Highly recommend these guys, we called about a stopped up toilet and they sent a man out right away, turned out that the problem took care of itself, no charge for the call and no pressure to do anything else.   These guys will be my go to for any future situations

Owner Kris Stewart has an issue differentiating customers from employees. Employees put in the wrong part? Customers fault! Employees didn't report the work they did? Customers fault! Employees leave screws loose on my natural gas heater leaking gas into my attic? Customers fault!

At what point are the licensed employees responsible for bad work? According to Kris Stewart, never! You are supposed to watch their employees, document their work as they go, check their parts, and check all of their screws. $400 / hour isn't enough for these guys to do a good job.

As owner Kris Stewart told me multiple times, plumbing is a dirty business.

Attached is a photo of the new in box controller that, as owner Kris Stewart tried to remind me several times, I can't prove it didn't come out of the box used. Their employees were simply tricked by the supplier!

Be aware of Space City Plumbing. One of their selling points was their 10 year warranty. After they finished the job they pointed out the ten year warranty they used as a selling point before the job, only included parts. To me this is very deceiving. The job was a three thousand seven hundred dollar job to replace  a sewer line. Almost all the job was labor, just about 60 feet of 4 PVC and a few fittings. They essentially don't warranty their work. I would think if they knew they did good work, they would not mind warranting it. If it was done right, the likely hood of it having a problem is slim. Them being deceptive about the warranty makes me wonder about the confidence in their own work.

Clean and honest work. Steven & his father, Ell Dee, have done many plumbing work for me around the house for my remodeling ideas (capping off copper pipes for bathroom, adding new water supply for new lavatory sink, moving plumbing around for washer dryer, etc) and I'm very happy with their work. I have long had a leaky outdoor hose bibb which made watering our flowers an increasingly annoying task. Not having any idea of what was involved in remedying, I texted Jerry, asking him to please come evaluate and fix. He could have easily shown up and created a job for himself (and I'd never have been the wiser), but instead he talked me through the repair at zero cost. Such an honest guy!

Troy did a great job. Professional service, friendly attitude, knowledgable, punctual.  This was an upgrade job and he was able to come with less than 24 hours notice, and was even willing to work outside in the pouring rain.  He'll be my go-to guy from now on for anything plumbing related.

Terrible services. Got them thru my home warranty. Wish I would've read reviews first. Make sure if you get plumbing to ask which company they are using. I had an appointment 10-2 didn't come till 5:30pm Because he said he rushed on another job and ended up fooding their home. So then I got a little worried about the company.  When Jaime, I think the name got there to look at my leak he said he needed more time in the day and that someone would schedule the next day said he needed wood to fix the leak and would charge me 70 to buy and wanted me to move my own insulation to do the job. Anyways, next day didn't hear back. Had to go thru home warranty and they left a message for them to schedule appointment the next day no one called for appointment. Called the next day got fed up and cancelled. Terrible first time experience. I would've done better off without using my home warranty and that company.
