Ron Casey really takes pride in his work! He recently completed a front entry way project that required demolition, cement re-pour, and brush finish.  Couldn't be happier with the finish.  Ron is meticulous and just an old school professional at his craft.  He even took the time to drive out and provide a bid on site. I would recommended Ron and will use him again for any future jobs.

Love the work. Exactly how I wanted my backyard to look. Robert does an excellent job, responds to emails and texts promptly. Doesn't try to get you to spend more money if you don't want to. I'm glad I got him to do the landscapes.

Rob came out and replaced a section of block wall that was unsafe due to a vehicle accident.  He provided us an estimate and was very patient as we had to wait for the insurance company to accept the estimate and payment. It was worth the wait as Rob was able to match the block and the wall looks like the original. We are very pleased with the outcome and would use them again for block work if needed. Thanks!

Great experience, Frank communicants well and quickly. they arrived on time and frank even texted me when they were on the way prior to the arrival. these guys were great , hard working and detailed. i hired frank and his crew to take down a 25 ft long block cement fence in my back yard and  they did a great job !! not only did they work hard all day removing the heavy blocks and cement but they leveled out the bottom so well you can't tell that a block wall ever existed. they are as good as it get !!

After an employee used the wrong chemical on our concrete floors stripping the coating, we contacted this company for a quote.  We were planning on being closed for our employee Christmas party the following Sunday (the ONLY day of the year we are closed).  Adis contacted his crew and they were willing to come in at 6:30am on Sunday and do the job in one day!  We did have to be closed Monday so the epoxy could dry but that's so much better than losing 2-3 days business.  

The outcome was fantastic!  They stripped the floors of whatever epoxy was left, put a tinted primer down, epoxy and then polyurethane.  Adis personally stopped by a few days later to see if I had any questions, to see if we liked it, etc.  

They were absolutely reasonably priced (this is not a cheap job to have done) and did a wonderful job.  We will have them back to do behind the bar and the back room at some point.

We are putting in a pool and needed to add a 30' section of block fence and a gate. After posting it on Yelp, Eric responded within minutes with a very reasonable bid. He was able to start the job within a few days and completed the fence portion in one day. A beautiful gate (custom) was installed two days later, as promised. He and his team were very professional and easy to work with, including when we had to make a last minute change to the height of the fence. I would definitely recommend Apaez Pro's!

Naji and his team did a phenomenal job with our landscaping. He was very accommodating, offered great advise, took our vision and created a masterpiece. When we wanted to make some changes during the project, he worked with us to make it happen.

He is also very responsive, communicated very well and in our case worked with our schedule to get the job complete in about 3 days.

I very highly recommend him. If you are looking for a team that does great work, you can stop looking as you have found them.

My housekeeper poured vinegar all over my stained concrete floors which burned through the sealer and left terrible marks. I called Jed, and he came over two times to help me fix the issue. He figured it out and he even gave me the materials to fix it on my own. I offered money and he refused. Keep in mind,  that he didn't install the floors in the first place. I would recommend him anytime someone needs anything to do with stained concrete flooring.

Juan came out for an estimate.  Very nice and prompt, however we never received a follow up with an estimate.  It's been about 2 months.  
You never get a second chance to make a good first impression.

Update to Original Review

I received the quote from Juan this morning (a few hours after original post).   Looks like he did send the quote mid-December 2021, however I never received the quote.   I'm changing my rating and will update if we chose this contractor for our project.

Pool Deck re-surfacing project went great, 2 days to complete the job, very neat and professional. I had the old deck removed, they fixed 4 cracks that were pretty deep, re-textured and then put the color on. I was very happy with the finished project. My pool guy said it's the best that I have seen

We are expanding our patio, and needed concrete. We received a few referrals for some companies, but B&D were the cheapest by far. We talk to them on Wednesday and scheduled the work to be done on Friday. It was done in one day, and it looks fantastic. They did an awesome job. I would highly recommend them.

They returned my email within minutes and set up an appointment for the next business day. They arrived early and were set to install a new pump that was hardwired to get my fountain operating properly.

Within five minutes they determined the current pump filter was simply clogged and set at a low flow rate. By cleaning and adjusting the pump, the fountain is running better than when it was first installed.

They saved me more than 70% by cleaning the old filter rather than installing a new one I didn't need (but was prepared to pay for.)

Nice people and you can trust them. Very happy.

A guy from another company worked on my palm trees, but left me with all the plant trimmings. I was very disappointed.

So I reached out on yelp for bids, and Roman was the first of three to respond. His team came and cleaned up all the palm tree trimmings, and they also finished trimming the trees that the other company didn't do.

I could tell they were a good company because after picking up all the fronds they swept up all the dust left behind, and didn't leave it for the customer to do. Kudos to them.

As a general contractor, finding quality subcontractors that get the job done right and fit our budget is imperative. Luckily, we won't ever have to worry about finding another concrete contractor. Had our Kool Deck resurfaced and it looks wonderful.  It took 2 days to complete and the experience from start to finish was very positive. Communication was prompt and Dave, the owner, was on site both days to ensure the work was done properly. I will definitely use them again in the future.

On Halloween morning a motorist was making a u turn in the street in front of my house. She was hit while turning, panicked, and drove into my house. And left a big hole. For two months I looked for competent and great Masonry contractors and no luck. Then I came across Bob and his company Building Block Masonry and let me tell you, they were amazing, courteous, and most importantly to me, fast. They came last Thursday for prep which was about two hours. Friday morning they fixed up the damage in just an hour. They let the cement dry the weekend and today they finished the paint in about an hour as well. I am beyond happy with the work they did. Building Block Masonry is amazing. Highly recommended.

Metro Concrete installed a complete front patio and overlay on my front driveway.  They were on time and on schedule for every appointment, and the job was done in a timely manner.   I am so happy with the finished product.  Thank you for all your help, making my front yard look amazing.  I will recommend them to everyone.
