DON'T USE THEM!!! They love leaving a job so unfinished that when a major winter storm comes your pipes explode and part of your ceiling caves in. This has happened to my wife's grandmother (who is in her mid 70s and lives alone). It took my wife's uncle to come from Rockwall (hours away to fix everything). He even stated that she is so lucky that the whole ceiling didn't cave in on her because of the piss poor job YOUR wannabe company did. In all honestly because of the crappy job you owe her the money of the shady job, your company as a whole needs to apologize to her in person with all of us there period!!!! In all honestly your company is so lucky that something didn't happen to her and you should be SHOWDOWN for this or face major fines for endangering her life. I daughter even stays the night there and that  that you did could've hurt her and if it would've; you'd be answering to me and a simple sorry wouldn't have sufficed that's for sure because I would have lawyers all over you. Black mold could've formed and something really bad could've happened. Good job on the  job from a  company that DOES NOT care about customers or ones that would be loyal to them. All they care about is  and when their next money will come from. If you ever see good ratings for them know that they are fake. They're either from them with fake accounts, friends, or family to make their bad business look stellar. But then again they could've paid people for fake reviews to drowned out the truth. If you was too notice service and an overall better experience go elsewhere because that's what would be best for your money, health, and overall safety. I will also be letting others know via other social media outlets to.

Owner Kris Stewart has an issue differentiating customers from employees. Employees put in the wrong part? Customers fault! Employees didn't report the work they did? Customers fault! Employees leave screws loose on my natural gas heater leaking gas into my attic? Customers fault!

At what point are the licensed employees responsible for bad work? According to Kris Stewart, never! You are supposed to watch their employees, document their work as they go, check their parts, and check all of their screws. $400 / hour isn't enough for these guys to do a good job.

As owner Kris Stewart told me multiple times, plumbing is a dirty business.

Attached is a photo of the new in box controller that, as owner Kris Stewart tried to remind me several times, I can't prove it didn't come out of the box used. Their employees were simply tricked by the supplier!

Have been using Space City Plumbing for years.  Fast service and quality work.  Just had my sewer line replaced in the backyard and they replaced all the flagstone on the patio perfectly.  Doesn't even look like it was ever disturbed.   Highly recommend

Come out at 8:30 pm to install toilet.  Figured out the toilet tank didn't fit the bowl. Had to take back to mccoys the next day. However, they didn't charge me for the service call that night. Came out next day and installed the toilet. Just amazing service!

From the moment I contacted All About Plumbing, I have been very pleased with their response. I need to have my line from my meter to my house changed because of a leak. They came out quickly, inspected and sent me an itemized reasonable quote within a day.

Noel and Andrew came when promised, installed the new pipes, had the city inspector come out and completed the job in 3 days. They also installed a new kitchen faucet, which looks great. I am so pleased with them and will be using them as my go to plumbers from now on.

ELL Dee and Steven were very prompt and professional. Our water heater busted and they got out to us as soon as they possibly could to install a new water heater for us. They made special efforts not to make a mess and cleaned up when they were finish. ELL Dee and Steven were very knowledgeable and able to answers any questions we had. I called early one morning explaining that my water heater sprung a leak during the night, and was 100% positive that I needed a new water heater due to its age. I expected to set up free quote, and expected it to occur in the next couple of days and didn't really expect a same day quote, but as I explained to Donna the situation, she sent her son right over to take a look, he arrived at my door in 15 minutes, I was really surprised at how fast and efficient everything transpired. He saw the heater and called Mark immediately as our water heater situation was very unusual, Mark arrived about 15 mins later and remarked that our heater was very unusual in regards to its size and placement.  They immediately decided to disconnect it and reconnect my water so that we could have running water and no worries about a water leak or gas leak while we decided on our options.  This was no easy task, but they did it without hesitation so we could stop the leak and have running water. They were honest and thoughtful in explaining our options with this unique situation.  I was very impressed by how helpful they were,as you just don't see that a lot anymore, after they reworked the lines, they gave me quote on the spot and didn't rush me to make a decision.  I spent the next few days researching and asking Mark some more questions.   We went with Mark's recommendation and they installed our tankless heater, they arrived right on time, and did an awesome job!! They were able to get out our old water heater from a tricky spot and hauled it off, that in itself was impressive, as it was almost an impossible task. We are really impressed and thankful for their services. We will definitely use them again for future projects or needs and will recommend them to family and friends, thanks All in the Family Plumbing!

My day began (Wednesday 2/22/23) with my yard man ringing my doorbell, which was quite unusual, because I had already unlocked my back fence gate for him to gain access into my back yard, and had left his check clipped to the inside of my mailbox as I usually do, so I was at a loss as to what he was wanting or needing. It didn't take long for him to tell me I had a major water leak at my meter. I immediately called my community's Water Dept. and was told that they were estimating a 400 gallon per hour leak and they sent a service technician to shut my water off at the meter. I promptly called Mr. Plumber (owned by Mr. Rick Strickland) and spoke with Miss Lori, whom I have had the distinct pleasure of dealing with in the past, and she informed me that she wouldn't be able to get a crew out to me until the next day. I pleaded with her to ask her boss, Rick Strickland, if there was any possible way for them to get someone out to me today, and after placing me on a brief hold, came back on the phone with the good news that they would be able to get a crew out to me today! I soon received a call back from Lori advising me that a crew was on their way and would be here in approximately 20 minutes, which they were! They began digging up around the meter and found a cracked 90° PVC fitting and soon had it repaired and while waiting for the PVC glue to dry/set up, they began to address another issue in my back yard and soon had that issue identified and repaired, as well. I couldn't have asked for a better rapid response and repair than what I received from these professional young men!

I felt that the price for all repairs was very fair and they gave me a Senior's Discount, as well, which I greatly appreciated! We used Jerry Allgood to replace our water heater. He was fast and responsive. Tarps were laid down to protect our floors and the installation went off without any issues or delays. I recommend Allgood Plumbing.

Troy is as good as it gets!  I had a sprinkler backflow valve blow up on me overnight.  I called Troy first thing in the morning, and he was at my house with the parts by 11am. Not only timely, but the price was very reasonable.  After he fixed the valve, he advised me on fixing a different problem I had and even let me borrow some of his tools so I didn't have to buy them for a one-time use. I recommend anyone in the Spring/Klein area to give him a call for any plumbing needs.

Lazy technicians that do not want to lift a finger. Went trough American home shield. My washer had a kink on the hose and they did not even bother to move the washer to see if there were any damage to the hoses. They stated that I was suppose to give them access. First of all, I am a woman and cannot move the washer on my own, otherwise I would have done so. The least the technician could have done is checked the back of the washer to see if there was anything wrong with the hoses. $75 service call for nothing, called another PLUMER to come see what the issue was and he fixed the issue in 10 minutes.
