These guys do great work!  They are professional and have great customer service attitudes.  The work went quickly, removing and installing 5 sections of countertop in about 3 hours.  I highly recommend them and we plan to use them to replace our bathroom countertops.

DJ is absolutely amazing!!! He is very professional, organized, up front about all the costs and very efficient. From start to finish, it was very smooth and stress free. Brad has done 2 projects for us, he built a Casita on our residential property.  We had been working with another contractor that had drug their feet and Brad and his team came in and got the job done quickly, during the beginning of the COVID issue.  He really came through for us.
The second was a commercial project, he remodeled our office, at our business in Chandler.  We had a quick deadline to get it done and they did an amazing job, excellent price and it was done on time.

Brian and his team previously did a major remodel of my master bath including removing soffits, installing new cabinetry, counter tops, plumbing, lighting, freestanding tub as well as expanding the shower,. They did an excellent job, showed up on time and worked daily on the project through completion.  Aside from their high quality work, they adhered to my budget and communicated regularly throughout the project.  
Brian and his team just finished a major redo of my laundry room, replaced all our can lights with LEDs throughout the house, added four can lights to our family room and master bedroom as well as replaced our water softener.  They did another phenomenal job.

My wife and I, after meeting with, and getting quotes from, a half dozen contractors, pretty much gave up on the idea of remodeling our house. Three months later, the remodel was complete and it exceeded all of our expectations. A friend had subsequently recommended William Chuck Ahl and my expectations of contractors were forever changed. From the first day he met with us, he was upfront and honest about the potential for our project as well as the challenges that might be faced along the way. His price quote was less than the other contractors yet his vision for the project exceeded anything the other contractors had to offer. One of the best things about working with Chuck was his flexibility and his willingness to make adjustments when it was in the best interest of the project. Along the way he was able to make adjustments to save us money, in other areas he came up with ideas that substantially improved the overall project. When Chuck said he would be at our house on a given day, he was there. When he came across issues in the project, he was honest about the situation, and professional in presenting us with options. Not only was his work of the highest quality, but his prices were fair and reasonable. He kept us updated throughout the project of where things stood with payments and adjustments, and to this day I marvel at the work he did at the price we paid, especially in light of the quotes we were given by other contractors. We hired VAM Construction and Remodeling to close in a drywall entertainment.  Their estimate was 42% lower than the highest bid.  The project included closing in the entertainment center, removing an old TV from a different wall, patching and painting that wall, installing an electric fireplace, and hanging a Frame TV.  VAM arrived as scheduled.  They began work on the Monday before Thanksgiving (11/21/22) and it was completed on Tuesday, 11/30/22.  VAM employees were friendly, competent, and asked questions to ensure the project met expectations. The wall looks better than I imagined. I'm so happy I chose VAM and will call them for our next project.  THANK YOU!

Before I start this sad story I would like to say that My bad experience comes pretty much soley because of the installers this company uses.   So picking my granite and so forth went nicely.    It appeared to have been installed nicely when I noticed an extra seam which looked like some miss measured a cut and just glued in an extra piece.   I was a little disturbed that this happened especially since no one even told me.  

I felt like someone was covering up their mistakes.   I took pictures and said that I wanted it done right.   So the installers were had to buy a new piece and reinstall the miscut section of granite.   Easy fix right??   Nope.  I wasted a whole day waiting around for these guys to fix this and in the process they damaged one of the good pieces of granite.   Luckily I caught it and confronted them asking what are you going to do about these chips?   The installers said they would fill it in.   I said no I want a nice straight seam.   Then they began to complain because they would have to remove the island which looked and was very difficult.   Finally we agreed to grind the edge.  I said okay.   So my house gets dusty which I'm okay with it's getting done right.   Only the next day the light reflects on the opposite edge that was fixed and I see chunks of granite missing which were filled in.   Really??    Now I'm getting a little mad.   I took pictures and sent them to the rep and explained that this whole project is getting delayed because the installers are trying to hide mistakes.  All I asked was for it to be filled in correctly because I was ready to install my backsplash.   So the installer comes a third time 2 hours late again and fills it in.   It still looks like crap but I just don't want these people around anymore.  It makes me feel awkward.   Now a week after all this my sink which sits under the granite is leaking between the granite and sink edge.  

I'm absolutely livid now because I paid thousands of dollars for a professional installation when in fact I probably could have done a better job myself.   If you're going to use these guys beware of the installers they use.   They flat out suck!!!

Shannon took into account the 1950s-era construction of our home, and made the new cover match that look, while still creating something that was unique and different. The cover certainly raised the value of our home, and created an exceptional backyard space for us to have ample shade and entertain. We absolutely love our backyard now! I would highly recommend hiring FIVE40 and Shannon for your next remodeling project, and I know I will be using them again in the future.

Ardi and his guys did such a nice job!  Had him do 2 full bathrooms for a client's older home that I was about to sell. Really gave the 1979 home the update it needed to sell in 2 days!

They didn't show up after we agreed on the date and time. I didn't find out until I asked my Tennant if the issues were addressed. He said he didn't even call or text to let him know he wouldn't show. He also had my number and didn't call or text.
