Antonio was nice.  But not exceptionally so, just meh kinda nice.

Pros:

Cons:
-Finished product looks bad
-No upfront professional contract but instead an email from gmail kind of outlining the job
-Only wants to be paid in cash.  Why is that? Probably so he doesn't have to report taxes? I don't know, but it's a bad look.
-Left multiple spots in my yard with plenty of concrete to harden and for me to clean up. He let concrete dry on my shovel too.
-Very unclear about leveling the clean outs, so now they are above ground.  This could have been avoided.
-sloppy on quite a few areas
-left concrete to dry on my walls.

I wanted so bad to give this company a good review but I have to be honest.  I wanted to be wowed like the other customers, but alas, I do not like this job.  Well, maybe this review will improve his the company.

We finally decided it was time to pave the road leading back into the property of our cabin near Snowflake. After shopping around a bit, we most liked the pricing and professionalism of Platinum Paving of Arizona. John was amazing to work with and we are very happy with the work.

Miguel and his crew were professional and prompt. They did a great job on my paver driveway extension. I will definitely be using them for future projects.

we had agreed to come to my home to discuss my needs with my landscaping. He kept me waiting and never showed up. He had my phone number and there was no excuse for not calling and notifying me as to why he was unable to show up. Very unprofessional The peoples five star rating evidently was when he showed up. I very much doubt the five stars..

In a time when it's hard to even get someone to show up, Ruslan came quickly, gave me what I considered a fair quote, and had the work done in a matter of days.  It was a relatively small job, but he and his worker were able to match texture well, and I am happy with the final product.  I will definitely call for future projects!

Adam's helped us cut a trench in our kitchen for a remodel. They were professional, friendly, and reasonably priced. I would use them again if needed.

We wanted to extend our driveway and create a path with embedded glass block lighting from the driveway to the backyard door. I solicited multiple call requests, send pictures, measurements, architectural drawings to everyone. Testa came in with a good value, and a commitment they would be able to get this done before our backyard housewarming party.

Due to everybody having a very busy schedule, they committed to me they would come by earlier if there is a cancellation. Sure enough they did. I had pre-ordered all of the paving stones and solar light inserts and they arrived at 7 o'clock in the morning and we're done by 12:30 in the afternoon. Very efficient, pricing exactly as quoted, left the work area clean and even took the pallets that the paving stones came on with them. Very happy with their service, respectful of property, good communication. At the end, extremely happy with the service provided.

We wanted a simple but good looking block wall to be used as a compost pit and shovel rack. At a time when most contractors are too busy to be bothered with a small job, Dylan and his team came out relatively quickly for an estimate and gave a written proposal for a competitive price the next day. We were able to schedule the work shortly thereafter. Their mason Rafael is an artisan and worked very hard, quickly, and cleanly.

Joe and his team did a outstanding job on our driveway, patio and walkway. They were communicative, professional, on time and on budget. I would highly recommend them.

Mike is a great communicator! Kept us in the loop every step of the way and him & his crew did a great job on the install

Saw a Heser Masonry truck on the road one evening, called the number on the side... The next morning Gordon came out to look at the job & we had an estimate a couple hours later.  Ten days after that, the crew showed up (on time) & had our wall built in just a few hours. Jeff, Aaron & Norm were awesome & did a great job! The entire process was incredibly painless & their rates were reasonable. Would recommend them in a heartbeat!!

Service and work were great. Marc and his guys were prompt and professional. My wife and I are really haply with our choice.

Chris reworked our Fountain and ran two drain lines underground from our new gutters/downspouts.He and Lorenzo did a great job.We are now waiting for approval for our custom fire pit to be installed and are looking forward to seeing the final product.I will finish my review when the fire pit is complete by I am confident it will exceed our expectations.

A complete flake.  Called this guy 2 weeks ago and left message.  Called again the next day and talked to him.  Explained that I'm scheduling painters and need the work done asap.  He took all my info and said he would call me back.  One week later I called again and he said he would come over and look at it, but then changed his mind and had me email him pictures of the work I needed done.  So, i did that.  Now another week later, I call him and his mailbox is full.  I had also called Ken's masonry in Chandler and he was a no show for his appointment which wasted an entire day for me.  What is it with masonry guys in the valley?  Do they all have to act like unprofessional losers?  I have to really wonder about the validity of  the previous reviews of this guy's so-called work!  Frustrating.

Gave a VERY competitive quote and agreed to come back at 9 a.m. on Saturday to prune the palm trees. He never showed up.
