I called John based on the Yelp reviews.  I needed assistance with a closet flange in concrete.  Basically, we have an old house that has cast iron pipe and fittings.  I had to remove the toilet to replace the wax ring.  The old flange was rusted and would need to be replaced.  Well, they don't make offset retrofit flanges and another cast iron one would have to be leaded in by an expert.  

I called John and he told me that I could just use a regular replacement retrofit flange and buy a 10 inch rough in toilet and all should be well.  

He said if I had an issue with that install, I could call him back and he would come out and look.  

We will be remodeling our kitchen soon and will need a gas line run, so guess who is getting the job?  This place.

Like the previous reviewer, we have nothing but GOOD things to say about Brian and Triple H Plumbing.  Very reasonable, polite and HONEST.   He is good at what he does and you can trust him, which is rare these days.  Brian replaced all the galvenized pipes in my attic that  were leaking like crazy.  I now don't have to worry about that anymore.

In the past 12 years I've call Rick Cotton for 3 plumbing issues-replace a gas hookup for a new dyer, I had both my bathrooms totally remodeled he did the re piping & plumbing, replace a garbage disposal had a leak in my kitchen. Flat Out Plumbing owner Keith Lamb is dishonest, and when given the opportunity to make things right, he chose not to.

Since I purchased my home in 2013, I have experienced horrible plumbing issues. When I hired Flat out plumbing, it was identified  that there was a belly in my pipes, and the entire pipe from my downstairs bathroom outwards would need to be replaced. This would require tunneling under the house. An agreement was made, and I would pay $2500 down, and monthly installments until the balance was paid off.  I can't tell you how relieved I was, as a single female homeowner, to come across a company that was willing to finally fix my plumbing problems and allow me to make payments, as the repairs would cost $6500. Boy was I in for a rude awakening!!

Keith and his crew tunneled under my home, and worked for several days on what I thought was replacing the existing pipe.  The dirt was back filled, and the crews left.  Two days later, (on Christmas day), the sanitary sewer back filled into my home. Bathwater from my upstairs bathroom flooded my downstairs bathroom causing water to fill my downstairs hallway and garage. When I reached out to Keith and informed him of the backup  Keith responded by saying that I needed to have another $3500 worth of work done in order to fix the sewer problem, and that the pipes were not replaced, he only repaired the bellies that were in the current line due to it effecting the structural integrity of the home.  Keith did not communicate to me that the line was never replaced until after the Christmas day disaster. Had this not happened, I would have never known that the work I was paying for was not completed. The contract was for Keith to run a new line, not to put a bandaid on the existing line.

After this fiasco, I hired another plumbing company to come into the home to validate what work was actually performed. After putting another camera down the line, it was confirmed that the pipe was not replaced as indicated in my contract.

On 02/09/18, I reached out to Keith and gave him the option to make things right by returning my $2500 down payment for the work that he did not do, or I would be forced to pursue legal action.

On 03/28/18, Keith stated that he will not be refunding me the $2500, so I am now forced to pursue legal action.  

No one should have to go through this type of dishonesty from any company!

I called and spoke to a very nice lady. She told me they could come out and look at my tap. She couldn't guarantee they could fix it that day because of their schedule but they could at least look at it and then schedule a repair time. They went on the day they said. Mike called me and we spoke. He then sent me a picture of the issue and fixed it. I needed it fixed so I didn't ask the price. Once he was done I asked what my bill was. I was totally shocked to find it be so reasonable. I know plumbers are expensive and particularly up here but I was so happy that it was totally in line with Houston prices. I was able to pay over the phone and the best part...it was fixed and not just the shoddy work we have come to expect living up here. I definitely don't want anymore plumbing problems but these guys will be my go to and I will even wait for them if they are busy because this company is honest, dependable and truly have integrity.

Had an issue with my toilet in the master bedroom.
Since I have an original drainage system with no clean outs, I was afraid I had to replace the entire system but once they removed the toilet, they pointed out a simple, inexpensive fix instead of easily up selling it and make more money.
Plumbing can be scary and easy to up charge but those guys aced it!
If you are looking for some piece of mind, give them a call! They made my day!

Tommy came out and fixed my master bathroom toilet that we didn't know had a leak until we saw our water damage on the ceiling from downstairs.  He was upfront with repair costs and arrived when he said he would.  Work looks great and I've found my go to plumber guy.  Thanks again tommy

Dennis is a very nice guy that will always tell you straight answers. He is knowledgeable about plumbing and it shows in his work. My grandparents and now me will continue to use him.

After the recent freeze, my mom suffered some pipe damage resulting in NO WATER. I contacted my mom's plumber - wouldn't take her appointment nor place her on the waitlist  A local East Bernard friend referred me on Monday to Jeremy Miller of Precision Plumbing who had helped his mom. I texted him Monday with our needs. He responded on Wednesday about 9:00PM they would come out on Friday! Wow! We were super excited - Gabe & Mike arrived - investigated & found the leak! Promptly repaired it and the additional items damaged from the freeze! My mom is super relieved her water is back on & she is back in the comfort of her home. Thanks so much to Jeremy, Gabe & Mike! These guys were AWESOME.  I called several other plumbers before I found these guys... the either didn't show up or didn't call back, etc.  These guys answered on a Saturday morning, showed up within a few hours, quoted me a fair price, got the job done well, and quickly (we had a leak in our front yard).  Additionally, as they were confirming the water worked inside the house, they realized the airator of one of our sinks wasn't working well (I just thought it was bad water pressure), so replaced it for no cost - it wasn't an expensive piece, but it was REALLY nice to see people go a little above and beyond.  Highly recommend and would use again!

I have nothing but positive things to say in regards to Weeks Service Company.  The 2 technicians that were sent out to my home to service my ac unit were fantastic! They were on time (which is unheard of in Galveston). They introduced themselves with a handshake, very friendly, competent and quick.  They showed & explained to me what was going on with my ac & the different parts or issues that were occuring.  Also, after they fixed my ac they made an effort to go around & check my others for issues that might be. These guys are awesome!  Thorough, honest, affordable, hard working and worth it!

WATCH OUT! This guy who goes by the name of Boni real name Bonifacio Garica is a total crook! He will show up at your house to start working on your Plumbing and then tell you he has to run to the supply store....... this will happen 3 - 4x a day. It literally took him two months to complete rough-in plumbing in our house. Work that should have taken 2 weeks max!

Additionally, he will send his son, brother-in-law, strangers to your house to finish his work! WELL ACTUALLY HE NEVER FINISHES ANY WORK!

He also would show up high to our house, drunk or whatever else he was on. WITH HIS SON!! Our neighbors complained that he was smoking weed in our driveway! He would drive drunk to our house on numerous occasions.

He promised me for a month straight that he would be at our house to complete the work he started! He never showed up and then eventually would not answer any phone calls or text messages.

We were suppose to be moving into our house and he promised me he would have all his work complete 3 days before move in! Long story short..... he did not complete the work! He never even showed up! He delayed our move-in date by 30 days! We had to pay extra full months rent at our apartment, Reschedule movers, find another plumbing company to complete his work!

He ended up costing us up an entire month delay and over $10,000!!!!!!!!!!

THIS IS A BAD MAN! BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS PLUMBER!

We had Young Plumbing out to replace some valves today. It was an unpleasant experience from start to finish, but the topper was when they just took my money and left....left their tools, wet towels, shop light (still turned on) in my powder room. We called the office and the response was, thanks for letting us know.  Nobody ever came to pick up their tools or clean up their mess.  I called again and the office was closed, so I cleaned up their crap myself.
