We've used Affordable Home Improvements twice for a patio & garage light installation and then for flooring to be replaced from termite damage.  Both times communication & service were excellent with extremely reasonable pricing.

We asked Distinctive Construction to help us turn a seldom used bedroom in to a mega closet and they didn't disappoint. They did a phenomenal job and we're extremely happy with the work. Everyone was professional, courteous and nice. I would highly recommend them for any work you need done!

Amazing customer service! I was having trouble installing a ceiling fan on my own, and I called them up to have them come out for service. Instead the man I spoke with recognized that I was very close to finishing and just talked me through the rest of the install over the phone. I was very surprised. This type of service is hard to find and very appreciated. Thank you so much for your excellent customer service. I will definitely use them again on any future home renovations.

This was our first salon remodel & We can not say enough about working with such a great team!  Rex really took the time to listen and understand what we wanted.  Rex worked hard with us on our tight budget and designed a salon we are proud to show off to our guests! We have received soo many compliments!  He was there every step of the way - From plan design to build. Arriving promptly every morning and cleaning up each evening before they left. The workmen were knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. Full service is right, there is probably nothing they can't do. We contracted Aceves Construction for new and old electrical work. They know their stuff. Highly recommended!

No need to look farther than MBMR for all your painting needs(and more). Francisco and Blanca are absolutely fantastic to work with! Francisco is very thorough and detailed, with an eye for perfection. He won't except less from their work. Blanca is extremely communicative and keeps you updated on scheduling and progress, daily with calls, texts, photos and video.
They are very conscientious and take great care in protecting your home and accommodating any concerns, needs or requests. (Even after contract signing) While All large projects can be disruptive, they work hard to minimize each step along the way. They work clean and are respectful in all they do. Their trustworthiness is beyond reproach. They completed our project during our month long vacation. They used alarm codes and had complete access, including moving vehicles, etc as needed. (They even washed the cars when they had to sit out overnight!)
You will not be disappointed in their work or the experience. Great people to do business with.

We had a leak in our home that was built in 1959. We weren't really sure how much it was going to cost because with older homes, one thing often leads to another and you end up fixing a much bigger problem than you initially thought. Travis is a total professional and has a kind of zen approach that I definitely appreciate. Calm and collected he was able to quickly assess the situation and treated my home as his own. He took every precaution to not disturb or break anything that is old and still functioning properly and was able to fix our problem at a reasonable cost. He showed up on time and was an absolute pleasure to be around. The next time I need something done to my home, I am calling Travis and recommend him wholeheartedly.

He and his crew went above and beyond to fix things that were not on the original bid with no extra charges. Anyone would be foolish not to use his company for any work needed around your home. We recently remodeled our kitchen, guest bath, and powder room. They were all complete guts! I have to say that EVERY PERSON, we came in contact with at AFFINITY,from our salesperson Ray, to the scheduler Marco, to the installation mgr JAMIE, the installers Eric &Emillio, and Mark & Bill, were an absolute pleasure to work with! Our experience was ALL POSITIVE! Yes, there were a few snafoo's along the way as is totally normal,but they were all taken care of in a timely manner until we were completely satisfied!  unlike someones review here, i was constantly given samples to take home to help make my decision. We were given a CAD design to go over before we ordered. We picked midrange cabinets and then went for the servo electric cabinets that raise up and down by touch. It is fabulous! We are Very Happy with our whole experience and VERY HAPPY WITH OUR BEAUTIFUL CABINETS!!!

New Bath remodeled our master bathroom in Q3 2015 for around $20k. Several items needed reworking. Some issues have been resolved others have not.

Fyi- They recommended Forzastone instead of tile. In retrospect, bad plan. The marble has been discolored for over a year (white marble turning brown). New Bath has tried to correct the issue to no avail. Apparently, they are negotiating with Forza about funding replacement material.......while we wait for resolution.

The only communication we have received has been when we call them.

We expected top notch work and warranty support for the price we paid. On top of that, the installation took longer than forecasted.

We are highly disappointed that the issue has not been resolved.

We hired them to do a few changes in our backyard. Remove old rock and replace with new as well as install a few mini palms and install a paver path along the side of the house and install new sod. At first they only had one person working on it so project ended up taking longer than expected. During install they tried dumping old rock into neighbors side which also had rock of a different color. I had to tell them to remove them and dispose of them like we had agreed. Then they did not level ground before laying down sod. All sprinklers are at different height with giant holes around each head where soil was dug up by them and not put back. Paver path is completely uneven and water line that they ran to mini palms was less than a foot deep and is now leaking and they refuse to make any repairs. Stay away from this company. Will also be reporting them to BBB.
