Horrible scheduling: I had two appointments: I was called to reschedule them twice due to their last minute conflicts:  No biggie but one I scheduled off and lost 5 hours of work.  Then when I had an appointment on a Saturday, Tech called and said he has on McDowell rd and nothing happening and wanted to head up to my place (North Peoria):  i said I had my Daughters Soccer game but sure go ahead and come up and I'll be home in 45-60 minutes.  Well after about 30 minutes the Tech called and had an emergency call and had to push me once again.  3 times. No RESPECT for their customer except for their internal contract customers. Go Elsewhere: 1 phone call to ASAP plumbing and they quick to respond and was about about $50 cheaper than Moon Valley estimate.

We had a slab leak and the first company wanted to just jack hammer up the slab and start looking.  Caesar came out from Zest and was here two hours and quite meticulous to ensure even at the city inlet meter there was a slow leak.  Our leak wasn't consistent and he took the time to reproduce and be 100% sure where it came from.  2 days later Zest were back and did a reroute to that portion of the house.  Professionally done, meticulous in getting it complete and were thorough.

Their scheduling process is always fast and you get updates, tracking of the plumber on a map in route, pictures of all the work, etc.

We've had several poor (or worse) plumbers since living here, but finally glad found someone we can trust.

During monsoon season, Doug promptly came out to repair our water damaged outdoor (front porch area) ceiling.  Outstanding job. Professional. Friendly.  Thank you Doug and his helper, Bob!

Amazing service!  The technician (Ross) that came out to inspect a leak that we found in our bathroom and adjacent closet was awesome.  We had a plumber from our home warranty company (Sonoran Home Service) come out and couldn't figure out where the leak was originating, insisting there was a crack in the concrete slab and they couldn't fix it.  Ross arrived on time and after seeing the leak, immediately checked the water meter and saw no excessive use.  He then stated that it was probably just the wax ring for the toilet (which is what I had thought this whole time but was told by Sonoran that it wasn't).  Wax ring was repaired and even referred us to another great company (Dry Star Restoration) to remediate any damage done from the leak.  Will definitely use these guys again!

Don Jone came out to our house to fix our leaky toilets.   He fixed them and then also pointed out an issue on our outside faucet.   He fiex that also.   So our house is now in tip top shape again.   Thank you for great service at a great price!

Charity's Plumbing Solutions is a local family run business.  I happened to see their billboard on Baseline Rd and called to schedule services.  Charity provided estimates for two solutions.  The pricing was good and I decided to book.  When Rigo the Plumber arrived to perform services he put on booties before entering my home.  Then he proceeded to tackle job #1 removal and install of a new garbage disposal.  He knocked this out quickly and efficiently.  Then he began job #2 removal of a 19 year old toilet.  This task posed many challenges because the toilet was installed incorrectly by the original home builder.  Rigo explained the issues to me and explained the solutions he had to resolve the issues.  He was able to reposition a pipe and make other adjustments so that the new toilet could be installed properly.  As a bonus, Rigo helped me to install a handheld shower device.  I am so grateful for the excellent service, expertise, passion for providing solutions at affordable prices, patience and kindness.  Charity's Plumbing Solutions is my new plumbing solution provider.

Nelu has done several jobs for us in Peoria over the last two years and does fantastic work.  The last two were walk in showers...perfect.  We would recommend him for all plumbing needs.

I had a couple little projects like installing a new smart look on my front door and fixing a cabinet door. He was very communicative from the start.  Let me know what time he'd be here and he was early!  It worked out perfectly and he did a great efficient job.. will definitely hire again for more projects I need help with.

All Aire has been servicing our cooling and heating system for the past 9 years and we have always been highly satisfied. John is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. He genuinely cares about the customers he serves. Our AC went out in the kids area and John was out the next day and quickly took care of the problem. He even took the time to call me back, after I scheduled the appointment, to let me know that I needed to shut the system down, so we wouldn't cause any further damage. Highly recommend . Tommy our plumber was so prompt and very good to deal with . It was an usual problem but he fixed it . Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant .

Gabe was very nice and seemed to do a good job of installing a about 6  light dimmers and relocating a fluorescent light. I supplied all the materials. He was a little evasive about what the cost would be. I trusted him because of his other reviews. Wish I had asked more. 2 hours work for $450? I think that is way out of line. Make sure you nail a quote down before using Gabe.

This company is extremely responsive and friendly and did a great job at a reasonable price!

We had a minor plumbing emergency, where a shower faucet would not turn off.  The first company we tried agreed to come out, and then cancelled on us shortly thereafter.  So we then called Robin's Plumbing, who also agreed to come out, but actually showed up on time and ready to help.

The plumber that arrived (Eddie) was great.  He took the time to help explain what was happening with the shower faucet (I always try to learn what I can in these situations), and also found another issue that required repair (before it led to even more issues down the road).  Eddie was able to get both repairs completed the same day.

We would highly recommend Robin's plumbing.

I needed to replace some sinks and I was in a time-crunch. I decided to call Freddy after reading his Yelp reviews and I'm so glad that I did. He showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. I didn't have time to go out and buy the new sinks and faucets, so he went and got them and brought back a receipt. He kept in communication with me the entire time so I knew what he needed to buy and he didn't make a purchase until I OK'd it. It took him about 2 hours to install two new sinks and they look great! Freddy really knows what he's talking about, and I'm happy to support his business.

I was backed into by a driver in a Decelis Plumbing Co. Work truck in a parking lot on the corner of 16th St and Glendale today at 11:30am. The driver was on his cellphone. While there was no major damage it would have been nice to get some information. I have been unsuccessful at getting in touch with anyone at the company. I have photos of the the front of my vehicle and the back of the work vehicle.

Like so many others before me, it's the same old story.  In a big hurry to come out and put in NEW UNITS and grab my money, but when it's time to stand behind their work...forget about it.  I have been dealing with Goettl FOR OVER FIVE MONTHS trying to get resolution on the HORRIFIC JOB they did installing units on my roof.  Because of their ineptitude the drainage was not installed properly resulting in damage to my roof, my A/C units, and the exterior of my building.  They keep saying their working on it, but they not only drag their feet, but they make appointments with me and don't even have the courtesy to show up or call!  The excuse today (Mind you after 5 months of trying to resolve) is that they are ordering parts.  Seriously?  I am so fed up that I am going to take this up with the Attorney General's office, the BBB, and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors (Lic# 282081 just in case you need it too!).  There must be some way to hold companies like this accountable for their actions...and I'm doing the best that I can.  I would look to other companies to perform AC installation or repair if I were you!  BEWARE!
