I highly recommend.  John provided a two hour window of time, called to confirm on the day of the Appointment and arrived on time.  He was thorough and explained everything he was going to do in order to systematically track down the leak.  He informed me up front of his rate structure and let me know of any potential extra charges.  He showed me the problem once he found it and quickly fixed the issue.  Luckily he didn't charge extra for his humor, that's free.

Best Plumber in Houston, Waller, Magnolia and Tomball; Brian Huston is punctual, professional, and multitalented. He installed all faucets, showers, and jacuzzi in my bathroom. He goes beyond the call of duty. When the contractor left and did not finished the loose ends, he came back and on his own time repaired areas that were neglected by the contractor. I have never seen someone go so much out of his way to accommodate a customer. He also replaced our old water heater. He is reasonable, but most of all, he and his brother are truly kind, compassionate, and great human beings. If our world had more like them, what an amazing planet we would have.Definitely call Triple H before you get exploited by ARS the overpriced plumbing in Houston.

I called these guys this morning and they came this afternoon to unclog my garbage disposal and to look at another drain.

Super nice, knowledgeable and didn't try to take advantage of me and try to sell me anything I didn't need. SO I HIGHLY recommend this place. Reese was our plumber and he was very down to earth and I didn't ever feel like he was trying to get one over on me, which can happen with plumbers and electricians in my experience. He explained how to prevent my clog from happening next time and took the time to show me exactly what he was doing. GREAT PLUMBING COMPANY!!

I agree with the other review on pricing. The customer service with Travis , Matt and Becky are top notch. However their labor charges are extreme. I made a comment to be passed on to the owner but haven't heard back.

Had a plumbing emergency on Sunday evening.  Flat Out was at the house within an hour.  We were very pleased with Keith and his professionalism.

The only reason I didn't give five stars is because they just weren't that punctual.  The first night was great, the next two days they had us waiting around for awhile.  Now, having said that once they arrived the work was non stop, and I'm pleased with the quality of work.

The techs were very courteous and respectful of the household.  I will call on Flat Out plumbing if the need arises again.

I called and spoke to a very nice lady. She told me they could come out and look at my tap. She couldn't guarantee they could fix it that day because of their schedule but they could at least look at it and then schedule a repair time. They went on the day they said. Mike called me and we spoke. He then sent me a picture of the issue and fixed it. I needed it fixed so I didn't ask the price. Once he was done I asked what my bill was. I was totally shocked to find it be so reasonable. I know plumbers are expensive and particularly up here but I was so happy that it was totally in line with Houston prices. I was able to pay over the phone and the best part...it was fixed and not just the shoddy work we have come to expect living up here. I definitely don't want anymore plumbing problems but these guys will be my go to and I will even wait for them if they are busy because this company is honest, dependable and truly have integrity.

Where can I start? I was working as a maintenance coordinator in Houston, as you may know after Harvey, there were a lot issues in most part of the city. Ben and his company would be my very first option when it came to plumbing repairs/maintenance in any of the houses and apartment complex we serviced.

We always had an explanation of why the issue was happening, how it could be solved and of course a reasonable price to fix it.

I recommend every single person to call this company, you won't regret it!!

Tri-Tek was the best price and they promptly came out and replaced 2 water heaters - advising me on all my options and helping me save money.  I'm excited that I finally found a great plumber!

I will be using Sharpstown Plumbing from now on.  Very easy to deal with.  Our water heater gave out and Dennis Hensley was wonderful.  Gave us an estimate and replaced the following day.  Brought it up to code, took away the old one and cleaned up the mess.  Friendly, professional, prompt and reasonably priced.  Can't go wrong with Dennis.

These guys are great, performed well above my expectations. They were timely, professional, cleaned up well, and got my water heater back in tip-top shape. I will use them again.

The gentlemen that came out were very professional and on time.  I needed a new spicket installed on the side of my house and we discussed the options.  Everything seemed good but the price.  $485 for one spicket.  The job required 8ft of copper pipe and the guys arrived at 915 and left at 1030.  $485!?!?  I called the office and asked what warranted this price for an hours worth of work and the lady on the phone just said the price is not by the hour but by the job.  I paid with a smile but won't use again unless they can justify their prices.

Love these folks! Always so responsive. We've used them for years but had our first 'emergency' this weekend. A/c went out. We called first thing when they opened, 7:30. They said someone would be here between 8:30 and 9. Tony arrived at 8:30 and had us squared away before 10 a.m.!

WATCH OUT! This guy who goes by the name of Boni real name Bonifacio Garica is a total crook! He will show up at your house to start working on your Plumbing and then tell you he has to run to the supply store....... this will happen 3 - 4x a day. It literally took him two months to complete rough-in plumbing in our house. Work that should have taken 2 weeks max!

Additionally, he will send his son, brother-in-law, strangers to your house to finish his work! WELL ACTUALLY HE NEVER FINISHES ANY WORK!

He also would show up high to our house, drunk or whatever else he was on. WITH HIS SON!! Our neighbors complained that he was smoking weed in our driveway! He would drive drunk to our house on numerous occasions.

He promised me for a month straight that he would be at our house to complete the work he started! He never showed up and then eventually would not answer any phone calls or text messages.

We were suppose to be moving into our house and he promised me he would have all his work complete 3 days before move in! Long story short..... he did not complete the work! He never even showed up! He delayed our move-in date by 30 days! We had to pay extra full months rent at our apartment, Reschedule movers, find another plumbing company to complete his work!

He ended up costing us up an entire month delay and over $10,000!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS A BAD MAN! BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!

Let me start by saying that my family has used this business for over 20yrs. Until this last last visit I have always been please with the work and the charges with the job. They took care of us on all fronts. Good work at a fair price. Fast forward to a few weeks ago, this experience was horrible. They showed up and charged us trip charges for the hourly rate from the moment they left the office. The tech charged me the trip charge 3 times because he forgot or did not have the right supplies. The work in question was replacing two outside faucets. Charged me 5.5 hours of work time and to replace those two faucets they wanted to charge me $495. I have had they replace 3 of the same kind of faucets just a few years back for less than $200. When my wife got home he was standing at his truck and she asked him are ya all done? His response was no I don't have the right supplies so I am trying rig something. She stopped him and told him we wanted it done right. The guy did not clean up left solder and sharp metal shaving all over my pool deck. Left insulation that the pipes were wrapped in all over the pool deck and in my yard. We had to call and ask them to send him back. Yes yet another trip charge because he did not do his job. He came back the next day another trip charge because he did not do his job. Finished the work and the work was done well but guess what he still did not clean up his mess in either spot. So my wife cleaned the area up after our dog cut his foot and some of the sharp metal. While cleaning the absolute disaster area this guy left my wife cut her finger too. She told me that she would handle it and she called and called to talk with them with no response. When we got the bill in the mail she still wanted to handle it. So I let her. In the mean time I had 3 other plumbers working on my street for other companies come over and ask them what this should cost and I got 3 different answers. All were between $150-$200. And the labor should have been 1.5-2.0 hours. I was charged 5+. She did finally get ahold of the billing department who transferred her to I am guessing the owner and he was disrespectful and extremely unprofessional to my wife. I am just glad I was not there to see it because I would be writing this from jail!  In closing do not ever use this business for anything!  They are dishonest, disrespectful, unprofessional and are price gouging people!  I will be writing a review with the BBB too as this business is terrible and criminal in my honest opinion!  It's too bad that a 20+ year customer was treated so poorly.

Stay away unless you like to be robbed and treated poorly!
