I initially contacted J&A Home Improvement for a deck resurfacing.  I removed old flagstone and updated it with a new Kool Deck surface.  The project ran smooth, on schedule and the J&A team communicated effectively with me.   ...and it looked great.  
I did run into a couple of problems after the fact.   One of them I had been cautioned to be aware of and the other was my fault.   My ultimate 5-star rating was based on J&A's work AND repairs to the surface, which were literally undetectable.

Very friendly, professional, patient, and affordable! They came to my office and what I thought was going to be a time consuming strenuous project, they made it look simple and easy. And it cost a lot less than I was quoted by others.

Our front lawn had been struggling for awhile, and just up and died a few weeks ago. We decided it was time to turn to artificial grass.  We had 3 different companies quote the work, and Kyle and AZLL were by far the best, both in cost and quality of materials.  Their turf samples and warranties were also much better than the competition.

Work was scheduled quickly, and just finished today with outstanding results. Gilbert and the install crew were quick, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure a great experience.  We've already received a couple of queries from neighbors asking about our experience - we're happy to give them AZLL's info!

Made an appointment to quote an irrigation project and they never showed up.

I had Tarasco landscaping come today to uproot and relocate my agave, bougainvilleas, and add new trees and shrubs. They were on time and did a fabulous job. I recommended this company to anyone living in the Queen Creek and San Tan Valley area.

We used Gorilla Builders to do a home addition.  Were there times we wished the schedule could be expedited- yes, did we run into problems that had to be negotiated- yes.   We were probably naive to the construction/contracting process so posiblly these frustrations are par for the course.  Ultimately we have a 2bedroom 500sq ft addition that we love.  We have had many people tell us that it looks like the addition was part of the original home- the ultimate compliment in my opinion!  Since completion of the project we have had two very minor issues that Jeff (the owner) has very promptly taken care of.  We had electricians at our home to look into and fix without question within one day.

We were so happy with the owner Barry, his foreman Sebastian and the rest of the crew. We love how our patio and pool deck turned out.

We previously had flagstone, cool deck and travertine, and learned that with a salt water pool, the best material to use for longevity is concrete pavers. Since we wanted white concrete pavers, there was just one company we could find that made them.

When the team started to lay the pavers it was discovered that they had varying heights, which Barry immediately brought to the manufacturers attention.

There was no resolution that came from the manufacturer on the pavers, but Barry and his team made it work. Our job was definitely challenging because they had to move pavers around a lot so they could get them all level.

The teams attention to detail and determination to level everything out was awesome. They really care about their work and their craftsmanship is top notch.

Very Professional and Quality Work !! I called, Carlos came gave me a quote did the job 2 weeks later and very reasonable on the price. The Crew were knowledgeable and didn't need any supervision. They worked together each one knew there job and it was definitely team work at it's best !! I would definitely use them again without hesitation. I ran across this company a few times they always seem to park in the handicap spaces.  They took all of them at Tom Thumb and a mother who had a child in a wheel chair, had a wheel chair lift in her van had to park across the parking lot to get her child out.  Just so these people did not have to walk far from where they were fixing concrete.

Was disappointed that this business chose to not reply to my requests for a quote to add some height to my backyard wall.  It was set up thru Yelp to send the request to several businesses, but this one chose not to reply.

Took 1,500 dollars from my parents to do a job but every time we try to call always goes voicemail . Worse experience can't trust anyone
