Performance Plumbing And Mechanical

Regrettably, after multiple, failed attempts for J.R. of PERFORMANCE PLUMBING & MECHANICAL to return my phone calls to arrange a time to complete a twin faucet installation as previously agreed, I regretfully must modify my review to reflect his lack of any response whatsoever.  I have no knowledge if this contractor fell ill, was injured, left town or just has more work than he can handle.  In any event, his business voice mail remains active and clearly states that he will provide a callback.  However, after THREE failed attempts spaced many weeks apart, that clearly is not the case.  

My immediate concern is that some unsuspecting new client would hire him based upon my prior, glowing review only to find that the same contractor refused to address repair or installation issues or return calls.  Obviously,  J.R. could easily change his outgoing voice mail message to properly inform his clients of any performance issue.  Since he chose not to do so, I must change my RATING FROM FIVE STARS to ONE STAR.

Perhaps they should consider a name change to:
LACK OF PERFORMANCE PLUMBING & MECHANICAL

JR was recommended by a friend after I had got estimates from another company who used scare tactics and ridiculous rates. JR had put my mind at ease listing what would be more crucial to address. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and seemed very honest and trustworthy. He did my crucial repairs fixing a leak in the shower, installing a new water heater to code, and fixed my main water valve for just a bit more than the other company quoted me to fix my shower leak. I would highly recommend him. He seems to love his profession and has quality work ethics. I wont be using anyone else but him for any future issues.

I've used JR for plumbing projects over the last four years. He's incredibly knowledgeable in all kinds of plumbing operations and super clean on the job. If you want an efficient plumber who wont waste your time so you get the most for your money I would highly recommend going with Performance Plumbing & Mechanical. JR is the owner doing it on his own so support a small business and get great results on anything from water heaters, to hose bibs, RO systems, custom showers he's done all those for me and killed it. Absolutely amazing work by JR. Responded withiN 30 minutes . Right away meeting him I could tell the guy knew what he was doing. He completed his work in just a few hours, and the price was very fair. Have already recommended to neighbors. Truly wonderful job.

JR is one of the most courteous and honest plumbers I have ever met. Almost every job he's done for my home he has quoted me less than what I thought. Very friendly and prompt. And of course amazing work every time!! Thanks JR :-)
