Great service.  Worked around my schedule. Made a quick fix to my garbage disposal. They were very polite and courteous as well.

My drainage line from the ac was clogged and water was escaping behind a wall in the house. I contacted Acosta plumbing at 8 pm that night and had someone at my house at 9 am the next morning. Cameron was the name of plumber and did a fantastic job. He was very cautious and made sure to keep distance during this time with the Coronavirus. Did a great job of investigating and explaining the exact issues. He went above and beyond on the work and giving me advise to mitigate the issue in the future. Definitely was happy with his work and would recommend Cameron and Acosta solutions plumbing!

Often times in life you find yourself in need of assistance and sometimes you are not able to get the help you need, in this case John went out of his way to help direct the situation to much better position while going between jobs. He truly went above and beyond!!

Extremely professional and accommodating. Turns out one of the two drains in question wasn't actually plugged up (user error, embarrassing!) but Gary was so nice about it. He was able to fix the other drain quickly. Prompt service. Highly recommend!

I tried to install a new dishwasher, only to find out the supply valve shutoff didn't work. Ended up with a minor flood in the kitchen. Called Right Choice on Saturday morning based on good Yelp reviews, and because our regular guy couldn't get to us till Monday. They answered promptly, got a plumber on phone so I could describe the issue and gave me a quote. Even offered to quote me on the dishwasher install as well. Their tech Austin showed up about an hour later. Immediately fixed the faulty valve. Then installed the new dishwasher. Austin was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with a difficult install. The price was right too! So thankful I didn't go with the box store install because they wouldn't have done the plumbing. Definitely would use this company again. Big plus: they are open on Saturdays!

I couldn't be happier with Acacias.  Hector came out quickly after being called for a leak somewhere in my yard and did a large amount or probing to narrow down the leak.  Turns out to have been a heck of a time, with pipes on top of pipes, all under a french drain making the repair very hard to get to the damaged portion of the pipes.  I felt bad at all of the unexpected surprises and told Hector he should feel free to charge me more or whatever is fair for the additional unexpected complications - to which he refused and said he would stick to his word.  I couldn't be happier at the service and Hector himself was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly, honest, and kept me up to date with his timing, arrival and findings - he was also very welcoming to allow me to hover around and ask questions.  Highly recommend him.

Had an issue with my bathroom sinks both being clogged. It was the day after Christmas so I wasn't sure if I'd have any luck finding a plumber on short notice. Luckily I found Kim! He squeezed me in his busy schedule and was here within an hour of my call. Did the job very efficiently and also was reasonably priced. He even researched a part on amazon for me that I needed. It's great to find an honest reliable plumber. Highly recommended!

Hugo was on time, knowledgeable and very neat.  Had a door that would not lock due to an older home on a crawl space, Hugo knew exactly what to do! He was quick and verbally told me everything he was going to do. This is a handyman that I will definitely keep the number of!  Can't go wrong with this guy!

My garbage disposal was completely jammed yesterday - right before Labor Day weekend - so I found Plumbaway here on Yelp. Since they are located here in the Heights and I love supporting our local businesses, I gave them a call.

Robert returned my voicemail in ten minutes and had Manuel over to assess the situation in no more than 30 minutes. My garbage disposal had in fact died so Manuel quickly ran to the supplier and picked up a newer model and cane right back and installed. From the moment I called until the new garbage disposal was purchased and installed, I would say that the whole job took at the most two hours.

I am absolutely thrilled to discover Plumbaway Plumbing. We will use them moving forward for all of our plumbing needs and will recommend them to all of our friends and neighbors.

Great company! I ended up having a busted water valve and actually called another company first. The first company came out and recommend that I replace the whole thing for about $900. I then contacted EPW and had a tech come and look at the water valve. He explained it was an easy fix and could do everything for $275. They then came back out with all the parts needed and fixed everything. Some other companies seem like the techs are just salesmen who try and get you a to sign up for memberships and take advantage of people by replacing/fixing items that don't need replaced. I didn't get that at all from EPW. They were friendly and more importantly honest. Will be using again!

Our house flooded on Thanksgiving Day from a pipe leak that started in the bathroom. In a panic, the situation was made worse when my husband overturned the shut off valve and broke it. Way to go, Babe! Sigh. It was devastating! Being the daughter of a plumber, I've never needed a house call... but with my Dad living out of state, we had to find a good plumber quick!

I received the referral after reaching out to my neighbors on the Next Door App. Alex answered the call and was able to take our appointment quickly. He educated us on the products used and the steps he took to repair the issue (just in case Dad wanted to know). He fixed us up and took on a few extra projects we presented while in our home. He was professional & polite. He stayed until he could confirm everything was fixed, and even used shoe covers every time he entered our home, despite our first floor being torn down to the cement because of the flood.

Don't hesitate to hire Alex! We would be happy to use him again and refer him to all of our friends for their plumbing needs.

My outdoor water connection broke,  flooding the yard,  and Texas Best were so kind and very responsive. James did a great job with the repair. I especially appreciated how he explained in detail what he was doing and why.      I can't recommend them enough!

Total rip off...they were gonna charge me 150.00 just to even look at it ...they say it's a free estimate when they came out to give me the free estimate they said it was gonna be at least 150.00 to look at it....he didnt even touch it.....well thanks to you tube I searched how to fix your garbage disposable..it turned out to be clogged so I bought an Allen wrench set for 1.95....turned power off ..reset button...then inserted Allen wrench ..took about 3 min...and it was just stuck..  rip off....

We used them for a commercial repair. They messed up more than they fixed and when asked to take responsibility for their mistake they wanted to charge us more. Eventually had to call another plumber to fix what they broke!

Leaves tools behind on jobs and fails to hook up drain lines. We had to call up another company to finish their job. Poor service.

Called this company based on the reviews they have received in the past.  When I called I was informed that there would be an emergency call out fee of150.00, which I agreed to.  Tech showed up at 1:30 am and checked a few things and determined that a thermostat was needed.  Installed thermostat and unit powered on.  Tech never checked to see if unit was actually blowing cold air.  At 3:12 am temp was 84 and by 6:43 it was up to 91.  I called the company back at 3::15am and was informed they would not come back out at this time even though I had already paid their emergency fee.  Further stated that they would put me on a work list for 9 am.  When I called back at 9:00am I was informed that someone would be back out here to my residence between 9am and 6pm.  At 6:00pm I called Abacus once again to inquire as when someone would be here.  Was told the tech will call you 30-45 min prior to arrival .   I don't understand why I was charged the emergency fee of 150.00 and my unit has yet to be functioning.  This is not the way to keep customers. This company will not get any recommendations from myself to be used in the future.  I have also asked for management to reach out to me to discuss this situation. Time will tell if anything or anyone contacts me.
