Best Bathroom Remodels in Arizona

I contacted Homework Remodels a couple of years ago to give me a quote on a complete kitchen remodel. The owner of the company, Steve Shinn, answered my call and after some brief discussion, he offered to come to my home and look at the space. He was there the next day.

We first walked around a bit so that Steve could get a sense of the style of the home.  He asked a lot of good questions about what I envisioned in terms of the remodel and he asked about my budget.  We agreed that the kitchen needed to be gutted (it was an original 1956 galley kitchen - basically untouched) and that the goal should be to end up with a more open feel and a more contemporary look.  I was adamant that I wanted the end-product to be a very functional space, as I am an avid cook and I knew it had to be a top-quality kitchen.  Steve had some great ideas in terms of how to accomplish those goals.  

One of the best things that Homework Remodels did was propose some flush-mounted cabinets.  He explained that we would need to build into the wall leading into the laundry room in order to create some depth for the cabinetry.  I thought that was a fantastic idea, as it would create additional storage space in my kitchen -- much of which was going away due to opening up the wall between the kitchen and the living room. I readily agreed to this proposal.

Homework Remodels also suggested that I use some type of glass on the new flush-mounted cabinets to lighten things up a bit.  All of the cabinetry in that room is dark wood (espresso), so I thought the use of ribbed and slightly opaque glass would really look great.  Great idea!

The project ended up being a bit more involved than originally contemplated.  One issue was that, in opening up the wall between the kitchen and the living room, we learned that the footings in my 1956 home were too shallow to pass muster with the City.  The footings were required to be deeper and Homework Remodels was able to handle it without a problem.  We also needed to widen a door to accommodate the new french-door refrigerator that I had ordered.  Steve worked with me in terms of coming up with a reasonable price to widen the door.

In the end, I now have a beautiful kitchen. Totally redone and totally functional.  My opinion is that Homework Remodels did an excellent job on this project and I would recommend them to others.

Came out later than appointment time and was promised a quote in a few days. I even followed up and never heard back. I couldn't imagine working with them on a project.

We are very pleased with the Master Shower that TjC installed for us. Our project took 4 days. Each day the contractors notified us as to when they would be arriving. They put plastics on the floors to protect them and keep them clean. Which I really appreciated. They cleaned up behind themselves each day.  We chose marble as our primary material and love the outcome.  Everyone of the contractors where courteous polite and professional.  Thank You again.

Joe came out to fix my in-laws' door after an emergency situation where the door got busted. He very promptly assessed and helped me to navigate the process (call insurance, door choices etc) of repair. He was diligent, professional, efficient and kind. We had rain damage a month before the upcoming holidays. To our dismay we needed a new roof and our ceiling repaired/restored. My parents worked with Schott Development and highly recommended them. They came out right away to assess the damage, provided very competitive pricing and were able to schedule us for repairs within weeks.

I just got off the phone with Shane's dad and told him I was almost in tears...with joy that is. My countertops far exceeded my expectations. Our remodel took a down turn when the original one we chose (two months ago) turned out to be out of stock at another store we were doing business with. After checking yelp my daughter found Apache Tile Outlet. Shane was very helpful and professional. From start to finish we had our countertops within less than 2 weeks. We used XLT to do a full remodel on two bathrooms.  They were so easy to deal with, always showed up on time, kept things very neat as they worked, and finished in the amount of time they said they would.  Their prices are extremely reasonable - don't let the price fool you into thinking they do sub-par work.  We are thrilled with our bathrooms and can't wait to have them back to do our kitchen.

Highly recommended!! We worked with Trinity to remodel our 3 bathrooms and they were excellent to work with. We were looking for a pretty quick turnaround and they were able to start right away, and get the job done quickly! From the beginning, Slade was very responsive and easy to get a hold of, and responded quickly to our numerous questions and tweaks to the plan. The workers in our home (specifically Fransisco and Victor!) were extremely professional, respectful of our home and family, and just a pleasure to be around. They were super reliable and came every day. Each day they cleaned up so well that you could barely tell they were there. I have an 18 month old baby and a very social dog and was home during most of the work, and Fransisco and Victor, as well as all the workers, were so kind to us. The work was done well and very thoroughly, and they listened to our requests and made them happen. Slade and his wife Becky helped us stay organized and on track. Our bathrooms are beautiful and the work is such high quality. I highly recommend Trinity! A wonderful, respectable company that was such a pleasure to work with.

Two words.....UH - MAZING!!!  :) We hired Stein & his crew to update our very 1980's guest bathroom.  From the time Stein gave us his bid until the job was done he was professional, dependable and extremely helpful.  He made the scary process of hiring a contractor so EASY!!  Stein & Kevin answered every question we had and made fabulous suggestions.  We actually wished we had another project just so we could work him again, they were THAT GREAT!!  We will, without hesitation, recommend Nordic Improvements to anyone we know looking to make a home improvement or update.  We could not be happier!
