Best Handymans in Arizona

I had a back patio metal roof come off from the High Winds, and it was attached to my storage room that was starting to come off.  I looked at so many websites, and different companies, and finally found the right company to get my roof fixed.  Right Way Home Repair and Services gave me the Best Price, and Phillip was the Best Person to fix my Roof. He was Very Nice, and called me ahead of time so I can put my dog in his room so he wouldn't bother Phillip.  So If you need to get anything fixed call Phillip at Right Way Home Repair and Services. Oh, and he even put my back awning cover on my back bedroom back up, and the screens all around the back patio. I am posting pictures from the before, to the after

Handy 4 Home is accomplishing a number of tasks for my condo.  Robert communicates well with scheduling and pricing and was flexible when I changed the schedule.  I like his text confirmation notice of all upcoming appointments.  He also looked at my bathtub and provided several repair work scope options that enabled me to weigh the benefits of different repair options.  His professionalism is important to me since I do not live in Arizona and need someone I can trust to give me a good work scope after inspecting a job.   Robert is one you want on your maintenance or project team.

Coleman's Handyman responded quickly to my request for a Yelp quote and allowed me to conveniently schedule the repair via the Yelp app.  I appreciated that they offered a flat rate for the installation service. The handyman arrived as scheduled and timely and effectively installed the pool handrail. We were pleased with the quality of service.

Quick to respond and was at my house in a timely manner. Helped with a quick patch job on my bathroom door efficiently.

I found Sponte Handyman Services on a review on Next Door. He was exactly what they said.  On time, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I gave his info to my son and i'm contacting him for a second job at my house. He's great. so glad to have found a reliable, honest tradesman.

Eric Bills, owner of Advanced Handyman Services, is an outstanding craftsman; the handyman everyone wants but cannot find. He is not satisfied until the work is perfect. Customer service is terrific. He always shows up on time and calls ahead if he cannot. He always cleans up after the job, too. I have worked with Eric for many years on small home repairs and extensive home remodels and will continue to do so. I highly recommend his service.

Cam installed a dog door in the wall at my home. He was polite, professional, friendly (and even good with dog when she was barking at him). He was timely, efficient and affordable. I would highly recommend him for any of your handyman needs.

We made an appointment on May 7th for John to come on May 13th at 12:30 pm to do some work which was confirmed by text, I called John on May 12th and confirmed again. On may 13th, 12:30 pm John was a no call no show.
I called his cell and the office at 12:40 only to get a voicemail on both, I left a message and a text asking what happened, it is now May 14th and I never got a response.
I had to get someone else at the last minute to do the job fortunately they came and did a great job.

We had a couple damaged baseboards that needed to be repaired in a timely manner due to selling our home. Andrew responded immediately and was able to get the job done as soon as the next day. Andrew did a great job, was professional, and cleaned up after the job. I highly recommend Nichols Handyman Bros!

Ben has many good reviews, so I was shocked at the poor job he did for me. I had a very small roofing job on a shed. It appears roofing is not in his area of expertise, in which case he should have let me know and either deferred the job to someone else or charged labor more in keeping with his abilities on this job. Instead of nailing the roofing down, he glued it down with a copious amount of tar. I now have tar everywhere. Whenever the weather warms up, tar oozes down the side of the shed. The shed reeks of tar.
                                                                                                 
The flashing at the block wall roof junction wasn't even close to being installed correctly. Except for all the tar, I don't know what he spent the money I paid for materials on. It certainly didn't go for a whole roll of roofing. The roofing he use had to be a remnant because he had to piece it together. The material charge was 50% higher than the estimate, with no explanation. I asked several times for an itemized list of materials, which has yet to appear.

All in all, a pretty botched job for a real high price. The only good thing is that with all the tar he used, that roof is never going to leak.

John came out to my house to move a drain for a new shower, some piping, and even relocate a light. He was respectful and timely.

I hired these jokers because of a friend of mine, worst mistake I've made in a while.
They showed up 2 hours late, chewing dip and looking like bums; for the first job I hired them for....building some shelves in my wife's walk in closet. They took almost 8 hours to install and paint them, and didn't even paint the whole set, they left one side completely bare....when I asked why, the answer was " I didn't think you needed it painted"! They STILL charged my $700.00
for shoddy work and being late. After speaking with Will (the owner) he became extremely upset and argued with me about what he thought was fair, he DOES NOT take criticism well.
Sadly, I asked them to come out again two days ago, after my friend asked me to give them a second chance. I specifically asked if they had anyone able to look at/possibly fix a thermostat, I recieved an affirmative response. Same story here, they changed the time to come out to my house to their convenience, and when the worker showed up, he tells me he does't know how to fix thermostats, and I should call someone else.
WTF!! Then he charges me $165.00 for a "service call" with no damn service! (on a side note, he thought service calls were $110, but evidently Will wanted me to pay $165). Once again I contacted Will and asked how he thought this was in any way fair as his brochure AND website say that they do free estimates. He once again turned into an irate jerk, told me to stop texting him and that we "weren't a good fit". I agreed and just put a stop payment on the check I wrote as I really don't think they are honest enough to not cash it for zero work. The friend who refered me has also started having problems with this company, specifically the owner Will. and also agrees that he does not take any type of disagreement from his clients. I wouldn't even trust these guys to put togther IKEA furniture.
