Vince was prompt, courteous and explained everything he was doing. Basically, husband decided to change out old outlet plugs for new ones. Came across one that had so many wires and we decided to mimic the setup but it did not work. In fact, it knocked out the power to one whole side of my living room and kitchen. Had to move my appliances for a bit and sit in the dark while watching tv. Finally decided to call a professional and the Electrician gods sent us Vince from Veteran Electric.

Vince saved us--he came in and assessed the issue, checked each non-working outlet one by one and after fixing the main one that led to knocking out the others, he went to task to rewiring them correctly. We asked him several questions and he was knowledgeable and straightforward. We also asked for a quote with a potential future job and he was able to discuss and provide an estimate.

I am pleased with the service and Vince was a nice guy who listened to our issue and got the job done. Thank you!!

Needed to look for help with my Family room electrical issues. Called and spoke with the office administrator. She said they were pretty booked that day but would see if they could fit me in.

About 10 minutes later she informed me they would. When the technician Greg came in he was very respectful and courteous. He wore his mask and proceeded to check the problem out. They fixed the issue and the price was reasonable.

This will be a long one.  The initial meet with the company was fine, the quote was good, and the inspection had no issues.....other than that everything sucked.  First, they didn't call in the order to turn back on my electricity until after 4pm, which meant that I was without electricity until midnight.  The only reason I got it turned back on at all that night is because I have stage four cancer and they made an urgent exception.  Don't get me started on how bad the city is on getting things turned back on, total government type bull.  But back to the original.  I was NEVER told there was even a possibility I could be without electricity that long, or that it would take six phone calls to the city to beg to get my power back.  Also the job wasn't completed because after all this, the original problem of a fuse being out in my kitchen, wasn't fixed.  Turned out I could have saved myself 6K if they had just tested the outlets and punched the gfci thingy, so I paid for a total rewire and new breaker box I didn't even need.  Well I canceled the check that night when I realized they left me without the issue fixed, no communication, and in the dark for hours.  Well guy shows up next day, said he had texted the wrong number, fixes the little gfci thing and I give him another check.  Turns out they had deposited the check before my nonpayment went through, but my dumb@$$ wrote them another check since I had canceled the first.  They wait two months after the work had completed and cashed the other check.  So I woke up today overdrawn on my account because they took 4K out, for the second time.  The work may be alright, but nightmare dealing with them.  Also left holes around new breaker box that means I need to get new drywall done.   hire at your own risk.

I have to say I was in a bind. Just bought a new home and purchased some electrical appliance that just didn't seem to work. Conquer Electrical came in and immediately knew the issue. He was able to fix it on the spot at a very reasonable price taking into consideration our financial strain. I would certainly call on them again. Friendly, courteous and reasonable just my kind of company.

My tub wasn't draining and my toilet was leaking from the sides, I found them on yelp and sent a message, they responded within 30 min, I called and got a quote they showed up within 2 hours from the call ( on a Saturday afternoon) they were very friendly and very knowledgeable they explained everything, and exactly what was happening, they showed me every step of their work.
I paid exactly what I was quoted over the phone.
The price was very good and they guaranteed they job also they explain how to do have this problem again.

I recently had a great experience with Daniel and Brotherly Love Electric.

I needed help installing three different lighting fixtures in my house. I received multiple quotes from high rated service providers and Brotherly Love provided me with a comprehensive quote without having to take my time with a potentially wasteful diagnostic visit. It also happened to be the most reasonable quote we received.

My daughter was born a couple days before our appointment and Daniel was super helpful in working with us on scheduling, though it was certainly an inconvenience for them to reschedule twice.

On the day of the appointment, the guys showed up early and worked diligently and efficiently (while somehow managing not to wake up my newborn baby).

These guys were absolute pros and I'll be using them for any electric needs I have going forward.

Brian did an amazing job installing some window shades I bought online. He fixed the holes in my walls, hung up a mirror I needed help with, reinforced all my other pictures and hangings so they were secure, and made sure everything was to my liking. He even fixed my squeaking door on his way out! Brian was very efficient with his time and was very professional. He even brought his own booties so the house wouldn't get dirty! I would definitely recommend Brian and this company for any handyman needs. They respond quickly and were readily available on short notice. My money was well spent!

Otis and his crew were the only ones out if six local electricians to call me back. They not only were able to get me in the next day, but they arrived ahead of schedule. Pete did a great job installing 2 outlets in my garage. He gave me an accurate quote and knew exactly what he was doing. He even came the same day! He was on time, professional, and his price was very reasonable. I am most definitely going to use his services in the future.

Had this company give me a bid on some work. The rep was very personable and knowledgeable and I was ready to do business until the bid was presented. I was shocked at the breakdown ($220 to install a $0.99 single pole switch for example). When I objected I was told to company had set rates and nothing could be done. He was correct; nothing would be done with this company. I would have been way over charged. Beware!

Harmony fixed an outlet that wasn't working for me. They were prompt, worked quickly, and charged a more than fair rate. Highly recommend!

These guys are very dishonest. I called them out to simply tape two 8 ducts back together that had come apart in the attic. I was out of town when they came out to the house. My pregnant wife was home alone and concerned the AC might go out. The service member tried to charge her $750 for the duct work, then tried to sell her a $35 capacitor for $450. My wife didn't know the extent of the work that needed to be done. She called me when he gave her the quote of $1200 and I asked to speak to technician for clarification. He was clearly taken aback when I asked specific questions. I asked what materials and labor time is needed to tape the duct back together. He knew the gig was up. He tried to use fancy words for duct tape and zip ties. The capacitor was fine, just slightly low capacitance. I replaced it in 15 minutes for $35. I ended up zip tying and taping the duct back together in 30 minutes. Please avoid these guys.
