Alex & crew have provided excellent quality at a great price for monthly landscape care on our large corner lot for over a year now.  He's been very dependable and easy to contact whenever we had questions/requests for information.  The yard is now one less big headache for me!

I was in need of landscaping service to trim 9 very overgrown shrubs and contacted Ricardo through Yelp on Thursday. He responded quickly and said he would come out on Friday to give me a quote. Ricardo showed up exactly when he said he would and gave me a great quote. I was surprised that he said he would come back on Saturday morning to do the work. By noon on Saturday, my yard looked beautiful.

This company was highly recommended by the arborist I worked with. I called the guy listed on Yelp as the contact for landscape design, Brian, and he answered right away, was willing to come out to my house even though I told him it was a very small job and give me a free estimate as well as suggest some plants. His demeanor was extremely positive and I find out after talking to him that he is actually the owner. Now when does that ever happen!!??  So I haven't even been to the store yet and they get a 5 star rating!  Why wouldn't someone do their business with a company like that?!

Excellent customer service and communication!  I know that when I call or email, Wayne will be there when he says, and do a top-notch job.

Inquired about removing 30-40% of overhang from a neighbors 25ft ficus. Denis was great from that start. Quick response to a quote request, very responsive to messages via Yelp, arrived same day (within 2hrs) to check out tree and provide quote, then open to negotiating on the price..all which was very much appreciated! Denis arrived on time and on the day I was available, worked like crazy for several hours, and removed all debris, leaving the yard cleaner then it was when he arrived. I would highly recommend Denis's landscaping company.

Inconsiderate Crew and VERY NOISY

Sergio's  team works in my neighborhood and anyone thinking about hiring this firm should be aware they use equipment that is EXTREMELY LOUD. (I'm shouting because I can't hear myself think!) I have tried working directly with Sergio on this issue many times but  with no luck, in fact, it's gotten worse not better.

Clarification: Rating is not based on the actual work itself but for the quoting process. Good stuff: Adrian was initial response. Seemed helpful at the visit providing a cheaper alternative solution such as cutting the grass and weeding as opposed to resodding the entire front yard. How it went downhill from quote: However, it's been a week since we've discussed and I have yet to receive a quote. That's very unfortunate because I had high hopes for them but if they can't deliver on a quote, delivery on work would be questionable.

We were very impressed with the prompt, friendly service we received. We had woodpeckers making holes in our stucco. He hung spinners and placed gel near the holes to deter the birds. It's been a couple of days now, and we haven't seen a single woodpecker! I wasn't sure what to expect for price. We found the bill to be very reasonable. Glad we supported this locally-owned business!

A job well done!  They were timely and ensured the job was done satisfactorily!  Totally transformed the backyard!

I would recommend Luis without hesitation. He communicated through the entire process and was upfront about an increased cost due to some faulty sprinkler work from a previous owner.
The yard came out great and I'll be calling Luis again the next time it needs a refresh.

DAMIEN HEWETT Please stop saying I am leaving a review for the wrong contractor. I have attached the Estimate you gave me for my patio. It clearly shows one of your company names, your address and your signature.

I only asked you to refund my deposit for landscaping that you did not end up doing for me. You said you would give me a refund and have the patio's large bird bath repaired if I would then take down my review.

No check has come, and you are still saying I have posted to the wrong contractor. YOU ARE THE CONTRACTOR THAT IS NOT REFUNDING MY DEPOSIT AS YOU SAID YOU WOULD. That is not liable, that is a fact.

Just refund me the $1000.00 deposit you said you would and fix my patio.
Then I will remove any reviews I have posted.
