Best Plumbing Services in Houston, TX
I should have written this review after my first great experience last year with this company, but made it a point to do it this time after being over 100% satisfied with them. Last year we had a small leak in a pipe in the wall of our guest room that lead to the outside faucet for the water hose/spicket. We were given this company's name and number by a family friend who also had good things to say about them. We called and they came out very quickly, fixed the issue and installed a main line shut off valve for the entire house as well, so that we don't have to use the city shut off out by the street anymore. Not only was this very reasonable in price but he also did an excellent and clean job. Now this time when my houseguest was trying to shut off the shower in our guest bath and it wouldn't shut off, i made it a point to find their number and have them do the work again and was very, very glad that i did. I called on Saturday during the day and they said they were booked and Sean (the owner) wouldn't be able to make it until Tuesday. Well they called back right after this and said he can squeeze you in today and is in the area and can come in 15 minutes. He showed up, explained the problem but didn't have the right part on his truck to fix it, but was able to fix it so that we could turn the water back on until he found the part. He came back on Monday with a part but it was too big and so he spent the next two days searching suppliers for the part and talking with the manufacturer to find it. He fixed it last night and did not charge extra for the visits, the other parts that didn't work or how many stores he had to go to to find it. He is very friendly, professional, efficient, not to mention least expensive plumber we have ever dealt with. I HIGHLY recommend this company and Sean the owner. Please do not go to a huge company, give this company a try first, you will not be disappointed!

John was the first to respond and make himself available for my emergency plumbing request sent to various businesses via Yelp on a Friday night. I sent him a few pictures of the leak prior to the appointment and he was able to give me a ballpark estimate right away. He kept up good communication via text message and arrived punctually.
During the job he was honest, professional and thorough, making sure that everything was good to go before leaving. It was pretty clear that he enjoys the work that he does. When the water pressure dropped again a few hours later (which ended up not being his fault), he came back out for free and stayed for as long as it took to identify and fix the root cause of the issue. He was happy to answer all of our plumbing-related questions and offer advice to prevent these issues from reoccurring in the future.

An example of great customer service: Called today to see if Gary or one of his coworkers could come by and take a look at our disposal, which had stopped working a few days ago. Never having had to deal with it before, I was unaware how easy the solution was, and rather than take advantage of the situation, Gary talked me through the basic steps over the phone. No charge. My disposal works again and I've found a plumber I can truly trust!

They came Saturday because I had no hot water. They inspected and said it was a part to be replaced. Ended up not being that and needing a water heater. They sourced the water heater in a day and installed it. Austin kept me abreast of what was happening and was very thorough.

We had a faucet that wasn't putting out any water when turned on. I called to make an appointment and Cameron came out the following day. Excellent communication and arrived on time. The issue was minor but Cameron showed it to me and how to deal with similar problems in the future. So grateful for the assistance and they will definitely be my go-to company for any future plumbing issues.

I needed an electrician to fix or replace my ceiling fluorescent fixture, 2 tubes X 4'.
This business got good Yelp ratings and reviews. I contacted them through Yelp and they responded in about 10 minutes. He could have come the same day but I had a conflict.
Giovanni arrived the next day on time. He recommended replacing the fixture with a LED fixture. Giovanni and his assistant completed the job in about an hour and cleaned up completely afterwards. As an added plus, he removed the other fixture and burned out bulbs so I didn't need to worry about having to put them in my trash bin.
The cost was reasonable and the estimate was what I paid. Check or credit cards accepted.
I highly recommend this business.

We hired Texas Plumbing to change a hot water heater in our rental house. They came out the next morning and it was done in three hours. They are coming out tomorrow morning, a Saturday, to check out a leak. Response is fast and friendly.

Job was done properly and on time (on weekend, but it was not an emergency, so I could have waited). Plumber showed up 5 minutes earlier that scheduled, made recommendations on how to perform the task the right way. Very nice guy, gave me another end elbow for free, just in case. The business owner contacted me in a few days to follow up, very honest, friendly and customer service oriented guy. Will definitely use them again in the future

Needed these folks to snake a couple of drains that were slow-draining. They responded quickly with a quote, showed up on time for the appointment, were courteous and neat, and did the work quickly. Would definitely hire again.

Great response for an after hours call for my ceiling leaking through the 2nd floor and down to the 1st floor. The technician was able to stop the leak and the next day he came back with the part and changed it very quickly and efficiently. AND it was a very reasonable price.
I would recommend JD Precision Plumbing to anyone.

Leaves tools behind on jobs and fails to hook up drain lines. We had to call up another company to finish their job. Poor service.

These guys are running a shady business, employ unlicensed plumbers and will cause damage to your house. You will regret doing business with them. I did not check yelp reviews before hiring them and it cost me more money and time to fix the issue that I called for. It was a mistake.
I called this company to fix a blockage in the bathroom sink p-trap in my rental property. After the p-trap was cleaned and invoiced to me and after I made the payment their technician called and said that there are two leaks, one in the faucet and other in the sink and gave me an estimate of $1400. The cost for p-trap cleaning was $110. Another thing the technician was trying to repeatedly sell their warranty and other services that I did not call for and had not interest in.
The technician did not mention anything about the leaks prior to beginning the work and when I inquired over the phone about the leaks present before he started working, he said there were no leaks before. The technician for no reason took out the supply line to the faucet and caused a leak. Later that day, I spoke to the company's Austin area manager who refused to repair the damages done by their unlicensed technician caused. When I mentioned to the manager that the technician was unlicensed, he said that he will send a licensed plumber to take look at the work, but no one ever showed up even after making repeated calls to their operators.
I had to hire another plumber and spend more money and time to get things fixed.
