I worked with Nick and Santiago from the start.  He listened to what I wanted and expanded upon my ideas.  He also steered me in the right direction when I started to go off course.....and I have great ideas ;-)  

Nick's crew (5-6 men) showed at 06 and worked until 3 or 4.....6 days a week.  The job was completed in 12 days with some small follow-up.

He was patient, thoughtful and competent.  He provided everything I wanted and more.  Patience was necessary since I was damaged from the previous landscaper.  He has great instincts and design prowess.  I am thrilled, thrilled, thrilled with the job.  His crew are artists!  The photos say WAY more about their abilities than I can express in words.

This place has everything you need to build an amazing backyard. We all had such a great time looking around. The staff is very knowledgeable about all sorts of things. The selection of vegetation is immense and almost overwhelming. All the plants inside looked happy and healthy. I'm not an experienced plant person but I was not overwhelmed because they were there to help.

We received a bunch of quotes when trying to find a landscaper for our new backyard and Luis was by far the most fairly priced and very kind and responsive person to work with. He and his team knocked out our pavers, back wall, and turf design in just one week and it turned out great! He was very diligent and offered solutions when he noticed there would be an issue with the drainage of our yard due to the ground slope. Completely dependable, willing to re-evaluate their initial resolution to correct a building poorly constructed (by a different company), A-1 Concrete created the needed remedy.    My job was relatively small, but still they chose to address my problem thoughtfully with attention to the aesthetic side to the repair as well.

American Materials came out and poured two sections for me. Footer for the back yard and front driveway extension. Guy was awesome and worked with us in getting the truck in the back to pour. Was recommended by Rock Solid. Keep in mind this is a mix on site truck and not a ready to pour truck. I guess it makes a difference in consistency for the cement. Either way these fellas did a great job and my finisher nailed it. Thanks fellas.

I first contacted Rick in April because of some cracks running across our ceiling and one upper wall. I was a bit panicked and appreciated that he reassured me that I need not panic. He asked me, how long they had been there and a question that really got me, Is the house falling down around you? And as the house was, fortunately, not falling down around me, I felt calmer. I scheduled him to come out and look at the house with my mom and stepdad. My mom texted me later and described him as very, very honest man. She could not speak highly enough of him. The inspection to determine if there are problems with the foundation lasted over an hour and - as promised was free. The problems are not the foundation and though my parents offered Rick money for his time, gas, etc, he refused to take it. I highly recommend him. In my phone conversations with him and my parents' dealings with him, he is knowledgeable, honest, straightforward and authentic.

James, the company's owner, came to my home for a concrete repair-evaluation and estimate.  He spent over 90 minutes meticulously examining the outside of my home and thoroughly explained how the foundation, stem wall, and other components were related.  James was very patient and gladly answered my many questions.  He was very detailed in his explanation of the type of repairs he recommended, what material would be used,  and why they should be made.  His wealth of knowledge and many years of experience were easily apparent and provided me with the assurance I needed to make a decision regarding the repairs.

On the day of the scheduled repairs (scheduled for two days), Frank and Frank, the highly skilled technicians, arrived on time and began making preparations to begin work.  It was immediately obvious that they both were highly experienced and professional in every respect.  I asked many questions regarding the repairs and they both were very generous with their time and knowledge and made me extremely confident that the repairs would be made to the highest standards.

When the job was finished both areas were perfectly cleaned and the cracked concrete was repaired and looked absolutely new.

I'm delighted with the quality of the job, the professionalism of the company and the exceptional skill of James, Frank and Frank.
