Several years has passed and Sunset Tile & Bath did an amazing job(s) for us in our going on 20-year old home.  The baths (3) and kitchen with a completely different footprint is amazing.  The quality of cabinets and workmanship and fairness is the best we have encountered.  Audrey was the ASID designer and she was so professional and talented.  Mark the owner was right on with his pricing and the entire crew began the job on time and finished with absolute perfection and attention to detail.  Tony was fantastic and with the project every day and the contractor that installed our cabinets was top quality.  Paul, the field supervisor, went out of his way to see that everything went smooth and on time.  A company with integrity and a desire to please.

We were referred to Kent and team for a remodel we needed done last minute and in a hurry. The short notice did not concern Kent at all and he was ready to start right away. The team was able to finish everything by the time promised and it looks great! We will be having them come out again for another project very soon.

Marcus remodeled an old guest bathroom for us. His quote was reasonable and workman ship was outstanding.  Marcus is the best contractor we have worked with. Always punctual to work, he goes above and beyond what is needed to get the work done. His friendly nature is the icing on the cake.

I would recommend Marcus without any hesitation for any Bathroom remodeling project.

Easy to give a 5 star review to this 5 star company. Brian & Co gave us great feedback on our remodeling ideas, they LISTENED to us regarding budget & time frame. They exceeded all of our expectations on our remodel, definitely would recommend this company to family & friends. You can tell they enjoy making your home beautiful, it absolutely shows in the quality of their work.

I highly recommend PHR for your home remodeling needs! You start off the process with Jeremy, who walks you through the step by steps of how they operate and makes sure that PHR and you are compatible (making sure the job scope fits their abilities/size). It's a very detailed approach and is very informative, regardless if you stick with them for the project or not. Once we signed the contract to start work, we met with Jason, who is PHR's interior designer, who helped us pick out materials and the layout of our office based on an image we had found on the internet. After that was settled, Mark and Ben came over for measurements and to discuss the game plan for the renovation. We requested that the project be done before our new baby arrived and they nailed it! Ben handled the project management side and Mark handled the various subcontractors and a bunch of work. Whenever I pointed out something that was flawed, Mark was sure to take care of whatever the concern was, no questions asked. He was very meticulous in his work and it showed off in the end. Our office turned out fantastic and we are so happy that PHR was able to deliver on time and on budget. Jeremy comes back at the end to make sure everything went smoothly and sign off on the final delivery. We plan on doing more renovations in the coming years and PHR will certainly be the first contractor we reach out to! Thanks guys!

If you re looking for an honest, straightforward, talented, experienced Contractor Lon is your guy.  5 years ago we had our two bathrooms refurbished and recently changed out 1800 sq.ft of new tile floors.  Shower and bath Connection did it all!  Lon's crew has consistently been superior without exception.  Perfection seems to be Lon's motto.

I have had the great pleasure of having K and B help remodel a bathroom. Along the way getting to work with Mike P. and his guys. The amount of Professionalism that they give is bar none. They were respectful and hard working. Making sure that the smallest detail was not left undone. I would recommend this business to any and everyone needing an installer. WAY TO GO K and B!!!!

Wow! We love Modern Innovations. My wife and I were contemplating purchasing a new home until the market went crazy. We had a dream for our home and Irving brought it to light. No job is too big for him. Irving and his team are beyond respectful, hard working and responsible. He set proper expectations and exceeded our timeline/vision. He renovated our entire kitchen and we're in love with it. Everyone who comes over comments on it and how beautiful it looks. Irving does the job like he's doing it for his home. We're having him come back to renovate our bathrooms/fireplace. We can't recommend Modern Innovations enough!!

Sam has the ability to get the homes I do done so well! I would recommend him to anyone looking for someone who has been doing this for a long time, has great quality things. He helped to facilitate the installation of the countertops and the installer stood by their work when things weren't quite right. That says a lot about the kind of people he uses to sub contract the fabrication. His pricing is fantastic. I have been recommending him left and right! I'm an interior designer and know a great industry partner when I have experiences with them like Sam!

We hired Vetsbuilt to come out as a general. Contractor to do painting, install of cabinets, and redesign of cabinets. In addition to that the kitchen counter concrete tops needed to be taken out and new granite tops installed. We needed the use of a plumber, electricians, painters  and carpenter.
Bob Jenkins handled everything. He presented me with a very thorough contract that listed all costs and both the expectations from Vetsbuilt as well as my role in the project. I found this very helpful because this eliminated any surprises.
Bob was diligent, responsive, and easy to contact at any time. If there were any issues they were handled immediately and were followed up within a day. I highly recommend them. If you choose you can contact me by email. [email protected]

Andrew dose excellent work. I have referred him to many people knowing that he will do the job on time, and with the highest standards. Anyone who is contemplating a remodel, will get the best service.

We are buying a home in Chandler, AZ, and asked this company to  meet us at the house to give us individual quotes on some changes we want.    The 'craftsman' came and for over an hour we went through want we needed to get done, ex: remove cabinet over stove and install tile back splash and vented hood, replace window with a door to backyard, remove a block construction island from backyard, pour an 8' x 10' concrete pad for an above ground spa, replace carpet with hardwood flooring.  The individual measured and took copious notes - about 6 pages worth.

We then waited for over two weeks for a quote. We allowed for one week without response, then started calling, we were told the quote was being typed, then it was been reviewed, then that there was an item that needed further clarification, we asked to leave that item out.  

We got a call 19 days later only to be told they would pass on the job because it was out of their scope because it was one major job and they would refer us out to another company.   We do not understand how the smaller individual jobs described above were out of their scope.  When we made the appointment they asked for a brief explanation of the work required and they confirmed it was the type of work they do.

This is all very frustrating and disappointing, we are from out of state, and when we met them it was a small window of opportunity given that we had traveled for the home inspection.  

I had researched contractors and Handyman Connection appeared to have a good reputation.  Now that i see what other Yelpers have to say, I was misguided.

Had a busted pipe in between my bathrooms right after Thanksgiving 2022 which was a disaster to get back home to. After water damage repairs I had a few different contractors quote for repairs. Mario was quick to respond and eager to get started even though the insurance haven't gave me funds yet. We went over the job in detail and what would need to be done along with materials. He helped pick up items that were needed from flooring stores or Lowe's without an issue and completed the job within 2 weeks time. Very happy with his work ethic and attitude so I would recommend Navas Remodeling.

Dion and his team did an excellent job tearing down my old deck and building a new one.  I was impressed by the professionalism and skill of Dion and his team.  The new deck is beautiful!  I would highly recommend D&D construction!

Unprofessional, and nightmarish to deal with. Here's exactly what transpired:

I work 50 hours a week. I made an appointment with I'm Gonna Fix It through Amazon between the hours of 2PM-5PM on Sunday, my only day off this month. When 3 o'clock rolled around on Sunday and I had not heard from the company, I called and left a message. At 4 o'clock I sent again inquiring if the appointment was still good to go. Close to 5 o'clock I receive a message from Kyle (the owner) stating that he would have to reschedule do to personal issues. So, at this point I've planned my families day around this thing and have wasted my only day to be with them. In my industry, this is called No-Call-No-Show.

I immediately texted him back (I will post a screen shot of the conversation if Yelp will let me) informing him that this was unacceptable and that I do not have another available day all month to reschedule.

I was then rudely texted back Life Happens and then he went on to explain how there was a death in the family.

Now.... I am not a psychic so I do not know if these excuses are true or not. What I do know is this:

A) If you look at other reviews for this company, you will find similar experiences of unprofessionalism, excuses, and tardiness.
B) We were all young once and (speaking for myself) I made these type of excuses to my professors in high school.
C) If there really was a problem, I should have been personally contacted as soon as they found out they were unable to make it (Apparently even though the Personal Issues began on Friday, they were unable to contact me until AFTER the appointment was through on Sunday). The guy claims he contacted Amazon to cancel but that is totally untrue; amazon would have contacted me immediately.

In conclusion, the experience I had with this company was so poor I canceled their services altogether. I am not someone with unrealistic expectations... I am understanding that things do happen but with that being said I was not contacted until after the three hour time window had passed and my time had been blatantly wasted, not to mention insulted by the owner.

Buyer beware!

These guys were so great. As a single mom, I don't have a lot of time to wait around for the typical contractor to show up whenever they choose. These guys actually showed up a couple minutes EARLY! So impressed. On the first visit for my quote, I feel like they actually listened to my budget and needs and gave some great feedback and ideas. When they came to do the work they were very quick and professional. They cleaned up after themselves and double tested everything to make sure it was all above par before they left. I love the improvements they made to my bathroom and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants an honest fair quote and professional work.

Awesome company to work with. Eric, Angela, Steve, Nestor and staff delivered as promised.  Start to finish we were kept informed of the projects progress and it was completed in a timely manner. We are very happy with our results and highly recommend Retro Pro!

As soon as I bought a house I learned real quickly how hard it is to find a reliable contractor. I spent the better part of six months talking to flaky companies, companies that wanted to completely gouge me on cost, you name it.
I called Global Prevention Services and told them my situation of wanting to do a very small bathroom remodel and a new window. From the very beginning, Kimberly in the office was communicative with me every step of the way when it came to scheduling and project status. The window was on backorder for a couple of months and they were consistently keeping me updated with its status. Rudy came out to estimate the cost and came back with extremely reasonable numbers and even some recommendations for me when it came to design. Humberto did an absolutely amazing job on my bathroom remodel. I couldn't be happier. He was detailed, took his time to make sure it was perfectly done, and is such a sweet man.
Once I'm ready for my next home project I will without a doubt be calling Global Prevention Services.

Do NOT use this company!  Not only did they NO SHOW, for the 10am apt at our home today they DIDN'T CALL to even reschedule or postpone!  By noon, my husband had waited 2-hours so he called, left a message and it's now 6pm.  NO return call, NO excuse or apology.  NOTHING!  Thank you Erika, for wasting our time and the time of another company we could've booked in its place.
