Shawn was very responsive to me while planning the project (hanging curtains). He showed up on time, asked questions to be sure he knew how we wanted the curtain rods, and went right to work. He was very nice and professional, he even offered a small treat to our small dog to win her over.

Our curtains look great! I highly recommend Shawn and I know we'll be working with him again the next time we need help with a project.

John was going through a lot and had to reschedule. I understand life happens and I am totally sympathetic to his situation. I am completely questioning my decision to utilize his services. He was super nice and prompt and kept great communication. I didn't know drywall was going to be an issue. All work has to now be redone and more money spent with a different individual. He was supposed to contact me a "few days" after he finished this project to quote price on replacing a door frame. Not going to continue to wait for that communication. Much more money than I anticipated to have this job done twice.

Dan is dependable, honest, and punctual. His services are reasonably priced. And he is a highly competent and skilled craftsman. I've used him several times on various home improvement projects, and have always been very pleased with his work.

Wonderful, wonderful service and work to match! Mark's a great guy and was a pleasure to deal with. He recently completed a patio roof remodel for us and he did a great job. He was extremely thorough, did things the right way, and didn't rush the job. He kept us informed of the progress the whole time, and I thoroughly enjoyed having Mark as our handyman and will certainly reccomend him. We needed to install the patio blinds so I sent a quote request on Yelp. Richard responded quickly and his quote was very reasonable. I usually go with 4stars and up businesses on Yelp, but I was impressed with Richard's responsiveness so I decided to go with him. I'm glad I did! He was very communicative, ended up arriving earlier than expected but made sure to let me know 1st, rather than just showing up at my house. He installed the blinds perfectly and quicker than expected. He did such a great job! My boyfriend and I are so happy with his work. Definitely recommend Richard! Wanted a quote for some  kitchen cabinet removal. They came out and we chatted. The next week I received an email that they would get back to me after a short trip to NM. NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN.

My plumber told me a good thing, if they dont call you back nor have the professional courtsey to even email you ,they didnt need the work.

We had to have the drain system in our home replaced due to breakage (it was cast iron). We understood from the onset that it would require ripping out our bathroom. We hired a plumbing company to jackhammer the slab and take care of it. But we still needed to have our bathroom put back. Enter Vlad. From the onset it was not a small job, as you can see from the photos. Vlad was undaunted and let us know exactly what he could do for us. He made suggestions and recommendations that helped us pick out our new materials. Older homes like ours can always pose challenges and that was definitely the case here. But Vlad worked diligently until everything was completed. We couldn't be happier with our new bathroom! We would absolutely hire Vlad again for any of our contractor needs!

I Fix it 4 U was outstanding putting in our new backsplash in our kitchen.  BJ was very detail oriented and made sure it looked perfect.  We absolutely love it. Will definitely get him back for future projects.

We recently had JAG Home Services install a wide dog gate in our home. We were very impressed with the professionalism and service provided by Jaime. He was prompt even texting to say he was on his way. He did an excellent job of installing the gate and was very thorough cleaning up when he was finished.

Stop whatever research you're doing on handymen, and hire this guy (Basil, the owner).  Basil is the best service person of any kind that I've ever come across.  He was efficient (came out the same day to give us a quote and completed the work the following day), responsive (via text, which was great) and did great work (very thorough and neat/tidy).  He was personable and polite right off the bat, very respectful.  He even took his shoes off before coming into the house (without me even asking)!  He texted me to let me know when he was shutting the water on and off (instead of either not telling me at all or knocking on the door every time), which I appreciated.  When he had to come and go (just to go to Home Depot for additional supplies down the road), he texted me to let me know, so I wasn't in the dark wondering where he'd gone.  Just a stand up, very straight forward guy who works hard for you for a fair price.  I'm very impressed with him and am actually having him out again tomorrow, because we found another problem with our new house.

Had to get my patio fixed from water damage from monsoon season. They responded same day and fixed it next day at a competitive price. Troy even went out of his way to teach me a thing or two during the process.

SilverBack Handyman was the 6th company I called and the 3rd company I had come out for an Estimate; ultimately they were the ones to complete my job request from start to finish.
I do my research, I am very particular and I know exactly what I need, want and expect when I hire a professional to complete a job they are hired for.
I called, spoke with Bryan over the phone, he was kind, our communication was clear, he listed as I explained what I was looking for and the timeline I had in mind.  Based on what I was asking for he suggested to send out Kathem for my estimate.
Kathem arrived as scheduled, he took his time, asked all the questions, took all the measurements, gave offered suggestions and different options he thought might fit right, he was very thorough in explaining what would be done step by step.  
I received my estimate within the timeframe stated.  They were not the least expensive quote I received but they were extremely fair and competitive, reasonably price.  I agreed to have them complete the work and they were at my place 3 days later. Everything was completed and delivered as promised. I am so glad I gave these guys with little presence on yelp the opportunity, I couldn't have been happier with the outcome!  I will definitely be using them again for my next project!!

I have had Savage Home Improvement do nearly a dozen jobs for me since moving into our new home. Door replacement, appliance replacement, installing new flooring, landscape lighting, and so much more.
They are very skilled and great to work with overall.

I was told by Taylor, the handyman, that he was comfortable installing windows. This could not have been further from the truth, in fact, it could possibly have been the most shoddily executed project I have seen in my 30+ years doing demo/reno's. Terribly disappointed. I made a rookie mistake by paying him b4 I got eyes on finished project. See pics.
Asked him to please meet in middle to refund half the $1400 I paid. His answer was to block me. He originally did say he would "fix" them. I decided no.
My issue with this is, if you don't know how to do it in the first place, how can you possibly fix?
He spent all day on site and used this as a reason not to refund me any money. So basically, I paid him $1400.00 to make a horrendous mess of my project. Merry Christmas.
I then had to pay another crew $1200 to fix the chaos.
