Had a relatively simple residing project and Steve provided design options and excellent contractors who were on time able to complete the job ahead of schedule.  The contractors were easy to work with, accepted minor design changes, and did the small things to make the finished product look great. Steve gave us valuable design and permitting advice for an extension we are considering, saved us the time of going down a wrong path. Considering Homework Remodelers for that project too.

Oron and his crew completed a window replacement/stucco repair project on my home. They were subbed by Andersen. It took a few days because of the large amount of work that had to be done, and it came out great. Oron was attentive throughout the project to ensure my satisfaction, held to his schedule, and made sure it was done to his requirements.

Mark from Fix My House spearheaded the total make-over of our home in Sun City.
From the removal of pop-corn ceiling to the setting of brand new 20 inch tiles throughout and everything in between
the project was executed flawlessly.  We never had a concern about the budget or time schedule.

Our new kitchen is truly a thing of beauty.  We could not be more pleased with the outcome.

No hard sell to purchase the most expensive, which we greatly appreciated. We got estimates from other companies and were told the expected wait was 6-8 months or more. With Joe, after signing the contract to job completion was only 6 weeks and they did an amazing job!! Joe, Jeff & Porter were a pleasure to work with and our windows look absolutely beautiful. We also had them remove a window and it looks perfect - like there was never a window there! Just a great company to work with all around and they left everything neat & clean. We feel truly blessed for working with Integrity Luxury Homes to build our home. When we decided to build a custom home, we interviewed over 10 potential builders and as soon as we met Jerry we knew he was the perfect fit for us. We had a flood at our rental. The complete destruction of our dining room happened. Red Eye Construction came in and did a beautiful job with the put back and with quality materials, and in a very timely manner. They worked so well with our tenant who is having a very rough time in his personal life right now. I highly recommend this company you will not regret this choice in hiring Red Eye Construction to do any remodeling you may need.

I had a big cable company come to my home for a service repair and the technician fell through the attic ceiling of my garage causing a huge hole and mess.

I hired a contractor recommended to me and they came out to repair the hole and they did a horrible patch and texture job, and they got paint on my cabinets and left it.  I had the company come back, and it did not look any better when they were done and the paint was still there. I would have said something to them, but the workers did not understand English.  I finally gave up on the contractor and told them not to come back.

I met Chris from Schott Development, and explained the challenge I was having trying finding someone to fix the patch job, and match the texture on the garage ceiling, and he said no issue, let me take care of it for you.

I decided to give Chris the job, and I love the results.   His team could understand English, they were prompt, very neat making sure everything was covered, and they went way beyond the scope of the job to make sure I was happy.

Instead of just patching and texturing, they took down all my hanging shelves above the cars and actually fixed every imperfection in the ceiling and on the side walls, and then painted the entire ceiling.  

Best part was my bill was exactly as quoted and Chris did not charge me a cent extra for all the additional work they did.  

So, in my opinion, I got a company willing to make sure I was happy, a great price, excellent craftsmanship matching texture, and a happy wife. Wish I would have found him sooner.

Jesus, Maris and team, Thank you for the excellent workmanship in our kitchen remodel.

Leonel came out for an estimate yesterday to replace all the tile on my first floor, about 1100 SF.  He was fair, honest, thorough, friendly and professional.  He explained all aspects of the job and gave me a detailed estimate on the spot.  He may even have me talked into redoing my Master Bath!  Now off to the bank for the home improvement loan!

Slade and Trinity Homes did a fantastic job on our 1800-square-foot whole house remodel!  They were on time and on budget - an amazing feat during COVID.  We love the results.  We would choose them again in an instant.  They get our highest recommendations for design and build!

Two words.....UH - MAZING!!!  :) We hired Stein & his crew to update our very 1980's guest bathroom.  From the time Stein gave us his bid until the job was done he was professional, dependable and extremely helpful.  He made the scary process of hiring a contractor so EASY!!  Stein & Kevin answered every question we had and made fabulous suggestions.  We actually wished we had another project just so we could work him again, they were THAT GREAT!!  We will, without hesitation, recommend Nordic Improvements to anyone we know looking to make a home improvement or update.  We could not be happier!
