Ted the owner came out himself to take care of what we came to call it wild kingdom on a Saturday when they are normally closed. When it came time to pay he gave us a fair price and offered multiple ways to pay for customer convenience... I give this company two thumbs up and I definitely recommend them if you are looking for someone to do the job right !

My review is 100% honest. You don't even mention anything that I lied about. The irrigation system was never even considered because of the pool deck. No need to mention that because it is not an issue. SIgn of someone lying is throwing in details that don't make a difference. You never talked about roto till or leveling. Those are things I assumed you would do because that is what the job required....you were looking right at what work needed to be done. Also, this is standard practice for the industry. If you're suggesting that you needed to charge more for those services, that is ridiculous! Think about the money you got for this job and what little work was done. I will post the picture I have of what you did. If I would have been there at the time I would have stopped you for sure.

Ted is awesome! Requested a quote through the app & he was quick to respond :) Had received a handful of quotes before deciding on EZ Breezy. Not only did their prices seem fair, but he was the only one to take time to actually come look at the yard for an accurate quote.
Was able to schedule maintenance on our front and backyard within a week. They did a phenomenal job! Trimmed trees/bushes, pulled weeds, blew leaves & did some palm tree cleanup. The yards look back to beautiful & would definitely use them again in the future!
If you're needing yard work done, I would highly recommend EZ Breezy in a heartbeat!
Well I called to set up an appointment for Ted to come look at the lawn that needs maintenance. We agreed on a day and time. He stated to text address and would be there on discussed date. Never heard back.
Never showed. No returned call after message.

Ted has done multiple jobs on my yard and I have been so very pleased with the results. Would definitely hire him again for additional work!
With all of the rain we have gotten in the last two months, we had a forest of weeds and Bermuda grass that were literally three feet high on top of our entire rock area.
Ted was extremely responsive, came three days later and had the whole yard cleaned up with his team. Looks great. They're even coming back for a touch-up the day before we're having a wedding reception in our backyard.
Fair pricing, had a great experience with them.
Ted and team did a fantastic job cleaning up my front and back yards. He was responsive and arrived when he promised. Definitely recommend!

Very happy with Ted and EZ Breezy LawnCare. Our drip system was leaking like a sieve, so it needed to be replaced in the front & back yards.
We requested estimates from several highly rated companies. Even before we had received all of the estimates, we had pretty much decided on EZ Breezy after meeting Ted when he came to assess the job. He didn't pressure us to do more work than necessary, but did make recommendations based on his expertise.
EZ Breezy's price was very fair and fell right in the middle of the estimates. The high estimates from other companies were outrageous, and we figured we'd get what we paid for if we went with the low-ball quotes, which is why we chose EZ Breezy.
Ted was very responsive and the work was completed in the expected timeframe. Ted made sure to point out all of the new drip lines and demonstrate the new timer.
The entire process truly was easy breezy!
What a great experience! The owner was very professional and kind. We had our lawn scalped, fertilized, some trees trimmed and various other lawn care. EZ took care of small details like moving pet dishes and watering and cleaning up very well after the job. I would definitely use them again! Great attention to detail and great communication.

It really was easy and breezy. Friendly, fast and a great price. I got an estimate the same day I called and they got the job done in half the time they estimated 2 days later. They even moved some things around to fit me in before my move. Highly recommend!!
After having two other lawn care services (that had been referred by friends) flake out on me, I was getting frustrated and discouraged. Then, I messaged Ted. He was quick to respond, had an estimate schedule within two days, showed up on time and was very knowledgeable. He then returned to do the initial clean up of our poor neglected lawn. He and his partner were on time, did an amazing job, very detailed and my yard looks so good. I'm really happy with the service and we're now booked for regular maintenance! Ted is seriously so amazing. I called on Thursday and he was out working on my yard the next day. I have a busted sprinkler and he is even taking care of that for me. I called around town for tons of quotes but his was the best one. He's not only a great worker but a sincere human. If you're looking for lawn care, he's your guy!

We had a sprinkler leak and Ted showed up quickly to address it. He discovered it was more extensive than we originally thought, but he fixed it and re-routed our entire drip system to make sure it didn't happen again. He also trimmed our front trees and they look great. We will definitely hire him again.

EZ Breezy has turned my property around. I have a very large lot and for different reasons the lawn was barely being maintained. We had a TON of excessive growth. In two visits Ted and the team had my home back in shape, gaining lots of curb appeal with their help. Ted has always been very responsive and given the size of my lot pricing is very reasonable.
I found this company on Yelp & happy we went with them! Ted was the fastest response to our 3 quotes & is very friendly. His work ethic is fantastic & he's done wonderful maintenance on our yard. Highly recommend!

EZ Breezy was awesome to work with. I had an emergency sprinkler leak in my yard, and Ted was EXTREMELY responsive and had it fixed quickly. He was easy to communicate and interface with, and the work was completed on-time and at a very reasonable rate. I would definitely recommend his services to anyone.
Ted was great to work with. We asked for a quote for some irrigation work and he responded quickly and was very accommodating considering the work turned out to be more complicated than anticipated. His pricing was fair and we will definitely be working with him more in the future.

Ted (owner) was outstanding. He responded to my Yelp quote request within a few minutes on a Sunday afternoon to fix the irrigation system for my home. He came by about an hour later, assessed the issues at hand, and came back on Monday to complete the repairs. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, and very reasonably priced. I will definitely contact EZ Breezy for any future work.

I want to keep him a secret since he's so busy but I am so impressed with the quality of service. Ted went out for a quote that was needed same day on a hot Friday late afternoon. He explained everything thoroughly and even fixed something that's needed immediate attention. Rates are good and the communication is great.

I first found Ted on Thumbtack, he came out and gave me a quote of $120/mo. It felt a little more expensive than I wanted, so I went with another company. After about 6 months of another company, where a few trees had died and I was never notified of their health, I decided to start doing the landscaping myself. It's a bigger job than I had anticipated, and figured I would pony up the $120 for Ted to do my house and my rental property. Today was the first day he came out, and he did a superb job. He took care of everything as I had requested and the yard looks fantastic.

Ted is amazing! My yard is a large area of grass and full of weeds. Broken sprinkler system and busted valves. He came out on short notice and repaired valves and fixed sprinklers, got rid of the many many weeds and made my yard look beautiful! The dead grass is already coming back to life and turning green. Definitely sticking with this company for all my lawn service!

Ted was recommended to us by a friend, and we are very happy with his monthly services. I was especially grateful for his initial visit when he was able to tame our wild lawn of weeds and unkempt bushes, we had been out of town a while and things had got pretty bad. He cleaned it up perfectly and does a great job on return visits for maintenance. He's available and easy to talk to via phone, text or email. Our monthly rate for front and backyard is very reasonable.

I had gotten one time clean ups from plenty of different providers over the years but generally do monthly work on my own. The one-time job by Ted turned into using him on the regular as he does a fantastic job. Highly recommend.

I have never been so impressed with a service as I am with Easy Breezy lawn care. Used Yelp to find what I was looking for and their reviews were right on. I requested a price quote early afternoon and within an hr heard back from Ted(owner) with a quote and time that day that he could do the service I requested. My expectations of service was way beyond my request. The detail and time spent and extra service that was rendered was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend this lawn service company and look forward to using him again. Thanks again Ted for a job well done!
Wow! Ted and his crew did an outstanding job. We bought our house in the fall of 2016 and the over abundance of plant life that came with it. Ted trimmed, landscaped, weeded, and sprayed making our overgrown backyard fresh and beautiful. One thing that stood out with Ted was his willingness and ability to communicate what he was doing.He even went out of his way to make sure our dog was properly taken care of during and after the service. I asked Ted for future landscape plans and he came up with a plan that made sense and offered a very good price! Needless to say we will be calling Ted in the future and highly recommend EZ BReezy!
