Best Plumbing Services in Houston, TX

I called three places to get estimates on some plumbing work we needed. Resetting a toilet, changing out shower/tub faucets and unclogging shower drain. Wedgeworth was the most reasonable and most detailed at explaining the process to us. We were hesitant at first about the estimate charge, but if you use them they credit it towards your total bill. We had some issues arise during the process: (1) trim face was wrong type, I needed moentrol and had ordered positemp (2) toilet flange needed to be replaced and (3) the drain was clogged by possible cement. Sean was more than helpful in every way he could assist to facilitate things for me and find alternatives. Unfortunately, at the end, I was very unhappy with the alternative trim we had to go with in order to get the job finished that day and will need to have them change it out. Reason for 4 star rather than 5 is that he did have to come back next day to retighten a handle as it was loose. If you are looking for a plumber who will explain in detail what all will be done, don't hesitate to give them a call. Honest and upfront.

Excellent plumbing services. I contacted Acosta plumbing services and received a fast, reasonable quote. I had an issue with my tub due to it being clogged and Randy came the following day and unclogged my tub all in under 30 minutes. I would highly recommend his services!

I needed a plumber on Monday morning to finish up a DIY project that I had given up on Saturday evening. I was desperate. John was booked for Monday, but he promised to try to work me in that evening and come Tuesday morning if he could not make it on Monday. I really appreciate his willingness to do that. I did not use him because I found someone else who could do the job on Monday. John was very grateful when I called to cancel our appointment. He asked me to give him a Yelp review, so here it is. He did all he could for me - more than several other folks I called.

My bathtub was backed up and my toilet was leaking so I had an emergency situation. I called two companies before Plumbco. One did not answer and the other one was booked until Monday. My boyfriend called Plumbco and they were able to squeeze us in! They were very quick and efficient and found the problem instantly! Would definitely call again, but hopefully won't need to!

They came Saturday because I had no hot water. They inspected and said it was a part to be replaced. Ended up not being that and needing a water heater. They sourced the water heater in a day and installed it. Austin kept me abreast of what was happening and was very thorough.

Cristian came on time and diligently changed four toilet shutoff valves with new 1/4 turn type ball valves. Made sure it did not leak. He did a clean professional job.

Kim was the rare plumber, no wait, he was the ONLY plumber, who took my call and was willing to go out on a Sunday morning to help unclog two bath drains. I so appreciate his speedy and responsive service and fair pricing.  Thank you so much!

Based on Hugo's 5 star reviews I decided to use him to install my outdoor Ring camera with 2 lights. He arrived on time, was professional and we discussed the work I needed. He completed the job on time, added something extra for a better install and then made sure the camera was set up and facing the direction I wanted. Plus, he charged what he quoted my on the dollar! I was happy to give him a tip for the extra mile he went for my home. I have been looking for a handyman for odd jobs around my house and I will definitely be using Hugo again.

Last Sunday the water heater was leaking CO2. Had to call 911. That's 2 issues if you consider that one must disinfect a house after 4 emergency personnel show up during a global pandemic.

Pulled up Yelp. Plumbaway was highest rated. Called 'em up. Robert picked up at first try -- despite the fact that it was a Sunday afternoon.

He had a guy (Fernando) come out to our house by 9am the morning after, even though the appointment was scheduled for the afternoon. Fernando was dressed for the occasion, with gloves, an N95 face mask, boot protectors and the likes. It took him less than 15 mins to end the CO2 leak. He promptly provided an explanation and came up with a long-term solution. The day after, 2 guys show up and take necessary actions to avoid this issue going forward. 2-3 hours of work for a very fair price.  

Can't say enough, these are the TOP guys out there.

If you are in need of fast efficient service then call Geovanny. Literally he came over the day I called him... He will be there when he says he will and stay until the job is completely finished to your approval. Very reasonable prices, too! Why call anyone else? He is a bit of a handy man so if you have questions about other jobs or how things work together he is really helpful. Won't hesitate to call him again. Oh, yes....he worked on our AC and it is nice and cool now!

On Christmas Eve I was made to wait at home the entire night on a promise that they were working late (I called multiple times to assure that I was being covered that night) , Only to be told via automatic text that I had been pushed back to Christmas Day . I missed a yearly gathering with my family so I could get my pipes fixed last night , I refuse to wait around all of Christmas Day on a maybe at best . Thanks for nothing y'all !!! ( Rescheduled at 10:18 pm after waiting since 6 pm )

On January 2nd I needed a water heater for a house I just bought. I found these guys on a home improvement website. Within and hour of the first call there was a technician at my house ready to do the water heater. They were upfront with the price and the installation work was top notch. You can't beat the price or the service. I will be a customer for life.

This is an absolute phenomenal company, the technician/owner's name is Sebastian who is a young honest guy. He takes a ton.of pride in himself and his work. Great pricing!! He showed up on time, wore a mask and solved the problem quick and honestly. Great to have an amazing plumber to call moving forward.

Texas Best Plumbing was quick to respond to our plumbing needs with a very professional staff. Unfortunately after the first visit the issue came back but they immediately came back and solved the issue. They stand behind their work and didn't bill us for the second visit.  I will always use and recommend Texas Best Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

This guy was the only one who responded to my Yelp request for water heater repair. The others never responded or said they only work on what they install. Even though the issue hasn't been fixed, I like to acknowledge this guys responsiveness and eagerness to win your business.

Absolutely the best service I've ever had on an appliance!  Zach Wooton was so knowledgeable and experienced for someone so young. Had a hickup with the Gas Company and our meter malfunction, but Zack stayed until everything was reset and in full working order. He didn't get to clock out until after 9 PM!  Kudos JD Precision Plumbing for hiring only the best!  Dane was helping on this project and also very knowledgeable and respectful of our home!

We are so pleased with Alliance Plumbing! Matt was prompt and professional. He took time to explain our options for the hot water heater. Once we made our decision, he completed the project thoroughly with great attention to detail. This is the second time we have used Alliance and will definitely recommend them (and Matt) to others. I had a slow draining sink for months before it finally completely clogged. I reached out to several plumbing companies and TQP were the first ones to get back with me and had the lowest estimate. They came and fixed the problem right away! Jake was great and so nice- he made sure to ask if he could check anything else while he was here. My family owns several houses and we are never able to find a good company to work with when issues arise, so I'm really glad I found them!

Unbelievably worst company ever! Don't believe what you hear about this plumbing company being the best!  Charge twice what anyone else would, don't show up when they say they will. Customer service vey rude.
