Faced with the need for an emergency sewer repair, I was able to get a quick response from Don Jones.  He arrived on schedule, completely prepared, and rapidly provided exactly the complete service I needed at a very reasonable price.  I recommend Don Jones Plumbing to anyone needing ethical and competent plumbing services, qualities not always available in today's business environment.

Don Jone came out to our house to fix our leaky toilets.   He fixed them and then also pointed out an issue on our outside faucet.   He fiex that also.   So our house is now in tip top shape again.   Thank you for great service at a great price!

Had a water heater issue. Called them up and showed up on time. They were fast and very friendly. Mike was my the name of the guy who came out. He replaced my water heater and works great. Job was well done and had a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Sorry to some of you, but I've never had a problem reaching Don.

And my problems have all been taken care of the same day.  At a good, fair price.  Son Mike even suggested a solution for a sink that kept on blocking that will mean I won't need him as much now.

Plus, I really like dealing with a family run business!  I've used hi 4 or 5 times and every occasion was 5 star.

On time, friendly and professional. Had an issue with a toilet tank and shower water temperature regulator. Fixed it fast and at a reasonable price. I'm totally pleased and would recommend him to anyone.

Don Jones plumbing is fantastic.  I am reluctant to post this review as I am in construction and I work with Don Jones and his family run crew on a daily basis.   Reluctant to post because I do not want him to get to busy!  Don and the family do great work and you are not going to pay the prices that you see from the other guys who advertise.

I've used Don Jones a number of times and now feel like I've got a go-to plumber. When you need a plumber, you usually need him real soon. Once on a Saturday when the boys were both busy, Don jumped in the truck and came on over. Glad to have found them.

My sister needed 2 bathroom faucets, 2 toilets, and a kitchen faucet installed. Our 1st estimate left us on the floor it was so obnoxious. We managed to find Don. He was here 4 hours, did an amazing job (I've never seen such a fantastic caulking job), and everything was clean and neat when he finished. Prices are more than fair and he was very professional. We will absolutely call him again if needed and we highly recommend him.

Our new water heater was installed quickly and efficiently by Jeremy, who was kind and professional, at a price that was much better than what was quoted to us by other companies. We will call Don Jones Plumbing for our future plumbing needs!

My tub/shower backed up and they were able to come out the next day. Dad is Don Jones, Mike is his son and the one who did my job. He was quick and efficient and they were so reasonably priced.  He was also so incredibly nice, I told him I had tried Draino and he sweetly said he wouldn't recommend that in the future then explained why (because I'm a person who needs to know WHY if I'm going to follow the advice)... he explained it would harm the surface of my tub and that I had a very nice one and he didn't want the sealant to get ruined then stains develop.  I appreciated the extra advice to save me from replacing my tub sooner rather than later.

We had an emergency plumbing issue at my home, and Don Jones Plumbing came to the rescue!! Their plumbers were very nice. Fixed the problem quickly.

I had a very unusual issue - having only cold water throughout my house. I first thought it was the hot water heater so I had a new one installed even though my other one was only 6 years old - by a plumber, Greg Cole who was referred to me by a good friend.  When we realized that did not correct the issue Greg thought the problem could be a cartridge in one of my faucets in the house and he verified that with a few other plumbers that this could be the issue. He also said he thinks it might be the faucet in my master shower or tub because they were installed most recently in a bathroom remodel and they are a different brand (Sigma - sold to me at Arizona Central Supply in Phoenix) than most plumbers are familiar with. So much so that none of the big plumbing repair companies wouldn't work on it because their plumbers are not familiar enough with them.  Greg was booked up and not able to get back to help me for some time so he referred me to Don Jones Plumbing. Don's son came out and put the new cartridge (I previously ordered) in the shower and it seemed to work. But only briefly. So I ordered another cartridge for the tub and he and Don did the work on it and got it to work. So awesome as I was without ho water for several months. This was done apx Jan-Feb 2021.

Now it's Nov 4, 2022 and having the same issue.  I now know though from a YouTube video how to test your house to see which faucet has the faulty cartridge. It's the Master tub again. I ordered the part earlier this week and it's in so I will schedule with Don again. I really like these guys.  I'll write another review after this work is done and also let you know how to test your house to find the faucet that has a broken cartridge, just in case this ever happens to you.

Water line break in my yard and Don and his friendly employee were here in an hour and it was repaired shortly after that. I don't know much about the standard for plumbing pricing, other than it can be really expensive. I feel like we paid a fair price and at the end of the day, we had expedient, friendly service, and we have water again! I would recommend and will call Don Jones again. Thank you.

I have used Don Jones  Plumbing for several of my critical plumbing problems. They have come through like champs. The are reliable, do the job perfectly the first time, and don't cost an arm and a leg. I cannot say enough good about the service I have gotten from them.
