Terrible communication and service. Hummell plumbing was scheduled through our home warranty company, Fidelity Home Warranty. I really don't think I could be more dissatisfied with their service. Our kitchen sink only worked on hot, a seemingly simple repair. After coming out and inspected the problem, they told us that they needed to order a part, no big deal. After a few weeks went by with no word back, we called in to ask for an update. A few days later without hearing anything, we just received a call stating they were on their way, no appointment or heads up. Unfortunately, this visit didn't go better than the first. They acted like they hadn't already been out to look at the sink and didn't order the appropriate part for the repair. They set an appointment to actually due the repairs after the parts would be in, but, again didn't ever show up or give a courtesy call the reschedule. After all of this, we get a call this morning saying they were on their way, no care as to if we were available or not. Fortunately the repair was completed, about a month after it was supposed to be and with additional charges from what we were initially told. For a simple repair, this hole process was a big headache. We will not use in the future.
