I scheduled Ideal Plumbing as they were the first place to respond to my request.

They had a 4 day wait, so in the mean time, I scheduled someone else just in case the air went out.
Boy am I glad Ideal came through.

I scheduled this for my mother, not myself to be clear. The miserable heat was hitting her conditioner hard and after not being able to get her air down under 85 she finally let me know.
They were prompt, kind, and kept communication the entire time.
The tech who came out knew his stuff and was able to completely explain the problem as well as fix it.
He was kind and completely professional!

I would absolutely recommend this place! The techs know their business... They are not out to gouge you... And they show up when they are supposed to.

For air problems in the future ..Ideal will be our first and only call! Thank you for all your support on this project!

Jordan and his team did a great job with my bathroom. They moved the shower drain and installed a new valve and fixtures. They kept a very clean workspace. I would recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Hot water heater went out one morning and they were able to come out same day to replace it.  Very straightforward and good customer service.

Had another quote for several repairs needed in my condo from well known plumbing company.  Tom from Pleasant Plumbing came out and showed where the repairs weren't needed on two of the more costly items. This saved me hundreds of dollars. He did the repairs that were needed and the cost was half of what the other outfit quoted. I will only use Pleasant Plumbing in the future.

We used these guys this week to replace are shut valve for the washing machine and the service was outstanding. We will use them again for any plumbing repairs. I reached out Tuesday(7/25/23) and they were here within hours to see what was going on and gave me a quote. The price was very reasonable, the communication was there and the work was performed on time. Will is the gentleman I worked with during the process and he was very professional and patient. We had some hick- ups on are end and had to reschedule. He was understanding and helpful throughout the entire process. I'd recommend them to family and friends!

Darryl and Joe responded to my voice mail message by stopping by the house on a Thursday afternoon.  They reviewed the work that I wanted done, which was to replace all of the old crank water valves under the sinks and behind the tolilets, 16 in total, and gave me a price for the job, which included providing all the new valves and hoses.  I agreed to the price and they said they would be out the following Monday at 9:30 to do the job.

So Monday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:00 via his cell phone.  Darryl said he was tied up on a job and that he'd be at my house the following day at 10:00 to do the job.

So Tuesday rolls around and no Darryl, no Joe.  I reached out to Darryl at around 1:30 via his cell phone.  Darryl answers the phone greeting me by my first name.  I asked him if he was going to do the job and he responded by saying that I've dialed the wrong number.  That's pretty messed up.

They came fast and were affordable. The plumber was very nice and did not talk down to me despite being a young home owner! Much appreciated!

I had Forest and his team replace a garbage disposer, secure a loose toilet, and check tub drains.  He was quick and professional, and did a good job.  I definitely recommend him.

Fantastic customer service! Knockout Plumbing fixed a problem 2 weeks ago and I called them back today, left a message and the owner Dan called me right away to handle my concerns. Dan could hear the concern and worry in my voice, so he wanted to follow up personally early the next morning. After Dan and I spoke my needs became immediate. The office dispatched Michael G. and he was at my home within 15 minutes! Michael was so professional and patient and showed me that all was well and provided me with his contact information so he can come by quickly when the issue arises again. If every company elevated customer service like Knockout Plumbing, then this world would be a better place.

I have only had a quote so far, however, I am so impressed with how quickly they came out and got the quote back to me, with a lot of energy and care, and no pressure! I feel that the quote is fair and will compare it with others.

Had our water heater stop heating and contacted Nathan late afternoon. He came out the very next morning at 7 a.m. before his scheduled stops for the day and was able to locate our problem which required an electrician. He is always friendly, personable, and quick to help. My go to plumber from here on out. Thank you Nathan!

Our water heater needed replacing and it was still under warranty. Per the manufacturer it needed to be returned to Home Depot. Carlos waisted no time disconnecting it and taking it to Home Depot for a replacement.  Once he returned he quickly got to work installing the new one.  Carlos was thorough, professional and personable.  Additionally, the service was fairly priced.  We found our go-to plumber.

(480) 946-0796 but I don't think it matters.  It seems to actually be a multi-state referral service or franchise.  Frankly, the local business deception  kept me from calling them first but a recommended plumber (who quoted me $150) couldn't get to me until Wednesday.

After unsuccessfully fighting a clogged drain myself  over the Easter weekend on the following Monday their guy Tim fixed it in 30 minutes for the advertised $49.50, rootering my line from the roof.  I called at 8:30 AM, he was here at 1PM.  Their work comes with a 30-day guarantee.

They will get my repeat business.  I just hope not too often.

OUTSTANDING. I cannot express the gratitude I have for this company. From the minute you call, Michelle is very kind and transparent about their services and what to expect. Franz and James showed up and were both extremely respectful, personable, and knowledgeable about the situation, all while being 100% transparent about how to fix it. Lots of other experts said it was something else. But Franz and James were the only ones to diagnose the problem! They were literally in mud and water, missed their lunch, and went above and beyond to help anyway they could. If you have a plumbing issue... these are the people you want.

Highly recommend Dixon Trades. Reached out on Yelp and got response right away. Worked out some details with text and pics and was here Monday morning to do the work. Called on the way, showed up on time and did a killer job.  Don't waste your time looking around these dudes are LEGIT!

Fastest to respond when giving a quote. However, be patient and wait for others. Biggest mistake of my home ownership was going with this company!

Quote was high but on a weekend with a PEX line that blows, I just needed it fixed.

Spoke to Sam, the owner, on the phone. He said he would be out and install a copper line to fix my issue.

Cool. Spendy but what I needed and wanted done.

Come to find out, he installed a steel braided line instead. Line burst (not sure why) within an hour.

Had him called back out, didn't even really diagnose the issue nor give a reasonable answer as to what happened or why it is happening or even offer to replace the water heater, but he DID finally do what we had originally agreed to have done.

Then he has the audacity to tell me, I only do what is on the paper, show me the paperwork that says what you claim.... LOL. Don't let them get away with only wanting to text or Yelp message you!

He then blames everything on a defective water heater (which I spoke to the manufacturer and they said something entirely different and will be inspecting) that his work failed.

I also asked for a discount for the inconvenience. Yeah right. Wouldn't even budge even though he made a mistake.

Funny thing is. I have four witnesses to the events that transpired. Please show me an invoice that shows the work, including the comeback (which you have refused as of the time of this review).

Bottom line, scrappy work and dishonest owner. At least with me. Lied 100% about the job he was going to do. And then tried to hide the fact he had to come back to repair a second time. No Bueno!

After the purchase of my 1960's home in 2019 I found several plumbing issues. Even Flow (Bobbie) was recommended to me by my Real Estate Agent Eva. Bobbie was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in all areas from my hot water heater to my bathroom re-pipe. Even Flow is the only company I will continue to use for all my futue plumbing issues.

Pacifica HVAC plumbing and sewer is the worst. This guy Manny (the owner) showed up and Could not diagnose my HVAC at all. He just didn't know what was wrong with it and wanted to overcharge me to replace it.  So I called another company to confirm and they diagnosed The problem in a minute and fixed it the next day.  Pacifica just wants to replace units. He doesn't know how to fix them or want to.. The circus is missing a clown... just Avoid unless you like being overcharged. If you don't believe me .. ask him a couple of technical questions.
