My water temperature was going from hot to cold during showers and wouldn't warm back up. Messaged Dr Rescue (since they were the best rated) through Yelp and got a quick response about coming out the same day. The plumber that came out was very nice and professional. Explained what was wrong so I could understand and helped with my options to fix it. Highly recommend this plumbing company and will definitely use them moving forward.

Old school contractor - meaning there is an attention to detail and level of expertise not found often today. Forget the big plumbing conglomerates who may or may not do the work properly - try All Phase.

It started off bumpy as they were almost 2 hours late but Frank turned the experience into a great one when he arrived. He was friendly, professional and fast. He fixed the issue with my toilet at a very reasonable price.

Highest recommendation!  Lifetime Plumbing replaced our aging bathtub faucet fixtures and installed PEX piping for the supply lines.  We found the company after a neighbor used them and were very pleased.

The company was super professional and excellent to interact with.  The van the plumber arrived in was clean and nice.  Shawn was dressed professionally and explained things very clearly.

Lifetime Plumbing is very customer service focused.  After dealing with one of the big companies for my Mom's house recently, it was refreshing to work with a smaller business without the logistical complexities.  I will certainly use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Will came out and gave me a quote that was substantially less than others.  What won me over was that he quoted me a turnkey price that included dry wall repair, hot water heater removal, etc.  The other quotes nickel and dimed me to tune of over $1000 more than his quote.  The second thing that cause me to go with We Do Repipes was the time frame.  Other companies quoted me 4-5 days but they were in and out in a day and a half.  That matters when you need to take time off from work.  They worked until 10 o'clock at night to make sure that we had running water before they left. They had to come back out and re-do a few things, but I have no complaints.  The are a easy to deal with no nonsense type of company that I can appreciate.  They do good work, use quality materials and offer a price that is hard to beat.

I've used these guys several times and they always do good work.  LIke all plumbers they're not cheap, but they are reasonable and in line with other plumbing companies.  In fact, cleaning out the sink drain was cheaper with S & B than with a competor I called.  And I knew the competitor (he use to be my neighbor)!

I know they are honest and I can list a couple of reasons for this, but it would be too long to explain.

One thing I like about them is the company is family owned and they live in Sugar Land.

On thanksgiving day 2022 that morning, my house had a leak over the sink in one of the full bath upstairs. What a bummer!!! Instead of having it repaired (very pricey one), I've decided to repipe the entire house (built in 1976). Previous owner did some lousy plumbing work last year and the inspector told me that I should be expected to have some plumbing issues down the road (that was December 2021). Since I am on an extremely tight budget, I had no choice but to shop around for a company who could work with me while they are very competent and legit. On a very tentative schedule (as I didn't want to keep on shutting down the main water switch to stop the leak), I spent close to 5 days (right after Thanksgiving) interviewing at least 8-10 places. I was very grateful that Matthew came to see me on 11/28. He was very punctual, friendly, polite, energetic and thorough on his estimate which covers repiping, inspection permit plus sheetrock repair. He even offered me military discount! Note that he wasn't pushy and his estimate was very reasonable! Long story short, he got me all set up for repiping my home starting on 12/9! At first I thought it was a rush, but anyway, it turned out to be the best move I've ever made)! Matthew's team (4 young men) was super duper amazing because they had the entire house repipe in 2 days! Matthew agreed to fix the leak right away and he did! He even showed me the leak was from the broken galvanized pipe! Anyway, I adored these young men's energy and vibes! I could truly tell they love their job very much! Some fun facts: I kept telling everyone that I preferred to hire Matthew as my boy has the same name (Matthias) and he looks so alike my buddy's son! Inspection was passed on 12/6 by the City of Houston. Sheetrock repair was done on 12/7. The folks who did the sheetrock repair were extremely polite, professional and hard working. They came in at 8am and left at 8pm. Now the house has no more holes on the wall! No one could tell it has a repiping job done! Everything was done right on schedule. No lies. No tricks. No scams. I am extremely pleased with the entire process. As a real estate broker/homeowner, I highly recommend Repipe Solutions to all my clients, family, and friends! Vladimir did an outstanding job when I needed someone to check my washer drainage pipe during the weekend. He was very detailed and helped me understand the root cause and the location of the issue. He is reliable and highly recommended.

Needed one drain line to be snaked, and Milton Frank did a good job cleaning out both my drain and my wallet ($426) in under an hour.  

The service person was friendly and professional, and was available (on a weekday) in a hurry, but exorbitant price.

I needed a kitchen faucet replaced.  The total cost was $1,600 which is ridiculous.  The plumber also replaced 2 valves under the sink that he said were old.   I will never pay that much for a plumber again.
