Finally... after a year in the making, we searched and found Josh, the right builder, to redo our mid century ranch carport in Cave Creek. We have a brand new pine tongue and grove ceiling and redwood gable ends. We stained over 100 (12' ) boards on our own before installation. We are very happy with the results, and the attention to detail. I would recommend Josh!

While the job we had Jon complete likely wasn't the most complex, he was incredibly speedy and easy to work with and we went from confirming we'd work with him to permit in-hand in 5 days.

Wanting to get a new toilet installed, I made several frustrating calls to plumbers (who quoted outrageous prices and time frames) and other handymen (most didn't return my phone messages) , I contacted Jake, who promptly answered his phone. He quoted a very reasonable fee and could come that afternoon.

He was timely in his arrival, very courteous, and a neat worker who knew what he was doing. The installation was completed very quickly. I told him his fee was too low and paid him extra. I highly recommend Jake and I will call him when I need his services again.

So, I am in the middle of a remodel with Schott.  I have to give them extreme credit.  I am redoing my kitchen and building out my fireplace, as well as replacing all the counters in my bathroom.  To begin, they were very much on time and reliable during the quote process.  Their quotes were detailed and extremely easy to understand.  There were no hidden costs or details.  They ran through the project with me a few times, making sure that it was what I wanted and even made a few suggestions.

His right hand guys are Shane and Jim.  Both of them are amazing.  Shane will come out and bid the job and Jim runs the job.  Shane initially came out with Chris and we went through the job.  Then, he came out again to check things out.  THEN, he brought Jim and met with my interior designer and went through the job AGAIN to make sure that everything was correct.

Jim runs the job and he literally texts and calls all the time and gives updates.  He stays on schedule and really tries to accommodate the living situation for the person in the home.  For example, I needed my stove for Thanksgiving but we were installing the granite.  He made sure that I had a working stove so I could at least cook after the counters were installed.  It was just a kind thing to do, that he really didn't have to do, but he made it work just to make me happy.  I mean, that says a lot.   I seriously can't say enough about these guys.

The reliability and honesty factors are two of the most important things to me.  These guys won't walk off the job.  They have a portal where you can track progress and Jim is CONSTANTLY in contact with you, explaining what is going on and where the project is.  Sometimes, he will literally call me first thing in the morning to make sure I know what is going on for the day. He has even sped up some of the timeline, which was remarkable.  And through it all, he makes sure that his guys clean up as best they can, each day.

A remodel is a daunting experience, so it's really important to have people you trust running it.  That's actually really worth something.  These guys are not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive, either.

There have been some minor bumps with the remodel, but I was fully expecting that.  And, fyi, anyone should expect bumps and bruises during a remodel.  What is most important is that, whenever an issue popped up or a problem occurred, they immediately call and advised me.  They didn't try to minimize the issue or cast blame on anyone.  They just said, don't worry, we will fix it.  And they did.  You can't really ask for more than that, either.  Mistakes will happen - - but the question is how are those mistakes handled.    I will update this review when the remodel is done.  But, thus far, I would recommend them to anyone...

Robert from West Haven Builders removed a wall,  popcorn ceiling and moved electrical outlet/light.  He always responded quickly. His quote came in at a competitive price. What I really appreciated was he kept me informed and updated, was on time. He also always kept the work area cleaned and cleaned up when finished. I will definitely use West Haven Builders again. I called Gordon Enterprises Contracting with regard to a renovation and they got back to me almost immediately. The owner, Alex was extremely personable and knowledgeable. We set up a meeting to discuss a large-scale bathroom and kitchen renovation. Alex was able to give me a timely free estimate and scope of work. We had met with other contractors prior and in comparison we are so glad we went with GEC. They are family owned and operated, prices are competitive and our extensive renovations were completed on time. He and his guys were always on time and professional on-site. They walked us through every step of the renovation process. Their vast experience and professional demeanor get my recommendation! I will always go to GEC for any future projects. I was introduced to many contractors when I decided to do a full remodel on my family home and I am so incredibly happy I chose Ben and 123 remodeling. This was my first time taking on any kind of construction, and with 2 small children, I was eager to have this be as swift and timely as possibly so we wouldn't be displaced longer than expected. I was given a 2 month timeline, which by all means, was much faster than I had anticipated. Not only was my home done BEFORE the completion date, but the gentlemen working on my home were kind, respectful, and clean. I was back in my home in 7 weeks and I cannot be happier. Ben and his crew went above and beyond in every possible way.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Ben and 123 remodeling, and I have and would recommend them to anyone.

The master bathroom shower was like showering in a small phone booth, we called around and Turc came out, made some great suggestions and the results were incredible.  The tile and fixtures along with the new lighting was just what we needed.  Also, Bennet Glass did the glass enclosure and it was made to perfection.  We will have them back to do the master ensuite addition.

I can not in good faith recommend this company nor will I ever use them! I had requested a new water fountain faucet on our kitchen sink be installed. This company was listed so I called them. I was given a price and it was reasonable. I had asked for a discount and I later learned that it had been given to me. The plumber showed up on time and looked at the plumbing that needed to be done. He started and I thought it was going well. However at the end of the day he had not completed the task. So he came back the next day and had his supervisor came to assist. At the end of the 2nd day I still had problems. The next day I called and texted the plumber and told him it was still leaking. I called several times also. The plumber responded saying he would let me know when he would come by. Well I waited the whole day and no phone call, text, or message. That was a wasted day. The next day I called and texted and he finally come back saying his boss would call me. Well no phone call, text or message. I decided that I needed to contact another plumbing company. They came and in less than an hour fixed everything. I had to pay 2 different plumbing companies to install this faucet.

Brian and his team were very professional, reasonably priced, and did an beautiful job.  I had them paint my baseboards and doors as well as our kitchen cabinets.  I would highly recommend their services!

Beware of their poor customer service! Sharp did our stamped concrete about resurface 2 years ago. They did a nice job. We have had a few spots fade and wanted to just get them to come out and reinspect it to see if it needs any resealing (it is still under warranty). I've called 4 times in the last 2 weeks, they tell me they will schedule a time to reinspect and I have never received a call to schedule a time. They say they only schedule on Thursdays, it has been 2 Thursdays and still nothing. Very frustrating.

Nick and Tyler just completed our renovation in MMR today. The entire home was renovated in 3 months and every attention to detail was addressed. They responded to every phone call or text in a timely fashion and helped keep me in budget. I would highly recommend this team for a large project or small one.
