I just had Dan remodel my office with knotty alder book cases and they make the room! Outstanding craftmanship and they are gorgeous!
I have used Dan for years for projects in my home and recommend him highly.

We needed a handyman to install our overhead garage storage rack. Brandon was exceptional. Very organized. Professional and did a terrific job. We'll be hiring him again for more work.

These guys did an amazing job repairing some woodpecker holes in my stucco and hanging a porch swing for me. I called SEVERAL handyman companies before I found them and was either told my job just couldn't be done or they quoted me an incredibly high amount before even seeing it.

I will be using Mister Roger's again and would highly recommend them!

I needed some, very difficult to put together, IKEA Furniture to be assembled into my new house. Jaden was a big help and wonderful to work with. His prompt communication made scheduling a time 100x easier. Despite some items taking longer periods of time to put together, Jaden showed commitment to his customer by remaining solution oriented in the face of difficulties and ensured that the job was completed no matter what.

Twain uninstalled security bars so I could get my window repaired and he also installed new bug screens on two of my other windows.  Once the new glass was put in, he came back to re-install the security bars.  Twain went out of his way to accommodate my schedule, was always on time, and he did a great job for us.  His prices are very reasonable and he really cares about doing a great job.  I have many projects to do in my home and I will continue to use Twain.

Jon at GCS Woodworks provides great service and completes projects well.  He repaired a side gate at my home, which I need to have secure due to the pool in the backyard.    Jon was punctual, completed the repairs as scheduled, and was really courteous and polite.    Out of the several quotes I received from various companies, Jon took the time to explain the repairs needed, answered all my questions, and reviewed the gate.  He is knowledgeable and courteous.   I would definitely call him again for future projects.

Aleks has now completed two jobs in our house and MULTIPLE jobs around our community. He is super responsive, reasonably priced, and exceptionally skilled at what he does. He repaired dry rot in our garage, all of the slats on our side gate, and a door leak issue. He is quick to respond, shows up when he says he will, and is able to give pricing as well as thoroughly explain what his plan of action is going to be. If you are looking to get stuff repaired around your house, wait no longer!

I found Daniel on Yelp when looking to have the front door handle repaired at my new home. He was quick to respond and came out the next day!

After inspecting the problem and determining the handle would need to be replaced, he went to Home Depot for me, and got a new front door handle/knob to install. The new handle/knob looks awesome and works great!

I was also having an issue with the door leading from my kitchen to garage, not closing all the way. Daniel provided knowledge around the problem and was able to repair the door so that it now closes securely!

He also removed an old TV wall mount for me, so that I could have the holes patched up.

Daniel is communicative, friendly, knowledgeable, and offers repairs at a great price! I will absolutely hire him again for work at my other properties, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a handy man. Thanks again, Daniel!

My insurance approved $2200.00 in repairs in my house I contacted Priority One Home Repair in Glendale and he asked me to email the list of repairs, I did, then he showed up (chris) he examined all the minor repairs and agreed to fix them for the amount approved.

He was insisting that in addition to that he will fix the roof on the cover patio, I said i could not because is no part of the list, so he wanted an additional $1275.00 on top of the $2200 i declined his offer and he accepted to do the repairs from the 17 to the 19th of August 2015.
He said he will send me a contract by email next day, HE NEVER DID
When I inquired about the contract he send me this email: (paste from his original emial)

"Hi, I landed a big job that is going to take me until the middle of September to finish so I unfortunately won't be able to complete your job in a timely manner. I will need to pass on it for now, I apologize for the inconvenience"

very disappointing, made me waste 5 days now i have to find another contractor, he cancel the repair because he wanted the extra job repair on the back patio roof, he was very persistent and I notice that he kind look upset when i did not want the extra job he offered.

After that I had Jose from Jibaramo Construction coming and he said the materials for all repairs are not more than $600 and the labor is low, he will do all of this for $1350.00

Is there a higher rating than 5 Stars? These guys were great. A local franchise of a national company so I expected them to be good, but surpass that. From making the initial appointment, through the updates and reminders via email and text, I knew the   Handyman would be on time. He was, we went over my list of repairs and he got All of them done, within the minimum hour I paid for! I will definitely use them for some touch up exterior painting I'll need soon, any anything else that comes up. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I would give this family business a million shooting stars if I could! Ryan is patient, has great attention to detail, is very considerate of our home when he does work for us and has a great, friendly attitude. We feel that his prices are fair & reasonable and I would encourage you to reach out to him if you're in need of help. I can not say enough great things about Nick.  Contact Nick to repair a kitchen drawer that has a broken side board.  Nicks communication was excellent and his repair price was extremely reasonable.  Nick was able to make the repair in a couple of days.  Definitely 5 stars!!

Mike came out to help replacing a 10 year old toilet that has been leaking internally. The whole process was smooth and only took 40 minutes. Will definitely use "rent my husband" again!

This company Scammed me.  They charged my  account 6 times and have yet to do any work or return my calls and messages.  Discover card is disputing all charges.
