I needed an estimate and after reading the reviews to a few Plumbing companies, I decided to try Wedgeworth.  They made my appointment the same week, which made it convenient for my schedule.  Erika called me the morning of the appointment to inform me they were on their way.  Arrival was tentatively 8-10am and they were at my home by 8:15am.  Damondrick B. was very professional, knowledgeable and explained to me exactly what the work required and what my options were.  Their prices were very reasonable and I got the quite in my email before he left my home.  The estimate was also free, which is awesome because other companies I called had a trip charge.  I will definitely be using their services when I am ready to set up my work.  I will write a part two review after the work is completed.  As of now, I would definitely recommend Wedgeworth Plumbing.

We called Acosta Plumbing for a second opinion after another plumber couldn't resolve a problem with our drain. They had someone come out within a few hours of my call. Extremely professional, up front about pricing and expectations, and they were able to resolve the issue. So happy we called them and we will be using them again next time we need a plumber. Definitely recommend this company.

John was the first to respond and make himself available for my emergency plumbing request sent to various businesses via Yelp on a Friday night. I sent him a few pictures of the leak prior to the appointment and he was able to give me a ballpark estimate right away. He kept up good communication via text message and arrived punctually.

During the job he was honest, professional and thorough, making sure that everything was good to go before leaving. It was pretty clear that he enjoys the work that he does. When the water pressure dropped again a few hours later (which ended up not being his fault), he came back out for free and stayed for as long as it took to identify and fix the root cause of the issue. He was happy to answer all of our plumbing-related questions and offer advice to prevent these issues from reoccurring in the future.

I have used Plumbco many times over the years.  Gary can do just about anything.  When he does it he does it right the first time.  His work has been excellent and he leaves the work site cleaner than he finds it.  I have also been using him since my house flooded during Harvey to repipe the entire house, install plumbing fixtures, make a couple shower pans, and repair any plumbing issues we found during the repair process.  Everything he has done has been perfect.  I wouldn't even consider using anyone else.  I  noticed that there is a complaint about his fees but he is very fair in his pricing.  I have found that his fees, for the high level of service he provides, are very reasonable and I am very happy I was able to get him to help me with my repairs after Harvey.  Just look at all the 5-star ratings he has and you will see that I am good company with the others who recognize excellent service when they get it.

I woke up at 3am and saw that I had a water leak. It turned out to be my Hot water line. I turned off the water and later in the morning I call a different plumbing company and they came out and wanted $1500 and THEN charge more to replace the drywall they cut out. I was referred to Right Choice Plumbing and called them and they took great care of my plumbing. I called him at close to 5pm fully  expecting to be told they can't come out until the next day. When I told him it was the hot water line he came out that night and fixed it within no time. I will not call the big plumbing company that takes full advantage of people, instead I will call Right Choice Plumbing. They absolutely live up to their business name!!!  Thank you so much for your help.

I couldn't be happier with Acacias.  Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak.  Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes.  I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word.  I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions.  Highly recommend him.

Kim came out the same day I called him. Diagnosis the situation, and then cleared my drain for my tenant. Will definitely use again. Very reliable and affordable. Thank you so much!

I contacted Geovanny to install a new kitchen sink faucet that I purchased myself and replace 3 water shut off valves that were locked up.  He did a great job, super  nice guy to work with and knows his stuff!

We hired Texas Plumbing to change a hot water heater in our rental house.   They came out the next morning and it was done in three hours.    They are coming out tomorrow morning, a Saturday, to check out a leak.   Response is fast and friendly.

These guys are great! Highly recommended. Service and quality of work was great. Also the response time was amazing. They fixed a broken mount on the guest bathroom and did it in record time for the party we were having that night.

Call him first! He's the best! He came out immediately and fixed the issue at an affordable price. I was freaking out there was water on my floors and leaking under my sink. I reached out to him and he was calm and collected and offered to come out the next day. He came, saw and conquered! He was super sweet, very knowledgeable, respectful, works fast and explains everything along the way. Can't say enough good things about him. Wish everyone was like him with their work. Asked several plumbers to come by and take a look at some repairs I needed. After getting bids I invited each one back to take a second look. Only Chris came by, took a second look and promptly increased his initial bid, by less than $20! Not only was his price still better, he got on it after some initial communication issues and knocked out the job in record time. In all respects a good, professional contractor. I recommend him for all your residential plumbing needs!

i called this company to come out and give me a quote. they showed up and i was satisfied with the quote but it went downhill fast from there. it went to garbage from there. i called them and set up a time for them to come fix my problem. they scheduled me for friday from 3 until 6. well it got to be 530 so i called to see if they were coming, and the lady informed me it was for monday. i said no i was told friday, she looked at it again and realized it was written down wrong, but said she would call adam to try to come . she calls back to inform me that he said no until he got the ok from water restoration people. i told her it was all cleaned up and drying. Needless to say i canceled them, they apparently don't know what communication is. i would suggest you don't waste your time with these people. i lost an afternoon of work because of them and all she could say was i don't know what we did wrong

Our upstairs shower was leaking resulting in damage to the ceiling in our bedroom.  We contacted Alliance and they responded immediately!! They sent over Nick who was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He discussed pricing and options before taking action.  Nick thoroughly explained what the problem was and how we should fix it. I highly  recommend this company and ask for Nick!

Contracted through HomeServ to prepare outside leak at water line.  Once scheduled, they kept us informed of changes.  Although our appointment was moved out twice, we were pleased overall with their service, quality of work, and timeliness and would likely use them again.

Paid $7224 to resolve my GFI 's Popping. Next day 2 GFIs popped and wouldn't reset. Called Austin and Houston regional managers. Both promised to resolve issue and review my $7224 invoice. A repairman called to say he was on his was but had no idea why or what the issues were,, i explained.  He came for a few minutes and left. I sent a text Austin manager, no reply. Still haven't heat a word from ANYONE.   Feel like I was conned, work not done properly and no on at Abacus will even call or return a text.  This company will take your money.  That's all they do. The can't diagnos, can't fix,can't repair and won't communicate. Worst  repair  service ever. Beware and don't trust anything they promise. They won't deliver and won't even talk to you once you pay them.
