So glad we chose Efficient Home Pro for our window replacements! Joe (owner) is so knowledgable in his field and he took the time to explain all the different options available to us. No hard sell to purchase the most expensive, which we greatly appreciated. We got estimates from other companies and were told the expected wait was 6-8 months or more. With Joe, after signing the contract to job completion was only 6 weeks and they did an amazing job!! Joe, Jeff & Porter were a pleasure to work with and our windows look absolutely beautiful. We also had them remove a window and it looks perfect - like there was never a window there! Just a great company to work with all around and they left everything neat & clean. We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

I had a big cable company come to my home for a service repair and the technician fell through the attic ceiling of my garage causing a huge hole and mess.

I hired a contractor recommended to me and they came out to repair the hole and they did a horrible patch and texture job, and they got paint on my cabinets and left it.  I had the company come back, and it did not look any better when they were done and the paint was still there. I would have said something to them, but the workers did not understand English.  I finally gave up on the contractor and told them not to come back.

I met Chris from Schott Development, and explained the challenge I was having trying finding someone to fix the patch job, and match the texture on the garage ceiling, and he said no issue, let me take care of it for you.

I decided to give Chris the job, and I love the results.   His team could understand English, they were prompt, very neat making sure everything was covered, and they went way beyond the scope of the job to make sure I was happy.

Instead of just patching and texturing, they took down all my hanging shelves above the cars and actually fixed every imperfection in the ceiling and on the side walls, and then painted the entire ceiling.  

Best part was my bill was exactly as quoted and Chris did not charge me a cent extra for all the additional work they did.  

So, in my opinion, I got a company willing to make sure I was happy, a great price, excellent craftsmanship matching texture, and a happy wife. Wish I would have found him sooner.

Stein did a great job on our bathroom remodel.  I got 4 quotes and his was one of the two most competitive in price, so ultimately the decision came to who I trusted to be in my home alone for a month.  Stein came highly recommended and was a pleasure to be around at every meeting.  He was also very responsive and thorough preparing the quote.  
During the project he stayed on-time and on-budget.  When small, unexpected issues came up he solved them at his own expense.  The result is a bathroom we enjoy and the confidence that our money was well-spent.

Highly recommend Sigi and his crew! Super easy to work with. His pricing was very fair. I had an entire 2nd story deck rebuilt and house leveled by replacing the support beams in my carport under my master bedroom. The work was top notch. Every question was answered and the crew even made suggestions to help save some money. Special shout out to Tim and Adrian who worked their tails off to make sure everything was right. Even when there were minor issues, they were resolved immediately. I would absolutely use them again. You wont go wrong using Southwest. Thanks for everything Sigi!

We had hired XLT (Leonel) for a kitchen remodel and were very dissatisfied with Leonel as we saw him to sign the contract and never saw him again until he wanted the rest of his money. He is the guy that gets the job and then subs the work out to other contractors. There was no oversight or coordination of work at all by XLT. When I needed his electrician to come back, I was told to call him directly, when we needed tile put in, I was told to contact the GC he subbed the job to. I thought I hired XLT to be the general contractor! When I expressed my concerns with this arrangement, he said he's too busy and couldn't possibly visit jobs and follow up on them. In his defense he will answer his phone.

Another disappointment is when the cabinet company failed to supply drawings on how the soffit above the refrigerator needed to be constructed, they wanted to hire XLT to rework the soffit at their expense but Leonel refused to do the work so they had to hire another company, again a lack of coordination of trades could have prevented this in my mind.

I contacted them and Todd came out and gave me an estimate for a fireplace remodel. I met with him and he took his measurements and gave me an estimate. We then met to pick out the rock and, after waiting a week, he sent me the revised estimate so we were good to go. Jake was sent out to do the final walk through and everything was good, I just needed to contact the office and pay the 1/2 deposit. I tried to call and they sent me an email saying they underestimated and the job was now $1000 more. They did not stick to the final estimate and speaking with other GC's, this was their error and they should have taken the hit, just good business. They would not contact via phone and emailed we understand you probably lost confidence in us. Uh, yeah. I assume a bigger job came along and this was their way to get rid of me. Never had such an unprofessional experience and the kicker is they are contracted with the VA to do work for them (your tax dollars). As a veteran myself this is disappointing to know. I have all emails to confirm this train wreck and I would be extremely wary of using this place.

Disappointed. I experienced absolute failure of this company to follow through with anything after the initial meeting.  I have been getting bids on this project and have not had any of the other companies just disappear, which is what Trinity did.

We just finished a gut remodel to our house with Integrity Luxury Homes and got LEED Certified. We were extremely pleased and would highly recommend them. They were committed to helping us get our LEED certification at the highest level possible. They went the extra mile to make sure that we will be happy with the outcome for years to come. Jerry is professional, hard-working, and friendly. He is great at negotiating the best price and keeps a close watch on the sub's he is managing. Great GC!

Marcus is awesome! My husband and I have used him for various projects and have been happy with everything he has done. He has done trim work, electrical, and plumbing! He is reliable and extremely nice!! Highly recommend him for anything you need done at your house.

Chris installed a custom window to enclose an office space in a second floor.  He does quality work. He is very detailed oriented, responsive, and a good planner. He sent us a design and was so impressed that he understood what we wanted.  Highly recommend his work.

Do not call this company! I'm a Realtor and asked for a quote on a pool crack repair for my client this past Friday and they said sure no problem. So I proceeded to send them pictures of the issues we wanted a bid on and they said they would contact me to set it up. Several days passed and no one had called to arrange it. When I followed up the following Monday the admin girl said she had given the info to the owner, but would follow up with him again to make sure he contacted me. I let her know we were in a rush and asked if he could meet us at the home on Tuesday morning. Tuesday rolled around and no surprise I still hadn't been contacted. So again I followed up to see if they were going to show Tuesday or at least just call me back. The girl (not the owner) called back and said sorry about not contacting me back, but they are going to be booked up until later next week! It would have been nice to have been told this at the outset and not 5 days later! What a waste of time with these guys. Save your time and energy and look elsewhere for a more attentive company that cares about new business.
