From the beginning, when I inquired about possible options for air conditioning installation, Marvin gave me a thorough explanation of what would be the most cost effective in the long run for our home.  It is difficult to find someone reliable and honest that will not try to swindle you into getting unnecessary work.  I felt completely at ease throughout the project.  His guys work fast, are professional and know their craft.  They did an outstanding job with the installation, even though I have an old home.  My neighbors were impressed at how fast the job was done!

Reached out to these clowns about a project on three separate occasions and never heard back once. That should tell you something about the quality of the work you can expect and the follow up that would probably never occur. Look elsewhere for your contracting needs.

Chris installed a custom window to enclose an office space in a second floor.  He does quality work. He is very detailed oriented, responsive, and a good planner. He sent us a design and was so impressed that he understood what we wanted.  Highly recommend his work.

Ruben is such a great guy! We had a big repair needed for our Air Conditioner, and it was late at night, and he was able to come and help us and fixed the AC with like 1 hour notice. He saved the day!! It was super hot that night (it was this past Thursday night) and he was able to get the AC back and running. So we were able to survive the Phoenix heat!  Thanks Ruben. Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

J.R. Cabinet Works completely changed up our kitchen while retaining the original custom cabinets.  We stained our cabinets a dark espresso with just a hint of the former cherry glowing through.  The owner Jerry showed up with the other contractors to discuss coordination and timing.  Jerry took one of the cabinet doors for a test and discussed how the final result may look.  After we approved the sample, his crew arrived and finished the job in two days.  The crew was was efficient, on time, and cleaned up after.  JR came by after each step to personally inspect the results.

We love the results and look forward to working with JR and company again.

Blue Dot Pools has helped us rehab our old pool, out fit our new pool, and maintain our pool so it is always swim ready. What I really love is that they never push service you don't need. They evaluate your situation and give you all the options. Business ethics like this are rare and greatly appreciated. I would recommend them to anyone.

Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I've been using Eddy for the last few years and I highly recommend him.  He's worked on multiple projects big and small for me, with rental properties, selling a home and buying a new home that needed a lot of work, and I even flew him out to the east coast to work on a bathroom renovation at a vacation home.  He's very meticulous with his work and always makes sure you're happy with the results.  Very trustworthy and reasonable with his rates, much better than other handymen I have used before.

This company is absolutely amazing! The designers, dean, and the entire crew are professional and all around great to work with.  Our kitchen and two bathrooms were completely remodeled and not only did the results look amazing but it was done 4 weeks early...yes early! The whole process went so smooth. The app they use was really helpful for seeing the calendar, making payments, and sending messages. The crew worked so hard everyday and kept the area clean when they left. I would recommend Kitchen By Good Guys to everyone you wants to do a remodel, they are the best!

Do NOT use this company!  Not only did they NO SHOW, for the 10am apt at our home today they DIDN'T CALL to even reschedule or postpone!  By noon, my husband had waited 2-hours so he called, left a message and it's now 6pm.  NO return call, NO excuse or apology.  NOTHING!  Thank you Erika, for wasting our time and the time of another company we could've booked in its place.

Even though we couldn't do business, they were professional and steered me in the right direction to get my project done.

Ellen was excellent and exceeded our expectations. Not only was she the only company that gave us a quote. She also was the only one that was willing to work within our timeline. We had three other companies come out and none had a "yes" mentality like Ellen. I would definitely recommend her company and we will use her again in the future.
