We desperately needed a quick service call to fix our water valve line to the refrigerator. I called, and within 45 min there was a knock on my door. Arash was very polite and went right to work. He was able to fix the damage and even installed our new refrigerator. Highly highly recommend!!

Wayne the owner seems to know it all when we had him out to drain out dual gas water heaters in the attic, and his experience definitely shows.  He was very thorough, told us about the quality of the water we have, and all there is to know about these heaters, how they are set up, connected, and everything else about their operation, as well as what to do and not to do for their maintenance.  Definitely would recommend All Phase Plumbing anytime you need a plumber that's honest, experienced, and reliable.

AMAZING comes to mind, from scheduling to the actual service, they do not even service my area but they came on time all the way from Katy, assessed the issue with the drain, advised what may arise in the future due to the age of the home (56 years), as the pipes get brittle with age, which is true as we have had the sewer replaced last year.  Explained what would have to be done in that case. Inquired when the last time this was unstopped and based on my response advised us if this keeps happening, we would need to run the camera to assess the situation further. Unstopped the drain, ran water  about 20 minutes to make sure everything was fine. Told us to call  if we have any more issues. Very polite and knowledgeable and not trying to sell you a bill of goods like some of the Big guys, you know who they are...Support your family owned business' instead of the big corporations, you will always receive better service as they rely on referrals and word of mouth reviews. I found this company on Yelp and they reviews prompted me to call them...I got all my service people from great Yelp reviews and have always received great service.

Mike is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose a complex plumbing issue, and returned just a couple days later to solve our problem under time, and under budget.
We will definitely call Mike again.

I reached out to a number of services and Harris Plumbing was one of the first to respond. I'm a single woman and I was worried about someone taking advantage of my lack of knowledge. This was not the case. Mike was prompt, honest, professional and respectful of my property. I liked that he explained and showed me what the problem was and offered several solutions to fix it. He not only took the time to explain but he educated me on a what to look out for in the future. Harris Plumbing is my go to company for any future plumbing needs. I highly recommend.

I had a kitchen sink drain filled with grease,and had  tried every over the counter product I could find, as well as conventional snake draining. I was skeptical,  but someone suggested having the line hydrojeted,  and after reaching out to several companies I decided to go with Dynamic Drains. They showed up promptly, were very personable and explained all of my options. It took some doing, but they were  successful in clearing the drain and my family and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommended.

I can't express how knowledgeable and professional Luis and his team are. They helped us replace old valves from our 1960's home, get our water heater up to code, and sealed two toilets that we've had issues with. They explained the process for each service and were extremely fair in price. I would highly recommend them!! If 10 stars were an option I'd give 10!!

Shawn Hampton was referred to me by a local real estate agent to help me get my water turned back on and check for leaks after the 2021 Big Freeze. Shawn texted me and arrived shortly thereafter in a proper plumber's panel van (not a pickup truck.) He was professional in appearance and demeanor, knowledgeable and able to show me what was going on and explain what should be done. He suggested repairs and repair parts, and I elected to fix everything that needed fixing. He did extensive work replacing burst or leaking pipes and was able to, somewhat miraculously, dislodge some built up of rust from inside my galvanized steel pipes that was causing lower than usual water pressure on the hot side of my kitchen sink. (I thought we might have to re-pipe that whole area, which would have been an extensive repair.)  

Shawn charged notably less than I would have paid one of the bigger Houston plumbing companies. I've used many of the more recognizable names here over 35 years, so I'm confident in my assessment on this point.

My understanding is Shawn is a LICENSED MASTER PLUMBER with 14 years of experience, some in California but most in Texas working for one of Houston's major plumbing companies before striking out on his own. It is also my understanding that Shawn has a limited service area at this time, generally in and around Houston's West Loop -- but check with him on that.

Best repipe company out there, they were the most professional from bid to completion. They beat every other companies price by well over $1,000. We were only without water for maybe 8 hours. Some of the other companies said we would be without water for as many as 4 days!!! 4 days without water would be horrible. The installers were very polite, professional and clean. They even took care of all the sheet rock repairs, including the texture. Every other company wanted an additional fee to repair the sheet rock. That's right, an additional fee to repair the damage they would cause. These guys, all the sheet rock repairs were included in the price, like it should be. Not too mention the sheet rock looks perfect, can't even tell there was ever a hole. I would recommend these guys to anyone who needs their house repiped. 5 STARS ALL DAY!!!

$365 for 20 minutes of work for water heater repair.  Didn't fix the problem.  They said they were using manufacturers guidelines instead of their brains (troubleshooting).  They had to come out 2 more times and then finally said they needed to replace other stuff for even more money.  Ask for a refund and they thought I was crazy.  For the most expensive plumbers in Houston you'd think they'd be experts but they are just part changers.  Do not use.

Lara Services were quick to respond, very professional, and handled my plumbing issues. I was very pleased with their service and I will be sure to contact them for any future issues.

I have been relying on this plumbing co since I bought my first house in 2006. The owner Doug is very professional and does quality work at an affordable price. I've had them install water heaters , repair pipes in attic, to completely remodeling a bathroom with a custom shower enclosure, etc. Overall I'm a very satisfied customer and would highly recommend for any plumbing needs..

We had used another plumbing company for a few years, but they just haven't been able to fix our issues without charging an arm and a leg (and the repairs were suspect.).  So after the latest issue around the house, we decided to call The Plumbing Guy based on the good reviews here on Yelp.

We had a major leak under our pier-and-beam house, and both Paul and Ben were able to get our issue fixed with no excuses or sales gimmicks.  Paul is very straight-forward about the job that needs to be done, and his prices were very fair.  They did the job quickly and thoroughly at a price that that didn't make me feel like they were trying to rip me off.  

I'd recommend The Plumbing Guy to anyone who needs a plumbing job - big or small- done right.

David and his team is professional, responsive and reasonable. They sure know what they are doing when it comes to plumbing I highly recommend SP plumbing solutions.

We had the hot water heater replaced and are very happy. Repipe  beat the competitors by $800 and didn't complain that our unit was in the attic. The installation was completed with skill, the men were polite and the owner communicated well. We recommend giving them a call.

We had been dealing with a clog for several days.  It was simply fruit down the drain, but nothing would I unstop the sink. We tried a snake, drain-o, and a few other things from hardware stores.  We scheduled a plumber that we found on Yelp and after waiting 4 hours after his scheduled time to show, we concluded he was not going to come.  He simply just didn't show up after confirming the job via message and email.  

I messaged RMP on Yelp on a Sunday and they showed up promptly the next day.  Turns out, the issue was in the construction of our home. He was able to locate it, diagnose it immediately, and then told us to call our builder.  RMP was correct, and now the builder will fix the issue as warranty.  

The technician who came was very nice and informative.  Although he couldn't fix the issue himself due to the builder installed seals on the drains, we appreciate his honestly, professionalism, and all the information he gave us to help with this situation.  Thank you RMP - I highly recommend!

Called and made appointment .. Guy came out and spent about an hour going over our entire plan to remodel our master bathroom. From top to bottom, was not a small job. Said he would write up 3 bids and would have them within 3 days. SEVEN days later I called him to ask where the bids were.... He said he was still working on them and to give him a few A few what???? THREE WEEKS later, he's never gotten in touch with me, and never EXPLAINED why he didn't do his job. How does somebody stay in business when they have no work ethic???? I will NEVER call them for anything EVER again.

We used Village Plumbing again--this time to review our  AC system before summer heat hits.
We had the very knowledgeable, professional, conscientious, and FUN team member Scott Spears. He claims to be the old guy but with age comes know how, efficiency, patience and confidence. He thoroughly and very clearly explained everything he was checking and concerns he had with our two units. No pushy sales stuff-- just knowledge.  
We have so much more confidence in our ac units lasting a while longer and we know what to watch for in terms of pending trouble. And thanks to their annual program that we signed up for, our plumbing and ac/heating will  be checked out twice a year.  Really great service!  We'll be asking for Scott again--before the old guy retires!
