Called to make sure they worked in buildings over 4 stories...first plumber showed up an hour late only to inform me that they didn't work in 6 story buildings. Erica scheduled my appointment for the next day first thing. Very professional and pleasant.

Got the heads up call about twenty minutes before Rex arrived. He was on time and ready to work. Reviewed all the issues that needed to be addressed, gave me a quote on the spot and proceeded to tackle the job. Installed a new garbage disposal, removed a non-functioning instant water heater, fixed a broken bathroom sink faucet and replaced a dripping tub valve. He was courteous, neat and made sure all worked before he wrapped up.

Used Yelp to find a company that would do a repair of my tankless water heater. Yelp gave me their number in response to my request for tankless water heater repair.  Acosta tells me they don't do repairs.

John was super quick to respond following a late emergency request. He was able to jump on the phone immediately and provided a very reasonable estimate. They came Saturday because I had no hot water. They inspected and said it was a part to be replaced. Ended up not being that and needing a water heater. They sourced the water heater in a day and installed it. Austin kept me abreast of what was happening and was very thorough.

Installed a reverse osmosis filter for me.  Cristian was very professional and even wore booties I'm the house.  He did an excellent job, was professional and I will be using them again.  I recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Kim did a great job clearing the clog in our main line, he was friendly, professional, fixed the problem quickly, and charged just what he had quoted.

We are EXTREMELY happy with the work that Hugo did for us. He installed an outdoor awning and overhead garage storage for us in one afternoon. He made sure to involve us in all the set up specifications (how deep for the storage, what angle for the awning, etc.)

I contacted Plumbaway Plumbing to come out and help figure out the cause of water damage that had slowly been occurring in my kitchen. They responded immediately and had a guy out within an hour. Fernando came to my home, mask and all, and got to working. He informed me he would need to cut a small hole since the problem was coming from inside my wall. I knew it would have to be completely redone anyway so I told him to go for it. He was able to figure the problem out right away. One of my pipes was missing a plug and was hidden behind the wall, slowly leaking into my floor. Fernando didn't have the size plug I needed so he showed me what it looked like and what size to get. He also left some tape for me to use to help seal it up. It was no charge for them to come out and determine the cause of damage, and because they didn't have the materials needed, didn't end up charging me at all. Fernando was polite, timely, diligent, respectful, and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone and though I hope I don't need them in the future, I'll be happy to use them if I do!

I called Geovanny on a Sunday and he was here within a hour! He was able to diagnose a cracked drain pipe. I could tell his team were very professional and looked to do the job right the first time. I can't recommend these guys enough. If you need a good plumber/ handyman service look no further.

No hot water to the guest room tub. Called Texas Plumbing and a serviceman came out the next day. James correctly identified the problem and fixed it, in time for our guests to take a hot bath. We were quite satisfied with his work.

One of my parent's water heater had a small leak so I figured that after 16 years, we may need to replace both. I requested a quote from EPW with the specs and Jordan immediately replied with a quote....he was very understanding of my concern of it costing more if he had found more issues and I was on a budget. I appreciate his patience of walking me through the process and he was very nice and professional. They came out the next day to replace both tanks. Texas Best Plumbing was quick to respond to our plumbing needs with a very professional staff. Unfortunately after the first visit the issue came back but they immediately came back and solved the issue. They stand behind their work and didn't bill us for the second visit.  I will always use and recommend Texas Best Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Alliance installed a toilet riser in bathroom and a hot water heater in our garage. They were extremely prompt, very professional and the entire job was completed to our satisfaction.  I will be calling Alliance for any future plumbing needs.

Leaves tools behind on jobs and fails to hook up drain lines. We had to call up another company to finish their job. Poor service.

Mario came out for an electrical quote, he was very nice and answered my questions.

The quote was INSANE! $13,500 to add an additional box on my home (I was out of empty slots), 200ft of copper wire connected to a small box in my shed. Another $3,3500 to trench the 200ft! 2nd quote I received from another installer was $4,500.
